Pizza Hut Munich books under DLS RESTAURANTS GMBH//GOETTINGEN/DE, for me as a customer it is not understandable that this is Pizza Hut. You can do it, of course the customer is always the stupid one, but then you have to live with bad reviews.

First of all, I have to say that the food (gyro with tzatziki) was delicious. Unfortunately, we received very poorly cleaned glasses. After complaining, we received clean ones – so I can say everything was OK and the problem has been resolved. Unfortunately, I had originally ordered apple juice and then received apple spritzer with a clean glass. I don't like complaints either, but I didn't want to complain twice. Furthermore, we waited more than half an hour (more like 45 minutes) for our food, even though the place wasn't particularly busy. As a comparison, I can say that at other Greek restaurants in Göttingen, you get larger servings for your money.

We had reserved a table for two for Saturday evening – several days in advance. However, when we arrived, we were seated at a table that had obviously been spontaneously pulled out from under a staircase. There, we sat off to the side, right by the doorway, with people constantly walking by. The atmosphere was anything but pleasant. Additionally, the children's corner next door seemed carelessly arranged, which wasn't our main problem, but it rounded off the overall picture: uncomfortable and uninviting. We initially ordered two simple beers – but they took forever to arrive. The heat and noise in the room made us feel increasingly uncomfortable. In the end, we decided to do something we've never done before: We left. We were looking forward to a nice evening, but instead we were disappointed and canceled the reservation. Overall, a very unpleasant impression – a shame, but that's just not acceptable.

Was here for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. We were there on a Thursday and ordered various dishes. The pizza and lasagna were homemade and you could taste it. A very friendly and warm owner who gave us a shot on the house as a farewell. Will definitely come back, quality like this is rare these days!

What can I say? Simply perfect, and it's been that way for as long as I can remember. The service is first-class, the food unbeatable, and overall, one can only say it's authentic. I'm always happy to come back :)
