CHICKEN ZONE & KEBAB ZONE in Hamburg

What kind of meat are you selling? You can't even chew it, it's full of fat. I want my €8 back.

We ordered a doner kebab box without fries. Unfortunately, the fries were simply left out without compensating for the portion with more salad. As a result, the box was extremely empty. For €8-9, that's very disappointing and quite stingy.

The food is incredibly delicious! The chicken is fantastically seasoned and grilled. The portion was huge and almost impossible to handle. The cashier could use a bit more coordination. But that doesn't detract from the taste! I'd love to come back! I had menu 10, and it was easily enough for two adults and one child.

The staff are truly a disaster! Incredibly unfriendly and irritating! They should take a look at their staff! The Dürüm, on the other hand, is top-notch!

It used to be one of my favorite kebab shops, but now it's really economical with the meat. I won't come like this anymore. Really needs to improve...

Unfortunately, the visit to the Chicken Zone was disappointing. The service left a lot to be desired - the staff were not attentive. All tables were dirty and were not cleaned even after a long wait. The food tasted very good, but was clearly too expensive for the atmosphere and poor service. Overall, the price-performance ratio is not right.

The best halal breaded chicken in Hamburg!!! I'm totally thrilled! The spicy chicken wasn't spicy for me but it has a special flavor that I like. The meat alone tastes good without the skin. The garlic sauce was really tasty. It goes really well with the chicken. 10/10 recommended! I would be very happy to have a branch in Elmshorn 😁

So the food was fresh. Mediocre kebab, only it was very greasy. So you can eat it, but the long journey was free. The sauce I had made me sick. I'd rather stick to our regular kebab shop. So it wasn't as heard as the YouTubers advertised on the internet. What I liked was the bread. It was crispy.

By far the most unfriendly and unhygienic employees I have ever seen. How can you let such people work in service? Now without joking, what does the owner think with such employees???? Doner kebab is always cut raw and the boys behind the counter talk like 17 year old boys from special school... Craziness

Tasty chicken, affordable prices. The restroom was neat and no extra charge for using it. Although the place is small, not enough space for large groups.

Very tasty kebab plate with rice and ayran. The food was quick and beautifully presented. The staff was open-minded and friendly, even with a little smile. The ambience has a nice design and the light is not as unpleasant as in other restaurants, but it doesn't really create a feel-good atmosphere. Maybe it's because of the limited space, or the acoustics when it's full. Of course it's enough to eat there, but I'll take the food with me next time. So, as you can read, I will be back. My recommendation is that everyone experiences the food and the ambience differently. Enjoy your meal here without a doubt.

very bad food. I asked the weather to give me the fresh chicken and he said we don't have fresh and instead he just microwaved the food. I ordered like €40 of food and eventually I was eating the very cold food and he was angry on me, he was showing me his faces and tantrums. I don't recommend this restaurant. Very bad.

I really like the CHICKEN ZONE & KEBAB ZONE view, there is only one thing that I find really disgraceful. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries, so I'm glad that you get such a large and delicious meal for so little money, but unfortunately there's no plate, just a paper wrapper that expires and dissolves after you bite into the burger 5 times. I find it pretty unappetizing when the paper comes off and half ends up in your mouth along with the burger.

We ordered there and unfortunately got cold chicken and cold soggy fries. And that for the money. No thanks, not again.

Unfortunately disappointed. We became aware of this through a YouTube video. The kebabs are topped somehow. Sometimes there's no sauce on top?! Meat was delicious. Red cabbage was old and already brown. Employees unmotivated. And the nice side dishes weren't offered either, like lemon or sumac

I bought the garlic sauce and this small box was very very expensive for €1.50. When I got home I was surprised that it was empty as you can see in the picture. This is very shameful I have nothing more to say

I think we need to be more careful about customer satisfaction. The atmosphere of the restaurant will be much more positive, especially if a more polite and customer-oriented approach is preferred instead of unnecessary jokes that exceed the professional boundaries of the service. An environment where everyone does their job seriously creates trust in customers.

My husband ordered a kebab. After an hour he didn't come. We called them to ask when it would arrive. It was supposed to be there in 2 minutes. 2 minutes turned into 40 minutes. Not for a kebab, not an order, not our money, and no one picked up the order in the restaurant after repeated attempts. I do not recommend!

The chicken wasn't bad. Hamburger very bland and dry. I find it a shame that well-intentioned advice is not accepted and implemented here. There is still a lack of paper and soap in the toilets. You may also doubt that all the chicken parts are eaten in the glass warming box. Not nice to look at.

The shop is extremely dirty. It's sticky, there's food leftovers all over the tables and floor. I have the feeling that the waitresses are particularly unfriendly towards women. Don't say hello to them or give them a glance. I really wonder how the food is still okay under these circumstances.

Fried chicken with a difference 😋 Instead of curry sauce and fries, there is also thum (garlic foam) and rice with chicken. The chicken is seasoned very tasty. Completely different taste than KFC, for example. Definitely try it out! We always go here when we're craving chicken. My tip: bring your own citrus cloth for your fingers. Unfortunately they are in short supply here 😉

We thought the whole Hanchen from the grill would taste good but it was burnt completely dry. We also had 2 kebab boxes for the cold meat. The staff was unfriendly and one star was dropped.

Mein Besuch im Händchen und Döner Laden hinterließ einen begrenzten Eindruck in Bezug auf kulinarische Vielfalt. Das halbe Hähnchen enttäuschte durch seinen nicht optimalen Gargrad, und der Thum-Dip war durch übermäßige Salzigkeit beeinträchtigt. Die Erfahrung war insgesamt wenig zufriedenstellend. Die Toiletten zeigten Mängel in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und bevorstehende Reparaturen, was die Hygienebewertung beeinflusste. Es ist klar, dass der Fokus des Ladens auf Händchen und Döner liegt. Verbesserungen in der Zubereitung und Qualität dieser Hauptgerichte könnten das kulinarische Erlebnis erheblich verbessern. Eine verstärkte Aufmerksamkeit auf Hygiene wäre ebenfalls wünschenswert. Hoffentlich werden zukünftige Besuche eine verbesserte gastronomische Erfahrung bieten.

Leckerer Chickenburger. Am besten mit dem scharfen Chicken 👌 Alles da für Chicken Fans. Vor Ort essen möglich, jedoch ggfs voll.

Essen ist unterdurchschnittlich, das Hähnchen leider zu salzig und hänchenteile eher ein Klumpen aus Marinade. Dadurch sind die großen stücke zäh und nicht ganz durch gewesen. Viel zu teuer und sehr enttäuschend. Tische schmutzig deshalb nur zum mitnehmen. Einen Stern gibt es für die Cola aus der Glasflasche. NIE WIEDER

Essen ist wirklich Top. Döner ist einer der besten "Berliner Döner" in Hamburg wenn auch nicht ganz günstig. Das Hühnchen war mal 10/10 ist bisschen schwächer geworden aber immer noch gut. Ansonsten ist der Laden halt klein, voll und dadurch nicht immer überall ganz sauber. Aber das ist kein alter Dreck sondern eher mal ungewischte Tische oder volle Mülleimer. Man kann da wirklich gut hin gehen

Ich möchte voran anmerken, dass wir große Fans von Checken Zone sind. Doch was wir die letzten beiden Male erfahren durften lässt uns stutzig werden. Die Pommes sind alt, das Schicken nicht knusprig und die Panade rutscht von den Filets. Das macht uns tatsächlich traurig und wir würden gerne wieder die alte Qualität erfahren.

Chicken is very flavorful. a must try and it's quiet different from the other Turkish roasted Chicken. it's a must try. My only problem is staff unable to speak English and quiet difficult to place order if you can't speak German.
