I can talk from a fair point of view. I am Italian and I’ve basically tried all kinds of pizzas in many different cities. The pizza taste was the authentic Napoli pizza.

Absolutely delicious. Super fluffy dough and, unlike many other Neapolitan pizzas, they don't skimp on the cheese. Highly recommended.

A pizzeria with heart. Every bite is a delight – fresh ingredients, perfect dough, and attention to detail. The service is warm, the ambiance inviting. For me, the best pizza for miles around.

The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the service was simply terrible. It wasn't really busy, but the waiters practically avoided eye contact with the guests. We actually wanted to order more because the food itself was really delicious, but the slow and inattentive service eventually got on our nerves.

Extra onions as a topping cost €3, but half a slice of onion was scattered on top. Sorry folks, for a basic pizza (tomato, burrata) for €15.90, that's not really Italian charm, it's just a rip-off. You don't deserve the hype, because a traditional Neapolitan pizza rises at the edges and is crispy. Here, it seemed as if more dough was simply rolled to the edges to create the typical shape. The staff only allowed limited seating, despite the restaurant being moderately full at 3 p.m. in the afternoon. Overall, I don't understand the hyped reviews, even though the pizza was okay overall and I did get the impression that high-quality ingredients were used. But there's a fair amount of marketing involved. Expensive doesn't always mean good!

The pizza was delicious – and arrived very quickly! The service was very attentive. Unfortunately, we were sitting very close to the entrance door, and it got quite cold in! Luckily, they provided a blanket – then it wasn't a problem!

Exceptionally good pizzas in a cozy atmosphere. The service is prompt and very friendly, and the drinks selection is also quite cool. The only thing that could be nicer is the outdoor area—why no lamps and candles/lanterns in the summer?

Very good Italian restaurant. The pizza was excellent. For antipasta, we had the truffle bread with three different dips. They also offer a pizza cutter for the pizza! 😀 Small restaurant, but they also have an outdoor seating area.

First, the positive: yes, the pizza is excellent and just like in Italy. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with our order. We ordered a buffalo salad and specifically asked for it to be made without oil, but the waitress accidentally ordered a buffalo pizza – well, that can happen. She apologized politely and said we'd get the salad immediately, but what happened next was something I've never experienced before. Due to the open kitchen, you could see the "chef" taking the buffalo from the pizza and "cleaning" it with his bare hands, before placing it on the salad. We were able to watch the whole thing live and subsequently canceled the order. It was very unpleasant because one person had the pizza and the other left the "restaurant" hungry. As I said, the waitress was very friendly and apologetic, but it was still very unpleasant and strange. Furthermore, it is as already described several times: the hygiene is catastrophic, tables are dirty, there are leftovers on the menu, and a look at the sanitary facilities makes you feel hungry again.

But hey, a very nice place, beautifully decorated—you don't need anything more. Good music, pleasant volume, and a pleasant atmosphere! The pizza is damn good, maybe not the best in the world, but close enough. The service is the coolest, friendliest, and prettiest in the world, as well as a nice, cool boss and great staff. Respect, keep it up ❣️💪✌️

Super delicious and reasonably priced food! Service could have been a bit more motivated and friendly, and the location is okay, but nothing special.

Excellent pizzeria, the pizza is Neapolitan style with a very high crust, but really good. The variety of pizzas is sufficient, although the overall selection of dishes is perhaps insufficient. A pizza night is definitely worth it. The waiter is friendly and helpful, but the pizzas are a bit slow to arrive.

The pizza was delicious and gets 4 out of 5 stars. The ambiance and atmosphere inside leaves something to be desired. Very simple furniture with tables that are too small, and the seating is quite cramped overall. Unfortunately, the music is far too loud, making conversation difficult. If possible and weather permitting, we recommend eating outside. The service was very friendly!

Hygiene & service? None at all. One of the worst restaurant experiences with deplorable service and questionable hygiene. Since it was a birthday party, we had specifically called two weeks in advance to clarify that there was no animal rennet in the cheese, as it is not vegetarian. This was confirmed. On site, they suddenly didn't remember any phone call, and for 20 minutes they gave us incorrect (basic gastronomic) information until it was discovered that the man had misread something. You'd think this would have bothered them – but it definitely wasn't: To avoid any further delays, we emphasized again (which should have been clear by now anyway) that only the rennet-free cheese should be used on the pizza. As a result, we were served two(!) pizzas in a row with Parmesan, which in their case contains animal rennet. They still weren't embarrassed – instead, they yelled at us, saying the chefs were just stressed. When we asked for some form of compensation (which was obviously necessary for a halfway normal service), no offer was made. They assumed we should pay the full price, and no gesture of compensation was made, no matter how small. The restaurant is definitely not suitable for allergy sufferers or people who can't eat certain things. Even the bottom of the pizza still had all sorts of ingredients that didn't belong on our pizzas. It's questionable what hygiene standards are being followed here. After all, the service and hygiene were so abysmal that it was hardly noticeable that the ambiance was far too loud and the outdoor area lacked any aesthetic design.

Definitely one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The price/performance ratio is outstanding for the quality. They say Munich is the northernmost city in Italy and has the best pizza in Europe. I'll definitely stop by every time I visit Munich. Thank you for this explosion of flavor.

Extremely poor service, unlovable and far too noisy environment.

Our experience last night: There were eight of us. Our table was arranged in such a way that four of us sat in the dark the entire evening. Sparkling mineral water was unavailable. Ordered drinks were served after 30 minutes. We paid by card and asked for a receipt. The waitress said that wasn't possible with separate payments. In addition, the noise level made it almost impossible to have a conversation. We visited this restaurant twice: the first and last time.

The food was truly delicious, but the service left a lot to be desired. Orders arrived incomplete, and it took about 20 minutes for us to be informed that the tiramisu we had already ordered was already sold out. Finally, unexpectedly, we couldn't pay in cash, so we had to withdraw money from an ATM for an additional fee.

Not far from the subway, good pizza dough, authentic Italian pizza. The English garden near the lake is also within easy reach of the pizzeria. The only downside is that there's little choice other than pizza.

The most delicious pizza I have had in Munich. Their dough and tomato paste is in very high level. There is another one in Berg am Laim and also with the same high quality. The only difference is that you can get more different flavors in this site.

Very solid, savory pizza. The tomato sauce is wonderdul. Highly reccomend the parmasean bread, they give you a very generous portion with a side of 3 delicious and unique condaments. Would definitely come again.

The Margherita is the best pizza I've had, warm, hearty, and on point seasoned. The tiramisu is moist and the sweetness and bitterness are well balanced. Highly recommend for anyone longing for good pizza in Munich!

The pizza was absolutely delicious! The best in Munich right now. The tiramisu and panna cotta were also okay. We just had to wait a bit for the food because it was busy on a Saturday night, but otherwise, it was really great.

Very good pizza. The flavor could be better, but we already have a very high standard here. What's really annoying is that orders are often canceled after you've already waited 1-2 hours for your pizza. By that time, all the other restaurants are already closed, and you're left hungry and annoyed.

Overall, we were satisfied. We enjoyed the pizza (dough and toppings), but I was bothered by some burnt spots on the edges and bottom – even if that's typical, there were too many for my taste. The roasted flavors turned bitter in places, which spoiled the experience. Still good overall, but not exceptional for me given the aforementioned limitations. Sitting outside is more pleasant than inside, where it's quite cramped. The prices are high, especially for drinks. The service was very friendly, and the wait time was perfectly acceptable.

Me and my son had one of the best pizza ever in my son's culinary experience. We glad that we found this after rejection in Trattoria Da Fausto. We had margharita with burrata on top. The service was great too.

Arriving shortly after 5 p.m., we were told that the table was reserved from 7 p.m., which was fine with us, as we had at least 1.5 hours to spare. The service was friendly and quick. After we ordered, the drinks arrived about 30 minutes later. The waitress even apologized. Another 30 minutes later, or 60 minutes after ordering, the first pizza arrived, and we only had 30 minutes left to eat before the reserved guests arrived. It was a bit too late to enjoy it. When we wanted to pay, we asked the blonde waitress with glasses to take the rest with us. Then it felt like someone threw the pizza box at us and asked us to pack it ourselves. That was a bit rude, in our opinion. The pizza was very tasty, though. Thanks anyway, but I won't let myself be treated like that again.

this place offers some very basic drinks and few options for pizza. i had just had dinner so i wanted something small, and there wasn’t anything in the menu to really satisfy that. these 9€ bread pieces with tiny bits of parmesan in them were okay at first but as they got cold i couldn’t eat them anymore. outside area is nicer than the inside. the turkish waitress was very nice, kind and attentive, shout out to her ❤️ other waiters weren’t so much (my friend asked from one of the male waiters for extra parmesan which we never got) all in all, cute place with a nice busy location if you want a quick pizza bite, but not the best pizza in town of course.

Not welcome as a single diner! I was asked directly during the ordering process if the table would be large enough for 30 minutes. I therefore decided not to order an appetizer or dessert. I felt unwelcome, and eating under time pressure is no fun. Additionally, the seating is very close together, so you sit back to back with the table next to you and constantly touch each other. The pizza was okay, but not outstanding. The only positive thing was that I didn't have to wait long for my order...

It absolutely deserves its European Champion award. You can hardly get a better crust on a Neapolitan pizza. And of course, the toppings: when a pizzeria offers a version with capers, anchovies, and olives, that's always a good sign of authenticity. Highly recommended.

At the end of April, I was looking for a delicious dinner after arriving for a business meeting. The food was excellent, and at our request, my colleague's pizza was half-and-half toppings. I had a tuna salad. The service was excellent, and the owner (I think) even came to our table and chatted with us. I highly recommend Ciao Napoli.
