We ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches, and the meat was cold and tender. The bread was very cold. A terrible place! 😡 I'll never eat here again.

Since the new management took over, everything has been going better. The food tastes great, the service is very friendly, and the schwarma in particular is delicious. I can only recommend this restaurant.

The kebab was thrown together yesterday early afternoon...the sauces were more like mush and the lamb was dry...more like old rösti...worst kebab ever.

No longer recommended. We asked for a kebab without garlic sauce and got herb sauce. Then we discovered that their herb sauce also contained garlic. My wife is allergic to it! We immediately returned the kebab. They still demanded the full price. It's simply a disgrace!

The food was good, but the wait time and service deserve zero stars. The waiter forgot to bring our food. The staff barely speak German, which is very annoying.

The food is okay. But demanding a €2 tip for an €8 order after a 20-plus minute wait at lunchtime is cheeky, especially if you just want takeout. It was my first and last time there.

Very long wait I called and ordered, and when I arrived, the food wasn't ready yet, and I didn't get what I ordered, which meant I had to wait about half an hour.

I don't know where to start, first we came at 11:15 because it says they open at 11 so they're closed, I called them and they told me to open at 12:30, second we entered the restaurant it was empty and we waited a whole hour for some manakish and in the end they came like stones and didn't eat anything, I left the food on the table as I paid and left, I don't advise anyone to try it, it's a waste of time and money, it's better they close

The falafel is very good and I felt the atmosphere of Syria when we went to Damascus and ate falafel. I recommend it 🤍

People taking the orders do not note down the orders and have to repeat the orders multiple times which delays food. Very bad service. Had to wait 1 hour for a shawarma.

I honestly don't know what to say. It used to be better. I've been there several times, but last time I was with three people, and we were totally disappointed. We ordered and had to wait an hour, while other guests who came after us got their food much sooner. Takeaway orders were also placed before ours. When our food finally arrived, there was no apology, even though it was clear we were annoyed and about to leave. Such a shame!

i love the food of this place but the service is so racist. I came here earlier than 2 people and had already placed the order and these people spoke arabic so they got served first and even after waiting for 30 mins someone asks me what did i order! Never coming back here

Very bad experience. The food was completely inedible—old, not fresh at all. We couldn’t eat it and ended up leaving them on the table. On the menu, my dish was listed as €6, but at checkout, they charged me €12. When I asked why, they claimed it was a 4-piece dish, yet the menu had no mention of portion sizes—just the €6 price. The food wasn’t even worth €1, yet I was charged €12 for it. Easily the worst dining experience I’ve had in Magdeburg so far.

If you want to eat Arabic fast food, you're in good hands there. There are interesting dishes and they are also tasty and well prepared. Unfortunately it's just like a snack bar, and the inside really needs improvement. But we enjoyed it, that was important.

Fried Chicken Menü(Scharf) is nice here. The portion is also good. It costs around 9 euros and comes with pommes and sauce. Always carry cash with you. The service men are normally rude. They dont take payments via card and they do not write it anywhere. Service is worst but food is good.

Grilled chicken with rice is 15 euros. Others cost 10 euros and are tastier and larger. There is a difference of one or two euros, but five is normal, and for smaller chickens, it does not make sense.

The delivery service is exploited and they don't take change with them so they get a tip, even though they're late and don't deserve anything and the food is really cold, the fries were cooked with black oil and the deliveries are sometimes disrespectful. I wish the boss would do something because things shouldn't continue like this

Delivery service is total nonsense!! I gave up waiting after more than 2 hours. However, if you eat locally, the food is always delicious. I have no idea what's going wrong here, but I ordered every day back then and never had any problems, although for some time now you've been able to knock the delivery service into the trash. Very very bad!!

I ordered food that I waited 2 hours for. Then I called and was told the food was on the way. An hour later I called again and was told they hadn't received an order. No effort is made to find a solution. Never again.

The treatment is good, the young people are respectful, and the food was good and clean, but there are a number of points that must be modified. Grills such as kebab and shofak must be modified, and the bathrooms are clean.

Had one of the worst experiences with them while ordering food online. I ordered food online and waited like 3 hours to get the item delivered. They didn't even canceled nor told me they were not going to deliver at all. Every time I called them they were rude and told the item was going to be delivered (please wait 15-30mins like that). Utterly dissappointed with their customer service, order taking. At least they could have cancelled the delivery, utterly dissappointed with this. Not going to order from them again. Truly unprofessional. I was going to rate them 0 star, but I am not allowed to do that here. 0 star all way. BIGG ZERO!!

Unfortunately, today we took an order of grilled meat. The kebab was tasteless, the shakof was not tender, the quantity was questionable, and the amount of accompanying vegetables was not sufficient, while the quantity of french fries was increased. Attention should be paid to quality and quantity, as the restaurant charges 35 euros for a kilo of kebab and 40 euros for a loaf

Besuchte dieses türkische Restaurant und probierte ihr würziges gebratenes Hähnchen. Das Gericht war köstlich, mit großzüßigen Portionen und einer aromatischen Chilisauce, die für den extra Kick sorgte. Ein Muss für alle, die nach leckeren und zufriedenstellenden Gerichten suchen!

Ich bin ehrlich, das Essen schmeckt echt gut aber wir haben ein Döner bestellt und da kam der mit Lammfleisch. Wir Haben ihn zurückgebracht und mussten ihn trotzdem bezahlen. Ich finde das ist nicht okay.

Essen war toll, schmeckte sehr gut, man mußte aber etwas Zeit einplanen, den es war zu wenig Personal für den Service vorhanden. Preise waren auch in Ordnung.

Sehr, sehr leckere Speisen dort und mega nettes Personal.

Ich war dort das Vierte Mal essen. Persönlich gesehen gibt es einfach zu große qualitative Unterschiede. Manchmal ist es für mich das beste Essen was ich je gegessen habe und teilweise war es genau zweimal bis jetzt das genaue Gegenteil. Bezogen auf das halbe Hähnchen, welches ich dort am meisten verzehre, ist mir natürlich völlig klar das nicht jedes gleich schmecken kann aber wie bereits geschildert sind die Differenzen einfach zu krass. Ansonsten Preis - Leistung Verhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung. Das. Personal ist sehr nett und das Ambiente ist halt typisches FastFood Feeling an einer der meist befahrensten Straßen Magdeburgs. Wenn die Qualität des Hähnchen passt dann ist es einer der besten Läden Magdeburgs.

We love the food here. Smells great, delicious, but could have some more flavor. Sometimes lacks some salt, but nevertheless the best place to have some good food. However, each time we order from here, the delivery person forgets to bring our Cola. A little tip: please read the order again ;) Nevertheless, the food is great!

Das Essen im Damaskus Haus ist schmackhaft und üppig. Leider wirkt das Geschäft nicht einladend: Grell weißes Licht, dreckiger Fußboden und nichts was das Auge mitessen lassen könnte. Bargeldloses Bezahlen ist auch nicht möglich. Schade!

Leider etwas lieblos. Die Chrispy Chicken waren leider nicht so richtig Chrispy...nur irgendwie warmgemacht. Woraus besteht die weiße Creme???? Lamm war überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Ansonsten Kaltlicht wie im OP und da die Tür klemmt ist auch ziemlich zugig.

Das Essen war lecker! Richtig gut sogar! Nur leider versteht da irgendwie niemand deutsch 🙃

الاكل لذيذ، أتمنى الأعتناء أكثر بنظافة المكان وخاصة الحمامات سيئة جدا. شيئ جميل ان في مكان للصلاة ولكن يحتاج لرعاية أكثر ايضا

مقارنة بغير مطاعم مطعم فيك تاكل عنده بدون ما تخاف من الطعمات جربت بس الكرسبي وكان رائع + كريم الثوم والبطاطا فعلا مذاق اصلي

Das Essen hat länger als 45 min gebraucht. Außerdem ist die Service abartig und es sieht nicht gut aus. Es ist sehr unhygenisch.
