Das beste Essen, das ich je in Nordrhein-Westfalen gegessen habe … Ich gehe seitdem nirgendwo anders mehr essen. Die Bedienung ist wunderbar, freundlich und zuvorkommend, und das Beste ist, dass man nicht lange warten muss. Die Preise sind für das leckere Essen sehr angemessen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Leider ist das Brathähnchen nun schon zum dritten Mal absolut ungenießbar; das Fleisch ist roh. Im Shawarma ist für den Preis kaum Fleisch. Und außerdem muss man ewig auf ein paar Gerichte warten, bevor man überhaupt etwas sieht, was man noch nie zuvor gesehen hat. Ich schwöre, ich werde nie wieder einen Fuß in so ein Restaurant setzen. Friede sei mit euch und Gottes Gnade.

Aromatisch, knusprig lecker. Das eingelegte Gemüse ist ein ticken zu salzig, dafür war das taboule sehr erfrischend lecker, mit saisonalen Tomaten schmeckt es sicherlich noch besser, aber dafür kann der Chef ja nichts. Wir essen sehr gerne hier!

Das Essen ist okay, einfaches Essen kann man nichts falsch machen, Service vermutlich der schlechteste in Recklinghausen oder sogar NRW, Kellnerin kann kaum die deutsche Sprache, und wird wütend wenn man seine servierte für einen Freund in 2 teilt und verweigert die Bedienung, die Hygiene ist fragwürdig, die Toiletten sehen aus als währen sie überfallen worden, würden Gerüchte einer Seuche über diesen Laden rauskommen, währe ich nicht verwundert. Nur eine Kellnerin anwesend, wer schonmal Vorort gegessen hat weiß wen ich mein.

Ich war leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch bei Crispy Chicken. Schon beim Ankommen gab es Probleme, da die Kellnerin kaum Deutsch verstanden hat, was die Bestellung unnötig erschwert hat. Außerdem hat sie sich direkt beschwert, als wir Servietten benutzt haben etwas, das für Gäste eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte. Zudem mussten wir über 30 Minuten auf unser Essen warten, obwohl der Laden nicht besonders voll war. Auch die Hygiene ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Die Toiletten waren in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und wirkten überhaupt nicht gereinigt, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich verschlechtert hat. Das Essen selbst war geschmacklich in Ordnung, allerdings waren die Portionen eher klein und beim Inhalt wurde offensichtlich gespart. Preis-Leistung passt hier aus meiner Sicht nicht zusammen. Der Service wirkte insgesamt unfreundlich und wenig professionell. Ich hatte zudem den Eindruck, dass manche Gäste bevorzugt behandelt wurden, während andere weniger Beachtung bekamen. Die Atmosphäre im Laden war ebenfalls nicht angenehm sehr laute arabische Geräusche lief dauerhaft, was Gespräche schwierig gemacht hat. Alles in allem kein Besuch, den ich wiederholen würde.

Leider war es vor einem Jahr besser, aber dieses Mal war die Erfahrung schlecht. Die arabische Schawarma war eine kleine Portion und bestand hauptsächlich aus Brot und Knoblauchsauce; für den Preis war die Menge viel zu gering.

Ich habe Schawarma gegessen, und die eingelegten Gurken schmeckten verdorben. Es hat mir nicht geschmeckt. Falls mir etwas zustößt, werde ich Anzeige wegen des Verkaufs verdorbener Lebensmittel erstatten.

Ich gehe da seit Geschäftsöffnung sehr gerne hin und der Geschmack ist immer gleich hervorragend 😁. Mein Favorit ist Sharwarma mit Kalb und die selbst gemachten Falafel 🧆. Es gibt aber auch Hähnchenteile die in einer speziellen Fritteuse gegart werden, was Druckfrittieren genannt wird. "Das Druckfrittieren ist im Grunde wie eine Kombination aus einer Fritteuse und einem Schnellkochtopf. Hier ist das Geheimnis, warum das bei KFC so gut funktioniert: Warum Druckfrittieren den Unterschied macht Saftigkeit: In einer normalen Fritteuse entweicht durch die Hitze Feuchtigkeit aus dem Fleisch in Form von Dampf. Wenn du einen Deckel unter Druck darauf setzt, bleibt dieser Dampf im Fleisch gefangen. Das Hähnchen gart also im eigenen Saft. Schnelligkeit: Durch den erhöhten Druck steigt der Siedepunkt der Flüssigkeiten im Inneren des Hähnchens. Dadurch gart das Fleisch deutlich schneller durch, als wenn es nur bei normalem atmosphärischem Druck in Öl liegen würde. Kein Öl-Aufsaugen: Da der Dampfdruck aus dem Inneren des Lebensmittels nach außen drückt, während es gart, wird verhindert, dass das Öl tief in das Fleisch oder die Panade eindringt. Das Ergebnis ist eine knusprige Hülle, die nicht fettig-labberig ist. Temperatur: Da das Öl unter Druck arbeitet, kann es sehr effizient die Hitze übertragen, ohne dass das Fleisch außen verbrennt, bevor es innen gar ist." Quelle: Google

Ich hab mein ersten shawarma in Bochum gegessen mit 13 und war nicht begeistert davon. Vor 2 Jahren hat meine Schwester mir diesen Laden gezeigt und wow. Dass shawarma 10/10 genau so wie dass crispy Sandwich. Ich hab danach in Bottrop und Gelsenkirchen versucht shawarma zu essen und ganz ehrlich es ist keins so lecker wie dass bei euch 🥹

Aber hallo!! Ambiente, Speisesaal separat, doch , wie so manchmal erwartet, etwas übertrieben reich, liebevoll etwas über der Grenze zum Kitsch, aber wir fühlten uns wohl. Bedienung: Wir waren im Saal die einzigen Gäste, wohl wegen der Uhrzeit um die Mittagszeit. Eine junge Frau, sehr nett, konnte sich die Zeit nehmen, hatte uns die Gerichte erklärt und auch Empfehlungen gegebenen. Also, für uns, die dieses Essen nicht kennen, war das sehr liebevoll. Die Kenner geben wohl doch immer, wenn es nicht so ist wie bei Mama, viel Kritik, bis zur Unhöflich Kritik. Der Imbiss, woh das Essen zubereitet wird, sieht normal, sympathisch aus. The broasted is literally the best broasted I have eaten in all of Germany. I swear I haven't eaten anything like it in the whole of North Rhine-Westphalia or Berlin. The taste and smell are clean from the inside and not rancid, honestly, just like the broasted chicken in Syria. Even the smell lingers on your hand, but it's nice, not bad or rancid. This is the third time I have eaten there, and the last two times were a year and a half ago, and the broasted chicken hasn't changed at all. It has the same flavor. Also, the mandi rice is very good, and the person in charge of the hall is nice and helpful.
