Dam Dam Hot Pizzaservice in Stuttgart

I ordered food. The food came 2 hours later even though it was supposed to come in 30 to 55 minutes. Plus everything was cold and didn't taste good either. Very bad .

Since my actual delivery service wasn't open, I ordered a fried potato casserole from here. I assumed that you couldn't go wrong with a casserole with fried potatoes, minced meat and cream sauce. Wrong: the promised cream sauce was an indefinable mixture of tomatoes, cream and who knows what... but the hard part was the fried potatoes, because potato wedges were simply thrown in for the oven, which were still hard and had nothing to do with fried potatoes in terms of taste! Reported to Lieferando, I want my money back

Very bad service. The delivery was already late and the drink was completely missing. It was only after over 3 hours and 4 requests that it was delivered. The pizza wasn't the worst I've ever had, but subpar.

Delivering late and then not answering the phone is really not possible

You wanted to order something on the night shift and then forgot half your order (tiramisu). According to the driver, no tiramisu, call boss. No sooner said than done, called and no one could speak German properly. After several attempts to explain what was missing, an ok, smart driver came to bring them. So far no one has come and I think that no one will come, very dubious I advise everyone to order from there, the food is unfortunately inedible

Food was mediocre, on the worse side. In addition there is a delivery time of 1.5 hours.

I've ordered 4 times now and the food has always been delicious, but today it was very cheesy, no taste, the bread was burnt, not cooked properly. Too bad, had to throw everything in the trash.

Fast delivery, very nice driver, unfortunately the rice had no taste, shrimp invisible, tasteless, pasta tasteless, chicken breading was soft. Vegetables not found. The portions were very large, but unfortunately not edible. Very unfortunate. If you run a restaurant or delivery service, you should be able to cook and perhaps have a bit of enthusiasm for making the food. Were very disappointed. Rating on Lieferando isn't that bad. If I had read the comments sooner I probably wouldn't have to suffer in bed now and go to the doctor later. Today we ordered pizza with friends and we were ridiculously told on the phone that we should give them 5 stars. Now I understand why. If you want to suffer, you'll never come here again

I don't know what to say. 2 hours of waiting time (I canceled after 1.5 hours because the food ordering application said the food had arrived at the address). After 2 hours, my canceled order was delivered to me :) (of course I didn't accept it). Thank you for giving me the worst food ordering experience of my life.

I ordered my food from this restaurant via Lieferando. The delivery time was shown as 20-50 minutes. After I ordered, approximately 1 hour was added to the estimated delivery time given. When I called the phone number, it was rejected and it sounded like I was calling with a fax machine. I reached someone on a different number but they pointed out that my order had “just” been received.

2 1/2H delivery time confirmed was 45 minutes. I just threw up from eating.

That was the most disgusting experience I have ever had. Waited 3 hours for my food, which arrived ice cold. The wrong drinks were delivered and my Crispy Chicken was an absolute nightmare: the breading came off, revealing unappetizing, sloppy meat underneath that smelled rotten. It was rubbery and covered in a slimy layer. The lettuce was no better – wilted, brown and covered in rotten spots. After a few bites I had severe stomach problems and became extremely nauseous. I suspect the meat was spoiled. The whole thing was so disgusting that I couldn't eat it and immediately threw it away. This shop is a health risk and an absolute disgrace. Never again!

I ordered through Lieferando, they probably bought the reviews there. 4.6 stars, never in my life, was there after 2 hours. The delivery person mixed up my order with another one, then had to exchange the food. Pizza, ice cream, cold. Frozen tastes better. Pasta fruti di Mare is a joke Hardly any seafood in it, just a few small shrimps and surimi (which actually doesn't go well with pasta) tastes bad as expected, leaves a very strange aftertaste, had to brush my teeth straight away afterwards. The only thing that was good was the mezomix and the bottle of whisky

Eating garbage feels healthier than eating from here, I ordered through LIEFERANDO, delivery 10 min late, isoke, but quality, oh my, plz kill me., QUANTITY VERY LOW AS WELL 2 yufkas and I feel like I had some fries with cheddar, nothing more, I could swallow 8 more of those. very disapointing, meat tasted like it was in the freezer for 12 months and later sprayed with a hose while cooking. Buy a pizza from an italian instead or a burger or something, maybe a yufka from people who know how to do it, and not absolute NOOBS.

Unfriendly employees and ugly communication with the customer. They didn't place my order and charged €7 above the list price. They did not place my order and demanded 7€ above the list price.

Just don’t even think to spend your money here. Better buy ingredients and cook at home your fresh food. I ordered to take away Gebratene Nudeln mit Ente Fleisch und Gemüse. Nudeln were like soaked in oil, oil tasted like is 2 weeks old oil. Ente was more skin than Fleisch also soaked in 3 kgs oil. I can cook better Also I ordered some burgers which were also not tasty and didn’t seem to be fresh. Paid 30€, not worth the money.

Food arrived very cold after waiting 2 hours

Actually, I never write reviews, ever. No matter how good or bad an app or store is. But not a single guest should order here anymore, only food! Everyone should know what a crap shop, even a crime shop, this is. Definitely don't order here! No way, I'm shocked at how I was treated!! This evening I ordered Chinese food for €80. 3xnoodles & 1x fried rice. The spring rolls were really very tasty but everything else was really spicy! & I mean inedibly spicy! So spicy that you could only eat 3 or 4 spoons. It was really impossible to eat! & The thing is; There was no mention of it being spicy on the list!! & when I complained on the phone they refused to replace everything 4! How natural it would be! The woman on the phone got loud, didn't let me finish, screamed really hard, actually said, 1x pasta replaces it for free, (It's also a given as if I pay for it if they bring the wrong food🤦🏼‍♀️), replaced it 1x pasta, but not 4x. Because 1x pasta already costs €14. "I should have written that I didn't want spicy," but there was no mention of spicy among the foods on the list! Why should I write that? How should I know if there is no mention of it?! Huh??!🤣 I'm not writing about a ham pizza without spinach, please! There was no question of spicy & she totally refused to replace anything for me! How can you be so bold?! After delivering incorrectly and preparing incorrectly & the error is clearly in the loading!!! Lierando then said when I called there afterwards to complain about the dirty shop, you really understand my anger & if I had ordered via my bank account I would get the money back, but since I paid in cash there is no chance, the money is gone, great ! I really lost a lot of money! That was 80€! The restaurant really refuses to replace me with anything that should just be decent and obvious! If you prepared it incorrectly, it's a complete impudence! Under no circumstances should you order here with such audacity, I have never experienced such a dirty shop in my life!!! The pizza I received was a disappointment. The edge was burnt and the taste left something to be desired. The charred edges detracted from the entire eating experience and contributed to an unpleasant taste. Overall, the quality was far below my expectations, and I definitely won't be ordering again.

Grad eben bestellt und Lieferung erhalten! Sehr unprofessionell 1 Stunde 40 min gewartet! Essen ist kalt und ungenießbar! Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

Hatte das xxl bürgermenü für 21 Euro mit 2x Fleisch mit Pommes und ne Cola bestellt... es kamen Pommes ein barbequ normal Bürger und ein schnitzelbürger mit Cola... Es hieß ich bekomme nächste Tag gleiche Bestellung für umsonst... Ich hätte noch was bestellen müssen um das auch zeitnah zu bekommen habe dann extra 2 Std gewartet und bekam nur die 2 Bürger und fertig... aber die waren natürlich auch kalt... 21 euro und dann noch net mal das was man bestellt bekommt wird man billig abgespeist... FINGER WEG!!! Meine Empfehlung...

Haben eine Pizza Margarita bestellt und haben von den drei Zutaten, nur zwei auf der Pizza gehabt (Teig, Käse).

Lieferzeit in Ordnung. Die Pizza Margarita war jedoch so gut das man erst nach dem dritten Bissen und stockbesoffen erst gemerkt dass es keine Tomatensoße gab. Hätte der Fahrer noch auf sie gespuckt könnte man die Pizza immerhin noch verarbeiten. Da er dies allerdings nicht tat war man gezwungen sie mitsamt Packung zu verzehren. Eigentlich null Sterne aber trotzdem ok.

Dort Bestell ich Immer gern!!! Bei Ambiente kann ich kein Stern geben da ich Bisher nur Liefern lassen hab!!!

Bis vor ein paar Monaten hätte ich 4 Sterne gegeben. Die Qualität hat nachgelassen. Ebenso der Service und sonderwünsche wie dönersoße zu der pizza. Käserand ist super und ein echter mehrwert im Vergleich zu anderen Pizzerien. Früher ging die Lieferung auch sehr viel schneller. Mittlerweile wartet man gerne Mal über 80 Minuten. Das ein oder andere Mal kam auch leider die falsche Bestellung. Diese sagte uns zwar auch zu. Sollte dennoch nicht passieren. Wir bestellen mittlerweile eher woanders. Kann man aber immer noch gut und gerne essen

Die Lieferung war das einzig Gute. Essen ist akzeptabel aber kriegt man alles vom Aldi TK Bereich und Bauchschmerzen sind vorprogrammiert

Leckeres Essen und ausgezeichneter Service Fahrer sind sehr nett. Sie liefern die Anfrage pünktlich. Der Restaurantbesitzer ist mehr als toll, die Preise sind günstig

Hier kann man Pizza-Roulette spielen. Manchmal schmeckt´s, manchmal nicht. Wer was Verlässliches sucht, sollte woanders hin.

Minus: Keine Cola ab 25 €, wie auf der Webseite beworben. Am Telefon sagte man mir ich habe keine bestellt. Dreist. Halbminus: Zu viel Pfeffer im Essen, aber trotzdem genießbar. Plus: schnelle Lieferung

Lieferzeit wurde mit 64min. angegeben. Da war der nette Lieferant schon nach 30min. Hatte deren Menü 6 (Party Pizza, Getränk, großer Salat). Beim Essen fiel mir dann auf, dass Ich gar keinen Salat habe. Da sie da schon geschlossen hatten, schaute ich in die Bestllbestätigung und dann auf die Rechnung. Auf beiden war kein Salat aufgeführt. Warum wird Er dann aber bei Menü 6 mit angegeben? Hab ja dennoch den vollen Preis dafür bezahlt ...

Dort bestellt, Lieferant war nett und pünktlich. Essen auch gut, aber absolutes No Go: hatte vegetarische Nudeln bestellt und bekomme Huhn dazu. Das geht gar nicht! :-( Deshalb vergebe ich auch nur 2 Sterne.

Der laden ist ein absolutes No-Go. Verspätete Lieferungen, häufig abends. Der Lieferant nett und entschuldigt sich, Lieferanten können nichts dafür wenn die Lieferung zu spät kommt. Es liegt an den Köchen, die das Essen zu spät zubereiten und losschicken wenn 3 Stunden vergangen sind. Essen ist mangelhaft, 2 große Pizzen bestellt, beide sehr hart und ohne Geschmack. Die Leute dort haben wohl vergessen, das Pizzen im Ofen vergessen wurden.
