Tasteless Pho soup, doesn’t even look close to the photo. The coriander and mint leaves weren’t fresh. Absolutely not recommended!

Both the Bahn Mi with chicken and the vegetarian version with lemongrass tofu are incredibly delicious. The whole thing is also gluten-free and has an unbeatable price! The atmosphere is cozy and there is lively Vietnamese music playing while you eat. The employees are very nice and the store is clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

I've been coming here almost every day for three years. The food is delicious, and I especially like the tofu. The shop is clean, and the staff is friendly.

I've been a customer for years and have never had a complaint! The price and quality are very good, and I don't understand why some people expect luxury for so little money! Of course, you can't expect luxury from those who, in my opinion, serve good food at moderately low prices! I never had any concerns about hygiene, and neither did my friends! I can only recommend Co Co, especially for the always friendly Asian staff!

Disasters sorry! Where do these good reviews come from? Quality junk! Hygiene catastrophic! The woman at the checkout misses the guy making the sandwich! The cheapest pho noodle! Cheap meat and quality low level full of glutamate, just pure salt!!! This is an insult and disrespect to the guests and food, it's sad that you're being so foolish with your own money! Because of shops like this I'm less and less interested in eating outside! Eating at home is better for your health! Such a sad thing! And unfortunately, such people don't check criticism and feedback - they probably don't even read the comments! Ps the woman at the checkout didn't sell me a drink that I didn't even order! Don't believe every review or every food blog!!!!!

Update to my original comment: Unfortunately, I have to completely change my mind. I went there again last week, ate the Banh Mi Classic with pork - and got food poisoning afterwards! After looking at other reviews, this doesn't seem to be an isolated case. Food poisoning must never become the “norm”! This is extremely irresponsible and I think something like this should be reported to the health department. This is about the health of the guests - and that should be taken seriously. Beforehand, I had a very good impression: The Banh Mi Classic (with pork) was really great in terms of taste, and the Pho (with beef) - although a little too salty - was also convincing with the hot sauce. Prices were reasonable, and although the atmosphere was a bit chilly, the good food has made up for it so far. But after this experience I can't and don't want to recommend the restaurant anymore.

Had one of the sandwiches here and it was very solid. Something different than kebabs and the like. I haven't tried the soups, but according to my colleagues they are also very good. The prices are absolutely fine.

Very good Banh Mi and good menu offer for 10€ (plus drink and salad).

The vegetarian banh mi tastes really bland. In my opinion, the sauce didn't taste good at all and the lemongrass tofu was also very bland. I can't recommend it for a banh mi here. However, the prices are very good. Definitely cheaper compared to others. The service was also so friendly. I would give it another try because of the dishes, maybe my opinion will change :)

The BEST bahn mi classic in the whole of Germany. My boyfriend and I love it. I’m so happy I found this independent restaurant, the staff seem friendly even when it’s busy. The attention to detail with the food and service is brilliant. I am happy to return weekly as it’s very close to me. Thank you!

My friends and I had something to eat here last Friday. We all had different dishes, different Banh Mi variants as well as a plate meal and a Pho soup. 6/6 had food poisoning the next day, the full program of vomiting and diarrhea! Unless hygiene changes, we would like to warn other people not to eat here.

Nice banh mi, especially the lemongrass tofu vegetarian one ! The buttery sauce inside is very creamy and delicious. The space is nice to sit and chat, comfy atmosphere. 6,50€ for one banh mi. I tried also the yoghurt shake, which was good but too sweet for my liking. But well, if there’s no condensed milk it’s not really a Vietnamese drink.

Price performance is unbeatable. Always tasty, always satisfied. Top!

I went because of the good reviews but was shocked at how bad the food was. The Tuna Banh Mi tasted like a tuna sandwich from the supermarket refrigerated section and the Classic Meat tasted so cheap and bland that I couldn't finish it. I feel very sorry for the operators! The shop looks nice and so does the menu, but the food can hunt me down.

The food is okay. It was my second time there and I ordered something to take away. First of all, extremely unfriendly staff! Doesn't work at all. Then the baguette was extremely dry. I thought I'd try it again but I definitely won't go there again!

We had as "dish of the day" the peanut curry and the veggie banmhni (tofu) and both were absolutely amazing. The curry has a bit of veggies and rice cooked to perfection with an amazing sauce. It is spicy, don't order it if you don't eat ANY spicy food. The banhni (sandwich) surprised me 100% as i had never tried it before. The place has something special and at the time we went it was quiet and brought us peace in the middle of the Berlin crowded center. It was exactly what we wanted. The people who were already there and the ones who entered were clearly people who had been there before. Of my favorite restaurants in Berlin for sure.

I love the freshness of Banh Mi; it was light and flavorful. I could taste the tanginess from the sauce and the freshness from the veggies. All the ingredients blended together to create an amazing taste. I totally love having this for lunch!

I have no idea why people eat and recommend Banh Mi here, but the baguettes are below average. The service is unfriendly and I would never eat here again. The prices deserve the only star, but unfortunately they are only cheap according to the motto.

Here I was able to try a Banh Mi for the first time in my life, the vegetarian okra and chay were both really delicious. Once again a completely new flavor composition that unfolded in the mouth - even if I overdid it a bit with the Sriracha sauce. Mega tasty affair, at a low price and the owners were really nice too - definitely worth a visit!

After so many BahnMis in the last 6/7 years, and cherishing this place, 2 days ago i got food poisoning from some old food here. As it looks like their hygiene is lower than standards nowadays. Finally original vietnamese Baguettes and pho soup! We found this place very fast since it is located in the very heart of Berlin Mitte, and between touristic sushi Restaurants that are run by Chinese and "Italian" Restaurants offering pizza with kebap, this place does offer original vietnamese Baguettes to really affordable prices. We took those with bbq pork and chicken. You also can tell them to add Omelette! Love this place very much!

Eigentlich finde ich asiatische Schnellküchen immer sehr gut, aber von der hier war ich nicht angetan. Relativ geschmacksneutral, ich war sehr froh, dass ausreichend Gewürze am Tisch standen, um das Essen mit Würze zu versehen. Ansonsten machte es einen sauberen Eindruck. Muß aber nicht wieder sein.

We were in this bistro for the first time today. We enjoyed it. Sandwich and soup were completely ok for the ON-SITE price/quality. — The ambience is rather simple - worn-out snack bar charm...: in terms of cleanliness, it's more of a well... at least the tables should be wiped after each one and the ONE toilet also needs more attention and a general overhaul... When we were there it wasn't peak time...

Vietnamese canteen with delicious food. Fast food, I didn't miss anything. Have had pho and daily specials a few times.

I always walked past the shop, it was very busy and I wanted to try it out because the prices are quite attractive despite inflation and an increase in VAT. But here comes the catch: “Cheap = with a catch”. I ordered 2 takeaway dishes, they didn't taste like anything and were pretty bland. The pork was dry and tough, as if it had been microwaved! And then the highlight: at midnight at night I got diarrhea and had to vomit! Food poisoning! I can only agree with the negative review here!

Like others here, I ate a classic course on Monday and then the full stomach/intestinal program. I've actually been there several times, but this is definitely the last time. In addition, the bread is not gluten-free, even though it says so on a large sign. My girlfriend has celiac disease and then the full symptoms. That was a few months ago. Somehow it doesn't look like the operators really care what they're selling. I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We always enjoyed going here. Yesterday the three of us were there and we all ate a Banh Mi Classic. The next day we all had symptoms of mild food poisoning.

I got the Pho soup with beef. The beef tasted veryyyyyy bad. I had to leave all the beef in the bowl.

So far I've only ever ordered to go but I think it's delicious. Crispy bread and delicious toppings. The ingredients are fresh and the meat vegetable ratio is also great. The portion size is also appropriate.

Small eatery. Unlike Vietnamese cafes in Hanoi, this place has a strange atmosphere multiplied by an unpleasant smell and tasteless food with a strange aftertaste. The portions are large, but there is an unpleasant atypical smell and taste. I can't recommend it.

Bahn mi with chicken sandwich was extremely salty and dry. The vegetables were mostly carrots and not many pickled vegetables. Not a lot of sauce either. Maybe a different Bahn mi would be better. But all around cheap and quick food.

Mmmm so yummy. This was my second time here and I got the chicken bahn mi. Amazing price/portion ratio. The flavors are on point, chicken is juicy, sauce is saucey, herbs add a zing, and the veggies add a nice crunch. It’s everything you want in every bite. I added chilis from the jar and some sriracha and some mystery brown sauce for extra flavor. On top of all of that the baguette is gluten free, what more could you ask for? Come here!

Verlangen willkürlich mehr als auf der Speisekarte angegeben. Das ist nun schon mehrfach vorgekommen bei Bestellung nur eines Banh Mis (also kein Rechenfehler). Machen Mayonnaise auf das Brot, wenn man „vegan“ bestellt.

We just had a small snack (Banh mi) here. It was fresh and delicious. The portion was also enough to fill you up. We didn't try the other dishes. There is also a wide selection of drinks - both homemade and industrially produced. Price-performance is also okay.

Great banh mi! The ingredients were super fresh. I asked for eggs instead of tofu and they easily Accomodated the request! Good for a quick bite in the evenings or a relaxing brunch.

BEWARE! We got food poisoning on 16 Dec 2023 from our pork banh mi sandwiches. We (2 ppl) ate nothing else that day so are sure it was the sandwiches, and have reported to the authorities.

The food was very tasty, but unfortunately I had vomiting and diarrhea after eating it. I just read other people's one-star reviews and many people had the same experience as me... I visited the restaurant in 14/11 evening. My stomach is always very strong! Even it has survived in India for few months. Unfortunately it couldn’t survive by this bbq pork sandwich

The Bahn Mi chicken sandwich was good. The bread was served warm and the chicken was juicy. There was a a lot of coriander in the sandwich and I felt it overpowered the flavour. I had to use Siracha to level out the flavours. A little on the expensive side but it’s Mitte what else would you expect? A solid choice!
