Dalmacija-Grill Spandau in Berlin

We were there today with our family – 10 people – for dinner. The food was fresh and attractively prepared. The portions were good. The "Räuberteller" (a type of meat platter) is a dream for meat lovers, with fries, rice, ketchup, and spicy onions – a real treat when you don't have to count calories. The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and fast. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. We will gladly come again.

We were there for the third time. There were six of us in total. There was no salad with the main courses, and all the food was very bland. It lacked seasoning.

It used to be really great, but now the price-performance ratio is completely off. The staff are sometimes friendly, sometimes not. There are definitely better Croatian restaurants out there!

Classic Croatian, everything as you would expect except for the Djuvec rice; that was regular rice with pieces of vegetables.

The food was freshly prepared and tasted very good. The appetizers, in particular, were a pleasant surprise.

We've eaten at Dalmacija many times and have always been impressed – the quality, service, and atmosphere were otherwise fantastic. Unfortunately, this time we had a very disappointing experience: We waited over an hour for our food, and it only arrived after repeated requests. When it was finally served, it was clearly visible that it had been heated in a microwave. In addition, no waiter checked in or asked if everything was okay the entire time. After all the positive visits we've had before, this was a real low point and, unfortunately, a reason for us to avoid the restaurant in the future. A real shame!

I was actually shocked by the so-called goulash – three pieces of meat and a cream sauce made from powder! Plus four potatoes. Everything was completely tasteless. Not only did I leave hungry, but I was also sad that I had to pay for this miserable food!

Good to very good restaurant. The food was delicious, as always. The only downside is that the staff is still all male... It's a shame; something pleasing to the eye would be great. Also, the fact that there's parking right outside = priceless...👍👌 The decor is slowly reaching its limits and could use some freshening up. But we always enjoy eating there.👍👌

I was here with my entire family, all the meat was consistently bad. The liver was horrible, undercooked, and sometimes impossible to chew. The cevapcici and pljeskavica were absolutely dry, crumbly, and flavorless, and they looked just as unappetizing. Nothing like the pictures posted here; they were just gray. The rump steak was completely overcooked and barely chewable; the pork chop and pork neck were no better. Because I didn't want to upset my parents, we didn't complain. It was enough that our day was ruined with this bad food. Our plates weren't empty, and when we pointed it out during the clearing, they didn't even apologize properly or offer us anything to compensate. That was the last time I ate here. How can a chef be that bad? That's not possible. 120 euros for the trash can. Too bad

Neighbourhood Croatian restaurant with massive portions.

I can't say enough good things about DALMACIJA! I've been visiting this wonderful Croatian restaurant since I was a child, and it's always a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for family gatherings or a relaxing evening with friends. The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes – from freshly grilled fish to tender meat dishes and traditional side dishes. The quality of the food is outstanding, and the flavors transport you straight to Croatia! Everything is highly recommended! The service is always incredibly friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it! A place that perfectly combines tradition and passion for Croatian cuisine.

A cult Croatian restaurant. A must-have in Spandau during Marko's time. But still worth a visit, even with the new staff and the same waiter from the past.

A restaurant in the 70s/80s style. Friendly staff, the food came quickly, and you get a small schnapps to help with digestion at the end. I'll definitely be back.

Been in Berlin this weekend. We were looking for a restaurant in the early afternoon and came across this restaurant on Google. We weren't disappointed. Very nice welcome and despite many reservations we still got a table. Very good service and all dishes were excellent. This restaurant is highly recommended.

We had registered 1 day in advance and were given a quiet table despite the restaurants being full. Very friendly service, the food came quickly, was very tasty and a huge portion! Pleasant crowd, moderate prices. We had a lovely evening and would love to come back. Thank you very much!

Our regular restaurant where we not only celebrated big birthdays on the terrace, but also often stopped in between meals. Not only interesting for native Spandau residents, this restaurant is also absolutely recommended to everyone else. Friendly and fast service, large but still cheap portions, we were always happy and satisfied here until we moved to the Westerwald four years ago.

I like the rustic atmosphere, the service is always great. The food is also good, although I personally would like the Djuvec rice to be a little spicier.

Good, solid food, tables somewhat close together in the interior, which can be comfortable but also a bit cramped. I missed opening/tilting windows when the restaurant was full so that some fresh air could come in. But otherwise: you can go there at any time, beautiful outdoor area in summer!

The main course was very tasty. Ordered a mixed salad as a starter. This is NOT recommended. The salad mainly consisted of just beans and white cabbage. Underneath I found a small lettuce leaf, 1 slice of cucumber and a small piece of tomato. Unfortunately, this is not a mixed salad for me.

Increased prices, unchanged offerings on the menu for years. Average quality, the "spicy" onions are listlessly mixed together from onions with chili flakes, the salad offered with some of the dishes was omitted. No or little commitment, you are “sure” of your customers.

Here too, the prices have of course increased, but they are still reasonable. The staff is attentive and nice. The ambience could use some work, some things seem old and a bit worn. But still not unkempt or uninviting.

It's been a long time since I've had such a good Croatian meal. The deduction is because there was no salad to eat. It was always like that, why not anymore?

This Croatian has been around for as long as I can remember. (35+ years) It still tastes like it did back then. Classically, I eat the “Puszta Platter” there... Only recommended!

Were there and as before, the food is super tasty, the waiters are in a good mood and friendly, the prices are really good, 7 of us had a 150 euro bill with dessert for the kids so all in all it's really great and we'll be happy to go there once a month now go 👌

We ate in this restaurant for the first time today. Unfortunately there are a few things we didn't like. Normally you get ketchup and onions with your meal without paying anything! There is also always a small salad...again, this has to be paid for separately. We found that very sad...as the prices aren't exactly cheap either. A tip on the side...the Cevapcici have a little too much pepper and are not fluffy but very firm. Unfortunately we won't be coming back...even though the restaurant isn't far from us. It was worth a try. A pity

Waren heute, am 20.05.2024 im besagten Restaurant! Nicht nur, dass die Bedienung unheimlich freundlich ist, sie ist auch sehr flink und zuvorkommend. Essen wurde sehr schnell serviert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, denn es war auch eine riesige Portion. Der Preis dafür war nicht nur angemessen, sondern meiner Ansicht sogar recht günstig. Alles im allen, sehr Empfehlenswert Robert Althoff & Dagmar Schwarz sagen einfach nur Danke an das Personal

The food (meat) tasted very good, but the service on Mother's Day was rather average. For example, there was no salad as a starter, which is always available in other Croatian restaurants when you order a robber plate and a large potpourri plate. That was strange.
