Great service, wonderful food, everything quick and good

The food is, as always, very good. The service was terrible! The two of us were accommodated in the back. It was almost empty at the time. Not a good day or a kind word. It was only after 15 minutes that the order was taken listlessly and no one asked if they wanted anything else. The same thing when paying. Unfriendly!

A somewhat arrogant reception from the boss, he led me to the table like a manager leads a subordinate. With his notebook in his hand he made it super important. He asked me how many people, when I said one person he immediately made a face. Basically 1 person = LOW sales. The waitress is not Chinese and had trouble understanding the menu numbers. I patiently repeated everything slowly to take notes. The food was more of a grade 4. So soup as a starter was excellent. The main course, chicken with vegetables, tasted raw, bland and unfortunately sour. Guess one ingredient isn't fresh. = Soup 5 stars. Main course only a 2, because at least it was a large portion and lots of vegetables. But annoying sour taste. Unfortunately . nothing to come back to.

The ambience is typical, a bit exaggerated, but ok. I find the descriptions of being stuck here in the 80s very apt. The food is actually, as can be read several times in the reviews, really just ok. I've eaten better at some snack bars. The duck was dry. The sauce was bursting with glutamate, the vegetables were canned and the rice was sumptuous. The service was friendly and quick. All in all not a good price/performance ratio.

Very unfriendly, almost rude service. The duck was dry and the only side dish was mushy bean sprouts and overcooked, grated carrots - definitely not freshly prepared. When asked, it was said that vegetables were not part of the portion and had to be ordered separately. At a price of €22 per portion, this is an absolute disgrace. A wonderful restaurant that I would love to come back to! The food is delicious, the portions are huge (they happily pack what's left to take away), the service is very nice. The soup will be tons of delicious, the duck with crispy skin in garlic sauce will lick your fingers! If you haven't been there, go there quickly because this restaurant is a great treasure! We decided to visit a classic Chinese cuisine in Nuremberg. The ambience is completely classic. The giant aquariums are beautiful. That's about it. The food is stuck in the 80s. Every train station snack bar beats that these days. The duck with lemon sauce was the winner: €21 for a carelessly served duck with a kilo of rice in the pot. The lemon sauce is a loveless sauce made with starch. It's just nothing. I'm sorry, never again.

Es fing gut an: Ausreichend Parkplätze, gutes Ambiente eigentlich, gute Auswahl im Menü. Aber die Bedienung war alles anders als 'klassisch' chinesisch mit einem Lächeln. Wir waren der Meinung dass sie teils absichtlich weggeschaut hat. Sie war mehr beschäftigt das Personal-Essen und den Tisch dafür zu vorbereiten als nach den Gästen zu schauen. Wir haben 'Gemüse Nudeln' bestellt. Viele Nudeln, ausreichend Sprossen und kaum Gemüse und was vorhanden war, waren eigentlich nur Splitter. Wir haben uns beschwert und die Bedienung gab es zu verstehen, dass das Essen so richtig war. Wir haben beide unsere Bestellung nicht fertig gegessen. Wir haben kein Trinkgeld gegeben. Die Bedienung hat darauf hingewiesen. Wir haben Nein gesagt. Ihr Gesicht wurde noch länger. Wir gehen nicht wieder hin - Unsere Plätze sind da zu haben.

It wasn't a good experience overall. The service understood us very poorly. There was no waiting until we had both ordered before she ran off to make the drinks. The food came quickly, but was only partly tasty. A matter of taste. Then the waitress sorted the cutlery VERY loudly. Several guests have complained and felt disturbed. I wanted a coffee for dessert. I was put off several times. My companion had already eaten. The problem: the coffee machine has just been cleaned. This takes 20 minutes. Not a good idea at 9 p.m. in the evening in a fully occupied restaurant. In the end there was no coffee at all. No discount. A bit annoyed. Oh well.

Cheap and tasty lunch menus with well organized and friendly service.

Chinese food like in the 80s. Ready-made sauces, canned vegetables and fairly average preparation. The atmosphere is quite nice with large aquariums. Eating goes fast!

First the positive: The two huge aquariums are really great. But that was it. Floor slippery as glass (with damp shoes on a rainy day), toilets absolutely horrible, food is not delivered at the same time, so some are already finished and others at the table have nothing yet, food is sometimes almost cold, taste is no better than at any medium-sized Chinese stand a train station, portions rather small, but extremely high prices. You used to be able to eat well here - we certainly won't do that anymore.

I like the food there, but what I don't like are the fish at the entrance to the tiny aquarium, which is why I have to deduct two stars. I can't see something like that and it makes me sad. Unfortunately, good food meets subpar service. That's how you could describe our last visit to Tang today. As soon as we made our reservation, we were asked in a relatively unfriendly manner how long we wanted to stay, given that we had a reservation for seven people. The service was extremely unfriendly on site, orders from the traditional menu were rejected, the Sprite was diluted with water. I actually don't go to an Asian restaurant for that kind of service or to get the Europeanized dishes when there is a traditional menu.

Was here for the second time. Once for lunch with an acquaintance and now for dinner with a friend. Really happy with the food both times. Blossom white tablecloth (on which I unfortunately spilled some of my jasmine tea🤦). There was also no problem with the service at lunch or dinner; the chosen dishes were brought to us without a long wait (nice and hot and the seasoning was as described). By the way, I ordered the lamb dish and was not disappointed. I couldn't finish my plate, I was immediately asked if I wanted the rest of the food (which was still a good third) packed. Yes, I wanted to and when I got home I saw that the remaining rice had been added. I think it's great too. I will definitely visit this restaurant again. Yes, and the aquariums are the absolute eye-catcher 😊.

The food was okay, nothing special. The service was terrible. We wanted a little something for my 4 year old angel daughter. It doesn't exist. Instead of being offered spring rolls or an appetizer. We are offered a normal portion of pasta with meat. Conclusion we adults would have to eat 3/4 portion. Unbelievable as long as the sales are right. There were also problems when paying, to which the waitress reacted somewhat annoyed. We were given clear instructions that we should drink up quickly and leave. Probably €140 wasn't enough. Tip in this case is zero. The ambience is very nice, the large aquariums not only delight children. Conclusion, we won't go there anymore. Nuremberg definitely has better Chinese restaurants to offer.

We have been traveling around Europe from South Africa over 30 days. This was the best restaurant on our journey. The service was perfect, the food was plentiful and fresh. The presentation was also 👌. We also enjoyed the huge fish tanks along both sides of the restaurant. The food was also priced very reasonably for European standards. Birthday, 7 person reservation. Table immediately at the entrance, every draft can be felt, pure Plärrer feeling. Apparently all the waiters were nice, except ours, not even saying hello when we met them. It's pointless to order another drink, if you finish it you're left with an empty glass. Food was very good, although it was pricey. The waiter takes the tip himself, waiting for the rest of the money is pointless and he doesn't say thank you either. Rarely have I had such an uncomfortable feeling, I won't bother you anymore, there are other restaurants too. PS: After the years, I think back on the visit as the worst thing I've experienced in a restaurant.

Be careful rip-off!!!!! Ordered baked rice with shrimps to pick up. Get baked rice with shrimps for €22.50!? Including an invoice that says Gebr. Rice with lobster!! Explains that lobster was charged here and not shrimp. Menu card required to see what Gebr. Rice with shrimps costs. Lo and behold, these are not listed on the menu (also according to the boss). According to the boss Rice with shrimps are the same price as the lobster €22.50.

Due to the 3G regulation, we sat in the outdoor area with an idyllic backyard. The menus were brought to us quickly. However, we had to wait a very long time for the order to be taken. During this time I observed two guests who apparently wanted to eat something, but left after no one came to their table to give them the menu. After ordering, the food was served relatively quickly. However, the drinks were initially put in the wrong place and the food was distributed to the wrong people. So I got my duck spicy, but my colleague didn't. The staff seemed very overwhelmed because we were even asked what day it was. I have now forgotten where we ate and what the restaurant was called. I try not to even remember it. 😉

Today there were 6 of us visiting the Tang Restaurant. Since we wanted to eat the Peking duck menu, we had to call in advance as the preparation begins the day before. The restaurant was very busy and we still received a friendly welcome. The second starter was prepared at the table and was really nice to see. After each course, the used dishes were immediately put away and we were asked about our well-being. We were served by 3 different people and all of them were friendly without exception. The food was amazing! Really tasty and a lot. We are good eaters, but we really struggled with the second main course. We also really liked the atmosphere. The aquariums are a real eye-catcher and there is no musical accompaniment in the background, which we think is great. If we are in Nuremberg again, we will definitely come back!

Zwischendurch mal "Chinesisch", - sehr gerne, aber mit Sicherheit nicht mehr in diesem Lokal. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, sehr angenehm, Ambiente ebenfalls, wird vom Besitzer ja auch in den höchsten Tönen gelobt ? Service, ja geht`s noch, unfreundlicher kann man Gäste wohl nicht mehr bewirten, da sollte man bei den Preisen doch entschieden mehr erwarten dürfen. Frühlingsrolle, da kann man wohl kaum etwas falsch machen, aber dann die Ente süß / sauer Souce, ziemlich dunkles lag vor uns auf dem Teller, an manchen Stellen fast gar schon schwarz, trocken das Ganze, da schiebt man bald den teller gerne beiseite, wartet geduldig auf die bereits erwähnte unfreundliche Bedienung um zu bezahlen und dem Lokal den Rücken zu kehren. Wie gesagt," Chinesisch" zwischendurch sehr gerne, aber sicher nicht so.

I am impressed by the freshwater and saltwater aquariums. 6000 liters per pool, well-maintained and carefully selected stockings, you can not only feel very comfortable here, but also forget about time. 17 Euro für Nudeln mit gebackenen Hähnchen zur Selbstabholung. Unglaublich. Fast schon Abzocke. Da braucht mir keiner was von gestiegenen Energie und Personalkosten erzählen.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Der Service war völlig okay, dass Essen war nicht gut sondern sehr gut. Die letzte so gute Ente habe ich in Peking bekommen, okay die war noch besser. Selbst der (deutsche) Wein war gut. Die Preise sind für das Gebotene absolut okay. Ein schöner und entspannter Abend.

Gutes chinesisches Essen und die schönsten Aquarien von Nürnberg

Schnell ging es. Mittags waren wir da und entschieden uns für zweierlei Ente und Rindfleisch mit Gemüse. Super schnelle Bedienung und schnelles Essen. Die Ente war gut, beim Rindfleisch hätte es das ein oder andere Stückchen mehr sein können. Preislich war es ok.

Hou je van aquaria, dan zit je hier goed! Hou je van goed Chinees eten, dan zou ik nog even verder kijken, hou je van goede bediening, dan word je hier niet blij. Eten is ontzettend zoet, vrij weinig voor een rijsttafel van 50 euro. Bediening is ontzettend kortaf, je kan wel cappuccino of banaan krijgen bij toetje, maar geen thee, en mevrouw moet de trein halen, dus klokslag 21 uur gaat het licht en de verwarming uit. Oja, en ze vráágt om fooi...

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Allerdings ist am Service noch Luft nach oben. Gläser leer. Keine Nachfrage, ob man noch was trinken möchte. Nur auf Zuruf kam die Servicekraft nochmal an den Tisch. Und ein großer Kritikpunkt: Es war sehr sehr kalt im Restaurant. Heizung ist offensichtlich kaputt. Es waren zwar Heizlüfter oder mobile Heizkörper im Raum verteilt. Aber ich hatte eiskalte Füße. Da muss dringend was getan werden. Ich hoffe ja, das ist schon in Auftrag.
