Feedback from a regular customer: I've been ordering here regularly for about 10 years. My favorite has always been the Amsterdam schnitzel. The prices were recently increased by 8%, but some of the old prices are still listed on the website. Unfortunately, the quality has declined lately. Today I ordered the Amsterdam schnitzel again. Sadly, I could only eat the fries. The sauce was very watery and there wasn't much of it. The meat didn't taste good either, and the schnitzels seem to be getting thicker and thicker :(. It's a real shame; I hope this changes soon.

We wanted to thank you again in this way. We had our gender reveal party there, and it was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious. The venue was private and ideally suited for such events. Thank you again for everything, and we highly recommend your restaurant.

We've been to "Da Botticelli" several times now, even though we live in Bochum. Everything we've eaten there so far (pizza, pasta, schnitzel, shashlik, for example) has been absolutely delicious and flavorful. Plus, the staff are incredibly friendly and cheerful, providing excellent service. We'll definitely keep coming back.

I don't recommend it. Takeout Parma pizza without Parmesan. The fries were undercooked. We gave the restaurant another chance and went with our small children. The staff looked at us strangely. As if we were disturbing someone, but the children were calm. Just because most of the people there are older doesn't mean the staff behaves this way. The food also leaves much to be desired. Some dishes are tasty, and some are better left unattended.

A huge disappointment. They put salami in the pizza even though I didn't want it. 🤢

We're regular customers and regularly celebrate our birthdays there. My family also eats there once a week. Yesterday, our son ordered chicken wings from the "kids' menu," which were unfortunately so spicy (for a child) that he couldn't eat them. Ultimately, we had to return the wings, and my son ate my noodles. We adults tried the chicken wings beforehand (and they were really spicy), and we all agreed that they shouldn't be offered on a "kids' menu" due to their spiciness. The owner of the restaurant insisted that we pay full price, which even the staff were visibly uncomfortable with. I've never experienced anything like that before. The waitresses were very nice and friendly. Goodbye, farewell... That's how you lose your regular customers. Several times a year, we celebrated birthdays, Christmas, etc., there with 25 people. Sad 😢

Full marks for value for money. It was truly delicious, and we were served very pleasantly.

Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. I have the impression that they're not using real cheese, but rather cheaper molded cheese. The mushrooms also don't seem to be fresh anymore. Profit optimization at the expense of quality. A shame.

Dear Botticelli Team I have something on my mind. I've been ordering from you for about 4-5 years, and everything works perfectly. Even the food is delicious and fantastic. Now I have a request: For the past 2 to 3 weeks, the same driver has been delivering to my place, and I feel like he's charging too much. I've been paying €25 for two pizzas for the past 2 to 3 weeks, almost every time, and both pizzas come with standard toppings (e.g., one tuna and one vegetable). I usually order during the week (always on Tuesdays) and never on weekends. The driver who always comes to me always seems very nervous when he says the amount. Sorry, dear team, I never wanted to post something like this, but it's just not acceptable. I remembered the driver's car and will come by in the next few days and speak to the boss personally. I can only say one thing: it was a silver car with a license plate at the end of 1919. Unfortunately, I will no longer order from you because the last 3 or 4 times I have paid almost €100 for almost 2 pizzas per order. And best wishes to the driver, you have lost a regular customer.

The beer garden is very nice, with lots of regulars, and the staff is quite friendly. It's okay for pizza... but if you like schnitzel, you'd better go somewhere else, as the breading is thicker than the schnitzel itself... It's supposed to be homemade, but as I said, the flattener for the schnitzel is slapped onto the meat too hard!!!!! It was an experience, but sorry about the price. Real quality is something else entirely, and the prices for the dishes, especially the schnitzel, are definitely too high.

Great restaurant and worth every visit!

We ate there for the second time. Super friendly staff and a menu with something for everyone. There were four of us, and everything from pizza to shashlik was delicious. A lovely little beer garden where you can relax.

We arrived today half an hour before opening time. We were politely invited in, even though we didn't have a table reservation. Very friendly service and super delicious 😋 food.

Friendly staff, good food, and generous portions. For around €20 including a drink, everyone can eat their fill here. Keep it up!

I'm giving it two stars for the fast delivery. Note that I am, or rather, have been, a regular customer for years. I have to say that in recent years, especially in the last year, the pizzeria's quality has declined considerably, which has led me to unfortunately decide not to visit the shop again or order from it in the future. It's questionable how a pizza can arrive at my door within 15 minutes after a follow-up delivery.

My experience has shown that you won't feel very comfortable there. The entrance is only accessible via the backyard, but the door is always open, and you sometimes sit in a draft, so you have to eat there wearing a jacket. Regarding the men's restroom, I'd like to say that it's everything. It's definitely not clean. Some parts are even damaged. There's an urgent need for action regarding the hygiene situation. The staff is actually quite friendly, but it seems to me that they're dissatisfied. Personally, I wouldn't want to eat there anymore. The taste isn't exactly amazing either. It's rather poorly prepared and not appealing.

Clear recommendation. The TV is particularly nice and shows fantastic holiday destinations.

We were there with a very large group, we ate various pizzas, pan gyros, spaghetti with shrimps, salad plates, various schnitzels and everyone enjoyed it very much. First of all there were rolls with 2 different spreads from the house. We were also served food almost at the same time and I found that very remarkable. I really liked it and it certainly wasn't the last time I was there. 👍

Ordered pizza today. Unfortunately the quality is getting worse and worse. Could it be that tomato sauce is no longer used? Unfortunately the pizza was very dry and the edge was so hard that you couldn't eat it. When will you get good quality for your money again?

We have been guests at Botticelli's for over 20 years and have had no reason to complain to date. The ordering and delivery service was always reliable. Apart from occasionally longer waiting times due to traffic, the food was always delivered at the promised time. The drivers were always friendly and helpful. With a few exceptions, the food was always excellent, as was the service. The service is attentive, courteous and always concerned about the well-being of the guests. Of course, tastes are different, so there were a few dishes that didn't quite suit my taste. I simply didn't order these again on my next visit. All in all, Da Botticelli is highly recommended!

We've been going here regularly for 2 years and it's great every time! The staff and all the people on site are simply incredibly friendly and accommodating. Have ordered several times and always delivered hot and correctly. Unfortunately I don't understand some of the reviews here! Always my pleasure!

Friendly staff and delicious food, good portions too, everything fits. So far we have always done ToGo, so I can't say anything about the service on site. It is clean and modernly furnished, but due to the building there are few windows, so I wouldn't like to sit in it.

NEVER AGAIN !!!! Since the new owner took over the shop, no longer recommended!!! Food too late, food not fully arrived as ordered, staff on the phone arrogant and uncooperative. The missing food was on the bill and they paid for it and they wanted more money for the missing food that was delivered.

Very disappointing - never again! We ordered here and were completely disappointed. First, we were delivered the wrong food even though we had placed a clear order. In addition, three dishes were completely forgotten, which ruined the entire process for us. When we asked the delivery driver about it, we were treated rudely and annoyed instead of offering a solution. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable. No apology, no compensation - service and quality at an all-time low. We definitely won't be ordering here again!

We live nearby and were always happy to come. Unfortunately we didn't like the food last time. 😕 The pizza was burnt and very sparingly topped. The same thing with the Calzone Greco and the zazici was missing (again). From now on we prefer to put Gustavo's frozen pizza in the oven when things have to be done quickly. It tastes like homemade. Good pizzerias have become rare anyway...

We had a delicious meal again today. As before, the team was super nice. Today it was very crowded and there was a bit of a problem at times because it was a little understaffed for this crowd. But in the end everyone did their thing with a smile. It was really nice again. Many thanks from table 32 :-)

When you're out in the field, you're always looking for good food After 14 days of eating through the menu I have to say there is nothing to complain about, nice staff, ladies, great food and great prices. Can only be recommended

We are here from Berlin in the field and our conclusion is space class. We have now tested the menu for 14 days and there is NOTHING that doesn't taste good, from the shish kebab to the calzone to the dessert, it's simply a dream. The staff is always friendly and you feel completely at home.

Please keep the recipe of all dishes the same and the service too! The food and service are always good with you.

I really like the place. Although the atmosphere is very rustic, I like going there. I like the food, the service is nice, clean and the atmosphere is very homely. It's a very reasonable price for such relatively large portions. We rented the next room for my parents' golden wedding anniversary for the first time. We were enchanted by the room and had a buffet meal. The guests and we were completely satisfied with everything. The room is really recommended because you can celebrate completely privately. There is a music system, a separate entrance from the beer garden side, everything you need for a private party. And don't forget the really nice owner 👍

Ordered number 67 “bistecca griglia” several times. Once the fries were missing, today the small salad was missing and the steak was tough and not juicy. Do they have a new chef?

Unfortunately I have wire and hair in my noodles...and that wasn't the first time something like that happened...it's a shame I can't add a photo.

Ordered food. Unfortunately, I had to realize that the fried potatoes are not homemade, but are already packaged and processed, which means that in the end it was a finished product, not something that was made in-house. The same with the schnitzel, it doesn't taste homemade. You can see this immediately when you cut the meat, also visible in the breading. Because I work in a restaurant myself, it is easy for me to determine whether it is really homemade or bought and simply warmed up or simply fried briefly, but bought ready-made from a wholesaler beforehand. In itself, it wouldn't be too important to me, but given the prices, it is important to me that a restaurant places value on preparing the food itself. But the delivery person was nice and quick. That has to be said.

A really very good pizzeria. Very nice and friendly team. Delicious pizza, but the schnitzels are particularly good. You don't immediately think of a pizzeria, but it's worth it! In summer you can sit comfortably outside and enjoy your food. You can also order your food by phone. The drivers are very friendly and always fast. We recommend!

I can't understand the praise for the pizza. To get a pizza that dry even though it is “light” is quite an achievement. If you ask for hot peppers and the answer is yes, you have very hot peppers, then a 5 year old child eats them because they are not spicy at all is an impertinence! Why don't you just say sorry, we don't have any hot ones??? Once and never again. The service staff was otherwise very nice and friendly

Haben vorhin bestellt und alles zweimal wiederholt, um sicher zu gehen, das es klappt. War leider nicht der Fall. Ein Salat war mit dem falschen Dressing, der andere sollte nur mit Tomaten sein und über die Hälfte war grün! Beim Schnitzel, sollte nur ein Schnitzel anstatt zwei geben und dafür zwei Kroketten mehr. Das Schnitzel wurde weggelassen, die zwei Kroketten mehr aber auch! Mein Beilagensalat war im Dressing ertränkt. Daher leider nur ein Stern.

Haben sonst immer nur da bestellt,aber die Tage waren wir persönlich vor Ort. Sehr nettes Ambiente,sympathisches Personal und das Essen ist sehr lecker. Kommen immer wieder gerne hierhin!

Haben bisher nur gute Erfahrungen mit dem Lieferservice gemacht. Pizza ist lecker, Pizzabrötchen mit Aioli sehr gut. Begeistert sind wir von den Fleischgerichten, wir haben diverse Schnitzel und das Schaschlik probiert. Das Fleisch ist zart und nichts zu bemängeln. Die Portionsgrößen sind gut. Der Salat ist frisch und die Salatsoße lecker.

Dat war leider nichts. Bedienung kam erst nach 15 Minuten...und es war nicht voll...

Hatte gestern dort bestellt, die Pizza ist eigentlich ganz lecker, aber der Fahrer hat mir den ganzen Abend und die Laune verdorben! Habe passend inkl knapp 2€ Trinkgeld gegeben, da steht er im Flur vor mir und sag „Das geht nicht, waren fast 10 Kilometer bis hier , dass ist nicht ok so geht nicht „ . Und stand wie versteinert im Flur , habe ihm dann weitere 3€ gegeben und dann ist er gegangen . War eine richtig unangenehme Situation. Also dann doch bitte die Lieferanfrage nicht annehmen wenn es zu weit ist. Und zahlen Sie doch ihren Fahrern ein anständiges Gehalt oder höhere Pauschalen.

Schöne Location, wir waren im Biergarten draußen. Das Essen wurde schön heiß serviert, ich habe die Nr 41 Spagetti mit Garnelen an Tomatensauce gegessen und war sehr zufrieden. Gute ausgewogene Portionsgrösse. Der Service war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Sehr gerne wieder.

Gestern hab ich Salat und paar Gerichte zum mitnehmen gehabt. Gefühlt 1lg Dressing auf dem Salat geklatscht, das es ungenießbar war. Soßen für Schnitzel schmeckten auch nicht. Bolognese Soße konnte man essen, aber da kann man auch nicht viel falsch machen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aber sorry aber das essen ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Immer super Essen. Nette Bedienung. Preis Leistung gut. Allerdings Rechnung kontrollieren denn 2 x stimmte die schon nicht.😉
