Mass processing The tastiest thing is definitely the food that you can have prepared. Sushi, dessert is also good. The finished food is often empty, and on weekends and at peak times you find yourself at a full buffet. There are not enough parking spaces at these times. The ambience is getting better but unfortunately there are still a lot of unsightly walls/ceilings. Drinks flat rate is of course wonderful. The feeling of cozy and delicious food is rather negative. You can definitely eat a lot and drink a lot there. Swiss people literally storm this restaurant. The restaurant needs to expand, the buffet needs to be bigger in different corners, ideally where you have to walk because it is just too full.

Food as always good. After the renovation, the ambience now looks like a canteen. The staff was a bit overwhelmed by the large number of people, but they tried very hard.

The chairs and couches are a bit old. But the food was wonderful. Large selection at the buffet. Drinks are also there, but the selection is a bit limited. That's what wine is for. All of this for a flat rate that is also very affordable (depending on the time of day and weekend/holiday)

UPDATE: There has been an upgrade. At first I was shocked where all the drinks were, but they have been given a new place. A lot of things have been renewed and things have turned out really great. The start was a bit bumpy at first, but now they have a great team and everything is going great. Food is still great! And there was enough choice and it was always refilled. Super nice boss!! And an excellent young manager who brings a breath of fresh air. Nice courteous team! And were never unfriendly. Thank you for the great evening yesterday.

We had dinner there a week ago (Sunday around 12 p.m.). Of course it's unbeatable, all you can eat including drinks for 35 euros per person, but there is also a decent list of defects. Anyone who says that the food is very good simply has no expectations and has never eaten very well. The food is, well, quite ok. There are a few things that taste good, but nothing more. The food in many Asian restaurants is much better! Also, dear Ginza, please clean your front door! What are you supposed to think as a guest when you see such a damn mess in front of your door? There is rubbish everywhere, sometimes leftover food that some disgusting people have taken out the door. There are these fortune cookie packages everywhere. Why not just put a larger trash can in front of the door and clean occasionally? As a customer you think about it - if it looks like this outside, what does it look like in the kitchen? All in all, maybe good if you just want to eat and drink a lot cheaply - but the Ginza isn't really anything special in terms of quality. Above all, it's really disgusting how many people go out to eat who have NEVER heard of table manners, literally disgusting. For me it was the second and therefore the last visit, I prefer to eat à la carte and get quality and not hopp hopp and the main thing is a lot of food.

I ate there, had very bad stomach pain the next day and vomited several times for 3 days! There's something wrong with this food.

We've been to Ginza several times now and every time it tastes good and we go home full. There is a large selection and everyone can take what they like. I particularly like that the drink is also included in the price. So it's perfect for me if I can invite several people and know the price in advance. All in all tip top.

Die Atmosphäre und das Ambiente gleicht einer Riesen Halle. Es ist sehr laut und der gesamte Buffetbereich ist überlaufen. Gemütlich essen ist anders. Die Beschreibung Massenabfertigung mit Tiefkühlkost passt am besten zu dieser Lokalität. Service gar nicht erst vorhanden.

Hot dishes TOP. Desser mainly purchased products. Chocolate fountain didn't work. Ice chest was very dirty. The playroom is ok, but the vehicles swallow up the money very quickly or are unplugged by other children, so the money is gone.

We've been there a lot but never again since last night. The lady was very unfriendly and came to the table and we should eat more cleanly - there shouldn't be a full plate on the table otherwise you pay 5 euros plus. We were there with a baby and a Toddler, you just can't eat quickly. The lady ran around and watched us like we were doing a crime. We felt very uncomfortable and then left. And we would also have to pay the 5 euros.

We've always enjoyed being there, but never again!!! I was stopped by the lady as I was walking out, I said clearly that my husband was standing in line to pay. We went to the car and waited, she came to the car like a madman and accused us of not paying and didn't even listen to my husband standing in line. She forced me to run in with her, only to find that my husband was busy waiting in line! She asked beforehand who the two people outside belonged to and he didn't feel addressed because he knew I wasn't outside because I wasn't feeling so well in my mom's but in the car. We tried to apologize afterwards but I still embarrassed myself in front of all the people like I was going to eat and leave!!! Unbelievable, this has never happened to me anywhere before!!! We won't come here again, that's for sure!

I'm torn, it's too crowded, too loud, too restless for a date. It is ideal for a celebration of all ages. PRICES are ok and food is good. Be sure to have something prepared. 3 1/2 stars from me but only because it was too crowded for me on Saturday.

I was there for the first time and was very surprised, you are greeted, it is full of guests, you can have a little bit of everything with good order and allocation. The toilets were also clean. It costs more on weekends, but that's understandable. At the end you get a fortune cookie

The restaurant is huge and the food and staff are great. However, there are no “rules” or directions for queuing or anything similar. So it is hardly possible to walk along the buffet at peak times. Everyone is running around, people are jostling and you can't relax and look at what's available because you have to be afraid that your plate will fall due to the rush of greedy people. You can put something fresh together and grill it with different sauces and meat/fish/vegetables. As with the normal buffet, there are pre-cooked dishes in warming boxes. Lots of choice with sushi and gyozas, several desserts, a chocolate fountain, etc. You can't complain about the variety. Drinks are included. Since you have to get them out of the fridge yourself, there is a lot of crowd there. Drinks include everything from apple juice to espresso. If it weren't so overcrowded and there was such a huge crowd, which makes it very uncomfortable, it would be 5 stars 🥰

A simple idea really well done! Great variety of food and drink. You can pick any of the usual oriental dish or you can pick some delicacies, like zebra and kangaroo. You can personalise your dish by picking all the ingredients, meat, veggies, sauce.

Biggest juice shop. Opening hours until 10 p.m., buffet/sushi is not refilled since 8 p.m. After we mentioned this at the checkout, the cashier told us that if we didn't like it, we should go out for pizza. Letting people in before closing time even though there is no food left.

The range of dishes is very large and the quality is very good 👍. The prices are quite high but not exorbitant. Would love to come back.

Ginza Chinese restaurant. I had the pleasure of trying dishes in this restaurant for the first time and I was not disappointed😊. The last time I was there was about 3 weeks ago with 3 people and unfortunately I was negatively surprised 😞 - Ladies toilet not clean at all... - 2 sinks broken... and none Hand soap - the whole restaurant was very slippery. - Service... had to clear the plates themselves. - The plates weren't that clean

After the visit they both just vomited and went to the toilet. Never again. Everything is unclean, the plates, the cutlery, the floor, I don't even want to start with the toilets. Moths on the walls. Sorry, that doesn't work at all. 71€ for two people. You can eat much better in one place.

Food and selection very good, price very good, toilet facility leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately there was so much activity on Saturday evening that at times there weren't enough dishes available. Sometimes very loud.

So far I have had very good experiences here at Restaurant Ginza with both the service and the food. The quality of the food is first class. The only drawback is that there are a few water stains on the walls in the guest area. In addition, the paint on the exterior facade is unfortunately crumbling. There is a sticky floor in the toilet. Other than that, everything else is good. 👍

Great restaurant to feel at ease and with delicious food

Ich war mit Familie und Freunden am Samstag 10.02. dort essen für denn Geburtstag meines kleinen Bruders. (Sind von Zürich und Aargau angefahren.) Genau 2 Tage später wurde ich krank und es ging mir echt mies. Ich hatte starke Bauchschmerzen, musste mehrmals erbrechen und hatte Durchfall tage lang. Habe sogar meinen Partner damit angesteckt. Und ich war nicht die einzige! Ein guter freund wurde auch genau 2 tage später krank, mit denn gleichen Symptomen und ihm ging es noch mieser. Ich weiss nicht was ich hatte, doch ich weiss das es von irgend etwas von dem Buffet war. Also GEHT DORT NICHT HIN!!! Es ist nichts spezielles und lohnt sich definitiv nicht eine Lebensmittelvergiftung einzufangen!

Wir waren gestern mit Freunden erstmals im Ginza. Hätten wir nicht mit unseren Freunden dort abgemacht, wären wir gleich wieder weggefahren. Unbeschreiblich sie Sauordnung auf dem Parkplatz ! Ganz anders aber dann drinnen im Ginza. Alles blitzsauber und die Chefin sowie das ganze Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat uns mit unseren beiden kleinen Hunden einen ideal gelegenen Tisch zugewiesen. Herzlichen Dank. Begeistert waren wir vom Angebot des riesigen Buffets. Fisch, Fleisch, Gemüse, warme Speisen aller Art und ein feines Desserbuffet. Auch die Getränke liessen keine Wünsche offen. Schlicht genial das Angebot ! Gerne bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder ! Einen kleinen Wermutstropfen möchten wir anmerken : leider war das Rindfleisch viel zu stark gebraten. Rindfleisch ist zarter, wenn noch ein bisschen Rosa ! Schade um die sonst tolle Qualität des Fleisches.

You really have a lot to choose from, I had a black hair on the food, the man from the service said in short that it wasn't his. Neither was mine, I'm blonde. We had two 12 year old girls with us who shared a bottle of water and didn't eat much, but the price was 35 each, which should make a difference but we should have read that in advance. In any case, value for money, we wouldn't come back.

Zeitig reservieren und da sein vor 18 Uhr dann bekommt man den Nachtisch und andere Leckereien die noch frisch sind und nicht angepatscht wurden von Gäste. Schon unangenehm wenn man Menschen jeglichen Alters darauf hinweisen muss das man das Eis probieren darf aber bitte nicht mit dem Finger in der Eis Truhe! Da gleiche gilt für den Schoko Brunnen...Abartig so ein Verhalten. Massenabfertigung leider.... Service Top!!

Trotz All-you-can-eat gute Qualität der Speisen und sehr freundlicher Service. Der Preis schreckt eventuell erst einmal ab, man muss aber schauen, was man dafür tatsächlich bekommt im Gegensatz zu anderen “vergleichbaren“ Restaurants.

Super Präsentation der Fertig Gerichte sowie die "Selbstbedienungsläden"! P.S. Wochenende sowie Feiertage mehr Geduld mitbringen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und leistet unglaubliches damit der Gast ein unvergessliches Erlebnis hat. Weiter so!!!

Das Buffet ist das beste im Umkreis von 20km Die Getränke kann man selber holen und das finde ich gut da mein Kind nicht immer zwei Gläser trinkt so kann man es auch das zweite Mal nur halbvoll machen.
