I'm a Weinheim fan! Helmut & Andreas are unusually warm and attentive hosts. You can drink any of the wines on the menu with pleasure without any worries. And the food plays in a higher league. An all-round successful evening full of warmth and enjoyment.

I went here for dinner and drinks with my girlfriend on 2 consecutive Saturday nights. The wine was fantastic, the food was great and the service was great. Gladly again🫶

We had a very successful Christmas party in private in the Weinheim. The food, wine and service were outstanding 🌟! We had a flying buffet and vegans and vegetarians were still catered for. Nobody had to go home hungry, the selection was plentiful and extremely tasty 🥰. The atmosphere was great and you definitely gained some new regular guests. 🏅 Thank you very much for a great evening!!

We reserved the restaurant exclusively for a Christmas party on Friday evening. There were just over 40 participants and we were treated to a very tasty 8-course flying buffet. There were also very good wines for every taste. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, the service and cuisine were excellent, we felt very comfortable. I (Cologne, 55) finally wanted to try cheese fondue. I'm often in Munich, but many restaurants only offer fondue for two people. A stranger on Instagram then recommended “The Weinheim,” which I visited on December 12, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. I was immediately greeted warmly and was allowed to choose a seat at the bar (I didn't have a reservation), but it was wide enough to eat. I ordered the cheese fondue from the equally nice gentleman behind the bar. It tasted simply fantastic 😍. Afterwards I also ordered the homemade Alsatian tarte flambée, which also tasted great. Finally there was a crème brûlée. Guys, just giving this a 10/10 wouldn't actually do it justice. So I give the following rating: Ambiance 12/10 Service/friendliness 12/10 Food 12/10 I will 100% come back. Thanks to the entire team and a warm greeting (from the bald guy at the end of the counter😉👍🏆❤️ P.S. There is no parking garage in the area. It is more than just difficult to find a parking space, you should definitely take this into account when making a reservation. The best way to get there is by taxi or public transport.

We came from Stuttgart for a weekend and came to Weinheim based on a recommendation. We found the wine accompaniment, i.e. the food, and service/wine suggestions as well as the restaurant brilliant. The music wasn't too loud, we really liked the interior design. Although the Weinheim was well attended, all 3 gentlemen were very attentive and everything came very quickly. The idea of ​​paying more attention to the wine is great, although everything was cooked deliciously. Be sure to reserve. The 2 hours were enough, even if we could have sat at the nice bar. We'd love to come back when we're in Schwabing!

This restaurant is a haven of good food and is an integral part of the map of good taste. The food and wine were a poem and couldn't be described in words. The service was also very attentive. The waitresses regularly made their rounds and cleaned up empty plates or took new orders. Super attentive! The ambience is great, I would say classy. Simply the best wine and cheese tasting in Munich! I've known the Weinheim since the beginning and I really love the wine tastings with the various winemakers, but the wine and cheese tastings are always an event that I look forward to months in advance! In collaboration with KäseAbt, truly unforgettable, tasty and wonderful hours come together. Usually 15 cheeses are tasted and there is excellent sparkling wine and wine. Everything is informal and the main thing is just to enjoy! There's no better way to start the week! Wow every time!

Very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere and good wine selection with mainly German wines. For dinner we had the vegetarian quiche, which was ok but not outstanding. The service was fine, friendly and attentive, but nothing beyond that.

I visited here from London for birthday. I couldn't of been more impressed. The wine selection and food was impeccable. But the real highlight was the wait-staff. I can't speak any German and they walked us through their entire menu and wine choices. Had excellent knowledge of the regions and pairings with food. It was a fantastic experience and couldn't recommend it highly enough!

An extremely cozy wine bar with a great selection of wines on the menu, accompanied by first-class cuisine that perfectly rounds off the experience. While the atmosphere is quite nice, my review is mainly driven by the food. We had a quiche for 17€ that seemed not be self made but freezed and heated. So not too crispy and it was quite a small portion for that price.

On Wednesday I was at Das Weinheim with my father and my mother-in-law. Not for the first time. I confess, we are repeat offenders 😊 It was a wonderful evening, the Weinheim boys were attentive and helpful as always. The wine was a show: a Riesling Ried Gaisriegel from southern Styria from Weingut Schauer (a real favorite wine). We had the dish from the table to eat: Norman had conjured up a fabulous corn-fed poularde. And what can I say: we left the restaurant completely happy. 😃

Super nice hosts. We prefer to sit at the bar. The events are also highly recommended. What we liked best so far was the wine and cheese evening with Käse Abt. It would be great if something like this took place again soon :-)

You can just tell that the owners and the whole team enjoy their work and that the well-being of their guests is very important to them. Unfortunately, this is very rare to find! Excellent wines, especially from Germany and Austria, as well as competent and friendly advice. Relatively small, but even more refined menu with changing offerings at an extraordinarily high level. Und so habe ich die gute Tante Google befragt. Schwabing, Essen und Wein reichten völlig aus, um an vorderster Front „Das Weinheim“ auszuspucken. Natürlich gab es noch weitere Kandidaten, aber Schwabings coolstes Weinrestaurant - laut Eigenaussage - gefiel schon aus der Ferne. Da sieht man wieder mal, wie wichtig ein informativer Internetauftritt ist. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, die Website hält was sie verspricht. Eine kleine feine Speisekarte spricht in der Regel für Frische und Qualität. Vorweg hatten wir herrlich frisches Tigerbaguette und Walnussbrot mit einem hausgemachten Obatzter und einem aromatischen Tomaten-Mix (frisch und getrocknet) mit Oliven und Basilikum. Ein sehr schöner Einstieg, ganz hervorragend der cremige Obatzter. Zum Hauptgang gab es zarte Kalbsmedaillons mit Süßkartoffelnocken, Pfifferlingen und einer geschmacksintensiven Jus (Tagesempfehlung) und von der regulären Karte die Backhendlfilets mit rauchigem Paprikaaroma, hausgemachtem Kartoffel-Gurkensalat und Wildpreiselbeeren. Die saftigen Filets mit interessant (im positiven Sinne) würziger Panade und der schön schlotzige Kartoffelsalat mit reichlich Gurken war der beste, den ich je in einem Restaurant verspeisen durfte. Alles handwerklich tadellos gemacht, dazu gute Portionen, so dass der Kaiserschmarrn keine Chance hatte. Die Weine stammen hauptsächlich von innovativen Jungwinzern aus Deutschland und Österreich, die Auswahl an offenen Positionen (ständig wechselnd) recht umfangreich, hier sollte jede*r den passenden Tropfen finden. Ich habe einen wunderbaren Orange Wine (100% Grüner Veltiner) vom Weingut Doktor Wunderer für mich entdeckt. Wer, wie ich, ein Faible für Naturweine hat, darf diesem tatsächlich praktizierenden Landarzt blind vertrauen. Ich mag die Geschichten hinter spannenden Weinen. Sehr schön auch ein ausdrucksstarker Chardonnay Kalk & Schiefer Leithaberg vom Weingut Kirchknopf. Das Ausschankmaß beträgt 0,15l, die ideale Menge für eine Verkostung. Der Liebste ist ja kein so großer „Weinbar-Freund“ und das liegt nicht nur daran, dass er oftmals lieber ein Bierchen trinkt. Hier hat es selbst ihm sehr gut gefallen, was sicherlich auch an der ungezwungenen sowie tiefenentspannten Atmosphäre lag. Und es gab Maxl Helles von der Schlossbrauerei Maxlrain, man verzichtet bewusst auf die üblichen Verdächtigen aus München. Kein Bier von der Stange und vom Liebsten ausdrücklich gelobt. Gesessen haben wir Mitte September bei bestem Spätsommerwetter im Außenbereich an einem langen Tisch an der Häuserwand, das andere Tischende war für zwei weitere Gäste vorgesehen. Also, wir haben schon an auseinanderstehenden Tischen viel, viel näher zum Nachbarn gesessen. Zwei schick gemachte Damen mochten dort dennoch nicht Platz nehmen, so hatten Gäste ohne Reservierung das Glück, sich später mit aufgeschlossenen Nordlichtern zu unterhalten ;-). Der Innenbereich hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen, hochwertiges Interieur, Holztische, Lederbänke, Hängelampen, beeindruckend das deckenhohe Weinregal neben der schön gestalteten Bar, alles sehr geschmackvoll, stylish und dennoch urgemütlich, ganz nach unserer Mütze. Das Weinheim ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit einem sehr freundlichen Team. Das Backhendl war fantastisch und die Nachspeise Apfelkücherl ein Traum. Das Ambiente fand ich sehr geschmackvoll, es war nicht so laut und man konnte sich angenehm unterhalten.

This wine bar is owned and run by someone who left the corporate world in pursuit of his passion, which shines through with the carefully selected wines from smaller, less-known vineyards without compromising quality. The team is extremely knowledgeable about wines and will give recommendations upon request based on your preferences. What’s more, there are small plates offered to compliment the wines including homemade breadsticks, bread served with obazter (soft cheese mixed with seasoning) & a tomato-olive salsa, thick juicy olives and delightful homemade potato chips. The interior gives a warm sensation with the dark wood interior. Highly recommend visiting Das Weinheim… and when you do, be sure to reserve in advance as this neighborhood favorite is popular and fills up.

Das Weinheim ist mehr als nur eine Weinbar. Es drückt die Geschichte der Besitzer aus. Einer war z.b. bei der Allianz Manager und hat sich eines Tages diesen Traum erfüllt. Die Leidenschaft, der man hier begegnet ist es. Leidenschaft anderen Menschen guten Wein und Essen, etwas anders zu gredenzen. Die Weinauswahl ist gezielt auf etwas unbekanntere Weingüter mit bezahlbaren Preisen, aber die Qualität ist hervorragend. Drinnen sitzt man in Holzoptik Atmosphäre gemütlich, wir waren draussen bei gutem Wetter. Reservierung ist ein Muss. Hier werde ich wieder kommen, es fühlt sich wie heimkommen an. Weiter so!

Perfekt für einen gemütlichen Abend - sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Hervorragende Weinkarte, super leckeres Essen und zwei sehr sympathische und herzliche Gastgeber. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Weinheim ist immer einen Besuch wert. Sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer aber unaufdringlicher Service. Die Weine sind großartig, Essen qualitativ hochwertig und mit wechselndem Angebot. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier noch was man nicht mehr von allzu vielen Restaurants sagen kann.

Guter Wein in angenehmer Atmosphäre mit sehr freundlichem Service. Und das Wasser aus der Karaffe schmeckt auch! Ein Besuch lohnt sich.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Weinbar. Wenig Tische, aber gemütlich. Service persönlich und aufmerksam. Gute Empfehlungen, Essen wenig Auswahl, die aber lecker und großzügig. Presie für das Essen , wie iüberall 30% zu tuer, aber geht ja nicht anders... Gute Lokation, gerne zum Wiederkommen!

Vielen lieben Dank für diesen wirklich sehr sehr "runden" Abend! Ich durfte bei Euch meinen Geburtstag feiern und von A bis Z haben wir es uns gutgehen lassen dürfen. Schon im Vorfeld habt ihr euch sehr um die perfekte Organisation gekümmert, und das obwohl wir wirklich nur eine kleine Runde waren. Service, Essen, Weinauswahl, Beratung.... wirklich schön wars und meine Gäste und ich waren wirklich sehr zufrieden.
