Co Do Hue in Berlin

Every month is the same, twice a month I check in at Hue Imperial City 😅 I have to order Hue beef noodle soup every time. I'm addicted to Hue beef noodle soup and ram cake here 😚😚😚

Absolutely delicious lunch menu. I can recommend it to anyone who is nearby. Everything was coordinated.

We have been going to this restaurant for a very long time. Vietnamese cuisine is very well tailored to our European tastes, i.e. not that spicy either. The staff very friendly. The starters are highly recommended. Especially the dumplings. I found the presentation of the dishes particularly appealing. If you like tea with your meal, there is a good tasting selection. Even if the prices have increased, like almost everywhere, I find the performance very reasonable. The ambience inside is very cozy with an aquarium and traditional hats, outside it is beautifully decorated with flower boxes. It's a smaller restaurant, so sometimes you can't find a seat right away. All in all: a good insider tip in Charlottenburg

As of: 07.2024 We were here because of an invitation for dinner. There is an indoor and outdoor area. We chose the outdoor area and sat down at the beer benches. We were warmly greeted and given the menu. The selection of food was okay and there were dishes that I wasn't familiar with. The drinks and food orders arrived promptly. The portions for the price are okay. There was nothing special in terms of taste. Personally, I found that the sauces and dips with or in the dishes were very sweet, so I noticed how my blood sugar levels increased. I haven't seen this before in the other Vietnamese restaurants I've visited. Therefore a 🌟 deduction for me. That day our waitress was nice, but hardly showed up outside to order something or have the bill brought. A 🌟 deduction for this too.

The food is delicious, clean, tastes like Hue, makes you miss Hue 🥰😍🥰. Will come back and will introduce friends to this restaurant 👋

Best bún bò Huế (Vietnamese meat soup, city-of-Huế style) in Berlin and possibly all of Germany. Delicious. Huge portion. Broth is rich and round, beef (whether full boiled or quick boiled - your choice) is tender and sweet. Noodles and vegetables are fresh and flawless. Must-go for Vietnamese food. Seal of approval & authenticity by my Vietnamese girlfriend.

Not recommended restaurant! Several times we were literally thrown out immediately after paying the bill including a 15 percent tip. Every time on a Saturday evening it was the same person (very petite Vietnamese woman) who forbade us from finishing our half-empty drinks with the words: "Please go now, I want to go home, I live in Marzahn Hellersdorf." . An outrage! And that with the competition from Vietnamese restaurants on Kantstrasse. In any case, we will never eat here again, but rather where guests are welcome and are warmly welcomed and farewelled.

The big bowl is delicious, you can eat it and you'll be full. Everyone have fun.

Best Bun Bo Hue in Berlin. Small cosy space so just book a table in advance to make sure.

After the last price increase recently, the value for money is no longer right for me, especially for the vegetarian dishes. I've always enjoyed going there for a quick lunch or dinner, but at just under 15 euros for a vegetarian meal, I find the place's decor too run-down and uncomfortable. The competition on Kantstrasse is simply too great for that. The food tastes good, but nothing extraordinary. A pity!

Небольшое кафе с вьетнамской кухней. Еда довольно вкусная, некоторые порции большие. Принимают платежные карты. Выбор напитков довольно хороший.

Die Speisen, die es hier gibt, schmecken alle sehr authentisch. Vor allem die Banh Beo und Banh It Ram schmecken super. Auch die Nem Lui und Banh Bot Loc haben sehr gut geschmeckt 😍 Bei der Bun Bo Hue haben wir ein paar Kräuter gefehlt, war aber trotzdem sehr lecker. Die Ambiente ist gemütlich, im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und schnell!

Hier gibt es viele verschiedene und ausgefallene vietnamesische „Tapas“ aus der Stadt Hue. Mögen zu Beginn etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig sein, aber definitiv einen Versuch wert. Bisher gibt es kaum Läden, die diese Speisen anbieten. Auch die Hauptgänge sind aus der Stadt Hue bekannt.

Im just picky when it came to food , maybe it would be 5 for you guys . 4 star because ichad the Bun Bo , i though it would taste like in home town but unforternatly its not , the taste didnt kick in . there tapas is great tho, really loved it .

Let me tell you that this place has authentic Hue stuff 🥰 Bánh Bèo, Nem lụi taste just like Hue in Vietnam. My Bún Bò Huế had lots of topping which was great. However, to be honest the broth was not as strong as I expected from a real Bun Bo. I guess they did modify the broth a little to fit the taste here. Still very yummy tho.

Super Restaurant, besser geht es nicht. Hier bekommt man traumhaftes Essen zu super Preisen, die Portionen sind sehr groß. Sehr freundlich und gemütlich, die Mitarbeiter geben sich sehr viel Mühe. Wir waren 2 x dort, absolut empfehlenswert.

Thực sự bạn nào có niềm đam mê bún bò huế thì hãy đến quán này. Vị đúng như ăn ở VN luôn, có đủ topping. Ngoài ra còn có các món bánh như bánh bột lọc, bánh nậm,.... và nhiều món khác nữa.

As a Hue girl living abroad, I have missed the Hue food and going here, eating all the childhood dishes made me so happy. The staff was just amazing and it brought me back to the time when I was a little girl growing up in Hue. Not only was it a lovely meal but it was an overall great experience at this restaurant.

This place is all about comfy, home made, authentic Vietnamese food. We ate 2 days in a row here and wished we could stayed longer in Berlin. We ate a lot of the dishes on the menu and loved everything, especial Bun Bo Hue. This must be the star of the menu. Fragrant, vibrant and it just reminds you what good Vietnamese food taste like. I also recommend the VN coffee. Super good...I will be back when Im back in Berlin.....

Durch Zufall spontan hier gelandet. Kleines Restaurant mit übersichtlicher Speisekarte. Essen ist super. Der Papayasalat mit Garnelen war toll. Hauptspeise ebenfalls sehr Gut. Entspannte Atmosphäre und freundliche Bedienung bei sehr fairen Preisen.

Sehr leckeres und authentisches vietnamesisches Restaurant! Man findet hier Gerichte aus der mittleren Region Vietnams, welche sehr aufwendig sind und man daher nur selten antrifft. Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Essen kam recht schnell. Preisleich auch sehr gut. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich fand das Essen sehr lecker und es wurde schnell und heiß serviert. Ich habe einmal wan tan bestellt und einmal Reis mit paniertem Hühnchen. Der Preis war auch zufriedenstellend.

I really liked this place, they have a great selection of authentic vietnamese food and I've tried the Bun Bo Hue with beef and blood pudding and it was fantastic.

I work around here and I go there some times when in the office. It is for sure one of my favourite options to go to. Food is super tasty, prices are fine and the staff is very nice too. I really recommend it.

3-4 Sterne Schade wirklich. Kann nicht mehr Ounkte vergeben, weil das mit Abstand das seltsamste Curry war, welches ich gegessen habe. Sehr bitteren, eigenartigen Geschmack gehabt, obwohl Fleischqualität der Ente echt gut war, auch von der Menge. Ban Bao schmeckte fad und leider sehr trocken. Die Glasnudeln waren auch ok. Beide Hauptgerichte hätten im Allgemeinen würziger, salziger schmecken können.

Das beste Essen was ich je gegessen habe. Das Personal war super nett und hat sich die Mühe gegeben und extra ein Tisch draußen aufgebaut. Sie haben uns die besten Empfehlungen gegeben und es war so lecker. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Vor allem wenn man etwas glutenfreies sucht.

Tình cờ cùng mấy đứa bạn ghé vô nhà hàng, đang không biết nên ăn cái gì thì được chị chủ giới thiệu. Chỉ kêu mấy đứa ăn mấy món này nè hợp vị người Việt Nam mình hơn, chỉ nhiệt tình với dễ thương xỉu luôn. Tụi mình kêu món Xôi gỏi gà, Hến xúc bánh đa, Nem nướng và một mẹt bánh thập cẩm. Xôi dẻo thơm, gỏi gà rất là vừa ăn nha. Hến xúc bánh đa hơi cay ( mình mê ăn cay) + bánh đa giòn, bẻ một miếng cái xúc miến hến vô ta nói nó đã. Nem nướng thì khỏi chê rồi nên tụi mình kêu 3 suất luôn, tại đứa nào cũng khoái ăn. Nước chấm đậm đà. Mẹt bánh thập cẩm thì không quá đặc biệt nhưng nói chung ăn được. Ăn xong tụi mình kêu thêm chè, chè đối với cá nhân mình thì bình thường, bạn nào muốn thử thì có thể kêu. Điểm cộng rất lớn đó là chị chủ quán siêu siêu dễ thương và bạn nhân viên cũng nhiệt tình nữa. Lên món rất nhanh. Mình nhất định sẽ quay lại

Es gibt Gerichte, die man in Deutschland eher schwer findet , das finde ich toll! Der Service war sehr nett, die Preise sind fair. Besonders lecker - die chè-Desserts!

Also das Essen war richtig richtig gut: frisch, lecker, das Fleisch zart. (Hinweis: gleich dazusagen wie scharf oder nicht scharf es sein darf) Die Preise sind der Größe völlig angemessen und günstig, man darf nicht riesen Portionen erwarten. Das Personal kam regelmäßig vorbei, und hat nachgefragt, ob wir noch was wünschen, was sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend war. Die Vorspeise Nr. 10 und die Hauptspeise Nr. 42 können wir sehr empfehlen. Draußen sitzen war auch sehr angenehm, weil verkehrsberuhigt.

First, I had very good impression because of the name of the restaurant : Co do hue, meaning the ancien capital Hue. The Imperial city of Hue was once Vietnam 's capital. I had the impression that the food must be authentic and I WAS TOTALLY RIGHT !! I’ve tried the Banh Bèo, usually it is sold separately, but here you can have it in small dishes, it’s quite rare to find it in Europe ! You can customize your own board, for example you can ask for 3.a + 4.b + 5.a (have a look at the menu) The soups were delicious !! I would highly recommend the banh canh ! The price is quite good taking account the quality The service was very good and fast ! The staff was very welcoming, they speak German, English and Vietnamese so as a tourist you must find a commun language! We found this restaurant because we were looking for the Charlottenburg palace, so if you plan to go there, you have to try this restaurant which is 20min walking to the palace.

VERY authentic Vietnamese food in Berlin!!! I am in Berlin occasionally for work and having my stomach filled with these WONDERFUL FOOD is a MUST EVERY TIME! Most of the Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin serve food that’s either from northern or southern part of Vietnamese. But this restaurant also serve food that’s from the middle part of Vietnamese and they always deliver the best, authentic food from there! We are just delighted to have discovered this gem in the city! Thanks Co Do Hue!

This is the spot... Finding authentic vietnamese food is a serious challenge here in Berlin. Took it for granted back in the states. :( I commuted across the city just to try it out. (~45 minutes) Came for the banh uot.. but have also ordered banh it ram and banh bot loc tran. Sooo good. Reminds me of childhood. It's hard to find these dishes anywhere else. Will def come back.. excited to try the Bun Bo Hue. I almost forgot to mention the friendly service.

Ich beginne meine Bewertung mit den Worten spannend und lustig. Aus der großen aber übersichtlichen Karte wählten wir uns viele leckere kleine Speisen zu guten Preisen. Unser 2. Getränk war dann auch eigentlich eher eine Nachspeise, aber auch hier half das freundliche Personal mit den vietnamesischen Gewohnheiten nach. Köstlich, für uns neu und ein bezaubernd süßer Laden.
