The food portion is sufficient, but the ramen was very thick and inexperienced. the service environment is poor. Firstly, the employees are always talking and chatting loudly! Secondly, the hallways, especially the toilets, are not very clean!

Authentic and very tasty. Burger with peppers was a little juicier than the classic one, but the classic one had larger pieces of meat. The soup D1 lamb soup with bread (which was more like small noodles) is also highly recommended but a bit much for one person. Payment only possible in cash.

The scoop with hand-pulled noodles is particularly delicious.

Very tasty and authentic food. Freshly homemade, traditional noodles! Best Chinese ramen in town. The traditional "Chin Burger" - similar to a kebab - is also a must-try. For me one of the best addresses for authentic Chinese cuisine in Cologne! Super nice team and the food is simply delicious. My absolute highlight are zulazula noodles, liangpi and the pickled beef (a1) 😍

My family had two delicious dishes but it was not up to the domestic level and the price was outrageous, so I gave it 4 nemesis. 3 people ate three bowls of beef noodles, one roujiamo, one bowl of cold skin and one fried belly. The price was 80 The price when converted into Euros is really outrageous, 640 RMB. It's still delicious.

Actually really authentic food and one of the best - if not the best - 肉夹馍 (Chinese burger) I’ve had outside of China. Prices are a little steep IMO and I think the Lanzhou noodles should come with meat or beef at least in the standard version. But portions are generous and staff are friendly! Would recommend for some comfort Shaanxi Food!

朋友从香港过来，香港上菜比较快，而且我们真的是赶火车，她第一次进欧洲馆子急性子还只点了个醪糟，两分钟没上就开始催老板，老板生气我也理解。 虽然没喝上醪糟，可乐也没喝完，总计消费三块二就被赶出来，但还是给个五星。纯粹是因为老板那句“醪糟不做了我们不做了”的气势，和我们高中班主任“爱学学不学滚”的气势如出一辙，觉得好笑。没吃到陕味，但体会到了陕味，也算是帮我们两个老陕怀旧了一番。

Super delicious food with a very nice team. The food was very good. We had two soups. One vegetarian with tofu and one with beef. Both great. As a starter we had the cucumber salad. That was great too. I also had a Chin Burger with beef. The spices are particularly noteworthy here. Very tasty 5 spice flavors. We also had my favorite dish: Chinese braised/fried eggplant. I can recommend it to everyone 🙏

Quite authentic Shanxi food in cologne. Their spicy chilly oil is very good which is very important for most northwest Chinese food. Decent portion don’t order too much (I live in the Netherlands the portion is really big for me). They have a garden area too. Friendly service.

The water basin mutton and spicy beef are still delicious, but the Roujiamo is not authentic. Why does the traditional Roujiamo have green peppers? 11.9 Lanzhou Ramen has no meat at all, the quality of the noodles is sub-par, and the thickness is different. The price/performance ratio is extremely low. The sign at the door even says 9.9.

First we were told without asking that we could pay in front, then the bill was simply placed on the table and told again that we should pay in front. Great and authentic Xian cuisine

Very tasty and authentic Shaanxi cuisine. I can highly recommend the biang biang, liangpi and cucumber salad. Also the homemade noodles with sesame paste are amazing. Other dishes were not as good tho :)

The noodles there are delicious. But be careful with the BBQ. I ordered two skewers of chicken wings which I expected for long time (it’s fresh bbq so takes longer, I have no problem with that at all) , but when I got it only found out that it’s already rotten, for sure it’s for long time..Wanted directly to puke and even couldn’t be able to finish my noodle. They asked me whether I wanted to change the food after I told them I was not able to continue eating anymore with the disgusting taste in my stomach. And then they asked whether they should cancel the wings for me then. Sorry, is this for real? Otherwise what? I am also working in catering industry and usually always very understanding. But I was really a bit pissed so I said of course you have to cancel it then. I’m not going to pay for rotten food. The waitress said in the end:” please pay the noodles then. Very terrible experience. Will not go again and also stop recommending it to my friends like before. 😌

It’s hard to find such restaurant with almost authentic ShaanXi delicacies! So I would give five stars to that. The lamb soup with pita bread is top! I enjoyed the chewy pita bread very much. Super friendly service. We felt welcomed. Will visit again for sure. Next time I would give the noodles a try.

To be honest, it was too late. 1. There is actually chili pepper in the traditional Roujiamo. When I questioned it, the waiter asked me if I, an old Xi’an, had ever eaten authentic Roujiamo. In addition, the steamed bun itself is not a white cake, but a thicker and softer cake between sesame cake and bread; 2. The Qishan noodles are not guillotine noodles, but ramen noodles. The soup base is not stir-fried Qishan whistle, but is made by throwing large pieces of cured meat into the sour soup. Please see the picture; 3. The noodles are thin and uneven in width, and become tangled together when the noodles are cooked. Please see the picture; 4. The toilet is very dirty, smells very strong, and there is no hand sanitizer. You can only flush it with water. Because the photo smells bad, I won’t take the picture. this is for sure among the best Chinese restaurant in Cologne. They have a full set of Szechuan cuisine, including spicy and umami chicken beef, duck delicious soups, and famously lamb skewers.

The burgers are ok but the noodles and soup are bland. Be very careful when ordering (especially online) because we got the wrong dish more than once. The menu is confusing and they did not offer to fix the order (had to buy the dish again).

一直都是秦堡的常客，換了跑堂之後服務直線下降。今天用Wolt 點外送有一份餐點出錯打去問他們不承認我們買過這一單，還在電話中大吼大叫罵人。要我們親自把餐點送到他面前才承認他們廚房出的錯。令人失望。

Alles war top. Man sollte nur aufpassen wenn man nichts scharfes verträgt, da nicht alle scharfen Gerichte auf der Karte auch so gekennzeichnet sind. Ggf. vor dem Bestellen einfach nachfragen. Wir mussten leider ein Gericht zurück gehen lassen, aber haben sofort das gleiche Gericht in nicht scharfer Variante bekommen. Sehr zuvorkommend. Immer wieder gerne.

I was surprised, the food was really good! They using Fresh noodles , especially the “凉皮”with “泡馍” 。在欧洲确实这种有诚意的食物少见！（不想误导刚从国内来的朋友们、 、但在欧洲是挺难得的）it was Wow, yummy! today was my first time to visit there, so much food i want to try, but i only have one stomach… and “卤蛋” is really funny、 next time 必须的 卤蛋配sour spicy noodles 😂😂

Vorab das Essen war bisher immer gut. Heute allerdings kam nur eins der zwei bestellten Essen an. Mein Essen war ganz anders als sonst. Nach 30min Wartezeit auf das Essen meiner Begleitung. Ich war schon fertig, sind wir aufgestanden und haben nur das eine Essen + Getränke bezahlt. Was ganz schlimm war. Es kam keine Entschuldigung und es wurde überhaupt nicht zu gehört. Arroganz pur!!! Nie wieder. Leider.

1 mal und nie wieder nach mehrmaligen Fragen wurden wir immer vertröstet wann denn das Essen fertig wird. Nach 45 Minuten war das immer noch nicht da.

Definitely not recommended. I ordered a bowl of beef noodle soup and a glass of soya milk : the soup broth tasted nothing but salty, too much noodles and just a few slices of beef and pak choi. Dont get me started with the soya milk. I feel like scammed when they served me the drink that tasted exactly like formular milk.

The service is bad, the waitress just waited for the customer to make orders themselves without giving visible instructions, unless they sat there for too long. Me and my friend just tried the noodles, so I don't know how the other foods are, but the noodles are pretty bad imho. There are barely any toppings, mostly just noodles, the noodle soup was rather salty and bland at the same time, the mixed noodles weren't so spicy but I got burning stomach from it for the last two days now. Other than that, the atmosphere is a mixture of german bar + pub + chinese restaurant. So all in all, it's not good for food, customer service nor check-in. Update: just went to the doctor and it turns out I got stomach infection. There's high chance that the food or water here is contaminated with bacteria, thus the infection.

Einer der besten Chinesen in Köln. Sehr authentisch, das bedeutet aber auch: Bestellung kommt nur in 80% der Fälle richtig 😁 Aber es hat trotzdem immer geschmeckt. Leider stört, dass man nicht mit Kreditkarte zahlen kann.

Dieser Laden ist ein Horrorhaus, am Ende hieß es, er akzeptiere keine Karten, nur Bargeld, das schlechteste Restaurant in Köln und sogar in Deutschland….🤮

羊肉泡馍，泡馍很少，羊肉汤差不多； 臊子面没有臊子不知道为啥小红书说臊子很足🤷； 大盘鸡的味道是黄焖鸡😐 可以说与陕西的关系主要体现在菜单上😃。

Came here on recommendations, was not disappointed. The skewers were next level delicious, and the liangpi was pretty authentic. The big lamb skewers were generous with portions! Ironically the chin burger was the most average. The cleanliness could be improved.
