Anroll Restaurant in Heilbronn

Normalerweise ist Anroll für sein gutes Essen bekannt. Heute 54 bestellt, mit Ente. Die Ente war grau und zäh und ungenießbar. Leider Service während des Essens nicht da, um zu reklamieren. Beim Abräumen dann auf die Essensreste der Ente hingewiesen und dass es nicht gut war. Sie: Sage es gleich dem Chef. Chef kam nicht. Auch nach Zahlung nicht. Keine Erstattung, oder Eis, Kaffee, etc. aufs Haus. Miserabler Chef! Dann noch Getränke, vor allem Bier, mit Eiswürfeln bestellen, sonst warmes Bier. Im Zuge dessen, dass alles teurer wird und essen gehen immer mehr zum Luxus wird, nur 1 Stern.

Personal war sehr unfreundlich.

Sehr sehr lecker, leider keine frittierten Sushi/ Hähnchen Sushi. Sonst super super lecker, hier wird jeder fündig. Mit Hund ist man auch herzlich willkommen, es wurde sogar direkt Wasser für den 🐶 gebracht.

Ich war gestern in Begleitung zum Abendessen im Anroll, allerdings stimmt die Kennzeichnung auf der Speisekarte mit dem was auf den Tisch kommt nicht überein. Wir haben als Vorspeise einen Mango Salat mit Garnelen bestellt der auf der Speisekarte als glutenfrei gekennzeichnet ist. Allerdings werden fertig gekaufte Röstzwiebeln drüber gestreut, welche NICHT Gluten frei waren. Dank diesem Fehler hat meine Begleitung nun für 4 Tage Magenschmerzen da sie eine Gluten Unverträglichkeit besitzt. 😑 Der Salat wurde zwar nach dem Hinweis nochmal neu gemacht was eine gute Geste ist, allerdings ist es allgemein sehr gefährlich so leichtfertig damit umzugehen da es zu einer echten Gefahr kommen kann wenn jemand eine richtige Allergie besitzt.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Sehr freundlicher Service. Die Limonaden und Cocktails sehen auch optisch bombastisch aus. Und es gibt auch sehr bald eine Klima-Anlage. Super. Einrichtung alles mit viele Liebe eingerichtet.

Tolle Pho Suppe sehr authentisch und Burger sind richtig lecker. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen .

Wir waren das dritte Mal im Anroll, und jedes Mal wurde die Qualität schlechter: Die Sommerrollen waren so hart, dass man sie weder schneiden noch kauen konnte, die Suppe extrem geschmacklos und wässrig, das weich gewünschte Gemüse war hart und der abstellte Tofu dennoch im Essen enthalten. Es sollten dann 20 % der ungenießbare Sommerrollen auf der Rechnung abgezogen werden, was generell schon mal lächerlich ist. Beim Bezahlen haben wir explizit nachgefragt, ob dies auch berücksichtigt wurde und die Bedienung bestätigte dies. Wir hatten dann nach dem Bezahlvorgang die Rechnung gewünscht - und siehe da: es wurde der volle Preis berechnet. Das einzig Erfreuliche an diesem Abend war, dass das Restaurant für einen Freitagabend sehr leer war und man sich gut unterhalten konnte. Wir können uns tatsächlich denken, warum… Die Bedienung meinte beim Abschied, dass unser nächster Besuch vielleicht angenehmer werden würde. Den gibt es für uns definitiv nicht mehr!

Super nettes Personal in tollem Ambiente mit top Essen. Es gibt auch eine sehr große Auswahl für Vegetarier, was mich persönlich sehr gefreut hat. Die Hausgemachten Limonaden sind auch extrem lecker!

Ich war gerade im Restaurant Anroll in Heilbronn und bin wirklich begeistert! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, aufmerksam und einfach total sympathisch – man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Das Essen war nicht nur unglaublich lecker, sondern auch sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Details gelegt wird. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hausgemachten Limonaden – die sind einfach richtig gut und eine perfekte Ergänzung zum Essen! Ich kann das Restaurant wirklich nur empfehlen und komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! 😊

Essen top, Service miserabel. Essen vor den Getränken, kein Besteck zum Essen - erst nach dem zweiten Mal fragen. Kein Tschüss nach dem Abkassieren usw.

Früher war ich immer sehr gerne hier, doch leider hat im vergangenen Jahr die Qualität des Essens und des Service extrem nachgelassen. Die Vorspeisen schmeckten wie TK-Ware aus dem Asialaden und nicht wie selbst gemacht. Beilagengemüse war teilweise kalt, nicht mal lauwarm. Zudem kam die Bedienung bei unserem letzten Besuch zwei Stunden lang nach dem ersten Bestellen nicht mehr an unseren Tisch und wir saßen mit leeren Getränken da. Samstags um 21 Uhr wurde neben uns aufgestuhlt und wir fühlten uns dazu gedrängt, das Restaurant zu verlassen. Wirklich schade.

Hier ist alles hervorragend. Die Gerichte sind köstlich und authentisch, besonders das Bun Bo La Lot sollten Sie unbedingt probieren. Die Inneneinrichtung ist beeindruckend und schafft zusammen mit der sanften Hintergrundmusik eine gemütliche und typisch vietnamesische Atmosphäre. Die Preise sind angemessen, und sowohl der Manager als auch die Angestellten sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dies ist das beste vietnamesische Restaurant in Heilbronn. Ich war schon mehrmals dort und wurde nie enttäuscht.

Sehr tolles Restaurant! War dort schon oft mit meiner Familie, das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und die Auswahl ist groß. Ich habe schon viele verschiedene Gerichte probiert und es gab kaum etwas, dass mir nicht geschmeckt hat. Neben den Speisen bieten auch die Getränke und die Deko im Lokal eine tolle Erfahrung! Wenn ihr Mochi mögt müsst ihr unbedingt Mochi als Nachspeise nehmen!☺️✌️

Sehr leckere Essen, bis jetzt nichts gefunden was nicht schmeckt. Preise sind angemessen. Gut besucht, ab Donnerstag vorher reservieren.

Habe schon öfters dort bestellt. Meiner Meinung nach, hat die Qualität in den letzten Jahren nachgelassen. Bei der letzten Bestellung waren die Sommerrollen, aus dem Hauptgericht, auf der Unterseite angebrannt. Das Sushi zerfällt jedesmal in Einzelteile.

Ich bestellte eine „Crunchy Salmon Roll“ von der englischen Speisekarte, bekam aber stattdessen Garnelen. Die englische Speisekarte ist irreführend; sowohl S103 als auch S105 sind als „Crunchy Salmon Roll“ gekennzeichnet, obwohl nur eine tatsächlich Lachs enthält. Als ich dies ansprach, gab mir die Kellnerin die Schuld, weil ich auf die Nummer gezeigt hatte, und weigerte sich, das Gericht zu ersetzen, selbst nachdem sie zugegeben hatte, dass die Speisekarte fehlerhaft war. Ich musste das falsche Gericht essen und wurde dafür bezahlt. Das Management sollte die Speisekarte korrigieren und die Mitarbeiter schulen, solche Fehler besser zu beheben.

Wir waren als Familie im Anroll in Heilbronn essen und sind total begeistert! 😍 Wir haben Sushi und die Pho-Suppe ausprobiert – beides war einfach mega lecker. Das Sushi war super frisch, man schmeckt die Qualität sofort heraus, und die Pho war unglaublich aromatisch und authentisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, und die Atmosphäre ist modern und gemütlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – absolute Empfehlung! 🍣🍜👏

Der Flair und das Essen war eigentlich in Ordnung. Allerdings kam die kleine Suppe an, worauf hin ich zu meinen Begleitern gemeint hatte, dass es im Thailändischen eine Suppe gibt, die aus einer ähnlichen Zutatenbasis besteht. Der Mitarbeiter, der das Essen serviert hatte meinte darauf hin nur grob "das ist vietnamesisch", obwohl nie das Gegenteil behauptet worden sei. Zudem war mir bewusst, dass es sich hierbei um vietnamesische Spezialitäten handelt. Ich fand die Reaktion darauf nicht passend, weil er erstens den Inhalt missverstanden hat und zweitens darauf sehr dreist reagiert hat. Sehr schade!

Ich habe über Uber Eats Sushi bestellt und das war grandios, sehr lecker, alle verschiedenen Varianten. Den Punkt für „extra Besteck“ habe ich angegeben aber es war nichts dabei, damit war das ganze Essen problematisch, daher nur 3 Sterne. Trotz Angabe keine Stübchen oder Ähnliches. Zum Essen gehen aber empfehlenswert

The rice was completely overcooked and mushy. Far worse was the observation of the chef: He stood outside and sneezed into his hand, then clearly sniffed and finally spat into his hand. We cannot recommend this restaurant.

We ordered our drinks and food, the drinks arrived, and then that was it for about an hour. No one asked if we wanted another drink, and no food either. When we brought it up, they checked five times and, well, they just missed our order. Note that we had a table right by the entrance and looked at the waiter several times, but they were ignored. Worst service I've ever had. One thing you have to give the place credit for is that it had a nice atmosphere.

We spontaneously celebrated a birthday there yesterday. The menu is very extensive - there's something for everyone. We ordered everything from the menu. From soup to 🍣 sushi, meat dumplings, Vietnamese food - they had it all. Absolutely delicious 😋 fresh and the food was hot. The drinks selection was extensive / homemade lemonades, cocktails 🍹 everything your heart desires. Very friendly and attentive service staff and a really likeable chef. We were in Heilbronn for a hospital visit. We spontaneously stopped for lunch at the Anroll Restaurant. My wife said it was "the best sushi" she'd ever eaten! Excellent service, always friendly. The interior ambiance was absolutely fitting for an Asian restaurant.

One to serve. Unfriendly! I can't even pay; I don't have the time; I go in, and still can't pay! Not recommended. You can't even communicate with them. Never again!

We ordered takeaway food over the phone and the customer service was incredibly bad. The way they treated the customers was absolutely outrageous! The person didn't really listen to us and then assumed we were deliberately "faking" bad cell reception. When I started to speak more slowly and clearly so I could be understood better, the man became cheeky and said I didn't have to repeat myself. In the end, he still wrote down our order incorrectly. I find it incredibly outrageous to pay so much money just to be treated like this and then to get the wrong food! The food is good but I am so disappointed with the service and the behavior.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The food is also delicious; you can only make reservations for up to 2 hours.

If we want good sushi, we have to go to Anroll. The quality and taste are simply perfect, I've rarely had such delicious sushi. But the rest of the dishes are also delicious and recommended. The service is very friendly and accommodating and the ambience is harmonious. We love coming back again and again!

Impossible. Unfriendly and slow. I got the wrong drink and then cheeky answers. The service staff made the neighboring table wait an hour for the main course. And didn't even respond when asked. We then left. ...

We were there on Valentine's Day, so it was very crowded. Nevertheless, we got our food very quickly and it was also very tasty. Unfortunately, we had to wait 45 minutes to ask for our bill and only received it after asking three times. But that was probably because of the many guests. The organization was a disaster! You are lied to about information that you should have received, but this is not fact! You have a time slot of 1.5 hours. During this time you can order and have to wait for your food, which comes 20 minutes before you are thrown out. Time for dessert? No there isn't!!! You ask politely for a new drink or food, and the answer you get is that you have to leave in a few minutes, we don't have any more time!!! It's a shame that the food is so delicious because the organization is a disaster. On top of that, it's super cold and you have to sit there with a jacket on and still freeze! Not recommended!!!

Very bad. Ordered through uber eats. My only request was no ginger. I can't stand it, just the smell that remains in the food is too bad. The meal was then prepared with ginger. My Uber eats delivery person had to wait 20 minutes even though my order was ready in front of him, he was then ignored when he spoke to the employees. Very unfriendly staff and management. The food was cold, no napkins, no cutlery at all.

You have to understand the structure of the menu or ask. For me personally there is a bit too much liquid in the food, i.e. more like a soup than a sauce. But the food is recommended.

Food was okay, starters tasted much better than main courses. These were rather tasteless, but beautifully prepared. We waited 1.5 hours for the food, even for the drinks it took 40 minutes. The ambience is nice, but it doesn't help when you're hungry and the same uber eats driver delivers ready-made food for out-of-town orders for the third time while you're waiting. In our opinion, price-performance is not justified

Per: - The dishes are fresh and delicious - Ambience is great - good location Cons: - as soon as you come with a larger group, nothing works anymore - you receive incorrect orders or essential ingredients that are shown on the menu are missing from the dish - There are also problems every time when paying. Yesterday we had to pay extra because the waiter calculated the dishes incorrectly. Unfortunately, if you get that much tip, that's a no go.

We ate one of the most delicious vegan pho soups here! Vegan sushi was also no problem upon request. The ambience and the cocktails were great!

I had two different dishes that were incredibly tasty and the guys were incredibly friendly. Always happy ♥️

1. Very long wait times. 2. In 30+ degree heat, they served a hot glass for beer. After 2 minutes, when I poured the beer, it became warm. 3. The waiter didn’t know what they have on the menu. The food itself was fine—not amazing, but acceptable for this city. I would give this place 3 out of 5. I wouldn’t come here again.

I actually hate to write a negative experience, but when I decided on a dish from the food truck Anroll yesterday at the Weindorf in Heilbronn, I was really disappointed! I thought I was going to get a yeast bun with seitan or tofu and mushrooms on top. Well, the mushrooms were on it and the salad too, but the rest was missing. After I asked again with half the yeast bun in my hand where the pad was, they said it was the chopped mushrooms on the salad. I'll say that for 6.50 I would definitely have gotten an honest kebab that would have left me full and wouldn't have made me feel like I was being ripped off the next day. I think it's definitely a great restaurant, but the German employee who sold it to me is very bold!
