As always great! Dilek is a very nice supplier, arrived and left with a smile! So I'm happy to order again and again!

I am very disappointed with my last visit. Prices were increased and at the same time quality and quantity were saved. Particularly annoying: Previously there were 2x4 flatbreads in the family package, this time there were only 2x2 - that's simply ridiculous! If you increase the prices, you should at least maintain the usual performance and quality. Unfortunately, the opposite is true. The price-performance ratio is no longer right here, and I will think carefully about whether I order here again.

No spicy ordered, spicy received. After calling to inquire, everything was denied. Too bad.

The food there definitely tastes very tasty, but unfortunately the prices are very high and have increased recently, which cannot be justified, which is why I can only give 4 stars because of the price. In terms of price performance, I still see room for improvement, as the prices were still in the green in the same year. However, the quality of the ciğköfte is top and if you want to spend something, you can stop by.

The kofte is something completely different than food, and the sauces had a nasty smell and also tasted nasty, like something caustic. The köfte ruined my intestines and I almost had to go to the hospital. This piece of dirt almost flowed from my nose and caused me to vomit very painfully. Above all, it wasn't like eating, it felt like putting a glass in your mouth The employee behaved very selfishly and acted like a know-it-all. Under no circumstances should you go there, especially if you don't want to put lead in your mouth.

Contrary to some negative reviews, I experienced professional and polite staff and service here. I was passing through and had a bit of a hunger pang and happened upon this shop. As an outsider, a former restaurateur, I give it five stars for the service. Communication went flawlessly, the ladies behind the counter gave the customer in front of me very good advice, the lady was probably here for the first time and just wanted to satisfy her small hunger :) The waitresses behind the counter listed/explained all the products including the ingredients and list of ingredients can, which really impressed me. HAT OFF TO YOU FOR THAT ALONE! The two Çiğköfte wraps tasted equally good as in any other branch of this franchise. The garnish was fresh and crunchy as it should be. When my wrap was rolled up, the colleague made sure that nothing ran down and twisted it tightly and closed it at the bottom. (Unfortunately the staff isn't as meticulous everywhere, but here the preparation went as I imagined) The atmosphere is friendly, the furnishings are very, very comfortable and, above all, modern - you don't feel like you have to leave again straight away. There's even a baby chair in the facility and shows me that you can have a delicious and vegan meal here, even with children and little ones. What's also positive here is that the Ayran is also available in 1-liter TetraPaks, which is basically "a real treat" for someone like me, who loves to drink Turkish-style drinking yogurt in the summer. Last but not least, I can highly recommend the cheesecake with a Turkish tea, which you can purchase here in a large Caipirinha glass for a fee of €2. You can choose between the three leading Turkish tea brands Tanay, Çaykur, and Alice. (Greetings go out to Osnabrück to the colleagues at Kaffee Partner, who have set up one of the latest fully automatic coffee machines with a hot water function) I think it's a great luxury that as a customer you can choose which tea you want to have. 👍👍👍 Another piece of information for our card payment aficionados, card payment is only possible with a normal bank card (also contactless), (Girocard/EC card) otherwise CA$H is still the KING here. Many thanks to the waitresses Sümeyra and Dilara for the perfect stay and the delicious food which saved me from starving :)

Ambience quite nice, the employees aren't exactly friendly. Guests should always be asked whether they want to take away or eat on site. One of the ladies spoke to me as if I wasn't welcome. I can recommend Çiğköfte to everyone. Dear team on site, you should win customers and not drive them away, I won't be coming back.

It has no old taste anymore.. You give falafel as a gift, it is not edible, it is a blessing, I don't want to say it, but garbage is not given as a gift...

My husband bought çiğköfte with my brother. When he got home we noticed that there was no salad packed. After a telephone consultation, we should drive there ourselves to pick it up. Because the suppliers weren't there. Unfortunately that wasn't fair.

I was blocked on Instagram because of my criticism - very unprofessional. We were there yesterday because of the offer and waited for a very long time. We didn't get any lavash or salad with the Joker package - that's more than unfair and ultimately doesn't represent a real offer. When we asked, we were told that the lavash bread and salad packages had been used up, but Lavaş was delivered in front of our eyes There were salad packages in the counter - they were probably only for the full-paying Lieferando orders. So you paid a whole 10€ for 28 cigköftes - without lavash, sauce and salad that is NO OFFER!!! In addition, it was not communicated beforehand that you can only order one Joker package and a maximum of three wraps per person - that is also unprofessional. You could have easily told those waiting that there was neither lavash, salad nor enough sauce. Making people wait so long for a pseudo-offer and then posting on Instagram about the long line in front of the store is very cheeky. Never again Cigköftem-Gelsenkirchen. The fact that you are not open to criticism, delete criticism and then block critics just shows how unprofessional you are.

Cigköftem in Gelsenkirchen definitely has the best service!!! If they forget something that can happen in the best possible time, they address it more quickly than expected with an additional gesture. Never experienced such a fast delivery service. You'd want to give it more than 5 stars!!!

Very tasty Cigköfte, great ambience and nice staff. Personally, I find the Sushi Cigköfte quite overpriced, but still a highly recommended location.

We ordered 2 falafel wraps. These were inedible. The falafel was cold, rock hard and not cooked through. There was no humus in it at all. Just dust dry. The call to the restaurant was very disappointing. Instead of apologizing and offering compensation as a gesture of goodwill, we were portrayed as liars. Once and never again
