Sehr netter Service, obwohl wir kurz vor Ladenschluss gekommen sind. Die Pinsa war soooo lecker. Das Bier vom Fass 👍🏼 Ich bin so gerne im Stühlinger und mir gefällt es sehr die Möglichkeit zu bekommen auch draußen an der Straße sitzen zu können. Danke ☺️

Essen mega. Draußen etwas laut durch die Straße

Es war soooo lecker! Dazu eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung, nicht aufdringlich, ganz natürlich. Der Pinsateig richtig gut, der Belag sehr großzügig - für uns perfekt!

Sehr freundlicher, netter und schneller Service. Das Essen sehr regional, frisch und dementsprechend auch sehr lecker.Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm und mit passender Hintegrundmusik und einer schönen Dekoration entsteht eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Dank einer guten Beratung und Erklärung verschiedener Zutaten findet jeder das Richtige zu Trinken/Essen. Bei der Qualität und Freundlichkeit sind die Preise vollkommen angemessen und das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen. Definitiv ein Geheimtipp in Freiburg!

Wir haben zum mitnehmen bestellt Vorort haben wir uns mit dem Wort unterhalten ein angenehmes Klima und Ambiente im Restaurant. Die Desserts waren sehr gut, das bruscetta war hervorragend, der hauptgang war etwas klein aber wirklich ausgesprochen lecker. Preislich eher etwas höher als andere vergleichbare Restaurants. Aber das Personal war sehr freundlich und es herrscht wie man sich das vorstellt eine familiere Atmosphäre. Alles in allem hat mich das Essen überzeugt und ich werde definitiv bei meinem nächsten Besuch hier wieder essen.

Köstliches, frisches Essen und sehr freundlicher Service. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend mit unseren Kindern. Wir hatten alle Pizza, und der Teig war phänomenal.

Kneipen Flair mit feiner Pinsa. Aber die Pinsa ist sehr teuer und wirklich satt wird man von einer Pinsa nicht. Sehr freundliches Personal!

Ein toller Laden um mit den Kollegen einen gemeinsamen Abend zu verbringen. Mittlerweile ein fester Bestandteil jedes Besuchs in Freiburg. Das Ambiente läd zum wohlfühlen ein, und erinnert mich an den Italiener ums Eck aus den 60ern (wie ich es mir vorstelle), jedoch gespickt mit vielen coolen Eyecatchern. I've been receiving flyers in the mail for weeks that I don't want. It's incredibly annoying, so much so that I wouldn't eat pizza here.

Owners Igor and Pino offer an exceptionally warm welcome and attentive service. The service leaves little to be desired. The quality is outstanding. The predominantly regional ingredients come from the organic shop next door, and you can taste the difference. The flour for the homemade dough is sourced exclusively from Italy, a unique feature in Freiburg. The pinsa are generously portioned and, thanks to the 72-hour fermentation process and the fresh ingredients, incredibly flavorful. The wines are both regional and from Piedmont, from a small organic winery. You can pre-order your favorite pinsa and pick it up fresh from the oven.

It's a very small, cozy atmosphere.

Ciao Pinsa is always worth recommending! This is by far the best pinsa I've found in Freiburg so far – and far beyond. I change my pinsa regularly (we come here once a month) and haven't been disappointed yet. My girlfriend is so attached to the Capra regionale (herb sour cream, handmade goat feta, olives, and lavender honey) that she doesn't know anything else. Well, that is, when she tries it at my place. Today I had a Diavolo, pleasantly spicy, with good garlic, delicious salami piccante, and black olives. I don't eat olives, but today I actually enjoyed them here. Real black olives, not dyed ones. Today we had bruschetta as a starter. Here, too, you could tell right away: delicious pinsa bread, fresh ingredients, and perfectly seasoned. Top-notch. You can tell that the shop is run with attention to detail and passion; they use many regional ingredients, and you can taste it. I would always make a reservation in advance, although we've usually had good luck during the week – but no chance on the weekend. We'll definitely continue to come here regularly. Once a month is a must 😁

For an event at the university clinic we ordered a selection of different pins (24 pieces). These were delivered warm on the agreed date and were very well received by all participants. There was something for everyone! Particularly worthy of mention is the extremely delicious dough and the selected, high-quality ingredients. Thank you for the very good cooperation!

A small, cute Italian restaurant. Seven of us visited the restaurant. Each of the seven pins was an absolute dream - the service was perfect. The homemade tiramisu is also recommended A visit is mandatory! And we look forward to the next visit.

The Pinsa is really strong! The price is reasonable due to the good, mostly regional ingredients. The service was also great, so we'll definitely be back soon!

This is our second time here. The very cozy restaurant is really highly recommended. A super diverse range of very tasty pins with local and organic ingredients - and there are always additional special or seasonal offers. The owner is extremely friendly and approachable and also gives very good advice - including on regional wines, which complement the food wonderfully. Very great - we will definitely come back!

Very friendly service, the owners seem to run the restaurant with heart. The diverse selection of toppings is also worth highlighting. However, something more exciting and vegetarian or vegan variations on the menu would be desirable (but there are definitely some!). My Pinsa tasted good, but the price is a bit too expensive for me personally, even if I can understand the higher costs of making the dough compared to a conventional pizza. The chill from Calabria as an extra is also highly recommended. Unfortunately, the salad was less exciting and didn't have enough salad dressing for me.

The Pinsa is simply phenomenal. Superfine dough and fresh toppings. The two of us had a Pinsa Diavolo and a side salad and both were great. A tiramisù and profiteroles as dessert were a must. Keep it up! You make me feel completely comfortable.

Amazing fresh authentic italian pizza, would have loved to try more than 1 kind or return later, but we were traveling. The salami pizza I had was out of this world. Smaller portions, could have and should have ordered another to take with.

We order from Ciao Pinsa again and again! The pins are always freshly and quickly prepared for us and simply taste delicious! The employees are very friendly and also respond to special requests! The Ciao Pinsa is an absolute enrichment for the Stühlinger!

Mega tasty pinsa and excellent service. Especially the special pinsas, which are not on the menu, were incredibly tasty. Unfortunately, they do not accept Bitcoin as payment. However, the owner was very open-minded and interested in accepting Bitcoin as a payment method, which is why it still gives it 5 stars.

I'm trying to put into words the enthusiasm for one of my favorite restaurants of the past: I regularly return to this excellent Pinsa restaurant. Lately, when we've recently gone out to eat, I've been suggesting Ciao-Pinsa more and more, and I'm slowly but surely trying my way through the entire menu. The special version with crispy guanciale has been my favorite so far. I found the Vegetaria concept to be the weakest - especially in comparison with the almost identical but, for me, much stronger Bianca. As an ambitious hobby chef, I sometimes look a little critically at the gastronomy scene in Freiburg. But I recommend this restaurant without any ifs and buts. The products used appear to be of high quality. But I think it's much more important what you do with them. And this is exactly where Ciao-Pinsa scores points for me. It's a level of craftsmanship that I can't easily reproduce at home. This gives me a lot of joy and I don't get annoyed. Thank you very much for the delicious food.

Honestly guys, I haven't given a review like that yet... The kebab opposite makes better pizza than kebab... ...but, it was probably the best decision of my day, even though coming here shortly before the end. Really friendly, but above all... Completely crispy, fluffy crust, delicious ingredients...and very fair prices (to the guest) I advise you, cut your own, small pieces to enjoy, otherwise you will regret it halfway through. Enjoy your meal...

We were there last week and ordered 2 Pinsas and a Tiramisu. The Tiramisu is literally to die for 🩷, the Pinsas are also really tasty. The service is extremely kind and welcoming. We would definitely visit again!

I was there on the evening of November 1st. there and had the Pinsa Tradizionale. I liked it. The shop is small and many tables were reserved. The service is quick and friendly. A nice alternative to the ubiquitous pizza.

Hier kann man sehr leckere Pinsa essen! Die Zutaten sind super frisch und der Teig ist luftig locker, geschmacklich einfach nur top! Der Service war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Urigen Laden mit Möglichkeit zum draußen sitzen. Da man eine Pinsa nicht mit einer Pizza vergleichen kann, ist der Preis im Vergleich teilweise teurer, aber der geschmacklich Unterschied ist auch dementsprechend, einfach selbst probieren 😉

Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen sind wir spontan an einem Samstag Abend im Ciao Pinsa gesessen. Was sollen wir sagen... wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die beiden Spezial Angebote haben super geschmeckt, ebenfalls der Salat und auch das Dessert. Der Service war schnell, sehr nett und wir haben viele Infos über Pinsa-Teig und dessen Zubereitung gelernt. Es war unser erstes, aber sicherlich nicht unser letztes Mal!
