Not recommended. It's quite expensive, and the food wasn't particularly good. The buffet selection is very limited.

I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast. For €5, you can choose between six items and a hot drink, or for €15, you can eat as much as you like. The value for money is absolutely convincing. The selection of cold and hot dishes was fresh and varied. There were, among other things, various types of rolls, a large selection of toppings, several types of muesli, as well as yogurt and Bircher muesli with a wide selection of toppings such as nuts and dried fruit. Milk alternatives were also available. There were also various types of jam, fresh smoothies, freshly squeezed orange juice, soup, eggs, and many chilled drinks, as well as wine and sparkling wine. I was particularly impressed by the extra plate of fresh vegetables that was available alongside the toppings. You could choose peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce without them counting towards the six items. The plate was regularly refilled, which I found very thoughtful. The ambiance was also really good. The restaurant as a whole has a sophisticated and stylish feel. Each table was decorated with a slate tabletop, fresh flowers, and spices. Real plants were planted throughout the room, creating a particularly cozy atmosphere. Last but not least, I'd like to commend the man who served us at the checkout. He was extremely friendly and accommodating, which perfectly rounded off the positive impression. You can enjoy a lovely and delicious breakfast here in peace and quiet. I was truly impressed and will definitely be back.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to complain about the behavior of one of your employees during my visit on May 24, 2025, to the breakfast area of ​​the GALERIA Restaurant at Fleiner Straße 15, 74072 Heilbronn. We were having breakfast with four adults and two children to celebrate a birthday at your restaurant. At the cash register, I politely asked about the "Breakfast 6+1" offer, as I wanted to find out if this offer applied to us. The employee completely ignored my question and instead told her colleague in my presence that she didn't understand what we wanted from her – even though I had expressed myself clearly and politely. A short time later, I approached the employee and informed her that we were still missing three drinks. She had already seen what and how much we had on our tray from the beginning. Nevertheless, a short time later, she came to our table unannounced and began counting the drinks – while we were still eating. When we explained to her that everything was correct, she began to argue with us instead of resolving the situation in a friendly and professional manner. What was particularly unpleasant was that the employee behaved so rudely in front of our children and other guests – it was extremely embarrassing and inappropriate for us, especially since we were celebrating a personal occasion with you. This kind of behavior has absolutely no place at a birthday party and negatively overshadowed the entire visit. We are very disappointed that our special day was marred by such behavior. Especially for a birthday breakfast at your establishment, we would have preferred a friendly, respectful, and professional approach. We had a meal for three people for €75, which was standard fare. They charged refills for drinks, which cost €3.30 on top of an extra €1.70 if you wanted a refill. They then rudely told us that this isn't McDonald's or Burger King, which is also racist. The cheesecake was two days old and inedible. So, this is our first and last time eating here.

I was there yesterday with my girlfriend. The restaurant closes at 6 p.m. At 4:45 p.m., they ran out of pasta dishes. They said it was closed. We close some areas early, otherwise there wouldn't be enough time to clean. When I asked if they didn't have any fries, the waitress said it's all written up there (on the signs), and her tone was harsh. My girlfriend asked if they only served fries. She replied, yes, a small bowl. Then I was asked, "And you?" I said I'd only have fries. Her answer was, "What, just fries?" After such unfriendly service, we didn't feel like eating there much. We won't be going back.

We had breakfast with the whole family today. The food was ok, but not enough choice. The service at the checkout treated us unfriendly and disrespectfully, my 67 year old father didn't understand the coffee machine and the same cashier reprimanded him very unfriendly. Personally, I was also yelled at because I took two servings instead of one. The service behind the counter is very nice, but the cashier lacked social skills and empathy or just general friendliness. The body language was very dismissive, which is very objectionable in customer service. In general there were no vegan alternatives to bread toppings and for €80 you would have at least imagined a full plate. We won't come here anymore.

We went for breakfast as a family. As a vegan, I had a limited selection. I could only eat my bread with margarine. Not even a cucumber or salad. That's pretty meager for 2025. Most of the employees were friendly, including the restroom staff. However, the lady at the checkout was very rude and passive-aggressive. This kind of unfriendliness is inappropriate and completely out of place in service. For the price, you expect more. Please expand vegan options and fire employees who are generally rude. We won't be coming here again.

We ate here today with the Schlemmerblock. At around 4:30 p.m. almost all of the employees were busy cleaning everything and we had to wait a while before we could place our order. I saved myself a plate of vegetables by wiping it with a cloth. After we had our food we had to wait a long time at the checkout because there was simply no one there. We were then bluntly informed that we had to get something to drink with the words: “We should read the book.” (leaving out the fact that our child would otherwise have a stomach full of water instead of eating) so we got a drink and set it aside a glass of water is the same price as a cola ???? (0.3l for 3.20€) All in all a bad experience and absolutely not recommended! The taste of the food was okay but nothing special. By the way, the gourmet block doesn't say that you have to take something to drink!!!

I ate here today and am more than disappointed... I had tagliatelle with asparagus ragout and a small salad. Some of the pasta was already dry and overall very doughy, the asparagus was ok, the sauce was unfortunately just okay. The absolute crowning glory was the salad 🙈 I don't know whether the plate was included in the price for consumption, because I paid €12.17 for a small plate with some salad, compared to €11.95 for my pasta... I find it very cheeky, for this price the offer should be appropriate... All in all really disappointing.

Ich kenne dieses Restaurant noch aus meiner Kindheit und besuch(t)e es immer sehr gerne. Die Preise sind teuer, dennoch kommen wir in regelmäßigen Abständen dorthin . In letzter Zeit gab es kaum einen Besuch, an welchem wir nicht in irgendeiner Weise von einigen Personalkräften sehr unfreundlich oder frech behandelt wurden . Ich finde es sehr schade, dass man sich so seine Kunden vergraulen will in der heutigen Zeit, vor allem bei diesen Preisen. Dies trübt unser Erlebnis dort leider zunehmend. Ich hoffe, dass hier eine Verbesserung angestrebt wird.

Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Leider in die Jahre gekommen, manchmal hat man das Gefühl das die Mitarbeiter keine Lust mehr haben . Aber Die linsen mit Spatzen lecker.

Essen ist gut, große Portionen und gut im Geschmack. Ambiente leider nicht so toll, Ausblick verstellt durch Pflanzen in billigen Plastikeimern, dazwischen Insektenfallen.

Servicepersonal könnte noch etwas Freundlicher sein, bei Fragen sind die Antworten kurz und Barsch, ( aber nicht bei alle,teilweise ) das Angebot an Speisen ist sehr gut, frisch und Schmackhaft auch für's Auge schön Angerichtet.Wir kommen trotz allem jeden Samstag zum Frühstücken, denn das Ambiente gefällt uns auch.

War heute dort Frühstücken ich kann euch sagen ich wurde sehr höflich empfangen und die Bedienung waren wirklich sehr Freundlich ganz besonders die Frau die für das kochen der Eier zuständig war. Da ich kein Schweinefleisch esse hat sie extra die Pfanne gewaschen und den Kochlöffel gewechselt wirklich vielen Dank dafür und essen war auch sehr lecker 😋

Es war ganz ok ,aber nichts besonderes.Hab z.b. ein Pfeffersteak bestellt,frage beim Personal, wo die pfeffersosse sei ,ist ja ein pfeffersteak! Antwort: Pfeffer sei auf dem steak

Frühstück: extrem lecker. Man kann 6+1 essen (6 Sachen bsp Croissant Brezel Schinken Käse usw) + Kaffee, Cappuccino für 8 Euro Oder Buffet preislich bei 14 Euro und 1 Kind ist im Preis inklusive dabei Mittagsmenü: Linsen mit Spätzle und die Maultaschen sind sehr Uhr empfehlen

Ied nicht nach den Tischen geschaut sehr schmutzig unter den Tischen ganz zu schweigen Mittags Tisch zu wenig Kassen - Personal bis man am Tisch ist, ist das Essen fast kalt, es muß ich unbedingt was ändern!!

Gutes frühstück, für jeden was da. Preis ist auch ok. Toll finde ich, das man sich noch kaffee holen kann für fast die hälfte vom normal Preis. Service auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ich gehe hier einmal in der Woche essen. Man sitzt schön mit Aussicht auf die Stadt, mittags ist es naturgemäß etwas hektisch und laut. Das Personal ist freundlich und es geht meistens schnell. Einziger Minuspunkt ist aus meiner Sicht das Essen. Die Hauptgerichte sind Steak, Rostbraten, Schnitzel, Currywurst und Co., es gibt jedoch kein einziges vegetarisches Gericht. Das ist meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Viele der Hauptgerichte sind zudem nicht wirklich gut: Der Fisch liegt so lange in der Warmhaltetheke, dass die Panade labberig und aufgeweicht ist. Ein mal hatte ich das Holzfällersteak und es war derart sehnig, dass ich es wirklich bereut habe. Auch die Sauberkeit am Tisch könnte etwas besser sein, die abgegriffenen Eiskarten könnte man mal entsorgen. Im Sommer habe ich schon Ameisen über den Tisch laufen sehen. Preislich ist man mit 9-13 Euro dabei.

Ein Kaffee der anderen Generation. Mister Roboter bedient und serviert Kaffeespezialitäten.

Die Auswahl war sehr gross🥗🍲🥘 Es ist für jeden Geschmack Typen was dabei. Daumen hoch 👍 Einen Tipp.. die Gläser für Getränke müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Unsere waren am Rand gesplittet. Das darf und sollte nicht sein.
