The only reason the reviews are so good is because of the price. It’s the first time I went there and also the last.

In other places in Munich, Döner starts at 8 euros, but here students can buy it for 6 euros 😁👍🏻The clerk tried to say "Nihao" in Chinese when he saw me, haha.

At this late hour, I grabbed a top-notch doner kebab with endlessly fluffy bread with dark sesame seeds (whaat) and meat from a fresh skewer. The man behind the counter is a god.

I'm absolutely thrilled with kebab shop XY! The vegan falafel kebab was amazing, and the owner is totally cool. There was a funny moment when a few customers left without paying, but one came back later to settle everything. The owner even trusted me and let me get some cigarettes with his money while he waited for the next customer. Now that's trust! Definitely a definite recommendation!

Took 30 minutes for 4 durum. After waiting we were disappointed by the vast amount of butter. Was not utterly gross but also did not enjoy the experience.

I ordered a sandwich for €6.50 from another employee (he even showed me the sandwich bread and asked if it was the right one), but he must have misunderstood me and gave me a doner kebab for €8.90 instead. When I went to pay, the unfriendly man told me to pay €8.90. I said, "Why? I ordered the sandwich for €6.50." He started yelling at me: "That's not a sandwich, that's a doner kebab. The sandwiches are sold out. The colleague from before didn't speak English and didn't understand you." No apology—just loud, aggressive behavior, as if it were my fault. I calmly said, "That's no reason to be angry. Is that my fault?" Still, no insight or apology—just accusations. Probably the rudest restaurant I've ever been to in Munich. A new experience: paying money to be treated badly. The male staff member was extremely rude and unfriendly. I ordered a €6.50 sandwich from another employee (who even showed me the sandwich bread and confirmed it), but he misunderstood and gave me a €8.90 kebab instead. Doner kebab prices are displayed on the window, but the price tag is not clearly stated. Doner kebab prices are only for students. The additional label for student prices is illegible and very small. Several customers have pointed this out. Doner kebab taste doesn't match the price. Doner bread is satisfactory. Not homemade bread.

We wanted a vegetarian kebab or salad kebab. They were out of falafel and halloumi, but we would have preferred feta. However, the employee very rudely told us it wasn't possible, even though we had paid the same price. Absolutely incomprehensible!

Very unfriendly service! After waiting 20 minutes, we were simply turned away because we wanted a vegetarian kebab. Instead of simply leaving out the meat (for the same price!), we were told to leave.

Well, the kebab is edible (but there are much better ones). It's just a place that survives solely on walk-up customers, as well as people who are still hungry after a party and can't find anything better to eat late at night. The waitress was very rude and even got physical because I was leaning against the counter... a friendly "Please don't lean against the counter" would have been enough. This waitress was definitely happy that I wanted a kebab and not a fight...

The price is affordable. The wraps are also very nice.

We were treated extremely badly at this kebab place. The staff was rude, condescending and tried to rip us off. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable. The food was just as disappointing: carelessly prepared, poor in taste and of questionable quality. We felt uncomfortable and quickly ended the visit. Definitely not recommended – there are much better options in the area.

You can understand and accept that if the order is late, but you can never understand and accept that if no one answers the phone. And one thing is even worse: you waited almost an hour for the damn order, then it was canceled for no reason. Incomprehensible and lacking the ethics necessary to run a business.

Way too expensive. I ordered a Dürüm. Normally costs 10 euros. However, I had to look for the contents and there was a huge wrap with very little content for the money. This really isn't worth the money. He was also ice cold.

The atmosphere is uncomfortable and the food was unfortunately cold. Particularly annoying: The snack bar was not heated - with temperatures below zero outside and inside (!!!) this makes the stay really unpleasant. This means that the food gets cold extremely quickly. The taste was okay, but nothing special. The portions are okay, but the small plates make them seem larger than they are. Go again? Certainly not, there are too many better alternatives. The prices are also not justified, given the poor ambience, the temperatures and the not entirely clean cutlery.

Very disappointing - never again! I ordered two Dürüm through the 2-for-1 promotion, but the quality and quantity were an absolute disgrace. Instead of two full-fledged Dürüms, I got the contents of a single Dürüm divided into two - so tiny portions that don't come close to filling me up. The meat was terrible: completely cooked, dry, partly black and hard - it even cracked when chewed! Although I had specifically noted fresh meat in the comment, my request was completely ignored. The Dürüm was ice cold and the meat tasted old and fatty - definitely not a fresh product. The photos speak for themselves. I took out the pieces of meat because they were inedible and will definitely never order here again. Even for the low price, this is an imposition! Absolutely not recommended.

Very dishonest shop. In front of the shop there is an advertisement that a kebab currently costs €5 due to an anniversary promotion. After I ordered, the seller suddenly wanted €8. When asked, he said that I could only get a “small” kebab for €5. There was nothing about it in the advertising. The result: the kebab consisted of almost no meat and was only average in taste. Even 5€ was far too expensive for that. Never here again!

I have to say I didn't like anything... the kebab was very cold (really cold cold) the clown without an apron and with a very dirty t-shirt made jokes for every extra request like... costs extra costs extra... the interior areas such as the tables very dirty and greasy. I just ordered the Torros kebab. By far the worst kebab in Munich. That's almost physical assault. You can get such a poor quality cave for almost €8. Meat dry and cold. Taste 0. Bread disaster dry and you end up with a meal. Sauces a complete failure. So I would never go there again and advise everyone to order kebab there. I would give it a 1/10. Are now at Burger King.

Today we ended up at "Torros Grill House" by chance, we'll be going there regularly in the future. It was the best kebab I've ever eaten. The homemade bread tastes delicious and the combination of the different sauces is excellent. The products taste super fresh. The employee who served us was incredibly friendly and responded to special requests immediately. A taste experience that you can't miss and you don't have to, because the kebab only costs an unbeatable €5!!!!! In any case, we would love to come back

I went here for lunch while at university, because you're usually stressed out during the break and don't have much time, it was very helpful that the food was ready quickly. Overall, the Dürüm was very good and I like the extra sauces you can choose. A tip from me: the pomegranate sauce, which went well on my Dürüm. 👍

I ordered there and it said a delivery time of 30 minutes and 2 hours later still nothing. I called several times but got no answer. After 2.5 hours the food suddenly arrived and it was by far the worst kebab I've ever had, never again

Döner plate very tasty. Price performance is right. Lots of different things on the plate. Sweet potato fries could use a little more crunch. Curry sauce a little too sour for a kebab plate. Otherwise highly recommended.

Hello Munich, I was a bit hungry with a group of friends and thought, oh there's a kebab that has a good rating, let's just go there. However, this store does not live up to its rating at all. It started with fresh foods such as salads and sauces being simply poured onto the old, stale foods. When we asked if we could use the toilet, we were told that there was no running water and therefore, dear visitors, you have to be prepared that you will have to look for another one nearby. After a while he apparently got thirsty because he took a can from his fridge and drank it calmly. He then threw them in the trash and simply continued ordering with his hands that had just touched the trash. But we were particularly disappointed when we dropped a drink in the store. First we were offered the chance to get a new one. When we took this out of the fridge he suddenly wanted money. After a short debate about the fact that we had no opportunity to drink anything from it, he didn't want to know anything about it and just wanted to see money. Never again !!! Sorry but I have never experienced such bad service as there.

I haven't eaten a kebab for a long time and then got a kebab from Torros. The kebab was perfect, it was very juicy and the bread was very tasty. I'll be back!!

Tiny portions with a small amount of meat for a 17 euro döner plate. At the same time the most expensive and smallest döner plate I have seen in Munich. The delivery took an hour even though I'm only 800m away(promised time was 25min). Wrong AND warm drink, cold food. Would not even come close to this place again.

The service at the counter is very direct, but at least there is a basic level of friendliness. Even when the queue is long, the food is prepared with a sense of comfort. The kebab itself is generously filled for €7.90. Overall it tastes very "well...". The next day, however, the toilet was my best friend.

Incredibly small kebab, reheated meat, hardly any meat in the kebab itself but almost only lettuce, lettuce is not fresh and contrary to the signs it is not lamb's lettuce but iceberg lettuce, just as normal tomatoes are used instead of the signposted cherry tomatoes. Of course, as you can imagine, nothing about the bread is homemade other than what is advertised. Overall, absolute rip off
