City Tacos in Bochum

I really don't know what's so delicious about these tacos! It felt like it was 80% filled with French fries, then chicken, corn and sauce. If these chicken tacos didn't have fries but more of the other ingredients, they would certainly be quite good. If I want fries, I order them separately. So unfortunately disgusting! Staff friendly, ambience a la snack bar.

City tacos is a very nice place. Tasty food which is also not costly. Sultan makes wonderful tacos. I visit here more than once every week :)

Tacos? Here you get meat with fries and lots of cocktail sauce, all in a wrap. By taco I mean something completely different. Otherwise: it's just a snack bar... but the service is very nice and attentive.

Super tasty and not soggy frz taccos. Staff nice and hardworking. The store is busy, but they still know what they're doing. Sometimes it's cold inside the store in winter. But the super tasty tacos make up for it!

The food was good, but unfortunately it was very spicy and it wasn't sufficiently described that it was spicy. The service was underground, very unfriendly!

So first of all: There are definitely NO tacos here like you would find in Mexico/Central America. ;) If you can overlook it, it's worth a visit. The service was very friendly, the waiting time was reasonable to short and the taco (for me: falafel/fries) was very tasty and something special. I thought 5€ was fair too. I'd love to come back and try out more varieties.

I came by here today by chance and was happy about something other than kebab. I chose the cheapest chicken and fries taco to test. In terms of taste and content, it didn't necessarily correspond to a Mexican taco as I think I know it, more like a pom doner in a taco coating: chicken meat (in cubes, a bit too firm), fries, cheese (which I couldn't find) and two types of mayonnaise -based sauces, one of them slightly spicy. Pretty tasty, but just not a taco for me. Staff was very friendly!

When I tried it for the first time I was more than thrilled and now when I'm out with friends we always go there. Thanks to the staff there, they are very polite. And don't forget the sauce, it's just WOW. I can only recommend this restaurant!! 👍

This place has the best tacos I've ever had!!! So much meat! It was also super spicy! Just how I like it. 👌 We did wait for 15 minutes to get our order, but the wait was soooo worth it! The tacos were fire. 🔥

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Vielfalt der Speisekarte. Egal, ob man Fleischliebhaber, Vegetarier oder Veganer ist, es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes. Die Auswahl an frischen Zutaten und die Verwendung von regionalen Produkten waren ebenfalls lobenswert.Und ich möchte an die Jungs danken für den netten Empfang 🤝

Absolut zu empfehlen! Sehr guter und leckerer Snack, diese Tacos. Der normale macht schon gut satt. Man kann sie auch gut unterwegs essen, dadurch dass der Teig rundum geht, läuft nichts aus. Auf jeden Fall ein Vorteil zu Döner, Hamburger etc.

Lieferung: Die Lieferung kam circa 40 Minuten später als angekündigt. Dabei war sie laut Lieferando-Lieferstatus jedoch 50 Minuten unterwegs bei einem Weg von ungefähr 10 Minuten. Dementsprechend war das Essen leider nur noch leicht angewärmt. Die Lieferantin jedoch war freundlich. Essen: Leider war auf Lieferando für mich nirgendwo erkennbar, dass es sich hier um French Tacos handelt. Dementsprechend war meine Erwartung auch eine andere. Die tatsächliche Qualität der Zutaten kann ich nicht beurteilen, meinen Geschmack hat der Chicken Taco aber nicht getroffen. Die Sauce war der Hauptgeschmacksträger während die anderen Zutaten so gut wie gar nicht zu erkennen sowie recht fade waren. Für mich hat die Sauce jedoch zu sehr nach Mayo geschmeckt (wie alles hier: subjektive Betrachtung). Evtl. ist das ganze heiß nochmal etwas besser. tl;dr Ist vermutlich Geschmackssache, meinen Geschmack trifft es nicht.

Der Chicken-Taco war sehr gut. (Normale Größe) Der macht satt, frage mich wie dann der Große aussehen mag. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön mit dunkler Holzoptik und schwarzen Stühlen. Klimatisiert ist er auch. Die Karte ist auch gut und übersichtlich.

Ein Geschenk für alle Bochumer. Freundliche Leute, einfaches aber nettes Ambiente und die Tacos sind einfach nur super.

Die “Tacos” welche hier angeboten werden, haben nichts mit mexikanischer Küche zutun, dennoch sind sie geschmacklich nicht schlecht.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Alle Tische und generell das Restaurant sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich .trotz komplizierter Bestellung alles richtig .sehr guter und schneller Service . Essen sehr lecker und lohnt sich komplett für diesen Preis .

Es ist weder ein Taco noch ein Burrito und deswegen nur einen Stern, da der Name komplett fehlt leitet. Pommes haben nichts in einem Taco zu suchen. Wer sowas mag gerne, findet es bestimmt gut.
