Ciao Pizza Heimservice Forst in Forst

We ordered by phone. Compliments to the service, which remained cool even when faced with multiple questions :-). But in a dish that was supposed to have broccoli, we found that there were unfortunately too few or almost no broccoli florets, so unfortunately we lost one star.

In the past, you could order here without hesitation, and the food always tasted good and seemed fresh. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with any of our orders yesterday (five people). The taste was a disaster, especially the warmed "doner" plate made of pressed meat. To top it all off, my salad was topped off with moldy cucumber slices.

We had several pizzas, pizza rolls, salads, and doner kebabs, and everything was virtually inedible. The doner kebab was awful – no idea what kind of meat it was – it tasted so weird that you couldn't eat it at all, and the fries were soggy – but we ate them out of sheer hunger. The salad had moldy cucumbers. The filling on the pizza rolls also tasted weird. The only thing that was halfway decent was the pizza. But somehow you don't have a taste for it when you see what everyone else is going through. It's such a shame how a "chef" can treat food in such a way that the dishes end up in the trash immediately after delivery because they taste bad, and you have to worry about getting something else. We won't be ordering again for a while. What we find incomprehensible are the good reviews on Lieferando.

The pizza was very good. The salad was generous, but the dressing wasn't great. Fast delivery and good value for money.

Ordered last night and I'm still annoyed about this bad pizza. By far the worst I've eaten in years. What could possibly go wrong with pizza and where do these good reviews on Lieferando come from? It's a complete mystery to me. Of course, tastes differ, but in my opinion, EVERYTHING that could possibly go wrong with this pizza was wrong. The dough had an incredibly strange aftertaste and a really strange consistency. There was hardly any pizza sauce, no taste of tomato, and the topping proportions were extremely odd. I ordered it with onions. But that doesn't mean I want a mountain of onions on my pizza with a mushy consistency and the taste of onions from French onion soup. Sometimes less really is more. And I wonder when people in Germany will finally understand that the topping belongs ON! the cheese and not under the cheese. And my expectations are certainly not too high, because I'm happy to treat myself to a ready-made pizza from the supermarket again. In the end, it tastes better and fresher than this one.

We ordered there from Lieferando. Unfortunately very disappointed! The bun for the burgers was completely unbaked. The fries were hard and didn't taste like anything! Very very sad.

Simply awful! I ordered from Lieferando and was massively disappointed because the burger buns on two burgers weren't cooked all the way through. The BBC sauce was disgusting, and the fries that came with it were sometimes soggy, sometimes hard, and practically unseasoned. A complete disappointment and NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Food was okay. Delivery was a complete disaster. I've rarely experienced such an unpleasant delivery driver. Never again.

Normally happy, but yesterday I was annoyed. Pizza rolls barely filled, the specially ordered garlic dip was forgotten but calculated and this time it was too runny. The driver couldn't or didn't want to understand that he should deduct the €1.50 for this, because a subsequent delivery an hour later doesn't help me and to top it off, he had "no" change with him to give me change, even though the order was a cash payment . It doesn't work at all!

Update August 29, 2024 We forgot we had already ordered here, so here's to a new one. Ordered two pasta dishes today. Unfortunately both of them weren't good at all. The Aglio e Olio were neither spicy nor could I taste garlic. It tasted as if the noodles had been fried in the oil where the champions for the salad had previously been fried. Rigatoni Al forno were very, very dry. The salad is supposed to be for tomorrow, but it didn't smell that tasty. We definitely won't order here again -------------------------------- Update July 31, 2022 Today we had two burgers, a salad and pizza rolls with cheese. (42.10 euros) Burger for over 10 euros without lettuce, cucumber, onion or tomato. Unfortunately the pizza rolls were burnt. Salad ok. Delivery was very quick and the driver was very nice. ----------------------------------------------- We ordered two pizzas and a salad. Everyone loved the pizzas and even I liked them, even though I don't really like eating pizza. My salad was great. Not so full of stuff, but nice and fresh. I found the salad a bit expensive, but ok, I didn't have to stand there and chop it myself 😁

I've never eaten pizza this big before. It's very big. If you're in the city, you can deliver. For me, tuna pizza is the best🐟👍

We waited 2.5 hours for our pizza today :-( would have at least expected a cola or something similar as compensation. It's a shame...

Order was a party pizza with 5 sides: -Salami, peppers, mozzarella, egg, rocket. Pizza arrived and I thought it was a European Championship joke... After removing 300g of rocket, it was edible, but still bitter due to all the rocket. Tastes good and very hot! Sometimes a little less is more.

I previously ordered 2 Indian dishes (rice with 1x black lentils, 1x spinach sauce) and a mango lassi to be picked up. The Palak Paneer tastes as good as it looks. This is exactly how I want the Palak Paneer dish to be. The Mango Lassi is also A1. The dal also tastes great. A bit spicy but it should also be fiery, it should taste Indian and not bland. 🥰 Many others can't manage it, here it's 1A as it should be. I'll definitely come back. 😇

Pizza, pasta and salad were very good, but the cheeseburger for €10 was just ridiculous in my opinion. In my opinion, you shouldn't offer anything you can't do.

Had pizzas delivered to your home. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the pizzas. Lovely again. Clear recommendation!!

This is my new favorite pizza place! We got a party sized pizza hawaii, medium salami pizza, and 3 orders of fries. The fries were a bit soft, underdone but we threw them in the air fryer for a few minutes and they were fine. The pizza was great! Party size is huge! It actually fed our big family. Delivery went super! Quick and friendly service. The food was hot and fresh. We will be ordering here again. Update 11.2020 We still order from here all the time. The burgers are gigantic. No lettuce or anything on them so you'll have to add your own. Chicken burgers are good sized. They have lettuce, pickles, tomato and mayo on them. Very tasty. Calzone is huge! Bigger than a normal dinner plate. The site for ordering is easy to use. I love the "past orders" feature. We use it for "that thing we had last time". 01.2021 Bacon burger is fabulous. Unlike the regular burger, it's loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and BBQ sauce. Very tasty. 01.2023 Unfortunately, the prices have gone up immensely. 10 bucks for a burger is just too much. The family sized pizza is now 30. It's disappointing because we really enjoyed the food.

It tastes great but it's usually not warm. The service is also ok but we can speak a bit more respectfully and understandably.

Lieblingslieferant 🫶🏼 Pasta-Cup (deine Nudelportion kommt in einem Pizzabrot mit Käse überbacken) ist das Beste überhaupt!

Höflicher und pünktlicher Lieferant. Ein Herr mit etwas längeren Haaren.

Einziger Lieferdienst bei dem ich bestelle, Essen ist immer sehr gut, kommt heiß zuhause an und ist immer vor der angegebenen Zeit da (musste nie länger als 20 min warten) bin immer super zufrieden.

Habe hier schon oft über Lieferando bestellt. Essen war immer gut und warm. Meistens kommt es auch weit vor der angegebenen Lieferzeit.

Essen zwar sehr lecker aber viel zu teuer. Familienpizza wurde im Vergleich von vor 2 Jahren um 10€ teurer

Pünktlich, warm, sehr, sehr lecker (Pizza Margherita + Feta-Salat). Einziges Manko: ziemlich teuer.

Haben hier oft und regelmäßig Pizza von der Spät- oder Nachtschicht aus bestellt. Ciao hat hervorragend an uns verdient, waren immer zufrieden. Aber 8 Pizzabrötchen früher 6,50,- jetzt 10(!) Euro?! So eine Preiserhöhung ist einfach nur unverschämt. Wir lassen uns nicht abziehen und bestellen in Zukunft woanders. Andere Lieferdienste freuen sich auch über unser Geld!

Blitzschnelle Lieferung , Pizza immer heiß und geschmacklich sehr gut. Liebe die Pizza mit Käserand. Bei uns war bisher immer alles top. (Was allerdings stimmt, es ist nicht gerade günstig für eine Pizza …..)

Immer lecker geschmeckt aber die Preise sind einfach unverschämt hoch geworden. Inflation hin oder her aber für eine Pizza + Auflauf fast 30€ ist schon arg. Viel ist ja nicht drauf, dass es den Preis rechtfertigen würde. Schade, werden erstmal nicht mehr bestellen

Waren die ganze Zeit zufrieden.... heute bestellt und gesehen das alles teurer wurde ist ja kein Problem aber dann bei einem Nudelgericht bei dem der Knoblauch immer umsonst 2,50 !!!! zu verlangen ist unverschämt.....

Ich habe um 17:10 Uhr die Bestellung für 17:50 aufgegeben, direkt wurde ich erkannt und musste keine Adresse geben 😂 leider stand ich auch in Stau, ich habe mich verspätet und der Fahrer stand vor meine Tür mit einem Lächeln. Vielen Dank, sehr gutes Restaurant.

Geschmacklich die beste Bestellpizza, die wir kennen. Bestellen hier regelmäßig. Der Rucolasalat ist megalecker, vor allem durch die Pilze.

Wir bestellen hier immer unsere Pizzen seit Jahren und hatten kein einziges Mal ein schlechtes Erlebnis, eher im Gegenteil, wir waren immer aufs neue begeistert. Geschmacklich unübertroffen, was aber subjektiv ist und Geschmäcker sind bekanntlich ja verschieden. Allerdings waren alle Bekannten ebenfalls begeistert nach der Bestellung, was dafür spricht. Für uns DIE Pizzeria :-)

Freitags bis 3uhr geöffnet, bis 30Min vor Schluss kann noch bestellt werden. Pizzateig lecker aussen cross, dennoch innen saftig und sehr gut belegt

Ich kann euch sagen bestelle oft Sparmenü Wunschpizza immer heiß Italienische Salat sehr gut leiferzeit optimal mit Vereinbarung 👍 und am Telefon immer Höflich Respekt Immer wieder gerne!!!

Nette Jungs, habe nicht lange warten müssen auf die Party-Pizza, und meinen Freunden hat sie geschmeckt. Daher Daumen hoch!

Wir bestellen hier regelmäßig Essen. Top Adresse, wir haben allerdings bisher nur verschiedene Pizzen probiert. Daher kann ich auch nur diese beurteilen. Lieferung erfolgte immer problemlos und durch freundliches Personal. Gerne weiter so :)

Für mich der beste Lieferservice in der Umgebung. Egal ob Pizza, Pasta, Salat, alles hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Preis-Leistung finde ich hier sehr in Ordnung. Lieferung ist auch immer schnell da. Bei Problemen wird schnell reagiert (hatten dort angerufen, top). Ich würde allerdings empfehlen direkt auf der Homepage zu bestellen, oder anzurufen. Viel unkomplizierter als bei Lieferando.

Sehr leckere Pizza und Pasta. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch gut, dass man über die Homepage direkt bei Ciao bestellen kann und nicht den Umweg über die zweifelhaften Herrschaften von Lieferando nehmen muss.

Hatte ne hawaii pizza in Mittel zum abholen bestellt. Preis war mit 9 Euro verhältnismäßig hoch. Die Pizza zudem mit 27cm kleiner als die angegebenen 30cm. Geschmacklich erwarte ich bei 9 euro schon einen guten Boden, qualitativ guten und leckeren Schinken und ein guter Belag. War leider nicht der Fall. Ich empfehle diese Pizzeria nicht weiter.

Leckeres Essen und immer eine schnelle und freundliche Lieferung

Eigendlich mag ich diesen Lieferservice aber heute hat's mich mega enttäuscht. Hab mir einen Brokkoli Auflauf bestellt und muss sagen nicht gut . Folge von zu viel Fett/Öl ist Übelkeit und Magen Schmerzen und komisches Fleisch mit drin was geschmacklich einfach grenzwertig war. Mega enttäuscht. sorry.
