Gepellos Pizza-Manufaktur Altona in Hamburg

We've ordered from somewhat unusual places several times in the evening, but that's never been a problem. Pizza always arrived hot and usually within 30-45 minutes. Unfortunately, yesterday the pizza was no longer in such great condition; the delivery person had probably kept the box upright. What really needs to be emphasized here is that a new one was delivered without much discussion and in a very short space of time. The taste is always really good and the price/performance ratio is right for me.

I get the big Margherita here every now and then. She thinks the Margherita is delicious. I've also tried other pizzas, but unfortunately I wasn't so impressed with the quality. But you can't go wrong with the big Margherita here.

By far the best pizza I've ordered in a long time. Pleasant dough consistency, harmonious ratio of sauce, toppings and cheese. Delicious!

WARNING! KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF! Ordered from Gepellos today. Pizza, salad. Pizza rolls and dip. My girlfriend had to throw up immediately, but for me it started a little later and took the other exit. Since the meal we have both had stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea. I've already complained about the whole thing to the delivery service, but I still want to warn everyone here. If you don't want food poisoning, just order somewhere else! Disgusting!

It doesn't work at all. There was a curly hair on my pizza. I won't get a refund either. I couldn't eat the pizza like that. Never again.

Very incompetent service. There was cruel shouting on the phone and a generally very rude tone. Pizza doesn't taste good either, and the quality is definitely not right for the price. Just buy a Gustavo Gusto for €4 and you'll be much better off. Such snacks should not be missed.

I ordered a 32cm margarita. For a total of 12.95 including delivery costs. I ordered by phone and on the HP it says that a 10% discount will be granted. Which wasn't the case. The pizza was ok. But the price/performance ratio doesn't fit here. That's my opinion.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never had a bad service like this. After receiving an email in english from the restaurant, I called them to solve a problem with the delivery address and they were shouting at me just because I did not speak German. I understand I am in Germany, my the LEAST I expect from a restaurant is to treat the customer politely. They hung up the phone a few times as well.

Waren auf der Durchreise und haben uns das Essen ins Hotel liefern lassen. Die Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Alles noch heiß, Lieferzeit absolut im Rahmen für sonntags und das Essen war super. Pizzabrötchen und Pasta absolut zu empfehlen. Die 1 Sterne Bewertung erachten wir als Fake, nachdem von diesem Account beide Filialen in Hamburg schlecht bewertet wurden. Unglaubwürdig. Macht euch selbst ein Bild, wir haben die Bestellung nicht bereut.

Ich hatte mal in deren anderem Laden im Eppendorfer weg bestellt und hatte es gut in Erinnerung. Leider war die Pizza heute eine ziemliche Enttäuschung. Sie hatte keinen richtigen Rand (sondern so einen wenn man die Pizza im Pizzablech macht), war sehr salzig und es war viel Käse drauf. Hat mich etwas an smileys erinnert. Zudem kam genau das Gegenteil von dem was ich als Kommentar hinterlassen habe. Zumindest waren sie relativ schnell (30-40)

Pizza ist sehr lecker, es gibt sogar eine vegane Pizza 👍 mit veganem Käse wäre sie noch besser!
