A very nice, cozy restaurant. Despite the higher prices, it's relaxed and you immediately feel at ease. The service is very friendly, not intrusive but attentive. The food was absolutely fantastic; we had the Beef Wellington set menu and were completely satisfied. The drinks are also very tasty. I highly recommend it!

Great food! I would highly recommend trying something from the set menu - I got the Wagyu and the Tarte from it and absolutely loved them both! Beautiful flavours! The beef bourguignon was a bit on the salty side. Banana (dessert) was slightly too sweet, go for it if you love bananas though. The highlight was the Tarte. Would love to try the full 4 or 5 course menu the next time. Seating is slightly uncomfortable- we sat in the 2 person corner booth. Our backs were hurting by the end of the meal.

A lovely, modern restaurant. We were there for the New Year's Eve menu. The welcome was pleasant but not particularly warm. The service was generally very dependent on the individual waiter and sometimes lacked in-depth expertise. The food was technically very well prepared; not every course was a complete success, but overall it was very good. It was a shame that the menu ended before midnight, forcing us to head home or find another venue just before the stroke of midnight. The photo booth was definitely a great idea, providing entertainment and creating wonderful memories.

The food was more than basic for €135 per person. The sauces often contained mayonnaise. The expensive ingredients of the courses were only present in small amounts. There was a lot of heavy, filling ingredients like choux pastry or deep-fried vegetables/meat. The dessert was simply put together. The wine was good, but also average for almost €200. The food wasn't anything special. You can find significantly higher quality dishes in Munich for the same price. The service, however, was excellent.

A delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere! We opted for the Wellington menu with wine pairing. It was a wonderful evening with dear friends, delicious food, and the service team was very professional, incredibly attentive, and exceptionally friendly. Our only suggestions were a little more vegetables with the beef fillet and some tablecloths. But otherwise, it was perfect, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Munich.

We were very excited, as we came from Switzerland and really wanted to visit La Colette. We received a very charming welcome. The ambiance was truly wonderful. The service during the meal was very attentive until we paid. Then, apparently, we were no longer important. No farewell, no jar of pickles, even though everyone at the surrounding tables received one when they left! The bouillabaisse was excellent. The beef fillet wasn't what I would call a tender piece of meat. It was perfectly cooked, but I had to chew it for a very long time, which is different from what I'm used to, especially for €51! The boeuf bourguignon was very well cooked, but the salt content was borderline excessive! We couldn't finish it because it was so incredibly salty. ;-( I've been in the restaurant business for over 38 years and I greatly appreciate places like La Colette. Unfortunately, the value for money wasn't there today. A shame. ;-(

We went there for dinner as a couple. For starters, we both ordered the Prawn Marocain, which turned out to be three prawns in a thin pastry crust with a kind of pistachio crumble. It had a very mild and pleasant spiciness. The flavor was superb. For our main courses, I had the oyster platter and my colleague had the Boeuf Bourguignon. Both were fantastic. You'd think that the portions would be small at this price point, but that's not the case. I certainly couldn't have finished the four-course menu (we saw the next table ordering it). Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

We wanted to end our 2 week trip in Europe with a nice dinner and found Colette on the Michelin Guide. We were the first table to arrive on a Monday night but by the time we left every table was full. We chose to order A’ La Carte instead of the La Selection menu. We stared with the lettuce heart and onion soup. The grilled pineapple on the salad was delectable. My husband really enjoyed the onion soup and said the cheese made the dish. For entrees I got the Boeuf Bourguignon and my husband got the Fillet. Both were out of this world excellent! The fillet was huge, cooked as ordered, and was very tender. The Boeuf Bourguignon was so tender and I loved the richness of the sauce. Instead of dessert we ordered another glass of wine. Overall this was a wonderful experience and a beautiful meal. We enjoyed stepping out of the tourist parts of the city and enjoying a restaurant that was truely local.

A wonderful evening! The brasserie combines a tasteful industrial style with French chic and a truly welcoming atmosphere. We were warmly greeted and immediately offered the house amuse-bouche: sourdough bread with delicious butter and pickles. The menu is concise yet offers wonderful and creative highlights. To start, we opted for the gratinated oysters with fennel butter (delicious!), as well as the Moroccan-style prawns and onion soup. These dishes had exactly the creative flair one would expect from Mr. Raue: a subtle spiciness, crispy, and cooked to perfection. Simply wonderful. The onion soup was equally impressive; while not classically prepared (including duck), it was a fantastic taste and aroma experience—excellent and a perfect start to the evening. After a lemon sorbet, the highlight of the evening arrived: the Beef Wellington with truffles and a delicate jus, all encased in a pastry shell filled with other delicacies. Truly one of the best I've ever eaten. Subtle hints of truffle, cooked to perfection, top-quality beef, a delicate mustard note, and a wonderful sauce. In short: It's certainly not an inexpensive experience, but for me, it's finally a high-end restaurant in the sub-Michelin-star category that completely wins you over with its excellent cuisine, service, and ambiance, and is truly worth the price (especially considering its high standards). I'll definitely be back!

I'm a little hesitant to give it 4 stars; 4.5 would be better, but I'd give it 5 if I were 100% satisfied. First, the positives: the service was impeccable, a good mix of very polite yet approachable, with the occasional little joke, a couple of sentences here and there, very attentive, so we felt very comfortable. The ambiance is also very nice; the tables aren't too close together, and the noise level isn't too high. I do have a small criticism regarding the food. To begin with, the food is good and solid, but I had imagined it would be more refined and a bit more sophisticated. I expected more from the name Tim Raue. I had the Moroccan prawn followed by the octopus, while my companion had the lettuce and then the pike-perch. Again, it was good, but it lacked a little seasoning. However, I really loved the bread with the truly delicious cucumbers—a nice change of pace.

There were four of us, and we felt very comfortable. The service was attentive and friendly. The menu was relatively small, but there was something for everyone. The wine list was extensive, although in my opinion, German wineries were somewhat underrepresented in the white wine selection, even though the cuisine is French-oriented.

Lovely restaurant by the looks. However, a dreadful experience. The artichoke was hard, and raw. The soup was excessively salty and nothing close to a French onion soup. The service was sloppy: if you want to clutter the table with stuff, be my guest but then don’t push the dishes on the table to make room for them. The waiter was disappointing, over the course of the meal as he noticed my lack of excitement and of ordering expensive food, treated us colder and colder, peaking with the end that did not even bother to give us our coats that he so pompously collected upon entering the restaurant, and just shouted goodbye when we were at the door. A disappointing 160€ meal you did not deserve to earn from me.

A stylish restaurant with great service and a cozy atmosphere. The lighting is dimmed, the volume is pleasantly low, and you can have a quiet conversation, just as you would want for a special evening. The service was outstanding: attentive, warm, with good recommendations and detailed explanations of the dishes. A truly huge compliment at this point. The dishes were very well-crafted, but the overall composition of the evening seemed a bit too sweet for me. Both the onion soup and the beef bourguignon, and according to my wife, the pike-perch as well, had a distinctly sweet note. This is certainly a matter of style, but it didn't quite suit my personal taste. With a name like "Tim Raue," which automatically raises high expectations, I would have preferred a bit more balance and depth in terms of flavor. We were very pleased that they even provided free drinks for my wife's birthday – a generous and heartfelt gesture. It would have been even nicer if they had asked in advance whether they could perhaps round off the occasion with a little something at the table. It's a fine touch, but especially at this price point, something like that makes a big difference. The only real criticism outside of the kitchen: The restrooms don't match the overall high-quality impression and could be modernized. Overall, we had a lovely evening with very good service, a great ambiance, and good food, although the taste didn't quite reach the level I expected. A solid 4 stars, and yes, we would come back.

I actually saw it happen twice – so it seems to be pretty common practice... 20 minutes before the official closing time, you're asked how you'd like to pay. A casual, unpretentious restaurant for couples, families, and groups of friends for a cozy, enjoyable evening. Fantastic dishes designed by Tim Raue. The Filet Wellington and Bouillabaisse are highly recommended. The service is exceptionally good – there were eight of us (ages 4 to 86!), and everyone was served attentively. Warning: this isn't a bargain! But it's better to forgo mediocrity and run-of-the-mill food three times and instead enjoy the Brasserie Colette.

Food: Great! Especially seemingly simple dishes like lamb's lettuce or wild garlic soup are skillfully prepared and presented. The desserts were also top-notch. Ambience: Good. But it doesn't blow me away. Especially when you learn that the other restaurants are supposed to be decorated the same way, you're even less impressed. Considering the prices, it shouldn't be any worse. Service: Extremely bad! With two guests, you have to repeatedly ask who gets which dish. A change to the order is forgotten. The waiter doesn't know what ingredients are in the tartar and even finds it funny. Simple etiquette rules are constantly ignored. Not all guests are treated equally. The list of blunders goes on. It's amazing how they managed to string all of this together in three hours, given the standard of service that should actually be expected. Therefore, the service manager should be fired, because the only hiring criteria seems to be young and dynamic, plus white sneakers. None of the professional expertise. It's a shame for the kitchen that the service is trampling on their work. In any case, this experience has remained in my memory for a long time, and not in a positive sense.

Last Saturday, we spontaneously ended up at Colette. It was packed outside, but the staff was super friendly and offered us a drink at the bar inside – a really nice gesture! A table was free after a while, and we were able to relax and enjoy dinner. We ordered the Wellington menu – simply delicious! Every course was perfectly balanced and incredibly tasty. My long-anticipated visit to Colette last night regrettably fell short of expectations, resulting in a merely acceptable, yet ultimately disappointing, experience. Service was a notable concern. Despite the restaurant being only half full, the staff seemed overwhelmed and rushed. Interactions were brief, lacking the warmth and attentiveness one hopes for, which detracted from the overall dining atmosphere. Food quality was inconsistent. The prawn starter's pistachio crumb was excessive, overpowering the prawns. Steaks, ordered medium, arrived medium-rare. While a complimentary dessert was offered as compensation, it didn't fully compensate for the main course issue. On a positive note, the wine list was excellent, proving to be a highlight of the evening. In summary, the meal was just okay, and the price-to-performance ratio was significantly off. Despite the gesture of a free dessert, I would not return, sorry. It was an adequate, but ultimately disappointing, visit.

We were at the brasserie yesterday... and all I can say is: it was great! Our waiter was so attentive, but also pleasantly in the background. Never intrusive, but always there at the right time. The shrimp were a dream, the octopus a sensation... To start with, the pre-ordered Crémand arrived in an ice cooler... oh... it was great and we'll be back. A little vacation from everyday life. Very good food, but the service doesn't match the prices at all. The waiters are primarily concerned with themselves. Fresh water when the bottle is empty? None. Offering an aperitif? No. And there's no cutlery. On top of that, the restroom smelled so disgusting – ugh!

We were here for the summer special (€59 for 3 courses). The food was very good and the service was truly attentive. I also think the concept of this special is really great. Without it, we probably wouldn't have discovered the brasserie (via Instagram). Highly recommended if you want to try something different and special.

Great food in a relaxed atmosphere! The beef fillet was cooked to perfection and super tender, and the octopus was wonderfully flavorful and grilled to perfection. The service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a place you'll want to return to!

It's been a long time since I've eaten at such a good restaurant. To start with, we had Prosecco/Cremant on the house because it was my birthday – a really lovely gesture! Before that, we also had homemade pickled gherkins and delicious crusty bread! We even got to take the gherkins home in a jar! We had the Filet Wellington menu, and it was a dream from start to finish! Every portion was generous and the flavor was simply delicious! Fairly priced! I can highly recommend this restaurant if you want something special but don't want to spend a fortune on a three-star restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Interesting location: in a retirement home. Elegant ambiance, classic French cuisine with sophisticated details. Very friendly, attentive service. Good (German) wines. We had vintage wines from Dreißigacker. Highly recommended. Enjoy!

We were at Tim Raue's Colette in Munich and had both menus: classic and vegan. The Tim Raue menu was strong, the vegan one disappointing. A lot of hype with strong flavors, but it lacked balance. Sometimes too spicy, sometimes over-seasoned, often just too forced. Simply too weak for the price. My conclusion: Cobbler, stick to your last. Vegan dishes should only be offered when they're up to par with the rest of the restaurant. The service was very friendly, the ambiance pleasant. I wouldn't recommend Colette to vegans or anyone who wants good vegan food.

Refined and elegant, this restaurant really pampered us. The waiters were very attentive to detail and did not overlook anything. We had a 5-course dinner and my favorite dishes were the appetizer (tempura prawns with pistachio grains) and the main course (veal medallion in a crust), both delicious! The dessert disappointed me a little but maybe I was the only one who did not appreciate it because my companions of the evening did not make any negative comments. I recommend going and trying it!

From the moment we arrived, the charming ambience set the tone for a memorable evening. The option for outdoor seating added a wonderful touch, perfect for enjoying a relaxed yet refined dining experience. Service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely engaging. The team ensured we felt welcomed and well cared for throughout the night. As for the food, it was simply outstanding. We began with Oysters and Bouillabaisse, both bursting with flavour and freshness—an excellent introduction to what was to come. For the main course, the Pulpo and Rinderfilet were prepared to perfection, each dish showcasing both creativity and culinary expertise. Dessert was another highlight: the Birne 1001 was a delicious and elegant finish to the meal. Complementing the dishes was a thoughtfully curated wine list, offering excellent pairings to elevate each course. Overall, it was a truly lovely evening filled with fantastic food, service, and atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be returning!

We were in the brasserie for the first time today. Had the vegan 5-course menu and 3 different dishes. It was really top, diverse taste experiences. Service was very accommodating - with a small appetizer on the house beforehand.

As always, the experience was perfect again! We had oysters, shrimp, a large artichoke, fillet and cannelloni, followed by aperitifs and Negroni, with water and wine. The quality, presentation, taste, everything was as you would expect in this class. The service was also excellent as always. High prices but absolutely justified for the performance. We'll be back!

Appetizer: Fried shrimp with pistachios and lychees. Lychees and shrimps go very well together. Appetizer: artichokes with three dipping sauces. The restaurant is quite hidden on the second floor but atmosphere inside is wonderful with a great view of the Olympic tower, overlooking the Olympic park. The schnitzel is delicious and very filling, the seafood was really good too and amazing service!! The bread and butter was so tasty~
