Im Großen und Ganzen sind Essen und Service gut. Heute gab es jedoch eine Ausnahme: Eine Frau mit langen Haaren wollte mir einen Scherz erlauben und behauptete, sie hätte meine Bestellung nicht verstanden. Sie war dabei sehr gut gelaunt. Obwohl andere Gäste ihr ebenfalls meine Bestellung mitteilten, versuchte sie absichtlich, mir etwas anderes auf den Teller zu legen. Normalerweise habe ich keine Probleme mit der Kommunikation, insbesondere wenn ich Reis mit Fisch bestelle.

The name is completely misleading. Nothing here is cooked "alla mama" or "homemade." They simply turn large steam ovens in the kitchen, into which trays of frozen food are placed. And there's no Italian restaurant here. Kale with sausage and Wiener schnitzel with fries are today's specials. The price is reasonable, and taste-wise, I'd say it's on par with a good fast-food joint. The staff behind the counter (self-service – so much for a restaurant) are motivated and friendly. Everything is clean. But it has a real train station atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi and parking right outside are a plus.

Lots of choices, but exorbitant prices. I ordered a vegetarian burger and was told it wasn't available due to staff shortages, but we could have the cauliflower casserole instead! Seriously?! Then I ordered a regular burger for €7.95, which arrived cold, and I got incredibly dry spare ribs. So, zero points for quality and service.

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly! Definitely recommended.

The idea of ​​adding such a "feeding station" here is actually fantastic, but unfortunately, the price-performance ratio still leaves a lot of room for improvement. The relatively high prices are currently only explained by the location and lack of competition in the immediate vicinity, and certainly not by the exceptional quality of the products or particularly amazing taste. Of the two dishes we've tried so far, we've chewed through completely tasteless fried potatoes and a tough schnitzel, and the absolute lowlight of culinary "enjoyment" so far: the pizza. Not only was it outrageously expensive for something that visually resembled a sub-miniature version of pretty much any frozen pizza, complete with ham measured with a set square and sliced ​​into equal-sized squares, it was also inedible and mostly ended up in the trash, as practically the entire base had burned to a single slab of coal. The young man behind the counter was clearly still inexperienced, and I don't even want to hold that against him, but his colleague/supervisor should perhaps have helped out a bit more instead of retreating to the back in frustration. The staff were certainly nice and friendly, but I suspect there's still room for improvement in the kitchen and at the management level. I certainly won't be getting my lunch there again anytime soon.
