Very tasty and affordable restaurant. Highly recommend the shredded green pepper belly! The service staff are friendly, the restaurant is very spacious, there is a football field and playground downstairs, and there is ample parking space, especially suitable for families with children. During the years when I lived in Mannheim and the Karoo, I went to eat there at least once a week (when I was in Mannheim, I went to Heidelberg University). Now that I have moved... I miss it so much!

After a visit to the Europabad we drove to the restaurant because it was nearby. In short, the ambience is not really there. But you shouldn't let that put you off, because the taste is very good. The size was also more than sufficient. I would also like to mention the service. The fastest I've had in a long time. All in all, there was exemplary service and excellent food here.

Because of the ambience in a clubhouse, which took some getting used to, we were skeptical at first. This quickly disappeared when we received the menu with the brilliant selection (finally offal on a menu, creative compositions) and the food. Authentic Chinese cuisine away from the usual Chinese restaurant offerings. The food was really very good, the service was friendly. Unfortunately, we live outside the delivery area, so we will definitely go there again to eat. It's worth it ;)

We were guests in Karlsruhe and wanted to look for a restaurant before we left to fortify ourselves on the way home. And we found this Asian/Chinese restaurant via Google application. At first it had a little sports home charm, but it quickly disappeared when we looked at the map. Very rich and, in my opinion, very Autenian dishes with certainly an accommodating European touch. But really very tasty both the starters and the main courses. The service was also top we were very satisfied and would be happy to come back.

I love this restaurant. Very clean and tidy. When I sit at the round table with my business partners and order several dishes and everyone can eat everything, it's just great and authentic. I'm addicted 👌 definitely try the cucumber salad and the prawns in dry chili 👊 The dark dish is pork belly, you'll want to bathe in it 😅😅😅🚨🚨🚨🚨

Yangda is certainly not a place for a romantic dinner, the ambience is terrible. But if you like authentic Asian food, this is the place for you.

I'm not saying that, I have eaten at Karu n times over the years, and the menu remains unchanged for thousands of years. There's really no change at all. I never expect surprises, I just have a normal meal. The most outrageous thing is that the quality of the dishes has obviously declined, becoming more and more rough. Today's mutton really refreshed my definition of unpalatable. The service environment is fine, but the quality of the dishes is unsatisfactory.

We ate there yesterday (11/01/2024). We liked the current chef best, he really makes very authentic Chinese food. A restaurant is lucky to find such a good chef, because a restaurant lives from the chef. For example, he doesn't use thick sauces and doesn't use too much oil or fat. He cooked something that he would like to eat himself. A big compliment to the current chef. He cooked the vegetables perfectly. Everything was very fresh and delicious.

We were there because of the good reviews. Unfortunately we can only rate the food as “you can eat”. The food was served heavily with sauces. We ordered 3 dishes. Only after we had almost finished eating the two dishes did they bring the third…

If you want to enjoy very good Asian food, you have to go to yangda, at the sports field. The dishes are individually prepared and taste great! The ambience is not at all appealing and has a kind of hall character with extremely poor sound insulation and therefore very loud acoustics. Comfortable conversation is not possible Again the food is wonderful and the price/performance ratio is great

The Yangda is one of the best Asian restaurants in the Karlsruhe district in terms of price-performance ratio. The selection of dishes is great, I can highly recommend the duck dishes. The service staff is nice and very fast, the waiting time to order and for the food is quite short. Takeaway food or leftovers to pack up is possible. As with my previous speakers, the ambience in the clubhouse is not for everyone, and it is not overcrowded either.

If Chinese cuisine, then at Yangda (Ettlinger Allee)! And that's the only thing I can evaluate. Super friendly staff, great service and excellent food. The ambience is not for everyone because it is in a clubhouse. But we go there for the food, not for quality furnishings, right? When you eat Chinese food, it's usually a basic sauce with a little twist. But at Yangda, all the dishes are really different. And we love that. So we always order more than we need and take the rest with us. This is also a given for the staff. Our favorites are the shrimp gong bao and the lamb with spring onions. They always have to be there, no matter what we order that day. And when I say goodbye at the end with a 再见 (Zàijiàn), the staff is particularly happy

Since I moved to Karlsruhe a few years ago, I have often eaten at Yangda's. When friends visit me, I always take them to Yangda. At that time it was without a doubt the best Chinese restaurant in Karlsruhe. But now it's different. Prices have risen significantly, but savings are being made on many dishes - not just in quantity, but also in quality. When you get a meal like that after a long wait, it's really disappointing. I won't go there anymore.

Plated dishes are good, outstanding and, above all, unique in Karlsruhe is hotpot. Unfortunately, this hotpot is currently not served or offered. Unfortunately, they couldn't tell me on the phone when hotpot would be available again.

Food is great it is efficient but unless you sit outside there isn’t a lot of ambience.

If you want authentic Chinese/Asian food, Yangda is the right place. The food is very tasty and the summer salad (not on the menu) is particularly great. The service is quick and friendly. The restaurant is next to a sports field. HotPot is highly recommended in winter.

Were there on a Friday evening with 22 people. The food was still good and the portions were large, but the service that evening was simply overwhelmed. The food came relatively quickly, but several dishes were mixed up and food was brought that our table did not order. The waitress also mixed up the food numbers, so we were also confused as to whether everyone had the correct food. This can always happen, but unfortunately the service staff did not apologize for this. It also took a long time before we could order more drinks. In the end there wasn't even a small schnapps on the house, which we always received when we showed up with such a large number of people. Overall, the evening was disappointing due to the service, so the only option left is to order food to take away.

There are 3 or more Yangdas in Karlsruhe but this one is my favorite. The food is simple (in the sense it does not try to be high cuisine) but delicious. Service is friendly and efficient. Prices are great and portions fantastic, you will never leave hungry. I go almost every Friday and plan to keep it up. If you happen to speak... not sure which of the languages used in China but, if you can understand the writing, I think there is a whole extra menu you can order from.

The Yangda Chinese restaurant below the main train station in Karlsruhe is a real classic. What's special here is the opportunity to enjoy hot pot, in addition to the usual Yangda quality. The concept of ordering several dishes for the group and serving each other together is really great. What was particularly impressive was the round table with the rotating roundel in the middle, which made sharing and tasting the dishes easier. With three locations in Karlsruhe, Yangda is definitely worth recommending, especially for the hot pot option at the main train station.

There are also real Chinese dishes beyond the usual. Portions large. Food very good. Ambiance sports restaurant.

Dear Yangda team, I ordered food to be picked up for my birthday on April 13, 2024. We ordered various meat and fish dishes, which we ate together as a buffet and as a large family. The food was wonderful and every dish tasted very good. I can only highly recommend Yangda for food ordering and pickup, the quality and customer friendliness. Been very bad! The benches we sat on were worn out, as were the chairs. No warmer for the meal, as is usually the case with Chinese people! As a result, the food got cold quickly. The next table was covered with 100 napkins. The hatch is also pretty out of place. It's loud when dishes are brought in. Drinks came and didn't come! Only after the food was half eaten did the drinks come. 1 service for the whole store. 1 behind the counter. Don't like again! Not recommended!

I saw severe water damage on the ceiling around the men's toilet, as the mold is already blooming there, it has been like this for a long time, this should be urgently reported to the landlord with a notice of defects, we can only hope that it doesn't happen yet is the case elsewhere. An authentic Chinese restaurant with easy access to the highway. That's why we always stop here when we travel through. Large restaurant with lots of seating and a stage for events. Very good price/performance ratio. The restaurant is not barrier-free because it is located on the first floor of the sports club. There are numerous free parking spaces in front of the restaurant.

We go there very often and the food tastes extremely good. The portions are really big and the price/performance ratio really can't be beat. The service is always very good and everyone is very friendly there. We really enjoy being there and always come back.

Bestes Chinarestaurant in Karlsruhe!

China Restaurant in einem Vereinsheim, entsprechend unschönen Ambiente. Reichhaltige Karte. Das Essen nicht wirklich gut oder schlecht. Von Schweinedarm bis Ente...grosse Auswahl. Für ein leckeres und gemütliches chinesisches Essen in einem ansprechenden Ambiente meiner Meinung nach nicht geeignet.

Ist ein guter Lokal das Essen Auswahl ist groß, zu jedem Gericht gibt es eine Beilage dazu, wünschte mir aber auch eine Möglichkeit Nudeln dazu zu bestellen. Preise sind okey.

Ich frage mich wo die aktuell 4.5 Sterne her sind. Durchschnittliche chinesische Gerichte in einen unsauberen renovierungsbedürftigem Gastraum. Etwas verschmutzte Theke. Schnelle Bedienung, große Auswahl an Gerichten. Wan Tan ist maximal durchschnittlich und die knusprige Ente ist nicht nicht wirklich knusprig. Knusprige Ente nach Gong-Bao Art Erdnüsse

Die Qualität hat leider stark nachgelassen. Der Service ist schon immer schwierig. Auf Online-Bestellungen muss man immer ewig warten und vor Ort dauert es oft auch sehr lange bis man bedient wird. Bisher war das okay, weil die Qualität der Speisen wirklich gut war. Das ist jetzt aber leider auch nicht mehr der Fall. Die Gerichte schmecken oft gleich, das Fleisch ist zäh und viele Gerichte gibt es nicht, wenn man danach fragt. Jetzt wurde auch noch das letzte Highlight, der Hotpot, gestrichen. Gibt es nicht mehr im Yangda. Sehr schade! Yangda war immer der beste Asiate der Stadt, aber die Zeiten sind vorbei!

Große Auswahl an chinesischen Gerichten, alles sehr lecker. Das Parken bei Fußballspielen ist etwas schwierig. Straßenbahn und Fahrrad sind an solchen Tagen ein Tipp 😉

Ich liebe das yangda in Karlsruhe. Das hier in Rüppurr ist leider nicht so gut. Essen war lauwarm, Reis war kalt. Es ist sehr unaufgeräumt im Lokal und das Personal ist nicht sehr gut organisiert. Ich gehe wieder nach Karlsruhe...
