The restaurant is very outdated, the food is good. Burgerlich, a good friend of ours. But the restaurant is called Zum Favoriten, not Dailferben Niko.

Even one star is still too many here. We are totally disappointed and pissed off. We ordered and after 3 hours there was still no food. Not yet to this day. The phone number you provided isn't correct either. You can't even reach the store to complain. The fact that something like this even exists is pretty damning. I've written 2 emails and haven't even responded to them yet. So conclusion for us..... get rid of it.

Unfriendly and rude staff. 2.5 hours before closing there is no more ice cream because the machine has already been cleaned. My dessert was burnt and the hygiene leaves something to be desired. The employees speak to the guests in a sharp and unfriendly tone.
