dean&david in Halle (Saale)

Unfortunately, our visit here was considerably worse than at any other Dean&David we have ever been to. The screen display was broken or illegible, so we had to choose from the products on display. The bowl I ordered was completely cold, so the warm parts weren't fresh, but it still tasted fine. My companion's salad, on the other hand, was inedible. It tasted sour, and the ingredients seemed to have been left at least yesterday, as the lettuce leaves were dry and brown in places. After we asked for a new salad (with the aforementioned reason), we were given a new one from the ingredients counter, but it was exactly the same as the first. So it seems that the ingredients themselves, not the prepared salads, are the problem. Who knows how often they sell items that have been left over from the day before. We left and later threw the salad away.

Unfortunately, the bowl tastes really bad and is also quite expensive. Peas instead of edamame (!!!), the salad was limp, and the salmon wasn't even that fresh. At least the server was very nice. I just wouldn't recommend this meal.

Stuffy, and not from the food! We wanted to have a nice bowl yesterday and thought we'd order for pickup. We pre-ordered for 6:45 p.m. (the store is open until 7 p.m.) and paid online right away. So far, so good, but then we found ourselves standing in front of a locked door at 6:45 p.m. sharp – everything was dark, no one there! The main thing was that the order and payment had been accepted. The employee today just shrugged, saying if the salad is gone, we'll just finish earlier – no apology, nothing – we were supposed to write an email for the refund – service is better…

Unfortunately, I had the same experience: I entered the shop at the back and, after paying, saw a sign offering a half-price hot drink with every snack I bought. The reason given for not being included was that I had to request it before paying?!?!?! Which you can't see from the other side!!! So deliberate fraud! When I asked for a second coffee later after my meal, I was given a black coffee in a paper cup instead of the one I'd ordered, which was almost disgusting. Next door is Coffee Fellows for next time!

Hello I had a warm and hearty breakfast there today. I really enjoyed the good treatment and the excellent quality of the sandwich.

The quality of the food was good and I was satisfied

I ate there today and I can say they not only offer excellent service, but also delicious salads, good coffee, and tasty sandwiches. The fresh ingredients and lovingly prepared dishes make every visit a pleasure. The friendly staff create a pleasant atmosphere and were ready to accommodate my every need. I highly recommend this place!

I bought a salad there today. Unfortunately I had a long black hair in the salad... after that I lost it all. The dressings that used to be available are no longer available... which is a shame. Paper bags to safely bring the purchased food to the train are also available. Bread used to be offered with the salad, but that is no longer available or is no longer offered... that's a shame too. The service was nice. I've eaten there several times but the quality has declined significantly. The hair today has given me the rest so I will refrain from further visits. Very unfortunate.

I eat at Dean&David very often. Especially when you are traveling by train, you can quickly get a healthy meal that is consistently very good quality. However, I was more than disappointed with dean&david at HBF Halle. The rice was overcooked and the chicken was crunchy! Chicken bowl was ice cold and not grilled. When I gave the employee feedback, she said that in this branch the chicken at togo is never warmed up because it gets cold again on the way. So I really can't recommend anyone to go there. By the way, the cold, pre-cooked chicken ended up in the trash.

Great salads, highly recommended

I fell for an advertising ploy. According to advertising, drinks should cost 50% less when buying a snack. The image and text suggested that everything was snacks. Unfortunately that wasn't true. The coffee was also far from tasty.

At 12:30 p.m. there is no more salmon, "it's already over today" they say. Then maybe you should plan better. Out of 4 visits, this happened 3 times.

Nice staff and delicious, fresh food!

I tried to get a salmon bowl for the third time now, but I was either too early or too late. Where it was too late at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. too late. No idea when you have to be here. The employee wasn't exactly friendly either and just said that they weren't open at 11 a.m. Online it says 7 a.m., which makes the whole thing seem very dubious. The management in the store really needs to make some adjustments.

The place and food are very perfect and it is very fast and hygienic. Must try once.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle durchweg freundlich und respektvoll. Leider ist die Theke schon 3 Stunden vor Ladenschluss fast komplett alle. Cool wäre, wenn man die nicht mehr vorhandenen Produkte (Sandwiches, Flat Breads etc.) einfach frisch neu bei Bestellung zubereiten könnte, sofern die Grundzutaten noch auf Lager sind. Ich würde mir zudem wünschen, dass es wie bei anderen Filialen die Möglichkeit gibt, sich seinen Salat selbst zusammenzustellen

Essen schmeckt gut und das Personal ist freundlich. Leider kann ich mich auf die Öffnungszeiten überhaupt nicht verlassen. Gestern eine Stunde vor der Schließzeit (18 Uhr, Sonntag), stand ich vor verschlossener Tür. "Aus betrieblichen Gründen". Das war nicht das erste Mal. Bitte Öffnungszeiten anbieten, die ihr auch einhalten könnt!

Ich bin anderen Service bei Dean&David gewöhnt. Die Bedienungen waren nicht Serviceorientiert. Dann ist noch die Kühlung für die Getränke ausgefallen und es gab nur warme Getränke.

Vom Essen her gibt es glatte 5 Punkte. Wirklich mega lecker. Leider ist es aber eine Lotterie ob der Laden offen ist. Stand heute zum dritten mal in dem Jahr vor verschlossener Tür während der Öffnungszeiten. Kein Hinweis am Laden. Theke war voller Essen aber im Zeitraum von 11:30 - 12:30 kein Mensch zu sehen. Viele weitere Leute standen verärgert davor. Schade.

Das Essen kann man immer empfehlen, Saft und Smoothie sind auch richtig gut❤️❤️Und super nette Mitarbeitern

Alles war super. Crunchy Chicken Bowl Salad is echt lecker. Die alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich und verhalten sehr höflich mit den Kunden. Die Qualität von alle Speisen sind echt hochwertig. Ich empfehle das:).

Sehr schön, dass es D&D am Halleschen Hbf gibt. Es gibt wohl noch ein paar Anlaufprobleme, alles dauert ein wenig länger und die Rezepturen werden noch nicht 100% eingehalten. Ich hoffe, dass wird sich noch entwickeln. Die Bowls, Salate und Säfte sind super. Mehrweggeschirr und Pfandbecher für Kaffee fehlen auch noch!
