Circus Maximus in Koblenz

A pleasant location, with very friendly service staff. The food is good and the menu is manageable. When it's full, it becomes tiring to entertain yourself. Absolutely recommended as an event location.

I've been to Circus Maximus both for events and for food. The menu is classic bistro style. Even if you follow a vegan diet, you'll get your money's worth here. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, despite being busy.

There are always great events taking place in the circus, such as the logo party. Simply brilliant.

The ambience and service in this restaurant are simply great. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Particularly noteworthy are the concerts that are organized regularly - they are often of impressive quality and offer a great experience. An absolutely recommended place for a successful evening!

We drank cocktails and they were delicious. It was a very nice and fun evening with very lovely service. We'd love to come back. 👍

The live music evening with Wright Thing is always worth it. Unfortunately, something like this is offered far too rarely. Update: Today the combo has outdone itself. With the joy of playing that the musicians showed, it was highly professional and yet also a certain lightness. You can't describe it, you have to experience it. Six stars.

Good food and very good service with top events

We reserved a table and were looking forward to the good reviews. To our disappointment, the food was very bland, even though you spend 15 euros on a burger. Additionally, our order wasn't processed properly and one person sat without eating the entire time. Finally, we wanted the vegan cheese fries, but there was apparently no vegan cheese, so we ordered again and waited! Well, we got an espresso as compensation. We weren't satisfied, there are better places in downtown Koblenz.

We were visiting Koblenz and only ended up here by chance because another restaurant was closed. I had a vegan burger and it really impressed me positively. I have rarely eaten something so delicious. It's a shame that we live a little further away, otherwise this would be my new local bar😬

I think it was the smallest venue I've ever been to, almost like a living room concert. We were with Alexander Knappe. Mega singers, the band and the sound were great for such a small location. Drink prices were okay. It would have been nice if I could have bought a few snacks there, such as pretzels, chips or something else. Unfortunately I can't rate the restaurant because, as already written, we only attended the concert in the basement.

Great location, nice and friendly staff. Only in the discotheque (basement) do the counter staff let it slide quite a bit. Unfortunately we hadn't eaten anything.

Mom's dancing party was a complete failure. What a shame. The music selection was just terrible. I have no idea what they were thinking. 80s to today...there were only 2 songs that we knew. Neither my mother nor I thought the music was suitable for the evening. Judging by the crowd, a lot of people didn't like it either. Of course, only the songs that everyone knows were shown on Instagram in order to further promote the event as "super great". Where were all the cult 80s and 90s? Randomly a Taylor Swift was recorded, which no one of a certain age knows. Very sad.

Went for a birthday, great music and a lot of dancing. We'd love to come back

25th anniversary celebration and until 2:30 a.m. (!) the (penultimate) guests were scared away by the choice of music and consistent disregard of music requests. Very unfortunate. Would have liked to have stayed longer. Note on the owner's post: See photo. Apparently for you, “all evening” means “until 2 o’clock” (on a Friday). It's a bit questionable to sugarcoat it.

The staff are friendly, but you'll die of thirst if you don't try to order something yourself. We sat outside for 40 minutes and then went in to finally get something. Then we went to the basement to do some dancing. We sat down in the restaurant around 11:20 p.m. to have a cocktail. We were ignored again! We tried to get attention several times and eventually got it. At some point we wanted to drink something, were ignored again and wanted to order something at the counter. Then it was already midnight and the ice cream machine was already off and so we didn't get anything... we weren't allowed to pay at the counter and had to wait for the service person who had to staple the bills first. I thought we were very patient but they made it really difficult for us. There wasn't even much going on. Really difficult... I don't know if I'll do that again.

We've already played the escape games 1-2 times, it was a lot of fun. For birthdays or other celebrations, it's a really nice thing. Unfortunately, we noticed that the very friendly and courteous introduction lady with the glasses no longer makes them, which we find very unfortunate.

If you like really good 🍔, with everything that goes with it, you've come to the right place! Depending on the program, there is the best live music 🎶 in the world.. "the wright thing"!!

We were there with a bachelor party and had the cocktail course. This was really interesting and had a good atmosphere, although when it got more crowded you could hardly understand anything (for larger groups it would have been good if there had been two bartenders so you could have them at the front or back of the bar also understood better what was being said) and that was a bit stupid. The bartender was really great and you could tell that he does this job with passion. Afterwards we reserved a table at 6 p.m. and shortly afterwards placed the order for 11 citizens' menus, unfortunately the waiting time was really long, about an hour and a half, we received a short round as compensation, which was also very nice, but the waiting time is really long.. The citizens were really tasty and you can't fault the portions or the taste. We were out of the restaurant shortly before or after 9:30.

The food was great. Unfortunately there was more water in the Aperol Spritz than sparkling wine and Aperol. I asked the waitress about it. She said it has to be that way. 😄Too bad!

We went to the circus with a larger group to go lifting. Before that we ate a few burgers that definitely met our expectations! The drinks prices are also fair and the service was extremely funny that evening! She was easy to tease about her age, so there was always a laugh when she brought us drinks!

Good location for meeting friends, centrally located, perfect for drinks and delicious snacks, the food is always freshly prepared and tastes good. The “rustic” decor definitely has its charm.

My recession should actually be divided into 2 areas: 1. Restaurant / food --> 5 stars 2. Club / Celebrations --> 3 stars (although there could have been 5, but this was prevented by the DJ!) The burgers in the restaurant are definitely recommended. The selection is good and you can choose between medium and well-done. The selection of side dishes is also good. I had sweet potato fries myself, which were delicious. There were 7 of us there and everyone was more than satisfied with the food. 5 out of 5 stars are definitely deserved! Price-performance ratio is also right here :) Between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. you could go down the stairs to a club. The ambience is actually great and I'm sure you can have really good evenings here. Unfortunately, the music selection didn't appeal to us at all, with mostly more and less well-known songs from the 80s. But it's also a matter of taste, we're more like children of the 90s.

Guests today with two adults, a toddler and a dog. We were there at 5pm without a reservation and asked for a free table. After some consideration, we were offered a very small table right next to the swinging door to the kitchen. We ordered burgers and a children's menu. Unfortunately, the food was all very simple and of poor quality. Lukewarm, simplest frozen fries. The burgers really not good!. Sorry, but we were completely disappointed. The restaurant was completely empty by the time we left, except for two bachelorette parties. Unfortunately, it was cheeky to sit at the last and smallest table. Last but not least, the toilet floor was the grossest and stickiest I've been in a restaurant in a long time. Absolutely not recommended by us!

Absolutely modest music for a 2010s party In response to criticism, you were asked directly by the bouncer whether you wanted to leave the club I wouldn't recommend the club to anyone!

The food was great. I had a burger with goat cheese. It was very tasty, but you have to like it. I was extremely satisfied with the service. The whole staff was very friendly and in a good mood. It was fun to eat there.

Die Logo Revival Party war wieder einmal spitze! Endlich wieder die Klassiker aus den 80ern in gewohnter Logo-Lautstärke. Nur das verqualmte Ambiente aus dem alten Logo fehlt etwas. 😀

Waren auf einer der vielen Veranstaltungen. Echt empfehlenswert, bin froh das es in Koblenz noch eine location gibt wo man mit ü30 gerne hingehen kann. Definitiv auch für u30 geeignet, wie man am Publikum sieht

Gemütlicher Club in Koblenz. Insbesondere die Gothic/Wave-Parties "Depeche Mode vs. The Cure" sind sehr empfehlenswert.

Ich gehe sehr gerne zu Veranstaltungen im Keller. Die 90er Party ist immer klasse, auch wenn viele Gäste sich glaube ich mehr Rock aus den 90ern wünschen würden! Und es könnte etwas besser belüftet, bzw kühler sein.

Leckere Drinks, super Burger und gute Musik sorgen für eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist top und dank des abwechslungsreichen Programms ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Nur zu empfehlen ☺️

Anlässlich unserer Firmenfeier letzten Samstag habe ich ein Escape Game im Circus Maximum gebucht. Ein absolut spaßiges Erlebnis. Ein komplexes, fesselndes und faszinierendes Spiel. Die Räume sind erstaunlich und die Rätsel einzigartig und genial. Ein großes Lob geht an die Organisatoren, die wirklich freundlich und nett sind. Ich kann das Spiel nur jedem empfehlen. Danach haben wir einen Tisch für das Abendessen im Circus Maximum reserviert. Burger-Menü zu einem Festpreis, das mir bei der Buchung des Spiels vorgeschlagen wurde. Sehr gute und originelle Burger, nette Atmosphäre. Auch hier, super freundliches und nettes Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren zum ersten Mal und zu Jupiter Jones hier und kommen definitiv wieder! Sehr entspannte Club Atmosphäre und das Essen sah auch köstlich aus, wird beim nächsten Mal probiert!

Sehr laute Geräuschkulisse, aber sehr lecker, kinderfreundlich und wirklich zuvorkommender Sevice - können wir weiterempfehlen

Am 6.10 waren wir zuerst im Escape Room und danach im Circus Essen. Leider haben wir ziemlich lange auf unser Essen gewartet und auch mit den Getränken ging es den ganzen Abend nur schleppend. Auch wenn der Laden gut voll war hat alles lange gedauert. Die gar Stufen der Burger waren bei 5 von 6 falsch. Meiner war so durch das er nur Dank der sauce noch zu essen war, schade. Die Pommes waren auch nicht so der Hit. Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Das Ambiente war generell schon ziemlich laut, mit Beginn des Konzert im Keller aber teilweise so das man gar nichts mehr verstanden hat (wenn die Tür nach unten auf war). Der Service war freundlich, unsere Spielleitung beim Escape Game war toll! Unterm Strich ein schöner Abend

Waren zum Jupiter Jones Konzert dort und haben vorher noch lecker Burger gegessen. War super.

Alles gut, Drinks, Service aber die DJs haben keine Ahnung von einer guten Setlist. Es wirkt wie eine DJ Shuffle Playlist auf einer WG Party

Super leckeres Essen. Es gibt auch glutenfreie Burgerbrötchen und eine ausführliche Allergenkarte.

Immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Oben essen, unten tanzen. Gutes Essen und Trinken im Herzen von Koblenz auf zwei Etagen. Unten im "Keller" kleine "Disko" mit wechselnden Events.

Freundliches Personal und Abwechslungsreiche Musik. Gegessen habe ich hier nichts aber die Getränke sind gut und manchmal gibt es auch specials wie Shots für 1,5€

Sehr lecker und glutenfrei gegessen. Bowls gab es glutenfrei und auch glutenfreier Burger wäre möglich gewesen. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam bezüglich glutenfrei.

Diese Location vereint ein ordentliches Restaurant im Stil und Qualität einer Sportsbar mit einem Eventkeller für kleinere Konzerte und Aufführungen aller Art. Ich habe mir hier schon KIZ, Kollegah, Celo & Abdi und B-Tight angeguckt. Vor oder nach den Konzerten kann man auch noch lecker dort essen.

The food was good...but the onions rings, I would not recommend. The staff was friendly. Our waitress was really nice!!

Leider zu hohe Quote an Falschlieferungen (3 von 4) sodass anders gegessen wurde oder separat auf das richtige gewartet wurde und man nicht in Gruppe aß. Die Kellnerin entschuldigte sich in einem Fall mit einem Freibier, sie hatte aber eh alles richtig aufgenommen, der Fehler lag woanders. Das Essen war ok, aber nicht ausgewöhnlich, daher in Summe noch 3 Sterne.

Circus Maximus kenne ich schon lange und finde die Veranstaltungen total abwechslungsreich. Heute muss ich aber mal die Kleidertausch-Veranstaltung herausheben: So eine tolle Sache! Man bringt bis zu 15 Kleidungsstücke mit, die man loswerden möchte und sucht sich dann etwas anderes aus. Die Athmosphäre ist großartig und es ist für uns ein regelmäßiger Termin geworden. Am besten immer ein paar Freundinnen mitbringen und anschließend was essen im Circus. Eine herrliche Veranstaltung - und dazu noch absolut nachhaltig!

Meine Mädels hatten den Cocktailkurs gebucht und was soll ich sagen - Begeisterung pur! Wir hatten einen tolle Zeit, richtig viel Spaß und Marie (du bist der Hammer!) hat es so toll und informativ für uns gemacht. Auch die Snacks waren super lecker und die Musik hat alles perfekt abgerundet :-) Wir können es zu 110% weiterempfehlen!
