Standard Croque, nothing special. Ordered garlic sauce and got herbs. The service was nice and quick

One of the last decent croque shops :) I got a croque with fluffy bread, generous toppings, the sauce was delicious, I had the crunchy croque and the meat was tender and fresh ingredients. The waitress came to my aid when I wanted to pack up my croque and without asking, gave me aluminum foil to take with me when I wanted to take my second half of the croque, which I thought was very nice :) And the shop is decorated in a cute way. I really have to say that a lot of croque shops have slacked off. So on my corner in Lurup, even the shops where I had been a loyal customer for a long time have gradually disappointed me and other shops have closed. That's why I wish the Croque shop continued success in the future. I really like to see a store like this blossom so beautifully, especially for the culinary variety in the shopping corners, we need more of that. Because we really enjoy eating the food from our European friends in France :)

Croque is delicious and the price is right, but the woman with the glasses is quite stressful and unfriendly. And now beer has been taken off sale. That's not ok and makes me stop buying there.

The year is 1971 and the first croque shop opened in Hamburg Farmsen. There were many croque chains but if you want to eat the only real croque you should come here. The sauces are based on an old recipe and even if they don't offer a delivery service, the taste is second to none. Simply perfect and this should be a must for every visitor to Hamburg

A typical corner diner offering takeaway or dine in. The ambience near a subway station can't be good. The facility is functional. The ladies in service were friendly and attentive. I ordered a croque hot dog to go and had to wait 15 minutes, which is absolutely fine. I would have liked the bread in different varieties. So it was a very unfussy piece of bread without a real crust. But that's the only point of criticism, so gladly again...

We've been getting our croques here for years. Always friendly, competent and quick. Always my pleasure.

I have been going to this store regularly for years, but this was the first time I was disappointed. All three croques had very lean toppings, and the main component was salad. Price-performance ratio is disproportionate.

Super tasty Crouqe, unfortunately not reachable by phone and when we arrived everyone was standing outside and chatting Waited a long time because the cell phone was more important in the kitchen. It's a shame but it was still delicious!

For me the croque was very sparingly topped. Way too much baguette in proportion.

Unfortunately, the service has never heard of customer friendliness. As soon as you walk in you can sense the dissatisfaction of the lady behind the counter. This will be confirmed at the latest when you place your order. And under no circumstances should you complain about a mistake (the croques have already been incorrectly filled several times), then instead of an apology you will be dealt with with an unfriendly answer. When I saw another customer being dumped in such an unfriendly manner during my last visit, I decided to buy my croques somewhere else from now on.

Hello, I was at your store today with my friend and we ordered two cold croques to take away. I then ordered a turkey croque with gluten-free bread. Then my friend wanted to order his croque (crunchy croque) but this was interrupted by the waiter who said: “I thought there were two croques, I only heard one”. This interruption caused a lot of confusion when ordering as my friend was about to place his order. My friend's order was also processed correctly, but I then simply received the vegan version of his croque. That's a real shame because I didn't order it at all. We then inquired on their website and discovered that the vegan Crunchy Croque is made from wheat proteins. Since I have already specifically ordered gluten-free bread, one could conclude that I cannot tolerate wheat, apart from that, as already described, I did not order it. Now I had to eat my croque without the substitute product. It was just cheese and tomatoes. If we didn't have such a long way to get to the store, we would have gone straight back and ordered another turkey croque. We love eating your croques, but we would be very happy if you listened to us and let us finish when you order. Kind regards :)

It is and remains the best croque in town. The Spezi sauce is awesome.

The food is always freshly prepared, the employees are always friendly even when they are stressed! The shop itself is cozy, there is also a small bench outside where you can wait.

The worst service I have ever experienced! No “Hello” or “Can you do something else?” No! Cash in quickly with a face that has absolutely no interest in life. I ordered a croque with a little garlic and ended up with garlic sauce with a little croque.

I've been coming here to eat croque since I was a teenager. The quality is always good. What has been noticeable recently, however, is that you often can't get through to order by phone. The answering machine usually answers. As a result, I have often ordered food elsewhere. Too bad.

I love the crouques here. The specisosse is the best. The girls create a perfect balance between the ingredients, and the bread is still nice and crisp, fresh and not too brown. There are two parking spaces behind the house for parking. This makes picking up even easier.

I am absolutely appalled by our trip to this restaurant. Not only did another guest have to leave because he couldn't pay by card - the service was also subpar! It seems like hospitality has never been heard of here. With a child in tow, you hope for a friendly and supportive environment, but the exact opposite was the case. The selection of sauces was not explained to us nor were we offered the different types of bread that were available. When I asked whether we should choose the sauces later or decide now, I received such a rude answer that I was speechless: “The sauce is on the board!” Excuse me? I would have expected a bit of friendliness! When I then tried to change the bread - just two minutes after ordering - because I wasn't given a choice here either and I only read after ordering that there were other breads to choose from, I was again given a snippy and met with a rude no. The lady with brown-blonde hair, a gray top and a yellow hat was particularly unfriendly. How are you supposed to feel welcome there? This restaurant is a disaster and the treatment of the guests is a disgrace. It's clear: we'll never come here again! If you want to spend a nice day with your family, you should definitely avoid this restaurant.

The croque is fine. Good quality, I know what I'm talking about. The only thing that bothers me is the default dauces on croques, I don't know that at all. That would also be a reason why I wouldn't come back. Otherwise ok...

On Friday early evening, you can expect a short waiting time without pre-ordering 😁 The croques are super tasty and very well topped. Iceberg or coleslaw upon request. You can take the sauces with you separately. Get the croques after work and take them home, as we don't have great croques available here. The staff is extremely friendly and very prompt. I'd love to come here.

Ordered extra salad for pickup for the first time 👍. Still warm at home. Good toppings, fresh (mushrooms). Dips very tasty. Will order again

One can only say delicious croque

Very tasty filled and baked baguette sandwiches. You will definitely be full, regardless of whether you eat the normal or 2/3 size! Neatly topped and with lots of sauce. Well packaged, but difficult to eat on the go due to the risk of spills. Unfortunately only Gouda cheese is available, Cheddar for example would give an extra kick.

It's better to order cinnamon/sugar on the crepes, it's very hard to go wrong!

The croque and crepes are very tasty and are nowhere near as expensive as most other croque shops. It's a shame that there is no delivery service, then I would only order here.

Timelessly good for what feels like ages

Absolute institution when it comes to croques. Ambiance is more of a cold bistro. Ingredients are absolutely standard. Sauces are great, especially the special sauce. What's a shame, however, is that there is no real garlic sauce, just an oil. Otherwise I could probably convince my girlfriend more often. Absolute recommendation for croques.

For me the best croque in Hamburg, no wonder, it's the inventor! I've been coming here since I was a child, also because they have croque roast pork here, which isn't available everywhere.

Typischer Croque-Laden, so wie es sein soll. Aber da gibt es halt das Original von den Erfindern. Muss man ja mal gewesen sein. War auch lecker der klassische Croque Monsieur 👍

Ich habe noch nirgendwo einen derart guten Croque gegessen. Außen knusprig, reichhaltiger und leckerer Belag, super Sauce. Absolute Empfehlung

Das war mal DER Croque Laden. Seit einiger Zeit geht keiner mehr ans Telefon, damit man bestellen kann. Heute kam die Dame nachdem ich über 10 Minuten versucht hatte anzurufen mit dem Handy in der Hand hinten aus der Küche. Ich fragte, ob das Telefon vielleicht nicht geht. Wäre ja schade, wenn man keinen Umsatz machen kann. Keine Reaktion. Die Croques sind neuerdings wahnsinnig trocken. Und wenig liebevoll belegt. Keine EC Karten anzunehmen ist einfach nicht zeitgemäß. Schade!!! Hoffentlich wird es wieder besser.

Ansich leckere croques, jedoch wird sehr häufig etwas vertauscht. Meist wird satt dem bestellten krautsalat Eisberg genommen oder Soße drauf gemacht obwohl man sie separat bestellt. Am schlimmsten war jedoch ein Haar im Essen. Auch auf hinweisen wurde nichts geändert. Die in der Küche arbeiten haben meist die Haare offen und schütteln diese auch über dem Essen.

Croque bestellt, ist schnell fertig gewesen, freundliches Personal. Alles schick, danke schön

Ich mag den Croque. Einer der besten in Hamburg

Toller kleiner Laden mit sehr leckeren Croques. Die Saucen sind alle mega und die Beläge sind spitze. Das Personal ist immer freundlich! Ich kann nur jeden empfehlen dort mal einen Croque zu probieren.

Bereits in den frühen 80ern war dieser Laden, für mich, das Highlight in Farmsen. Heute den Spezial bestellt, immer noch die besten Croques in HH, wenn man hier nur besser parken könnte, würde ich öfter hier anhalten😉

Über Geschmack lässt sich ja bekanntlich streiten, aber nicht über den Service. Die Veganen Croques sind wirklich lecker. Wenn man telefonisch bestellt ist aber leider inzwischen aufpassen angesagt. Bei der letzten telefonischen Bestellung von 6 Croques waren 3 leider falsch zusammengestellt, und das war nicht das erste mal. Als wir erneut anrufen wollten um das anzusprechen war dann auch erstmal über 20 Minuten keiner erreichbar. Die Zuverlässigkeit ist inzwischen stark verbesserungswürdig.

Diese Bemerkung unten ist an Google gerichtet. Mit Croque & Crepes bin ich ausdrücklich sehr zufrieden. Ich habe an Croque & Crepes nichts zu kritisieren und werde weiterhin treuer Kunde bleiben!!! Das geht an Google: Ich bewerte hier nichts mehr. Ich bekomme für alte kritische Bemerkungen Drohungen, dass sich der Bewertete in seinen Persönlichkeitsrechten verletzt fühlt. Wenn also die eigene Meinung nicht erwünscht ist, werde einen Teufel tun und online noch irgendetwas bewerten. Letzte Ausnahme: Die Croques sind sehr lecker. Ende uns Aus.

Sehe leckere Croques, nur schade, dass es nur eine vegane Option gibt. Glutenfrei ist relativ problemlos möglich, das ist positiv hervorzuheben

Ich kenne diesen Laden seit über 35 Jahren. Best Crouqes in Town. Daumen hoch!!!!!

Wir kommen hier von Anfang an hierher und vorher schon in den Laden in Bramfeld und dem Tobak. Die Croque's waren immer die besten und sind es noch. Die Preise haben zwar ganz schön angezogen, aber man ist auch pappsatt nach einem Croque. Das Ambiente ist ganz okay und der Service auch.
