Chiemgau-Stuben in Traunstein

Waren auf Anraten von Bekannten dort. Wir selbst hätten es wahrscheinlich nie gefunden. Oben an der Gaststätte angekommen hat man einen super Blick auf Traunstein. Die Bedienung war freundlich, zügig und sah auch, wenn am Tisch etwas fehlte, z.B. belüftete Biergläser 😁. Speisekarte ist sehr übersichtlich, aber es hat jeder das für sich passende Essen gefunden und es schmeckte. Zudem wurde auch ein Salat zu den Essen gereicht, wovon sich andere Gaststätten in Traunstein mal was abgucken könnten.....Es war ein gelungener Abend und alle war gesättigt und zufrieden 🙂. Gerne wieder.

We were there for a wedding and I can only recommend it. Everyone from the service or from the kitchen was really nice and friendly! The food was extremely good! There is a children's play area for children. Everything is great!

Here is a revised review based on your text: We were visiting Traunstein as a family on a Monday evening and chose the “Lust” restaurant because it was one of the few that was open on Mondays - a decision we definitely didn't regret! As soon as we entered we were warmly welcomed and despite not having a reservation we had a free choice of seats. Particularly attentive: A child seat was immediately provided for our daughter. We were immediately impressed by the cozy atmosphere with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and a warm fireplace. The restaurant is extremely family-friendly - there were painting materials, books and games, so our little one also got her money's worth. The service staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive and pleasantly unobtrusive. We decided on the Monday specials on the menu, which were not only served quickly but were also very tasty. My burger was an absolute highlight: I've never eaten one like it! It was by far the best burger of my life. The potato wedges with the homemade sour cream were also a dream. The other dishes were also perfectly balanced and simply delicious. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening in a pleasant, warm atmosphere. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back. Absolute recommendation!
