Wir bestellten zwei Poke Bowls und zwei Portionen Pasta Bolognese, und ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. In den Poke Bowls war roher Reis, und die Portion war winzig. Die Pasta Bolognese hatte gerade so viel Tomatensoße, dass sie rot aussah, war aber fade, und das Fleisch schien schon aufgebraucht zu sein. Als wir bezahlen wollten, bestand die Kellnerin darauf, in Euro zu zahlen, obwohl wir in Dollar zahlen wollten. Wir hatten es ihr gesagt, aber das war ihr egal. Und es summte von Fliegen und Bienen. Kurz gesagt: SCHRECKLICH.

Ich war ziemlich enttäuscht von meiner Poké Bowl, da der Reis sehr roh war und die Zutaten billig und nicht besonders frisch wirkten (die Mangos sahen aus, als wären sie die letzten zwei Tage auf der Anrichte aufgetaut). Der Hotdog war aber ziemlich gut. Wir haben lange auf unser Essen gewartet, was aber in Ordnung war, da der Service okay war. Vier Sterne gibt es für die Atmosphäre, da im Fernsehen kleine Vogelvideos liefen, was nett war.

Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Die Chicken Wings waren unterschiedlich groß, und das Öl war zu heiß, sodass die Haut verbrannt war, während das Fleisch innen kalt blieb. Das Burgerfleisch war zu trocken und unappetitlich. Noch ärgerlicher war jedoch, dass ich eine Cola bestellt hatte, aber kein Glas bekam, obwohl ich sah, dass andere Tische welche hatten.

Der Falafel-Burger war einfach nur ein furchtbar trockenes Brötchen ohne jegliche Soße und mit einer winzigen, traurigen Tomatenscheibe (nicht mal aus der Mitte, sondern nur vom Rand). Auch die Teriyaki-Hühnchen-Bowl könnte etwas mehr Geschmack vertragen. Außerdem sah die Toilette schlimmer aus als der Albtraum eines Kindes nach einem Mitternachtssnack und schien alle Götter der Menschheit um Hilfe anzuflehen. In der ersten Kabine klebte ein Toilettenpapier an der Toilette, die zweite war mit Urin bedeckt und die dritte ein einziges Meer aus anderen Substanzen. Wir haben die vierte Kabine gar nicht erst inspiziert und sind aus Angst um unser Leben und unsere Nasen geflüchtet. Der einzige Grund, warum ich zwei Sterne und nicht nur einen vergebe, ist die Spinatpasta. Die war ziemlich lecker, da haben sie wahrscheinlich alle Soßen für andere Gerichte nur für diese Pasta verbraucht. Die war wirklich triefend vor Sahne.

Wir gingen mitten im Sommer essen und bestellten eine Cola, aber es gab kein Eis. Wir mussten sie also ohne Eis trinken, und die Bar hatte auch keine Klimaanlage. Kein Wunder, dass sie schockiert sind, wenn sie nach Spanien kommen.

Wir haben ewig auf unser Essen gewartet. Ich hatte Teriyaki-Hähnchen. Alles war kalt, der Reis war hart und nicht gar. Der Burger meiner Frau stand schon zehn Minuten herum und war deshalb auch kalt. Kaputter Pizzaofen, miserabler Service – geht hier bloß nicht essen!

Das war mit Abstand das schlechteste Restaurant, in dem ich je war, und meine Freunde, die mit mir dort waren, stimmten mir zu. Wir bestellten alle Bowls und bekamen verkochten Reis, der sich fast wie Plastik anfühlte (siehe Foto). Die Mango war gefroren. Es gab zu wenig Soße. Der Brokkoli war verkocht und die Karotten alt (?). Das ganze Essen war einfach nur schlecht. Nur der Lachs und die Avocado waren gut. Die Toiletten waren absolut ekelhaft. Auf der Damentoilette gab es kein Toilettenpapier, und nur einer von drei Seifenspendern hatte Seife. Überteuert und mit einer seltsamen 2010er-Jahre-Atmosphäre, inklusive YouTube-Videos auf einem Fernseher über der Theke. Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Vielleicht waren sie unterbesetzt oder so. ☹️

Essen ist gut, Getränkeangebot in Ordnung, Innen- und Außenbereich, Zahlung an Theke, Bar- und Kartenzahlungen möglich, Wartezeit auf Burger von ca. 30 min bei geringem Aufkommen ist etwas lang (ca. drei weitere besetzte Tische, die noch nicht bestellt hatten), Bedienung ist freundlich, Toilette etwas dreckig, von der Decke herunterhängende Panzertape-Streifen und an Deckendeko noch vorhandene Barcode-Etiketten strahlen eine etwas billiger Atmosphäre aus

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es einen Besitzerwechsel gab, da in einigen älteren Bewertungen noch von „Cloudeatery“ die Rede ist, jetzt heißt es aber anscheinend nur noch HOTBAR. Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen hatte ich mich auf einen leckeren Burger gefreut, wurde aber leider ziemlich enttäuscht: Die Zutaten waren zwar lecker und wirkten frisch, aber das Patty hatte eine etwas unangenehme Konsistenz. Die Toiletten befanden sich einige Stufen tiefer und waren recht unhygienisch; man musste an Stapeln von Kartons vorbei, um zu den Toiletten zu gelangen, die weder Seife noch Handtücher boten. Trotzdem war der Preis sehr angemessen, insbesondere für die Gegend, und meine Freunde, die Pasta bestellt hatten, waren mit ihrem Essen zufrieden. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell.

Geht hier bloß nicht essen! Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber ich muss andere warnen – ich habe dieses Lokal aufgrund der Google-Bewertungen für unseren Familienbesuch ausgewählt. Die müssen gefälscht sein. Ich glaube ernsthaft, dass das gar kein richtiges Restaurant ist, sondern nur eine Imbissbude, wo irgendjemand im Hinterzimmer etwas zusammenbraut. Es dauerte ewig, bis wir bestellen konnten, sodass ich in die Küche gehen musste (die Bedienung hat selbst gekocht). Die Hälfte der Speisekarte war nicht verfügbar, also habe ich meinem Sohn Pasta Bolognese bestellt. Die war ungenießbar, selbst für ein Kleinkind. Mein Mann und ich konnten sie auch nicht essen. Wir haben bezahlt und sind mit dem vollen Teller gegangen. Ich weiß, dass es in Berlin viele Touristenfallen gibt, aber das ist einfach nur lächerlich. Reine Geld- und Zeitverschwendung!

Wir haben uns für den Hamburger entschieden...ausgezeichnet (9,00 Euro).

Das Essen ist zwar ganz okay, aber ich bin etwas enttäuscht. Die Bedienung ist fast unaufmerksam (und komischerweise werden sie blass), wenn ich Fragen zur Speisekarte habe. Das Lokal ist nicht besonders sauber, die Toilette ist unordentlich und die Atmosphäre lässt zu wünschen übrig. Meine Gesamtbewertung: 6/10.

Kein empfehlenswerter Ort, wenn man nicht eine Stunde auf einen Burger warten möchte. Das Restaurant war nicht einmal voll, trotzdem dauerte es eine Stunde, bis ein Burger kam. Das Essen selbst ist mittelmäßig, aber ich bezweifle die Hygiene, da die Kellnerin Handschuhe trug und alle Aufgaben damit erledigte, ohne sie zu wechseln (Bestellungen aufnehmen, Tische und Kasse berühren und Essen servieren). Die Toiletten sind schmutzig.

Unfortunately, I felt uncomfortable in this place. The staff in the kitchen were giving customers strange and somewhat suspicious looks; that's what I noticed. Please remember that this is a place to relax and enjoy your food.

The food isn't great, the portions are small, and there are long waits for the food to arrive. The only good things about this place are the garlic and chili oil.

The waiter greeted us with a attitude. The restroom sink was broken so no way to clean your hands. The food portions were extremely small. I would say that the burger was very good. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It doesn’t deserve your money and recommend you go to another restaurant.

The burger was awful, completely flat, the meat was bland, the onions weren't even cooked, and the patties tasted undercooked. The pizza had rubbery cheese and tasted of absolutely nothing. The prices are unjustified!

Terrible. Questionable hygiene. Unprofessional service. Pizzas weren't available. We ended up ordering pasta instead. Poorly cooked. Then, miraculously, the pizzas reappeared... I strongly advise against going there.

Half of the orders were unavailable. They didn't have coffee. They brought the food without cutlery, and we had to pay the bill ourselves. Anyway... everything else was great :)

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to get this off my chest. We ate here at noon. We were the only guests in an empty, cold room. YouTube music was playing at an incredibly loud volume on a TV, making conversation nearly impossible. The restrooms, located somewhere in a cold basement, were very poorly signposted. There was no paper towel. The server was completely bored and just stared at us the whole time, but never once came to ask if everything was alright or if we needed anything else. For an appetizer, we ordered currywurst, which was simply a soggy, cold sausage with spiced ketchup and curry powder. The "Bacon Burger" (see picture) was the worst burger I've ever had. You can get a better burger at any public swimming pool or fast-food joint. Taste-wise, it was a complete disaster. The fries were soggy but okay. If you're looking to get low-quality food for your money, this is the place for you. We'll definitely never go back!

It was colder than outside, and the toilet was worse than a train station restroom. There were no paper towels, let alone toilet paper or soap. This place is simply unacceptable and should be shut down. The food was cold and far too overpriced. I strongly advise against going into this place.

We were tourists in Berlin, our hotel was near the restaurant, and we spontaneously decided to stop in while strolling around. We were very disappointed. They were out of spaghetti Bolognese, which, in my opinion, is unacceptable for an Italian-style establishment. The food (carbonara) was good, but very overpriced for the small portion. We were the only customers and were constantly stared at by the staff in an annoyed manner. The decor was uninviting, there was no heating, and it was freezing cold. The bored staff didn't even ask if everything was alright, and we had to ask to pay. It's a real shame that they ruin such a prime location with such poor service. After our visit, we weren't surprised that we were the only ones there.

The food was cold (burger) and of relatively poor quality. Since I also work in the restaurant industry, I can confirm the hygiene issues mentioned in other reviews! Filthy gloves (wet and greasy), dirty gloves on the work surface, and the mess left by previous customers wasn't wiped away. The staff was very unfriendly and unmotivated, except for one relatively motivated employee. Not recommended; find a decent restaurant instead. The price was also too high, and there was no receipt, only a printout with a DHL logo on the back. And all the writing was in lowercase. A questionable establishment. The fries were great – really delicious and nice and crispy 🍟! The currywurst was beautifully presented, sliced, and served with just a little sauce on each slice 🍛. Unfortunately, the lovely presentation had made it a bit cold, which was a shame because it tasted good.

The food was okay. I would advise against the pizza. It looks great, but it has a strange aftertaste. The restaurant is very sterile. There was also leaves lying around everywhere. It was a windy day, but they could still clean that up. As soon as you enter the restaurant, they hand you the menu while you're still standing. It's not exactly a welcoming atmosphere.

Not recommended. The menu was a mess, the service was poor, the food was burnt, the portions were very small, and it simply didn't taste good. The price-performance ratio was unacceptable. Overall, not recommended.

I wouldn't normally give this place any stars for the ridiculously overpriced food they offered, but you have to if you want to leave a review. The toilets were more disgusting than a porta-potty at a fair that hadn't been cleaned for three days. The portions were tiny for the price. The fries were oversalted and the bacon burger was incredibly dry. Its flavor was completely undefinable. The penne with (chicken?) cream sauce was equally tasteless. You could count the individual pasta portions on two hands. There was no bill; everything was added up on a scrap of paper. This same paper already had many other bills that other guests had to pay. The hygiene was appalling. Dirty dishes were piled up in the kitchen, which we could see into from our table, and the food was being prepared amidst it all. The service was very unfriendly. In short: This place should be inspected and shut down by the health authorities immediately! It was not a pleasant dining experience! We will definitely never go there again!

That was nothing. The pizza, apparently made with fake cheese, didn't taste good at all. The coffee wasn't good either. The floor was completely filthy, and there were no towels or toilet paper in the restroom.

Very disappointing! Both the service and the food. It wasn't tasty and the portions were very small. The lettuce leaves were bitter, and the chicken in the salad was cold and weighed just 50g! Spaghetti with chicken... for 14.90 euros 🙉 Not even a handful... Not even a spoon! On to coffee!! If you can call it that. Never again!

Wonderful. The best penne broccoli I've ever had. Seriously. Great service. Great place. I recommend it as a lunch spot. It's in the city center. Even better with spinach. This chicken is amazing. I recommend it.

The space has real potential – it could be beautifully designed. Currently, however, it feels rather cold and somewhat reminiscent of a poorly executed influencer shop in Bali. The food, unfortunately, is not recommended: The pizza was okay, but tough and squashed rather than crispy and tasty. The burgers were partly burnt, partly raw, and the meat was completely cooked. The hot dogs looked and tasted unappealing. Despite several mistakes, the food either arrived late or was incorrectly prepared. The "chili cheese nuggets" turned out to be broccoli nuggets, and the fries were cold. Furthermore, there's only one restroom, and it was truly disgusting – unhygienic and in poor condition. Overall, a visit I wouldn't recommend.

There were four of us. We all got our food about 10 minutes apart. The pizza was delicious, the pasta and fries were so-so... The dirt and apparent disorganization in the place were shocking. You could easily see into the kitchen, and the dishes were piled up (so much so that we couldn't even get a fork at first). The restrooms were truly unpleasant... they definitely need to pay more attention to hygiene here. I wouldn't recommend this place or go back again.

Empty, eerie place without customers. It looks like they emptied the place for renovation or something. One person behind the counter not saying anything as I approached. I tried ordering something for takeaway and was told 'No!'. That was all they ever said to me. No hello, nothing else. Rude. First and last attempt.

Very friendly service and delicious food. The atmosphere is very comfortable, and my daughter also has a play area here. I highly recommend it. 🥰 Thank you.

Very surprised because there were no glasses on the table. They serve you your bottled drink and you have to manage on your own. No one in the restaurant but a 30 minute wait. The food was okay, nothing special. Not much cheese on the 4 cheese pizza. Very slow waitress and we look for a smile

The food was very confusing..is it Indian, or eclectic? We had the vegetarian burger and rainbow bowl. The salad dressing was a raita. The vegan chicken burger was an aloo patty. Unsure what they were going for!

Good food, but not a lot of it, in fact, it's small, not like in Italy. Very strange, the pasta with spicy powder isn't typical Italian, hahaha. The waitress isn't approachable with deaf tourists, she's unpleasant.

It looks very cute from the outside, the food was decent for the price and the location (€15 for a mini portion of pasta), and the burgers were so-so. The staff was nice, but not impressive.

There was no toilet paper or soap in any of the restrooms, the food was far too expensive, each drink was only 0.2 liters for €3, the food wasn't tasty, and the service took far too long even though there was hardly anyone there. This will be the only visit.

Not recommended. You wait 45 minutes for one fries, one nugget, and one chili cheese fries. And it wasn't very busy. When the food finally arrived, we realized that apart from the fries, nothing was right. Instead of nuggets, there were chili cheese nuggets, and there were no chili cheese fries at all. Unfriendly, and not even an apology, instead of stupid excuses when you say something.

Horrible music, only Shakira, plays continuously. The food was okay, but not worth it. The man at the cash register showed little interest, just on his cell phone. What is he doing working there? We walked into the store, and he was just on the phone and didn't even ask what we wanted.

We were there today around 2 p.m.! The store was empty. The service was only on their phones and barely saw us. The staff was very unpleasant. The pizza was disgusting. The pizza guy was very unhygienic and had no work clothes.

We were the only ones in the restaurant, and they got our order wrong. It took about half an hour, and it was fast food. The place is really ugly, not to mention the unbearable music. Honestly, I don't understand how this place has four stars and still makes a profit.

Don't go there!! My sister was harassed by an employee at the cash register. He has black hair and wears a watch on his left hand!! He insisted on getting her number even though she said no!!

A restaurant in the center and always empty says a lot about what you're going to find, but we went in for dinner anyway (it was pouring with rain). The pizzas weren't bad, but they had few toppings; the Hawaiian, for example, had four tiny pieces of pineapple. But the worst part is that we ordered a beer, and he brought us an unrefrigerated one. We politely told him the beer was warm. He told us "they just put it in the refrigerator and that's what they had." Disgusting. We couldn't drink it, but they did charge for it. They have a sign on the table so you can rate it on Maps. Well, HOT Restaurant Café, your rating is a "0," even though you can't give it a "0."

Great open concept and music. I had the penne gorgonzola and it was some of the best pasta I have had in Germany. 100% would recommend coming and visiting if you are in the area.

We arrived at 12 noon, and the restaurant's notice said it opens at 11 a.m. Unfortunately, it was closed, so we couldn't visit.

Salad with tuna just tasted like canned cat food and there was sand in the salad. The rest was HARD to eat when you were hungry, but the pizza was good without the "CANNED CAT FOOD".

No one there, but a long wait. The menu wasn't followed. The food was average.

Despite the restaurant being very uncrowded when we arrived, we waited over 30 minutes for 3 pizzas and a pasta dish. The pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza was white and tasteless, the pasta being supposed to be gorgonzola, this taste was not found, however a fly was present in the oil on our table.

Me and a couple of friends went in to eat some burgers, since we're Muslims we thought this place would serve halal food and we even asked 3 different workers and they all said it was halal, turns out the smell of the meat is very similar to pork everything was smelling bad and the service was bad as well, we didn't even get the sprites we ordered for and we almost had to pay for everything. We left the place by PAYING for the food we didn't eat nor even take a bite off.

It was really quiet when we went here. You get everything you expect. Toilets weren’t that clean.

My husband and I enjoyed the food. His pizza was good, just a bit too oily for us. My carbonara wasn't even close to a carbonara, but it was still delicious. The staff was also very friendly and brought us everything quickly. We would definitely recommend it, which is why it was a shame we were sitting there alone that morning with no other customers. The restroom definitely needs to be cleaned; this wasn't for us.

there were 4 of us, 3 of us only received our food after 40 minutes. The 4th member of our group did not receive a meal, even after talking to the staff several times about it, we did not receive the meal. we were in a rush so asked for the last meal as a takeaway. We had to walk around there ourselves. the staff were extremely unfriendly and laughed right in our faces when confronted. The staff was also not present in the room or bar for 3/4 of the evening. Toilets were also very unsanitary. we asked for our money back for the late meal, we received the money but ultimately not the meal.
