Delicious food, very nice staff. It's always worth a visit.

Our family has been eating here for years, the food is very tasty, the selection is large, the staff is very friendly.

A very large room with the buffet in the middle. There is a lot to choose from and you can also have something grilled. But the cook wasn't in a good mood today and killed the dead animal again. Unfortunately the meat was really tough. Well next time again.

1. Absolutely not suitable for disabled people, as there are many steep steps to the restaurant, parking is ok, not very busy on Sundays at 6 p.m., little selection at the buffet. Food tasted quite good, service took a long time and wasn't very attentive, despite the restaurant being almost empty, and the buffet was cleared out shortly after 8 p.m.... we were the last guests at 8:15 p.m.... we won't be back

Very good Chinese restaurant with a good selection of dishes. You can choose from a la carte, all you can eat with and without drinks. Children pay 1.5 per year top depending on their age.

The food was identical to most competitors. Unfortunately, it is the most expensive provider, at least in our comparison. Otherwise, the very last thing. When ordering drinks, people asked if anyone wanted the “all you can eat and drink” offer. After some internal discussions among us (whoever wants that), there were two people out of 12 people. This was accepted by the waitress. When we collected the money, an unfriendly waiter was sent who wanted to collect (blackmail) 29 euros from everyone. Apparently any of the “all in” guests can drink and therefore all twelve guests should pay 8 euros more. Stupid, because out of 12 people, 10 only had one drink. The waiter was extremely brisk, cheeky, demanding and unfriendly. In my opinion this is attempted fraud. Only after a huge argument and after I made it clear that we would not pay for it, were all drinks allowed to be paid for individually according to my request. That was a lousy deal for the “all in” guests, who each had four drinks. When she went out, my sister-in-law accidentally wanted to be given one more fortune cookie than there were of us. The waiter then came running after us into the parking lot and wanted to collect the buffet for one more person. The very last thing, especially since the colleague only gave out 11 instead of 13 cookies, apparently can't count or wanted to save money or cheat. These nice people ruined our whole day. I would actually like to report the gentlemen for this, but a report of attempted fraud has no chance of success. Another addition: half a liter of Alster and 4 soft drinks (Cola, Fanta, Sprite) cost 22.50. I just saw that on the account. They won't see us again!!! Our group spent over 300 euros, but apparently they didn't need it...

We have eaten here several times and today, as always, it was very tasty. I just wanted to give it 5 stars today. And above all, I would like to thank the nice service again. Our one-year-old daughter fell in the restaurant today (nothing worse happened, but she was bleeding and of course crying terribly). The service was there immediately, brought ice to cool it and tried it on our little one as well as calming me down with her nice, friendly manner. The restaurant was busy but she stayed with us. Not only is the food delicious, the staff is also great. Thank you for everything Of course we'll be back.

It's always a really good address. We like going there. You just have to pay attention to the parking time. I forgot and got a ticket.

Unfortunately it has worn off a bit. There is a large selection of “warm” buffets and for frying. Unfortunately, on the last few visits, the food from the warm buffet to the table was as good as cold. Then it's better to fry something and have it brought. Staff is very friendly and quick, empty plates are cleared away quickly and drinks are brought quickly. Parking spaces are available on the street or in front of the PENNY; you can stand in the parking lot for two hours with a parking disc.

Hello, I'm not really the type of person who gives Google reviews, but if I have something that's literally HEAVY IN THE STOMACH, I'd like to make an exception. I have visited this restaurant a few times in the past and was also satisfied. The last time I was there was at the beginning of 2023 and found that the quality and abundance of the food had declined over the years, in contrast to the prices. My partner and I were there yesterday because we wanted to give the restaurant another chance and we were more than disappointed. The Chinese food from the buffet was inedible in terms of taste and quality. For example, the fried rice was hard, almost raw, the fried chicken was full of cartilage and tendons, and my favorite dish, the 8 treasures, was anything but treasures. Many dishes, such as fried noodles, various salads and desserts, were empty and were not refilled even after an hour, although the staff walked past the buffet several times and should have seen this. I've lost my taste for Chinese food for now, but I hope this goes away in the future.

This afternoon at 2 p.m. we went there again for lunch after a long time. Last night I had dinner in this restaurant with my girlfriend. The last time I was there was about 2 years ago and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it didn't take long for me to be disappointed when I saw the buffet. The sushi has been reduced by 50%, as have the different types of sushi. The delicious crab salad was replaced with this pressed surimi. The meat from the Chinese buffet was partly gristly. The second time I ordered a large beer, the waiter brought me a small one. I told him that I had ordered a large beer. He said he wouldn't take it back and I would have to pay for it. After this incident and rather mediocre food, we will no longer visit this restaurant.

Ate great. What came off the grill was very well prepared. The fish was cooked just right. Here they know how to satisfy their guests. Unfortunately, the aircraft hangar from our co-provider in Marl doesn't have that kind of ambience and..... well.

Very rich buffet and / or food a la carte. Stylish, upscale ambience and a good atmosphere. For example, meat can be selected directly at the counter and then prepared fresh in front of you. The pricing for the buffet is very commendable! Here we differentiate between children, adults and pensioners when it comes to prices - absolutely fair and honest!

The restaurant used to be much better, but now it's simply disappointing. The selection is plentiful, but unfortunately most of the food was cold. Some of the staff were very nice, but some were also quite annoyed. We were there on a Sunday lunchtime, when you can expect everything to be fresh and hot. Very unfortunate.

Buffet war sauber, frisch und lecker. Für jeden ist was dabei. Wer kein Fleisch essen möchte kann auf Gemüse zurückgreifen. Es gibt ein Buffet das man sich zusammenstellen kann und der Koch brät es direkt vor den Augen. Von Vorspeise bis Nachspeise alles dabei. Sogar einen Schokobrunnen gibt es. Wir hatten eine all in Flat. Das heisst Buffet und Getränke flat. Ich bin sehr zufrieden da und würde immer wieder hin gehen. Bedienung auch sehr freundlich 😊 Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Waren am 2. Weihnachtstag zum Mittagessen da und hatten 1Tisch reserviert, nachdem wir einen Tisch zugewiesen hatten fingen wir an zu essen , dann kam der Kellner zu uns und sagte wir sollen uns an einen anderen Tisch setzen dieser sei reserviert, obwohl wir ihn vorher zugewiesen bekommen haben. Wir sollten unser Essen mitnehmen an den anderen Tisch. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt, werden in Zukunft dieses Restaurant meiden. Das Essen hat auch nachgelassen.

War schon mal besser. Vorm Restaurant am Stehtisch überfüllte Aschenbecher. Essen am Buffett nicht ausreichend temperiert (lauwarm). Cola warm und ohne Kohlensäure. Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt (zwischen 8 benutzten Tellern bei 2 Personen zu sitzen ist nicht wirklich toll). Getränke konnten nur auf zuwinken bestellt werden. Verständniss wenn es voll gewesen wäre, aber bei halber Auslastung?

Es ist zum unterhalten zu laut.

Essen war ganz OK . Wok Gericht war etwas zu versalzen. Zahlungs technisch heute komplette Katastrophen und ein No Go. Zahlung per Karte nicht möglich da die Geräte SEID einer Stunde schon nicht funktionieren. Hallo wie wär es Mal direkt vor einer Stunde mal bescheid zu geben. Das die Geräte nicht gehen und nach einer Lösung zu suchen. Wollte meine Familie nicht sitzen lassen und wollte mein Perso hinterlegen. Damit ich mit meiner Familie zur Bank fahren kann um das Geld abzuheben. Ne man bekommt als Antwort das viele ihre persos hinterlegen und nicht mehr wieder kommen. Junge der Perso ist wertvoller als euer 80€ essen. Ne ich musste bis zum PALAIS ballern um Geld abzuheben. Deswegen KEINEN CENT TRINKGELD. Trinkgeld ist für den Treibstoff drauf gegangen. Wir bleiben wohl fern von diesen Restaurante.

Ambiente ist zwecktauglich, aber das Buffet sehr gut. Sowohl Service als auch Köche sind schnell und bemüht. Hapert es hier und da auch mal am Sprachverständnis; sie sind immer freundlich und bemüht, so dass man sich als Gast gut aufgehoben fühlt.

Abwechslungsreiche Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Die Kinder lieben den Schokobrunnen und die Erwachsenen lieben das mongolische Buffet und das Sushi. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich komme schon seit Jahren hierher bin immer wieder aufs neue Zufrieden Essen gut, das Mongolische auf den Punkt frisch zubereitet. Keller freundlich Teller wurden schnell weggeräumt.

Essen war sehr lecker waren positiv überrascht. Manchmal hatte das essen ein paar Schönheitsfehler oder war anders als in anderen Restaurants dieser Art was aber nicht so dramatisch war da es natürlich Geschmackssache ist. Der Service war super, die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und sehr zuverlässig. Alles in allem war der Abend sehr gelungen und weitere Besuche werden folgen.

Das Essen war super super lecker. Als wir reingekommen sind, wurden wir direkt sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Getränke sind sehr schnell gekommen und wir wurden sehr höflich bedient ☺️☺️. Bei dem großen Buffet ist für jeden was dabei. Auch meinem Freund, welcher Vegetarier ist hat es überaus gefallen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl. Ich empfehle es auf jeden Fall weiter.

Dank der neuen Leitung ist das Restaurant tausend mal besser als zuvor. Das Essen ist traumhaft, für jeden ist etwas dabei. Das Team ist außerordentlich freundlich, erfüllt einem alle Wünsche und mit dem dann noch super angenehmen Ambiente kann man sich nur wohlfühlen und wieder kommen wollen. Eindeutige Empfehlung von mir.

Leider war das Rindfleisch beim mongolischen Buffet sehr zäh.

…das Restaurant hat ebenfalls den Eintrag Kaiserpalast. Somit sind hier zwei Einträge für das gleiche Restaurant vorhanden. Beim Anruf um 20:15 hat man uns mitgeteilt, dass die Küche bereits geschlossen hat, obwohl die Öffnungszeiten bis 22:00 Uhr ausgewiesen sind.

Super. Das ist das beste Restaurant das ich kenne.

Leider muss ich mich vielen Meinungen hier anschließen. Essen war nicht richtig warm, Obst sauer, es wird kein Eis im Buffet angeboten was sehr schade ist. Generell wenig Auswahl! Den Gourmet Tempel dagegen in RE kann ich sehr empfehlen,viel mehr Auswahl, Obst ,Eis etc.

War auf einen Sonntag mit einer Freundin und ihrem Baby mit Kinderwagen dort essen. Ein Kellner hat bereits beim Hereinkommen der Freundin die Tür aufgehalten. Da wir zeitig genug da waren, hatten wir freie Platzwahl. Die Tische und Stühle sind hübsch und bequem. Die Inneneinrichtung angenehm und nicht übertrieben. Die nächste Bedienung kam schnell, ebenso die Getränke. Leider ist meiner Freundin die Trinkflasche des Kindes ausgelaufen; auf Anfrage hat uns der Kellner anstandslos Putzutensilien gebracht. Wir haben gemütlich Buffet gegessen. Die Speisen waren immer reichhaltige vorhanden. Die Kellner haben regelmäßig kontrolliert, sauber gemacht und Speisen nachgereicht. Der Gastraum und die Toiletten sind sehr sauber. Unser benutztes Geschirr wurde immer schnell abgeräumt. Sobald unsere Getränke leer waren, wurde nach neuen Getränkewünschen gefragt. 19,90€ für Sonntag Mittag finde ich völlig in Ordnung. Die Getränke kommen extra dazu. Andere Gäste hatten Hunde dabei, scheint also ok zu sein. Mit Karte oder Barzahlung: beides ist möglich. Geschmacklich ist alles gut. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Mittagstisch, Peking Ente, leider Reis ohne Salz, auf meinen Hinweis wurde nur freundlich gelacht. Mein Wunsch nach einer Schüssel um leichter mit Stäbchen zu essen, wurde leider nicht verstanden. Die Ente war lecker

Wir hatten für mehr als 10 Personen "All you can eat and drink" reserviert, was ab 6 Personen angeboten wird und ebenfalls, dass Senioren ab 70 eine Vergünstigung erhalten und wenn man an seinem Geburtstag dort ist, würde man einen Gutschein für ein Essen All you can eat erhalten. Das Essen vom Buffet war nur lau warm, die Behältern nur mit geringen Mengen befüllt, Getränke wurden abgezählt in Flaschen auf den Tisch gestellt, nur auf Nachfrage wurde noch was gebracht. Das frisch zubereitete Essen war ganz gut. Das reservierte Angebot war begrenzt auf 3 Stunden, danach muss man Extrakosten pro Person zahlen. Nach dem ich dann bei der Bezahlung meinen Geburtstag erwähnt habe, wurde mir gesagt, da ich schon einen günstig Preis für "All you can eat and drink" bekommen habe, gibt es keinen Gutschein und auch keine Vergünstigung für Senioren. Von daher keine Empfehlung und mit Sicherheit keine erneute Reservierung. Ein Geburtstag, den man so nicht wünscht 👎👎👎
