Honestly not recommended! I ordered a trilice to take away and had to wait almost 10 minutes even though there was nothing going on. There were 5 people behind the counter, then they put it in a box that was way too big and even though I had just put it in the car, it was crushed by driving in the car! Bad!

I've never seen anything like this in my entire life. The employees are pure incompetence! Waited 40 minutes for someone to bring me a menu card?! When I asked the employee about it, he told me that he was eating and didn't have time. It's crazy that a store treats its customers like this to such an extent. I can't recommend anyone!

Very, very bad service. The order doesn't arrive and the workers have very bad behavior. They don't understand and are more than 30 minutes late.

The prices are exorbitant and the prices of effortless desserts such as donut dessert have doubled. Halka dessert costs almost nothing and does not require mastery like Baklava and costs 2 Euros each, which makes customers feel ashamed when they treat them like goose to be plucked.

Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience here with a friend and her six-year-old daughter: we were not served. We took a seat (it was also during Birlikte...) and noticed that although the table next to us was being served, ours wasn't. When I asked, they said someone would come. We weren't served and finally left the - otherwise very nice - location after about 45 minutes of hungry waiting with nothing accomplished. Do you think such behavior is appropriate?

I hope there is not a single star because in my opinion the place is the worst place for desserts in the world because we just bought kunafa and when we came home we found ice cream and they put it on the plate and because of the temperature it caused the ice to melt and that's bad. Whoever does this works in a sweet shop and must be experienced in complaining about this bad behavior as he has to put the ice cream in his bowl and the kunafa in his bowl. I will never go there again. They had a very unsuccessful war

As a family, we like Damla Pastry Shop very much.

The chocolate baklava and künefe were delicious. But the waiter I spoke German to him and he didn't seem to understand it and in the end they charged us 7 euros more. I found out much later

The service is a complete disaster.... the store is empty but it makes you wait and is very unfriendly..... what is on offer may be tasty, but the service and unfriendly behavior make the store very bad..... And avoiding Turkish coffee doesn't taste good at all...

Damla offers by far the tastiest trilece in all of Cologne. The dessert is an absolute highlight and should not be missed by anyone. The friendly staff contribute to a pleasant visit, and the beautiful ambience rounds off the experience perfectly. A must for anyone who appreciates excellent desserts and a warm atmosphere.

When the waiter noticed that we didn't speak Turkish, he suddenly became listless and really rude to us. Never again and don't recommend it to anyone.

I came back after exactly 20 years, the same taste continues, the only change is that the location of the place has changed and it has become a bigger place, congratulations..

We went to Damla on a Saturday, unfortunately we had to wait half an hour and no one came, although we told the waitress that we wanted to order, she said not now. They weren't even able to clear and clean the table in half an hour. Then we got up and left. Apparently they have already made enough sales that they no longer pay attention to the guests.

Unfortunately, many drinks from the menu (tea/juice and Sahlep) were not available. Sugar had already been put into the mocha - it had to be replaced. The store's strengths are definitely the sweets, tarts and cakes. We had Künafe and it was very good. All in all, a trip is worth it. It would be even better if the drinks on the menu could also be ordered :)

On April 14th I bought 2 pieces of Kadayif with packaging, it weighed exactly 345 grams and I was charged €11 for it. According to the price tag, the kilo of Kadayif costs €26. You can calculate the rest yourself. I will never be there again buy something or go out to eat there. This is the Damla shop on Keupstrasse in Mühlheim.

The 4 of us got a table straight away in the evening. Unfortunately, Turkish coffee was a bit thin and the Kazandibi Desert tasted like a pudding, the dark side was watery and it was very sweet.

There is a style problem, as if the male employee, a tattooed artist with lips like a seal, is forced to work. I will not shop here again because of this employee's style.

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday and unfortunately had to wait about 30 minutes for the waiter to come to me to take my order, even though I had to ask him about it. Grottoes load worse... the winery is totally overwhelmed by the number of customers, it's the owner's fault and not the employees! We ordered künefe 4 times, some of them were burnt and there was even no sugar syrup, and the dough inside was soft like a kadayif dough... all in all just terrible!!!!

Just stay away from this store if you don't want to have a stomach ache. 🤮🤮

Were there today and ordered for 6 people, but despite us having announced beforehand that everything should come at the same time.. the künefe arrived much earlier than everything else.. then one person from us ordered baklava, and as a Turkish woman I unfortunately have to say that it wasn't fresh at all and was served like that... Desserts themselves are ok Staff not at all courteous advises us by looking at their cell phone and typing 0% hospitality. January. Saturday night. Found space quickly. Ordered quickly. It's easy to get served the wrong thing and forget a dish. Which I give credit for... at least there was an apology. So then 5 minutes later I got the right thing. Künefe with ice cream is ok. In my opinion it wasn't sweet enough and there was cheese that didn't melt properly from the inside. Baklava, on the other hand, was great. Tables were not cleaned properly and were sticky.

Well attended, nice atmosphere in the back a bit chilly in winter. The service was nice but some orders were unfortunately slightly incorrect (Turkish coffee without sugar even though it was ordered with sugar). But there was also a lot going on. All in all had a very good time :)

Respektlose Mitarbeiter statt die Kunden zu bedienen quatschen Sie hinter der Theke. Haben 45min gewartet das wir bestellen können doch die Kellner waren so respektlos drauf haben nicht mal zugehört wenn man mit ihnen gesprochen hat sind einfach weg gegangen obwohl man mit Ihnen am reden war.

Wir sitzen seit 15 Minuten mit 9 Personen und warten auf ein Service. Niemand hat sich um das Service gekümmert. Der Tisch war auch nicht aufgeräumt. Und als wir dann aufgestanden sind sagte uns noch der Herr Guten Appetit, man hat auch nicht mal bemerkt das man mit 9 Personen reingekommen sind. Katastrophe.

Sehr leckere Baklava. Die schmecken deutlich Besser als bei anderen Bäckereien. Kosten natürlich etwas mehr. Nüsse sind halt teure Zutaten. Ich kann nur empfehlen einen Vergleich zu machen.

Servis bizi farketmedi bile. 10 kisiyi, o kadar calisan nasil görmedi ve farketmedi. Kalkip giderken birde "afiyet olsun" bile dediler. Sanki saka gibi :(

Service unter aller Sau. Wir wurden mit 10 Personen nicht mal wahrgenommen und waren schon 15 Minuten da. Dann sind wir wieder gegangen.

NIE WIEDER Damla!!!!! Sind heute mit meiner Freundin zu Damla.. haben uns hingesetzt & haben direkt! die Karten bekommen, meine Freundin musste zeitgleich erstmal auf Toilette.. ich habe einen kurzen Blick auf die Karte geworfen und danach die Karte wieder zu gemacht bis meine Freundin zurück kommt damit wir zsm schauen und so die Bestellung aufgeben können. Genau als meine Freundin wieder zurück am Tisch war, kam der Kellner und wollte die Bestellung aufnehmen - bis ich geantwortet habe mit wir haben uns noch nicht entschlossen, meine Freundin hatte noch nicht mal einen Blick reingeworfen! DARAUF habe ich eine antwort auf Türkisch mit: „Sie schauen seit 15 Minuten wie sie haben sich noch nicht entschieden“ erhalten ???!!!!!!!!“ (meine Freundin war niemals solange auf Toilette, also stimmt die Aussage überhaupt nicht!) Fassungslos über die Dreistigkeit! Noch nie sowas unhöfliches in einem Restaurant erlebt.. es kommt noch besser, als derselbe Kellner dann irgwann endlich mal wieder kam, haben wir erstmal unsere Süßspeisen bestellt und darauf die Antwort erhalten mit seid überhaupt mal froh das ich gekommen bin auf Türkisch: „siz geldiğime şükredin” und dann was hättet ihr noch gerne?, der Kellner kann froh sein das ich die Aussage erst später gehört habe! Sind darauf natürlich aufgestanden und gegangen und die Bestellung stornieren lassen bei dem selben Kellner, der ganz genau wusste aus welchem Grund! Kunde ist hier kein König, ganz klar!!! Ben böyle terbiyesizlik kabalık görmedim, bu tarz çalışanlarınız olmasa da olur hatta daha iyi, tüm arkadaşlarım ve ailem olmak üzeri bir daha bu tür çalışanlar oldukça biz ayak basmıycaz! Die Renovierung und das Ambiente kriegen den einen Stern, mehr auch nicht.

Ablamın nişanına pasta siparişi verdik. yapılan pastanın istediğimiz ile hiç alakası yok. söylediğimiz renk hiç dikkate alınmamış, istediğimiz çiçekler kullanılmamış. Arabaya koyulurken pastamın arka tarafı komple kartona girmiş. Bu nasıl bir servis, nasıl bir kalite? Sıfır yıldız verebilsem verirdim. Hiç beğenmedim, bir daha da özel günlerde alış verişimi Damla’da yapmam.

Ich habe wiederholt negative Erfahrungen mit dem Kundenservice von Damla gemacht. Die Reaktionszeit ist stets unangemessen lang und die erhaltene Bedienung erfüllt beständig nicht meine Erwartungen. Diese wiederkehrenden unerwünschten Vorkommnisse lassen Zweifel an der Professionalität der Mitarbeiter und des gesamten Unternehmens aufkommen.

Gemütlicher Ort für eine Tee oder Kaffee Pause.

Sehr schön gestaltet, viel Auswahl an allem möglichen, Torten, Kekse usw. Kunterbunt. Das Personal lässt zum Wünschen übrig.....laufen kreuz und quer und übersehen einfach das man seid 40min da rum sitzt. Mussten zweimal die darauf ansprechen......

Hatten um Mitternacht noch Lust auf etwas Süßes und sind dann zu Damla Baklava auf die Keupstr. Ambiente ist schön. Haben uns hingesetzt aber wollten uns schnell wieder umsetzen, da wir unter einem Lautsprecher saßen. Es war Ohrenbetäubend und habe mich selber nicht mehr sprechen hören. Kellner haben uns nicht verstanden vllt. Lag es an der Uhrzeit und sie waren müde. Menschlich! Wir haben Künefe und großen Çay bestellt. Angekommen waren wir sehr positiv überrascht. Künefe war sehr lecker!! Und der Çay ebenfalls. Manchmal tun andere Geschmacksverstärker rein, aber bei Damla hat es wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Preis Leistung gut!

Uzun zamandır bu kadar kotu bir baklava yememistim cevizli ve fıstıklı baklava aldım nasıl bir şeker kullanıyorlar bilmiyorum ama baklava çok tatlı ve sertti daha ince surekli baklava aldığım yerdi ama bu kez gerçekten çok kötüydü

Mir fehlen die Worte Ich bin unfassbar enttäuscht von der Art & Weise der Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Ich habe eine Torte bestellt und saß 20 Minuten mit einem jungen Mädchen zur Besprechung, wie die Torte aussehen soll. Es gab 4 Bilder & das Mädchen hat sich Notizen gemacht. Heute habe ich die Torte abgeholt und es wurde nichts von dem Besprochenen eingehalten. Es wurde lediglich eine Kopie von der Torte angefertigt, wie sie auf einem Foto aussah. Zusätzlich hatte die Torte macken an etlichen Stellen. Diese hab ich vor Ort reklamiert. Dann hat eine sehr unfreundlich Bedienung diese mit einem Messer mit ZACKEN korrigieren wollen. Die Farben von der Torte & den Verzierungen sind jetzt so miteinander verschmischt, dass man das durch die Zackenform vom Messer nicht mehr schön korrigieren kann. Zusätzlich kommt, dass die unfreundliche Dame die Torte in einen Karton getan hat, welcher viel zu niedrig ist. Das Resultat. Ich habe eine krumme Torte, die jetzt auch noch platt gedrückt ist. Es war die 6te Torte, die ich da bestellt hatte & somit sich definitiv die letzte.

Ein Freund hat Milchreis bestellt und während er mit dem Löffel gemischt hat kam ein Haar aus dem Gemisch raus. Dem Kellner mit der Tätowierung am rechten Arm wurde anschließend Bescheid gegeben aber weder wurde sich bei meinem Freund entschuldigt noch wurde was anderes stattdessen angeboten.

Sehr lecker. Immer wieder gerne dahin!!

Profiterol, Baklava, Künefe, Çay harikaydı..

Ich bin sehr sehr sehr enttäuscht ich habe mich echt Treffer auf das leckere künefe als das an kam war das erstmal hart und sehr trocken plus es war lauwarm also ich bin unzufrieden eig komm ich fast jede Woche aber ab jetzt komm ich nicht mehr das war das letzte mal Ya aynik

Hab mir künefe mit Sahne und Pistazien zum mitnehmen bestellt. 1. Künefe war total verbrannt. 2. Geschmacklich war es eine Katastrophe 3. Konnten keine 50€ wechseln musste in einen anderen Laden Geld wechseln daraufhin habe ich mit 10€ schein versucht zu bezahlen (7€) konnten auch nicht dann wechseln. So das ich extra noch 2 baklava kaufen musste. 4. Künefe war ohne Sahne !!Amk Danke für die Zeitverschwendung

Wenn man frischen und qualitativen Baklava essen möchte, ist da genau richtig. Die Bedienung ist etwas gestresst aber dennoch sehr freundlich. Der türkische Kaffee war auch sehr lecker

Bugün Eşim için resimli doğum günü pastası yaptırdım. Pasta gerçek anlamda lezzetli ve çok tazeydi , işletme çalışanlarından ustasına kadar herkese çok teşekkür ederim.

Wir wurden von einer netten Dame bedient. Künefe kam schon nach 5 Minuten an den Tisch, schlechtes Zeichen, es war also definitiv nicht frisch. Der Tee war nur lauwarm und die Preise viel zu abgehoben.

As a group, we chose to go this place for desserts, waiters were okay but the guy at the counter treated us awfully. He doesn’t know how to communicate with not only customers but also human beings. He has a horrible personality. I ordered künefe , which was not cooked properly. I couldn’t finish it. I don’t recommend this place.

Dün burdan Mor renk'te bir pasta aldık.. ve tadı okadar güzeldi ki.. pencere deki buz dolabin da görmüştük ...annemize alalım dedik .. alırken kesin her pasta gibi aynı tarz tat'dır diye düşündüm. Ama çok farklıydı.. tadı çok hafif çok lezzetliydi. Üç yıl istanbul da yaşadım orda sık sık pasta alırdık.. ama istanbulda bile bu kadar lezzetlisini yememiştim..çok değişik ama inanılmaz güzeldi..için deki krema cok hafifti.. Evdeki herkes çok beğendi.. Birinin doğum günü falan olursa hiç üşenmeden duisburgtan buraya kadar sırf bir pasta için gelebilirim..🙂
