I waited two hours for my food and it came two and a half hours later . Try to fix yourself because that's not working. It's very unpleasant and dirty

Yesterday I ordered fried noodles with tiramisu I ordered at 1 a.m. and my order didn't come until 4 a.m. The food looked very unappetizing and tasted exactly the same. I will never order there again.

Never eaten anything so bad. Sauce full of oil doesn't taste good at all and the 15€ is unbelievable (in Lieferando it's called curry in a hurry). Please don't order anything there.

I ordered here for the first and last time because everyone else had thought what could you do wrong with rice, duck and vegetables? You don't want to see what it looked like. In the end it was simply not duck but dried schnitzel that was extremely salty. One was really spicy with paste that wasn't even cooked properly. The other you couldn't even eat. You just had to wait over an hour and a half for the food that in the end it was just a disaster. I'm shocked I haven't seen anything like that in a long time DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE ANYMORE!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I wasn't there. Just order and have it delivered. The burgers taste delicious, the fries are really crispy, not so mushy like elsewhere. The nuggets are awesome too.

According to Lieferando, delivery time was 50 minutes, which in the end was 1 hour 40 minutes for a journey that took 4 minutes. The pizza was cold and had very, very stingy toppings. Part of the pizza was “margarita” instead of sucuk, mushrooms, olives and onion. Speaking of olives, I paid extra for them but there wasn't a single one on it, €2.50 extra for nothing! You can only laugh at the salad. 3 huge lettuce leaves with 2 slices of tomato and cucumber. 40€ for what?! The only good thing was the Fanta and that only because it wasn't prepared by you.!!! Never again!!! I advise everyone to order or eat here!!!!

You wanted to order something on the night shift and then forgot half your order (tiramisu). According to the driver, no tiramisu, call boss. No sooner said than done, called and no one could speak German properly. After several attempts to explain what was missing, an ok, smart driver came to bring them. So far no one has come and I think that no one will come, very dubious I advise everyone to order from there, the food is unfortunately inedible

I don't know what to say. 2 hours of waiting time (I canceled after 1.5 hours because the food ordering application said the food had arrived at the address). After 2 hours, my canceled order was delivered to me :) (of course I didn't accept it). Thank you for giving me the worst food ordering experience of my life.

I ordered my food from this restaurant via Lieferando. The delivery time was shown as 20-50 minutes. After I ordered, approximately 1 hour was added to the estimated delivery time given. When I called the phone number, it was rejected and it sounded like I was calling with a fax machine. I reached someone on a different number but they pointed out that my order had “just” been received.

2 1/2H delivery time confirmed was 45 minutes. I just threw up from eating.

That was the most disgusting experience I have ever had. Waited 3 hours for my food, which arrived ice cold. The wrong drinks were delivered and my Crispy Chicken was an absolute nightmare: the breading came off, revealing unappetizing, sloppy meat underneath that smelled rotten. It was rubbery and covered in a slimy layer. The lettuce was no better – wilted, brown and covered in rotten spots. After a few bites I had severe stomach problems and became extremely nauseous. I suspect the meat was spoiled. The whole thing was so disgusting that I couldn't eat it and immediately threw it away. This shop is a health risk and an absolute disgrace. Never again!

Nudeln were like soaked in oil, oil tasted like is 2 weeks old oil. Ente was more skin than Fleisch also soaked in 3 kgs oil. I can cook better Also I ordered some burgers which were also not tasty and didn’t seem to be fresh. Paid 30€, not worth the money.

Food arrived very cold after waiting 2 hours

Actually, I never write reviews, ever. No matter how good or bad an app or store is. But not a single guest should order here anymore, only food! Everyone should know what a crap shop, even a crime shop, this is. Definitely don't order here! No way, I'm shocked at how I was treated!! This evening I ordered Chinese food for €80. 3xnoodles & 1x fried rice. The spring rolls were really very tasty but everything else was really spicy! & I mean inedibly spicy! So spicy that you could only eat 3 or 4 spoons. It was really impossible to eat! & The thing is; There was no mention of it being spicy on the list!! & when I complained on the phone they refused to replace everything 4! How natural it would be! The woman on the phone got loud, didn't let me finish, screamed really hard, actually said, 1x pasta replaces it for free, (It's also a given as if I pay for it if they bring the wrong food🤦🏼‍♀️), replaced it 1x pasta, but not 4x. Because 1x pasta already costs €14. "I should have written that I didn't want spicy," but there was no mention of spicy among the foods on the list! Why should I write that? How should I know if there is no mention of it?! Huh??!🤣 I'm not writing about a ham pizza without spinach, please! There was no question of spicy & she totally refused to replace anything for me! How can you be so bold?! After delivering incorrectly and preparing incorrectly & the error is clearly in the loading!!! Lierando then said when I called there afterwards to complain about the dirty shop, you really understand my anger & if I had ordered via my bank account I would get the money back, but since I paid in cash there is no chance, the money is gone, great ! I really lost a lot of money! That was 80€! The restaurant really refuses to replace me with anything that should just be decent and obvious! The pizza I received was a disappointment. The edge was burnt and the taste left something to be desired. The charred edges detracted from the entire eating experience and contributed to an unpleasant taste. Overall, the quality was far below my expectations, and I definitely won't be ordering again.

Hatte das xxl bürgermenü für 21 Euro mit 2x Fleisch mit Pommes und ne Cola bestellt... es kamen Pommes ein barbequ normal Bürger und ein schnitzelbürger mit Cola... Es hieß ich bekomme nächste Tag gleiche Bestellung für umsonst... Ich hätte noch was bestellen müssen um das auch zeitnah zu bekommen habe dann extra 2 Std gewartet und bekam nur die 2 Bürger und fertig... aber die waren natürlich auch kalt... 21 euro und dann noch net mal das was man bestellt bekommt wird man billig abgespeist... FINGER WEG!!! Meine Empfehlung...

Lieferzeit in Ordnung. Die Pizza Margarita war jedoch so gut das man erst nach dem dritten Bissen und stockbesoffen erst gemerkt dass es keine Tomatensoße gab. Hätte der Fahrer noch auf sie gespuckt könnte man die Pizza immerhin noch verarbeiten. Da er dies allerdings nicht tat war man gezwungen sie mitsamt Packung zu verzehren. Eigentlich null Sterne aber trotzdem ok.

Haben eine Pizza Margarita bestellt und haben von den drei Zutaten, nur zwei auf der Pizza gehabt (Teig, Käse).

Dort Bestell ich Immer gern!!! Bei Ambiente kann ich kein Stern geben da ich Bisher nur Liefern lassen hab!!!

Bis vor ein paar Monaten hätte ich 4 Sterne gegeben. Die Qualität hat nachgelassen. Ebenso der Service und sonderwünsche wie dönersoße zu der pizza. Käserand ist super und ein echter mehrwert im Vergleich zu anderen Pizzerien. Früher ging die Lieferung auch sehr viel schneller. Mittlerweile wartet man gerne Mal über 80 Minuten. Das ein oder andere Mal kam auch leider die falsche Bestellung. Diese sagte uns zwar auch zu. Sollte dennoch nicht passieren. Wir bestellen mittlerweile eher woanders. Kann man aber immer noch gut und gerne essen

Hier kann man Pizza-Roulette spielen. Manchmal schmeckt´s, manchmal nicht. Wer was Verlässliches sucht, sollte woanders hin.

Lieferzeit wurde mit 64min. angegeben. Da war der nette Lieferant schon nach 30min. Hatte deren Menü 6 (Party Pizza, Getränk, großer Salat). Beim Essen fiel mir dann auf, dass Ich gar keinen Salat habe. Da sie da schon geschlossen hatten, schaute ich in die Bestllbestätigung und dann auf die Rechnung. Auf beiden war kein Salat aufgeführt. Warum wird Er dann aber bei Menü 6 mit angegeben? Hab ja dennoch den vollen Preis dafür bezahlt ...

Dort bestellt, Lieferant war nett und pünktlich. Essen auch gut, aber absolutes No Go: hatte vegetarische Nudeln bestellt und bekomme Huhn dazu. Das geht gar nicht! :-( Deshalb vergebe ich auch nur 2 Sterne.

Der laden ist ein absolutes No-Go. Verspätete Lieferungen, häufig abends. Der Lieferant nett und entschuldigt sich, Lieferanten können nichts dafür wenn die Lieferung zu spät kommt. Es liegt an den Köchen, die das Essen zu spät zubereiten und losschicken wenn 3 Stunden vergangen sind. Essen ist mangelhaft, 2 große Pizzen bestellt, beide sehr hart und ohne Geschmack. Die Leute dort haben wohl vergessen, das Pizzen im Ofen vergessen wurden.
