We had as "dish of the day" the peanut curry and the veggie banmhni (tofu) and both were absolutely amazing. The curry has a bit of veggies and rice cooked to perfection with an amazing sauce. It is spicy, don't order it if you don't eat ANY spicy food. The banhni (sandwich) surprised me 100% as i had never tried it before. The place has something special and at the time we went it was quiet and brought us peace in the middle of the Berlin crowded center. It was exactly what we wanted. The people who were already there and the ones who entered were clearly people who had been there before. Of my favorite restaurants in Berlin for sure.

I love the freshness of Banh Mi; it was light and flavorful. I could taste the tanginess from the sauce and the freshness from the veggies. All the ingredients blended together to create an amazing taste. I totally love having this for lunch!

Okay for fast sandwich. Decent taste. I asked for eating at restaurant. I they just handed me a wrapped sandwich, no plate or basket like other customers. A bit rude service.

I have no idea why people eat and recommend Banh Mi here, but the baguettes are below average. The service is unfriendly and I would never eat here again. The prices deserve the only star, but unfortunately they are only cheap according to the motto.

Here I was able to try a Banh Mi for the first time in my life, the vegetarian okra and chay were both really delicious. Once again a completely new flavor composition that unfolded in the mouth - even if I overdid it a bit with the Sriracha sauce. Mega tasty affair, at a low price and the owners were really nice too - definitely worth a visit!

After so many BahnMis in the last 6/7 years, and cherishing this place, 2 days ago i got food poisoning from some old food here. As it looks like their hygiene is lower than standards nowadays. Finally original vietnamese Baguettes and pho soup! We found this place very fast since it is located in the very heart of Berlin Mitte, and between touristic sushi Restaurants that are run by Chinese and "Italian" Restaurants offering pizza with kebap, this place does offer original vietnamese Baguettes to really affordable prices. We took those with bbq pork and chicken. You also can tell them to add Omelette! Love this place very much!

Eigentlich finde ich asiatische Schnellküchen immer sehr gut, aber von der hier war ich nicht angetan. Relativ geschmacksneutral, ich war sehr froh, dass ausreichend Gewürze am Tisch standen, um das Essen mit Würze zu versehen. Ansonsten machte es einen sauberen Eindruck. Muß aber nicht wieder sein.

We were in this bistro for the first time today. We enjoyed it. Sandwich and soup were completely ok for the ON-SITE price/quality. — The ambience is rather simple - worn-out snack bar charm...: in terms of cleanliness, it's more of a well... at least the tables should be wiped after each one and the ONE toilet also needs more attention and a general overhaul... When we were there it wasn't peak time...

I always walked past the shop, it was very busy and I wanted to try it out because the prices are quite attractive despite inflation and an increase in VAT. But here comes the catch: “Cheap = with a catch”. I ordered 2 takeaway dishes, they didn't taste like anything and were pretty bland. The pork was dry and tough, as if it had been microwaved! And then the highlight: at midnight at night I got diarrhea and had to vomit! Food poisoning! I can only agree with the negative review here!

Like others here, I ate a classic course on Monday and then the full stomach/intestinal program. I've actually been there several times, but this is definitely the last time. In addition, the bread is not gluten-free, even though it says so on a large sign. My girlfriend has celiac disease and then the full symptoms. That was a few months ago. Somehow it doesn't look like the operators really care what they're selling. I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Delicious! The mango curry had a great seasoning, light and pleasant spiciness and the tofu was on point! Very fluffy, not a bit limp and tastes very tasty. We will definitely order again!

We always enjoyed going here. Yesterday the three of us were there and we all ate a Banh Mi Classic. The next day we all had symptoms of mild food poisoning.

I got the Pho soup with beef. The beef tasted veryyyyyy bad. I had to leave all the beef in the bowl.

So far I've only ever ordered to go but I think it's delicious. Crispy bread and delicious toppings. The ingredients are fresh and the meat vegetable ratio is also great. The portion size is also appropriate.

Small eatery. Unlike Vietnamese cafes in Hanoi, this place has a strange atmosphere multiplied by an unpleasant smell and tasteless food with a strange aftertaste. The portions are large, but there is an unpleasant atypical smell and taste. I can't recommend it.

Bahn mi with chicken sandwich was extremely salty and dry. The vegetables were mostly carrots and not many pickled vegetables. Not a lot of sauce either. Maybe a different Bahn mi would be better. But all around cheap and quick food.

Mmmm so yummy. This was my second time here and I got the chicken bahn mi. Amazing price/portion ratio. The flavors are on point, chicken is juicy, sauce is saucey, herbs add a zing, and the veggies add a nice crunch. It’s everything you want in every bite. I added chilis from the jar and some sriracha and some mystery brown sauce for extra flavor. On top of all of that the baguette is gluten free, what more could you ask for? Come here!

Verlangen willkürlich mehr als auf der Speisekarte angegeben. Das ist nun schon mehrfach vorgekommen bei Bestellung nur eines Banh Mis (also kein Rechenfehler). Machen Mayonnaise auf das Brot, wenn man „vegan“ bestellt.

We just had a small snack (Banh mi) here. It was fresh and delicious. The portion was also enough to fill you up. We didn't try the other dishes. There is also a wide selection of drinks - both homemade and industrially produced. Price-performance is also okay.

Great banh mi! The ingredients were super fresh. I asked for eggs instead of tofu and they easily Accomodated the request! Good for a quick bite in the evenings or a relaxing brunch.

BEWARE! We got food poisoning on 16 Dec 2023 from our pork banh mi sandwiches. We (2 ppl) ate nothing else that day so are sure it was the sandwiches, and have reported to the authorities.

It was okay but the waiter took from infront of us a chilli with vinegar that I was taking some chili’s from to put in my sandwich (maybe this is not right to put chilli on Bahn mi) but anyway it was so rude to just take it while we were using it and eating. The food was very tasty, but unfortunately I had vomiting and diarrhea after eating it. I just read other people's one-star reviews and many people had the same experience as me... I visited the restaurant in 14/11 evening. My stomach is always very strong! Even it has survived in India for few months. Unfortunately it couldn’t survive by this bbq pork sandwich

The Bahn Mi chicken sandwich was good. The bread was served warm and the chicken was juicy. There was a a lot of coriander in the sandwich and I felt it overpowered the flavour. I had to use Siracha to level out the flavours. A little on the expensive side but it’s Mitte what else would you expect? A solid choice!

I came here 4 times over 2 weeks, and my favorite item is the bahn mi, which is made with gluten free bread. I havent eaten bahn mi in years because good gluten free baguettes are so hard to find so this was truly a delight. The bread itself is excellent and doesn't taste gluten free, and it doesn't have the crumbly or gummy texture that GF breads can have. The filling is excellent, as well. I also ate the bun vermicelli rice bowl and was really pleased with the taste and size of the bowl. The only item I wasn't impressed with was the chicken rice dish. The chicken was over salted workout any other distinguishing flavor. But every other menu item I had was a hit!

Ich habe für meinen Förderverein kurzfristig ein Tag vorher über Uber East 35 Sandwich (Classic, BBQ und schicken) bestellt. Lieferung war pünktlich. Geschmacklich sehr gut und frisch zubereitet. Die Sandwich sind so groß, so dass wir sie halbieren müssen und alle Anwesenden sind begeistert von leckeren vietnamesischen Sandwichs, die geschmacklich genau so gut schmecken wie die in Sai Gon/Vietnam. Eigentlich gehe ich hier seit Ewigkeiten gerne hin und liebe die banh mi dort. Leider hatten sowohl mein Freund als auch ich nachdem wir dort gestern zwei verschiedene (classic und lemongrass meat balls) banh mi aßen eine Lebensmittelvergiftung mit stundenlangem Erbrechen und allem was dazu gehört. Bitte, liebes Team, achtet auf eure Hygiene in der Küche und Kühlung der Lebensmittel - besonders bei Fleisch und Majo etc.

Eerlijk gezegt ben ik geen fan van deze broodjeszaak. De broodjes bevatten veel koriander, wat fel door smaakt. Het restaurantje is gezellig aangekleed enkel jammer van de vele bakken drinken en frituurolie aan de zijkanten.

Wir hatten absolut empfehlenswertes Essen. Ein sehr leckeres Banh Mi, Nudeln mit gegrilltem Schweinefleisch(absolute Empfehlung!) und eine Fisch Suppe. Die Dame an der Kasse war etwas kühl, jedoch der Koch sehr freundlich und hat uns das Essen sogar persönlich gebracht. Das Ambiente ist ok, wie in einem Imbiss eher. Ansonsten kann nichts aussetzen und der Preis ist hier unschlagbar. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und kann das Restaurant empfehlen

Ich entschiede mich für den Pho mit Rindfleisch. Eine absolut gute Entscheidung! Der Pho wurde persönlich vom Koch an den Tisch gebracht, auch mein Wunsch, das Gericht ohne Koriander zu bekommen war kein Problem. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis Stimmt hier noch auf jeden Fall! Ein Kollege von mir bestellte sich den vegetarischen Pho, welche ebenso vorzüglich schmeckte. Das Ambiente ist auch sehr nett, wenn man durch das Lokal durch geht, kommt man in den Hinterhof und dort befinden sich noch zusätzliche Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Absolute Frechheit und Respektlosigkeit. Ich hab mir ein Banh-Mi mit Tofu bestellt und bat die Mitarbeiterin um etwas mehr Salat ( Koriander, Minze und Frühlingszwiebeln). Mit einer abwertenden Antwort kam nur: 50 Cent extra. Ich habs akzeptiert und es dann auch bezahlt. Als ich dann Zuhause ankam stellte ich fest, dass im Banh Mi nicht einmal ansatzweise mehr Salat enthalten war. Also bitte, wenn ihr schon extra Geld für ein wenig mehr Salat nimmt dann auch bitte so, dass in diesem Banh Mi mehr Salat enthalten ist. Oder lasst es ganz sein. Nie Wieder !!!!!!!!!!!!

Snelle, gezonde maaltijden, van een lekker bahn mi broodje met verse groenten en gemarineerd vlees, tot soepen en andere Vietnamese of Thaise gerechten. Gezellig zitten voor een snelle hap. En voor die prijs moet je het niet laten.

Leider über die Jahre immer schlechter geworden, das Brötchen wird nur gerade so eingeritzt damit der spärliche Belag viel aussieht, kaum Geschmack, sehr trocken, nicht mehr empfehlenswert. Ich hatte das CoCo, die Pate/Hühnerwurst geschmacklich nicht vorhanden, genauso wie Tomate/Frühlingszwiebel, gegrilltes Schweinefleisch war labberig, ich hatte lange ein merkwürdiges Gefühl im Bauch! Noch viel schlimmer ist die mangelnde Sauberkeit/Hygiene im Laden und Toilette/Waschraum! Der Blick in die Küche lässt nix Gutes vermuten.

Chay sandwich is a must try. Atmosphere is nice. People are friendly. Can definitely try to have more options for vegetarians.

Habe hier ein bun Bo nam Bo gegessen, für knapp 9€. Macht satt, ist aber kein Erlebnis. Es fehlt an Aroma, wie man es von der vietnamesischen Küche eigentlich gewohnt ist…

Leckeres Bahn Mi, was sehr dem traditionellen ähnelt! Das Brot hätte noch etwas fluffiger sein können aber insgesamt lecker gewesen! Ich empfehle evtl. (Wenn man zu zweit dort ist) erst ein banh mi zu teilen, da das Brot schnell weich wurde von der soße, was wir bisschen schade fanden.

Very yummy sandwiches with many options also for vegetarians. The prices are really fair, and with fast and friendly service there it is a great lunchtime spot. There is also a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy your food in the summertime :)

I got the chicken banh mi- it lacked flavor and it has tomato in it, super weird. Tasted ok I guess, but I have had way better. But yet another disappointing food experience in Germany ….I’ve heard the classic is good though
