The worst thing I've experienced in a long time. Long waiting time then the croque was a complete disaster. Hardly any coating on it. What little was left on it looked beyond shabby. Embarrassing to deliver something like that. I complained and gave the supplier the chance to make improvements. After more than an hour the food came again... Hard to believe, the same great quality as the first attempt, only this time there was some iceberg lettuce visible. Almost 30 euros for the joke. Good night

I ordered crouqe and pizza! Pizza was ok but the sucuk crouqe was not edible. The bread was like chewing gum, moist and burnt. The content is a joke. Everything was just thrown in and ended up in the trash

We ordered pizzas for lunch and everyone was very impressed. Well topped, tasty and arrived hot. If it's always like that - great! It's also great that you can order the dip in 50ml or 100ml... anyway, the offer is really well thought out! Even with the snack menu etc. 95% of the delivery services can look at something.

The New York pizza tasted excellent, only the base could have been a little crispier, hence 1 star deduction. Pickup went well. Pizza was ready on time and kept warm in the Styrofoam box. I've gotten pizza there more often now, highly recommended.

We first ordered pizza and croque on September 13th. Were very satisfied. Then again on September 20th, pizza again. There was very little rush, but it was implemented very quickly and I got a hot pizza and the other one was free. Many thanks to the whole team! Can only recommend.

Eimsbütteler Chaussee 47I ordered a Caesar's Chicken salad last night and didn't even get half a portion. Completely unacceptable, the box was nowhere near half full. I don't understand how something like this can happen. Also very unusually "prepared", usually the parmesan is on top, this time everything was mixed, it looked as if a portion of salad was simply divided into two boxes. By the way, the delivery time was just under half an hour, which is relatively quick for a Saturday evening. However, the portion size didn't even correspond to that of a complementary starter, €11.77 was a complete waste.

Billstraße 78Unfortunately, pizza was no longer hot upon arrival. There was a large, sharp piece of plastic in a pizza that I came across while chewing. When I called them, they kindly explained to me that a refund of the money was not possible. However, a note would be left that next time I could order by phone and then get the pizza for free. A few days later I called to order and was told that it was not possible to deliver just one pizza and that I would have to order for at least €10 extra. They wanted to speak to the boss and call back because I just needed a pizza. There was no call back after an hour and when I asked, I was told that they would stick to their statement. Bad customer service in my opinion.

Louise-Schroeder-Straße 27The employees gained access to our hallway and threw advertising on the stairs, which we can now dispose of in the waste paper. Almost all mailboxes also have a clear “No advertising” sticker on them and yet flyers and menus were posted everywhere. That is forbidden. If you don't care about the customers' wishes or the applicable laws, I'd rather not have their food prepared. They don't care about rats in the warehouse or unwashed hands. From my own visit a long time ago, I can confirm that the quality of the pizzas and the ambience of the shop are also below average.
