What can I say? Simply perfect, and it's been that way for as long as I can remember. The service is first-class, the food unbeatable, and overall, one can only say it's authentic. I'm always happy to come back :)

We agreed on a table, and my friend asked if he would fashion to go to the bathroom, an official with a racist expression and a smirk asked: are you definitely going to eat here? We asked about what if we didn't eat, would admission be paid? and another person with pronounced aggression came up and said that we would never get a table, thinking of ourselves as the owner. boorish attitudes that deserve neither star, nor people have ever read or known about chinese hospitality in their lives, this is the last place on earth to go

A fantastic experience at the Peking Pavilion! The food was exceptionally delicious and authentic; we felt very comfortable. The ambiance is pleasant, and the restaurant is always tidy and clean. I would especially like to highlight the friendly staff: The waitress was super professional, humorous, and even helped us with an accidentally incorrect order. Reordering was quick and seamless. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the restaurant!

More than disappointing... I was there last night, ordered beef with leeks and onions, found peppers and bamboo in the food, and it was totally over-seasoned. Complained to the service staff, no response, it was cleared away. When I paid, I was charged the full price, complained again, no response... The service person said she couldn't do anything about it.... She kept the change as a tip, even though we hadn't said it yet, that's true. Sorry, it doesn't work at all

Good cuisine without glutamate. Two classes better than the snack bar, three classes better than the food buffet. It's good that there are still shops like this in Göttingen.

The food is bad, everything is probably cooked with Maggi, the service staff just slams everything on the table, no please, no thank you and much more. You can't recommend this shop, unfortunately!

It's a shame when the senior manager isn't there, the service drops dramatically and is then very inattentive to the guest. And the very nice daughter-in-law only has 2 hands and 1 pair of eyes. If it hadn't been for her today, nothing would have worked. 1 The food today was lukewarm (duck), the sauce was almost cold, then I got another new sauce, the vegetable soup was tasteless to watery, the rice didn't smell pleasant, that was the only thing that was hot. I haven't experienced that in this restaurant in over 30 years. I really hope that this remains an exception because it would be very, very sad not to visit the restaurant anymore.

Today we had dinner in Peking with 6 people. As always, enthusiastic about the friendly service and the quality of the food. And this despite the fact that the restaurant was fully booked. Thank you, Pau family. With best wishes for the new year, see you in 2025.

We were in Göttingen again and felt a little hungry. And we went to a regular bar from our student days. After 20 years it was still as good as before. And the price-performance ratio was still very good despite Corona conditions. So if you're hungry and looking for a nice Chinese restaurant, this is the place for you. Best Chinese restaurant in Göttingen and the surrounding area. Everything cooked with fresh ingredients. Have been a guest several times, the service is wonderfully fast, friendly and reserved! Absolute top address in Göttingen. I recommend the 66a with broccoli or 111 (duck with peanut or beef). Sensational food! Price-performance is more than fair despite past inflation. There are also excellent wines here, the boss is very knowledgeable and has a hand-picked selection. Overall *****, incredibly good. Owner-run restaurant is simply better!

Today, after 5 years, I was a guest there again with my wife and child. My daughter, at 4 years old, was apparently not wanted to be a little louder every now and then or not hear it the first time, which is a shame at that age because the food is very good But if you don't even say goodbye to the owner after eating there for almost 70 euros, that says a lot Therefore, we will no longer visit and I would advise anyone who has small children not to go there

Das Essen war super und die Portionen ordentlich, jedoch war die Bedienung nicht sehr aufmerksam gewesen, so dass ich diese nach einer Viertelstunde erst herbei winken musste, damit meine Bestellung aufgenommen wird.

Sehr lecker gegessen. Bei so einem guten Asiaten war ich schon lang nicht mehr. Die Ente war mega knusprig und Sau lecker. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Einer der wenigen Chinesen die ohne Glutamat kochen. Essen war sehr lecker und geschmackvoll. Portionen sind zwar etwas kleiner und teurer als bei anderen aber, das nehme ich gerne in Kauf wenn es authentisch gekocht wird. Komme gerne wieder!

Hier hat man nicht nur den besten Chinesen der Stadt, sondern auch mit ganz großer Sicherheit den besten Chinesen in mindestens Deutschland. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Jede Servicekraft ist freundlich, lustig und kompetent. Das Essen ist von einem anderen Stern. Die Pekingente ist legendär. Selbst Sonderwünsche, wie Gerichte von der alten Karte, werden ohne jegliche Widerworte zubereitet. Es wird ohne Glutamat gekocht!

Es ist ein alteingesessenen Lokal, welches seine Wurzeln vor 50 Jahren im Idunazentrum hatte , nun in der Friedrichstraße ist . Es ist immer noch so lecker wie früher. Das alles ohne Glutamat, was ich sehr wichtig finde. Die Bedienung ist sehr gut, das Ambiente Typisch was mir ausgesprochen gut gefällt. Wir kommen wieder ,danke für den schönen Abend.

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut.Was mir gut gefällt,es wird ohne Glutamtat zubereitet und auch ohne dass das Fleisch in Natron eingelegt wird - somit vetragen wir das Essen immer sehr gut. Das Ambiente ist zwar etwas veraltet aber irgendwie auch nostalgisch gemütlich. Eine klare positive Empfehlung für alle die jenigen die gerne und gut chinesisch speisen möchten. Zudem ist die Bedienung und der Service sehr gut und wer einen guten Wein trinken will genau an der richtigen Adresse.

Es sind kinderportionen Ente zb Kaum Soße kaum Pilze Um genau zu sein 2 Stück ein Stück Bambus ein stück morchel Schämt ihr euch nicht sowas zu servieren Aber gibt ja kaum Konkurrenz Reis kinderportionen Ente ok Gepfefferte preise Freundlichkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig...

Es war das Jahr 1975. Da war ich das erste Mal Gast. Heute 2020, fahren wir 2x155 km, weil hier jede Speise sehr gut schmeckt. Besucht dieses Restaurant... Beste Küche, tolle Speisen erwarten Euch. Update 08.2023 : Heute waren wir mal wieder da. Die Speisekarte hat sich ein klein wenig verändert, das Haschierte Rind + Schwein sind nun deutlich !!! größere Stücke, dadurch auch leider deutlich zäher !!! War das Fleisch früher eingelegt ??? Damals war es etwas besonderes. Heute leider einfacher Standard. Sehr schade !

Solides Restaurant mit sehr leckerer und reichhaltiger Auswahl. Besonders freundlicher Service und auch bei spontanen Besuchen (wir waren zu Besuch in Göttingen) sehr hilfsbereit. Unsere Hühnchen-Gerichte (mit Curry und mit Cashewnüssen) waren beide sehr empfehlenswert.

Leider habe ich während der Begrenzung " ÖFFNUNGSZEITEN " keine Chance bisher gehabt dort einzukehren !! - Kann also nur empfehlen sich an den Öffnungszeiten sich zu orientieren. - In Göttingen herrscht nach meinen gewonnenen Erfahrungen und Erlebnissen die CORONA Pestilenz mit Depressionen. - Ich bin froh , sehr froh sogar noch geöffnete Geschäfte dort zu finden. - Am 18. FEBRUAR 2023 habe ich hier im PEKING PAVILLON mit mit 3 Gästen das 6 Gänge Menü : " PEKING ENTE " gegönnt - also das ist einfach gesagt ein Höhepunkt, den jeder einmal mindestens genossen haben sollte. -- Vor allem das AMBIENTE ist sehr beeindruckend und gigantisch im Chinatown Stil. -- Meine Bilder sind mein großes Kompliment mit besonders herzlichen Dank für die " Peking Ente " und sehr guten Gastlichen Freundlichkeiten. Ich war am Sonntag d. 18.6.2023 wieder hier zum Abendessen - mir gefällt besonders , dass man auch einen Tisch findet für 2 Personen !!! Das Abfndessen war sehr empfehlenswert nach Karte - die Portion auch reichlich - wir haben für das was wir nicht geschafft haben, zum Mitnehmen einf Vehpacking erhalten. Ein hervorragender Ort , um gute ,schmackhafte Chinesische Küche zu genießen in einem dem Heimatland der Kostbarkeiten vertrauten Ambiente .Sehr freundliches Personal .Das Restaurant befindet sich ganz in der Nähe der Historischen Aula der Georg August Universität Göttingen und auch nicht weit vom Weltberühmten Gänseliesel Brunnen am Rathaus.PD Reiner Neumann

Ein Wunderschönes chinesisches Restaurant mit tollem Essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und der Service ist sehr gut.

Der Service ist einmalig. Wir haben Ente mit acht Kostbarkeiten gegessen, und es war SEHR lecker. Die Portionen sind großzügig, und es ist alles wunderbar schmackhaft. Wir hatten zwar einen unglücklichen Tisch zu nah an der Tür, und mein Sitzplatz war zu eng, aber sonst war es einwandfrei. Sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant.

Mittagstisch 8 Kostbarkeiten. Eine Suppe vor weg. Essen hätte mehr sein können, aber für einen Mittagstisch ok. Essen hat geschmeckt. Das Bier war hervorragend. Krombacher vom Fass. Bedienung war nett. Essen kam schnell. Nach dem Essen 40 Minuten gewartet bis ich bezahlen konnte. Deswegen einen Stern abzug.

Klassisches chinesisches Restaurant, Service freundlich und schnell, auf der Karte sehr wenig vegetarische Auswahl, Mittagsmenu wird angeboten. Preise sind ok, aber man fühlt sich irgendwie nicht so richtig willkommen. Als wir dort waren mussten wir mehrmals nach dem Service rufen, damit jemand kam und es gab einen sehr lautstarken Streit mit anderen Gästen - warum auch immer. Essen war ok, Portionen genauso. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
