We were just there, and no one was there! Please revise your opening hours.

I didn't want to leave a negative comment for my fellow countrymen ..... but this is terrible ..... The meat in the shawarma turned out to be not the freshest .... 4 hours after eating the shawarma ..... she asked me to take it back .... (Terrible food poisoning) I was sick for half the night ..... It felt like I ate it at the train station in Odessa ..... It's terrible that Germany allows this to be sold ..... I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

We were there yesterday. Very friendly service...the food was good...I would eat there again.

Unfortunately, very disappointed! Shahlik The meat was very tough and difficult to chew. The flatbread was forgotten once, but that wasn't so bad since it was inedible. The bowl with the meat contained at most a slice of onion. The shahlik sauce was ice cold, and there was only a small bowl for dipping. The fries were very dry. The whole thing took 35 minutes to prepare, even though the store was empty. The music was so loud in the store that it was impossible to wait there, let alone understand the employees. All of this at the outrageous price of 14 euros per portion. Unfortunately, that was the first and last time.

Simply great! I recommend the Hähnchen schaschlik! The atmosphere of the establishment is top notch.

I approached you and explained that we would be opening a little later and would be happy to see you again. This surprised you so much that I ate after hours. You know, I work all day and then don't have a chance to eat! The employees are hungry too and need something to eat! I am not the owner of this café, as you wrote! After a lengthy search for fast food in the afternoon, I happened upon it by chance and as a "makeshift solution"... because very few were open at that time... without any expectations, I decided to try it out... the place was deserted... the ambiance was a bit shabby and strangely disorganized... the menu was a loose... slightly smudged collection of sheets with handwritten scribbles and some dishes crossed out... the food selection sounded quite interesting in parts... but what to expect was mostly a bit unclear... the fried pelmeni were unfortunately a complete failure... because they were much too dry and the accompanying sauce was only a little dip... the shashlik, on the other hand, was different than usual but from the grill and still relatively juicy and thus OK... the flatbread underneath was dry and therefore inedible... the French fries were normal frozen goods... well-cooked and therefore really OK... the portion size and prices were also OK... the smell from the kitchen area was a bit strange at times, however, and didn't really make you want to eat... what caused that was unclear... all in all, the The approach of this somewhat different restaurant isn't bad...the chef was friendly and helpful...but there's still a lot of fine-tuning missing here to warrant another visit...a shame...😌

We were sent away on the grounds that we didn't open until 4 p.m. and it was 3:45 p.m.... Unfriendly and the owner herself was sitting on the terrace eating. Rude and unfriendly... Never again... I can only advise everyone not to go there. You could have said you could have a drink for a few minutes, but no, we would be sent away.... Thank you, never go there again...

Due to the partly unknown dishes, we didn't know what to eat. The staff explained each dish to us and made recommendations. The food was incredibly tasty and the service was great. Really super nice and accommodating!

I recommend it to everyone who wants to eat deliciously and inexpensively (the selection is sufficient). The employees are very friendly and ready to help! Thanks, we'll be back :)

This is very cool! Our Ukrainians work here. A couple from Odessa! Here is the most delicious kebab!!! And the ribs are better than from Lviv ribs! And talking is a balm for the soul! It is worth coming here specially!!!

The business was not open yet, I think because the business has changed owners. Even though the business was actually closed, the friendly employee prepared a delicious steak. Communication was a bit difficult because the Ukrainian employee did not speak German very well, but he did his utmost to help me. I'm definitely curious about the other dishes on the menu, but the steak was great. Highly recommended. I will definitely come back here again.

We've brought something home from here twice now, each time trying something different and a lot of different things. Eating through the map once, so to speak. There wasn't anything that we didn't like. Whether fish, meat, side dishes... everything was very good. We really like the spices that are unfamiliar to us. Ordering online is practical. Anything you want can be clicked on at your leisure, and requests for changes are also possible. The ChiliGrill team calls back when something from the ordered food is not in stock. We picked it up personally and had it delivered once. Both worked fine. The waiting time is bearable if you know what you have to look forward to. We would be happy to order again.

Uns hat es ausgezeichnet geschmeckt! Es wird einem nicht das übliche Imbissessen angeboten sondern wirklich ein hochwertige Angebot.Das Essen war frisch, das Ambiente modern und sauber und der Service sehr sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir sprechen eine absolute Empfehlung aus.

Wir waren am Wochenende spontan dort und es hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Es ist kein gewöhnlicher imbiss. Wir hatten shawarma mit Hähnchen und Pommes dazu und es war einfach nur lecker. Gerne wieder :)

Das Essen ist von allen Restaurants in Heinsberg das beste. Geschmack ist wirklich hervorragend. Service ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und die Portion ist für den Preis mehr als angemessen. Mit 15 Euro geht man wirklich satt nach Hause.

Der etwas andere Imbiss in Heinsberg. Qualität der Speisen weit über Imbissniveau und außergewöhnliche mir bisher unbekannte Gerichte. Alle Gerichte mit asiatischem und osteuropäischen Touch. Komme immer gerne wieder.

Heute zum ersten Mal dort gegessen. Vor Ort trotz der Lage direkt an einer Ampelkreuzung angenehm draußen in der Sonne zu sitzen und zu speisen. Schawarma traditionell und Schawarma Hähnchen. Sehr lecker und toll angerichtet. Portion absolut ok zu dem Preis. Frittierte Aubergine war mal was ganz besonderes der anderen Art. So noch nicht gegessen und definitiv für gut empfunden. Werden bestimmt öfter mal dort essen oder holen/liefern lassen. Sehr freundliches Personal und ausreichend Auswahl. Top. 👍🏼

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen! Da wir fast Nachbarn sind werden wir dort öfters Bestellen. Lieferung war auch top, anzumerken ist, dass der Reis vergessen wurde und uns selbstständig nachgeliefert wurde. Wer hier bestellt macht alles richtig

Es geht für mich bei Fast Food nur ums wesentliche, das Essen. Mal was neues und echt lecker. Ist auch sein Geld wert. Nicht zu teuer.

Schmeckt alles sehr gut aber das Kimchi hat zwei mal Gebrannt.

WOW..... das Schawarma Hähnchen Im Lavash Brot ist der Hit. Wirklich sehr sehr lecker,...da kommt man gerne wieder!!! Ich bin beeindruckt!!!!

Wir waren bisher zwei mal im Chili Grill und es war beide Male super. Das Schawarma war frisch und die Bedienung auch sehr nett. Kommen immer gerne wieder!
