Wonderful. The best penne broccoli I've ever had. Seriously. Great service. Great place. I recommend it as a lunch spot. The center of the city.

Great food, great service and cheap prices. Only point they could improve on is the atmosphere. Also clean toilets.

My meal was fantastic! The Chicken Satay Bowl was a delicious five-star dish. The service was excellent, too. The waitress was very cute and friendly and had a great presence that made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend it!

Good food, but not a lot of it, in fact, it's small, not like in Italy. Very strange, the pasta with spicy powder isn't typical Italian, hahaha. The waitress isn't approachable with deaf tourists, she's unpleasant.

A pizza with gorgonzola, more than mature (moldy) and carbonara pasta that is finished in three forkfuls, not to mention the infamous taste of their turkey that they put in it

It looks very cute from the outside, the food was decent for the price and the location (€15 for a mini portion of pasta), and the burgers were so-so. The staff was nice, but not impressive.

Food was alright . Service was atrocious. It felt like I was eating in a hospital with Taylor Swift covers playing on TV. Only really good thing was a painting of Che Guevara on the wall.

Used to have many vegan options, not anymore. The server ignored us and I had to shout to get any service.

Unfortunately, we reserved a table and couldn't try it out because the restaurant was closed and no one was available.

There was no toilet paper or soap in any of the restrooms, the food was far too expensive, each drink was only 0.2 liters for €3, the food wasn't tasty, and the service took far too long even though there was hardly anyone there. This will be the only visit.

Not recommended. You wait 45 minutes for one fries, one nugget, and one chili cheese fries. And it wasn't very busy. When the food finally arrived, we realized that apart from the fries, nothing was right. Instead of nuggets, there were chili cheese nuggets, and there were no chili cheese fries at all. Unfriendly, and not even an apology, instead of stupid excuses when you say something.

Service was very slow, and the food was mediocre. Unfortunately, I can't really recommend it.

Warning! We had to wait a long time for someone to take our order. The waitress spoke poor German and misunderstood many things, or wrote them down incorrectly or not at all. Prices at the cash register were sometimes higher than the menu! Never again! Poor value for money, too.

Horrible music, only Shakira, plays continuously. The food was okay, but not worth it. The man at the cash register showed little interest, just on his cell phone. What is he doing working there? We walked into the store, and he was just on the phone and didn't even ask what we wanted.

We were there today around 2 p.m.! The store was empty. The service was only on their phones and barely saw us. The staff was very unpleasant. The pizza was disgusting. The pizza guy was very unhygienic and had no work clothes.

Don't go there!! My sister was harassed by an employee at the cash register. He has black hair and wears a watch on his left hand!! He insisted on getting her number even though she said no!!

We were the only ones in the restaurant, and they got our order wrong. It took about half an hour, and it was fast food. The place is really ugly, not to mention the unbearable music. Honestly, I don't understand how this place has four stars and still makes a profit.

A restaurant in the center and always empty says a lot about what you're going to find, but we went in for dinner anyway (it was pouring with rain). The pizzas weren't bad, but they had few toppings; the Hawaiian, for example, had four tiny pieces of pineapple. But the worst part is that we ordered a beer, and he brought us an unrefrigerated one. We politely told him the beer was warm. He told us "they just put it in the refrigerator and that's what they had." Disgusting. We couldn't drink it, but they did charge for it. They have a sign on the table so you can rate it on Maps. Well, HOT Restaurant Café, your rating is a "0," even though you can't give it a "0."

Great open concept and music. I had the penne gorgonzola and it was some of the best pasta I have had in Germany. 100% would recommend coming and visiting if you are in the area.

We arrived at 12 noon, and the restaurant's notice said it opens at 11 a.m. Unfortunately, it was closed, so we couldn't visit.

Salad with tuna just tasted like canned cat food and there was sand in the salad. The rest was HARD to eat when you were hungry, but the pizza was good without the "CANNED CAT FOOD".

No one there, but a long wait. The menu wasn't followed. The food was average.

Despite the restaurant being very uncrowded when we arrived, we waited over 30 minutes for 3 pizzas and a pasta dish. The pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza was white and tasteless, the pasta being supposed to be gorgonzola, this taste was not found, however a fly was present in the oil on our table.

Me and a couple of friends went in to eat some burgers, since we're Muslims we thought this place would serve halal food and we even asked 3 different workers and they all said it was halal, turns out the smell of the meat is very similar to pork everything was smelling bad and the service was bad as well, we didn't even get the sprites we ordered for and we almost had to pay for everything. We left the place by PAYING for the food we didn't eat nor even take a bite off.

It was really quiet when we went here. You get everything you expect. Toilets weren’t that clean.

My husband and I enjoyed the food. His pizza was good, just a bit too oily for us. My carbonara wasn't even close to a carbonara, but it was still delicious. The staff was also very friendly and brought us everything quickly. We would definitely recommend it, which is why it was a shame we were sitting there alone that morning with no other customers. The restroom definitely needs to be cleaned; this wasn't for us.

there were 4 of us, 3 of us only received our food after 40 minutes. The 4th member of our group did not receive a meal, even after talking to the staff several times about it, we did not receive the meal. we were in a rush so asked for the last meal as a takeaway. We had to walk around there ourselves. the staff were extremely unfriendly and laughed right in our faces when confronted. The staff was also not present in the room or bar for 3/4 of the evening. Toilets were also very unsanitary. we asked for our money back for the late meal, we received the money but ultimately not the meal.

We spontaneously visited this restaurant with our school group (29 people total) last Thursday. The people were very accommodating! We could move the tables so we could all sit together, everyone could order what they liked and we got the food rather quickly (especially considering the size of our group). We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back if we visited Berlin again!

I had one of the best pasta here. The brocoli pasta was so good that I fell in love with brocoli.

The restaurant staff forgot about us and our order. :( Despite the fact that we approached twice to ask what was going on and were assured that everything was under control, we received NOTHING for an hour and consequently left the premises.

I have rarely eaten as well as I did in this restaurant! The selection of dishes is varied and each dish is prepared with great attention to detail. The service was also first class - friendly, professional and always there when you needed something. The atmosphere is also very inviting and makes your stay particularly pleasant. This restaurant is a real recommendation for anyone who appreciates good food and excellent service. I'll definitely be back!

Great restaurant with a large selection! There is everything your heart desires here. Pizza, pasta and really good burgers. I'm particularly happy about the vegetarian options like the halloumi burger, which tastes great! The service is great, everyone is friendly and attentive. Absolutely recommended! Unfortunately the cheeseburger was just a hint of meat, too thin and left on the grill for too long, falafel burger, too dry and ready to fall apart when eaten!! Fries were good. Conclusion: hunger drove it in. Not exactly recommended but worth an experience!!

Very friendly people and the food was good

We placed our order and an hour later our table was still completely empty. People came into the place, took tables, ordered their meals, consumed them and left, while we waited with two hungry children and ABSOLUTELY no one from the staff was interested about it. In the meantime, I even went to the counter to ask if our order was on it, but the lady who took our order said it wasn't ours. When the next customers who came 45 minutes after us, 15 minutes later had food on their table I couldn't stand it and we left. This is an miserable place where you will be treated below any standards and I would absolutely advise against this place.

Very tasty burgers, the patties are very tasty, the "bacon" has a delicious smoky aroma, friendly people. The ordering process via QR code takes a bit of getting used to at first if you order for several people.

Food was cold. Plates were chipped and some of the cutlery weren’t cleaned properly. Food lacked flavour, and the chips were tiny, considering you pay 5euro for them. There’s nothing Hot about this place

Absolutely fabulous Italian food at a great price! Loved it.

We had a really enjoyable experience at this restaurant. The food was amazing. My girlfriend got the burger and I got the pizza. Both were delicious as well as the mozzarella sticks. The service and staff were really nice, accommodating and helpful. Enjoyed the music in the background!

Since we had to bridge a certain amount of time, we decided to go to the Hot Restaurant Café. So far everything was ok, it was clean, the service was nice and friendly, but I can't get used to the Berlin prices... We paid almost 20 euros for 2 lattes and 2 pieces of cake. That was pretty intense.

I went half an hour before the night closed. The employees were very friendly and polite. It was one of the best hamburgers I've ever eaten as a vegetarian person in five years. They even offered an onion ring with it and it was delicious too.

First of all, points are deducted here because you can only order via your smartphone. In addition, the service only speaks English. The vegan chicken burger, curly fries and chicken teriyaki bowl we ordered were very tasty. You couldn't order alcoholic drinks.

Great value for money, their curly fries are deliciously crunchy and the waitress is very nice and really puts the customer first.
