This isn't my first time here. The food is good and worth it, but the service is terrible

You get a piece of cold pizza to take away and eat straight away. It used to be warmed up...

I had a Diavolo pizza and my wife had a Hawaiian pizza (2 pieces) and the food was very tasty. And the pizzas were prepared quickly The atmosphere is nice and cozy and not too cramped. Service was excellent.

The pizza tasted very good and the staff was friendly. Price performance is appropriate for the fact that it is in the middle of Leipzig. Can I definitely recommend.

The food was good, the service was an absolute disaster. The takeaway food was presented to me without eye contact and without cutlery; there was no knife or fork to grab. When I asked about it, other guests were being served. Requests for salt were ignored. Ciao Bella Leipzig, never here again.

The best pizza we had eaten in a long time. Finally a great pizza that isn't dripping with fat. Thin base, prawns, tomatoes and olives and rocket on top. Cheese just the right amount. Pretty big too. Very nice service.

Very tasty food. The pizzas are the burner. All the staff are friendly and have a smile on their faces and are very accommodating. Kati is a very kind and attentive waitress. Would love to come back.

Good pizza. The waiter was okay too. However, we were cashed in at 8:11 p.m. when the opening time was stated until 9 p.m. and 10 minutes later the "boss" rudely complimented us out... No need to repeat!

One of the best pizzas we have ever eaten. Service is super friendly and very attentive and the prices are really normal for the great quality! We'll be happy to come back!!!

Actually a really nice little shop. Wanted to grab a pizza before my train ride. Unfortunately it wasn't really edible because the waiter was so unfriendly and annoyed. Really a shame. I was chased away from my original seat with the statement that I wasn't allowed to sit there and when I asked for a box to take away I just groaned in annoyance and then threw it on my table so I could pack it myself...

We ordered pizza here, overall we liked it, and the price was inexpensive. I didn’t like the service at all, the waiter became indignant when we wanted to reorder something, we had to tell him everything right away. Plus, I had to take the plates myself, because there are no separate plates on the pizza. True, with all this, at the end the waiter asked how we liked the pizza.

Naja das kochen solltet ihr vielleicht noch mal üben also dir cabonara ist eher nur ne Sahne Soße die schinken nicht mal angebraten keine röstaromen aber der Hunger hat er reingetrieben

After my friend first pulled a hair and then gray plastic lint out of her piece of salami pizza to go, I couldn't eat mine either. What good is ambience and service if something like that gets into the ingredients and mouths. I'm disappointed.

Ich war zweimal hier, und beide Male war das Essen sehr frisch und lecker! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre war ausgezeichnet. Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant sehr! Als jemand, der wenig Deutsch spricht, fand ich das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Staff very friendly, I don't speak any German, but had no problems ordering in English, staff tried toaccommodate us and were very helpful. We even chose to come back there instead of eating somewhere else in town. Enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommend this place ❤

Quick Service and really tasty food!

Verdammt lecker und ein faires Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Und die Jungs im Laden sind auch furchtbar nett. Auf dem Bild ist unsere 50 cm Ciao Bella Pizza. Vater und drei Kinder haben sie gerade so geschafft.

Die Nudelbox ist zu empfehlen, auch die Diavoli Pizza und die Salate sind gut. Sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Super lecker! Schneller Service und super gastfreundlich.

Die Pizza war sehr lecker und der Service war gut. Einziges Manko: es gibt keine Toiletten. Dafür muss man eine Etage hochfahren und dafür noch extra bezahlen. Das gefällt mir nicht.

Alles sauber und ordentlich. Personal ist auch freundlich. Aber leider eine der miesesten Pizzas die ich in Leipzig je gegessen habe! Der Teig hatte gar keinen Geschmack, die Sauce oder was auch immer das sein sollte, hätte man sich schenken können. Schmeckte wie auch der Teig nach Nichts! Das Einzige wonach alles geschmeckt hat war Fett! So triefend und fettig wie Sie war, hat sie leider auch schmeckt. Mehr als nur enttäuschend. 👎🏻

Seit der Besitzer gewechselt hat, lässt der Service zu wünschen übrig

Ciao Bella... Eigentlich Systemgastronomie wie die anderen Mitbewerber am Markt.... also an allen Standorten die selben Gerichte die auch möglichst gleich schmecken sollten... War schon an verschiedenen Standorten in Deutschland bei Ciao Bella essen... eigentlich immer gut. Aber dieser Standort im Leipziger Bahnhof .. unmöglich.. Haben uns in Restaurantbereich(Tisch leider nicht sehr sauber) gesetzt um dort zu essen.. erst wurden wir lange ignoriert weil die Kellnerin, die gerade zur Arbeit kam als wir uns setzten, erstmal ihren Kollegen irgendwie ihre Lebensgeschichte erzählen musste... Danach ging sie in ihrer Straßenkleidung in die Küche zog dort ihre Jacke aus und bediente uns lustlos. Wie bestellten Spaghetti aglio e olio und Tortellini Parma. Tortellini waren geschmacklich ok nur leider war die Schinken-Sahne-Sauce kaum gewürzt und hatte die Konsistenz von Kondensmilch. Die Spaghetti waren so Scharf gewürzt, das einem die Lippen und die Zunge brannten. Wie haben beide Gerichte nicht aufgegessen. Beim bezahlen fragte die Kellnerin nicht noch einmal ob alles okay war...trotz der halbvollen Teller. Liebes Ciao Bella Team...bitte achtet doch in euren Restaurants, die immer ein nettes Ambiente haben, darauf das eure Vorgaben für die Zubereitung der Gerichte überall gleich umgesetzt werden..

In der Gastronomieetage der Promenaden im Hbf gibt es sehr leckere Pastagerichte ,bei mir Carbonara, und man ist so gemütlich wie es die Örtlichkeit zulässt. Pasta hat geschmeckt.
