I received the wrong order for the first time and didn't receive my correct order despite calling. I was assumed that I had received my correct order. Still, I had to pay the full price and pay for the other things. Really bold. The second time, I didn't receive any drinks and still had to pay the full price. Despite calling, the drinks were no longer delivered to me. I will never order from them again because they don't give a damn about the customers.

Really bad service, not organized. Are completely overwhelmed with a small order. My food arrived wrong after 1.5 hours. Half was missing and after 3 hours and lots of back and forth phone calls, the food was still not delivered, with the excuse that I had received my full order. Their own customers can't even accommodate a little with the price or give something as a gift. At the end I was told that they had to close the shop because they were closing time. I never received my complete order. Will never order anything again.

Ordered food, first they mixed up the order, came back and wanted 8.50 euros back because we had started eating a falafel wrap. Came back with our correct order and half of it was missing (we had already paid via Lieferando with PayPal. Waited a total of 3 hours until at the end the boss said that they had already closed and were no longer delivering. After 100 calls back and forth After discussions we decided that I would get the money back. Our order was only 2x 650g cigköfte, I understand how you can shit like that and be so overwhelmed by 2 boxes Not me, everything could have been done well by not arguing and just bringing the money or food. I will never order there again and I will advise everyone I know against this shop.

Best cigköfte in the area! Very clean shop, counter is very clean (can be seen in the photo) and above all very nice and friendly service. The vegetables were very fresh, as was the bread, which is not the usual sugary shiny “wrapyufka”. The quality of the products is very high, the quantity of vegetables is very generous and the price is great. We will definitely not come back just once.

Just so good! It's a must whenever I'm in Hanau. Very friendly owners, I always look forward to going there.

You always get a sample. I find the normal version Cigköfte but with the hot sauce to be the tastiest. Nowhere else do I like Cigköfte as much as I do here. It tastes really very tasty. I hope the ingredients never change.

Schneller Service - von Betreten bis wieder ins Auto einsteigen insgesamt 5 Minuten. Der Geschmack ist unvergleichlich gut. Ich bin extra Umwege gefahren um mir bei Hüseyin Usta noch schnell ein Cigköfte Dürüm zu kaufen. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Leider cigköfte war nicht was ich erwartet habe. Da ich erstenmal hier gegessen habe möchte anstatt 1 Sterne 2 sterne geben. Cigköfte war wie flüssige Teig, so kenne ich cigköfte nicht.

Cigköfte schmeckt sehr sehr lecker. Bin auf Empfehlung meines Schwagers hin und aktuell gefühlt jeden zweiten Tag dort, da ich mich nicht davon satt essen kann. Der Inhaber ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Auf Hygiene wird bei jeder Zubereitung sehr geachtet. Kann ich jedem mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Geschmacklich gut, sauberkeit gut, Portionsgröße naja, aber 2 mal falsch abkassieren und kein danke und kein tschüß sagen, schreckt einen davon ab wieder hinzugehen. Neues Kassensystem und freundlicherer Umgang mit Kunden, würden den Laden deutlich besser darstehen lassen.

Köfte ist ganz in Ordnung. Aber der Typ muss lernen mit Kunden umzugehen

Eins vorneweg, hier gibt es super leckeres und frisches Cigköfte und Co. Ich habe mich für das Menu mit 300g entschieden. Dazu gab es zwei große dünne Fladen, einen halben Salatkopf, eine halbe Zitrone, reichlich Minze und Petersilie und zwei Schälchen mit Granatapfelsirup. Eine Person wird davon gut satt und insgesamt ist es eine absolut Empfehlung. Der Service war sehr nett und die Mitarbeiter tragen Mund-Nasen-Schutz und Handschuhe!
