As soon as you get out of the car at the parking lot and enjoy the wonderful view of the Chiemgau Mountains, your expectations are already sky-high. In such a beautiful spot, you expect good food. First of all: You won't be disappointed! Upon entering through the large swinging doors, you're immediately swept away by the ambiance. It's like a journey back in time. The furniture is sure to tell a story or two, and the dining room exudes a warm, tranquil atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. You were greeted and shown to your seat, the menus were handed to you, and your drinks were served. The entire service truly deserves exceptional praise. Very friendly, very attentive, and courteous. The soups as starters were excellent, the side salads fresh and very well dressed. The main courses were truly excellent. Whether it was roast pork, venison pepper, or mushroom schnitzel. This was my first visit to this inn, but certainly not the last! Aside from the excellent food, this inn exuded something that's very rare these days: a certain tranquility. Even though the dining room was completely full, it had such a pleasant atmosphere. You could watch people enjoying the good food, chatting quietly, and the two waitresses contributed their relaxed manner and gave us a great time! Thank you so much for that! The value for money is definitely top-notch! Excellent quality at fair prices.

Had a great meal, was looking for a meat menu but they had vegetarian food here but it was tasty, plate was empty and they had good beer and wine, parking is paid until 6 pm on weekdays

For years, we've been serving good food with fresh ingredients. Now it's time to offer some praise. The dishes have always been consistently delicious and varied. The service is consistently friendly and competent. Sitting outside is, of course, the most enjoyable. Today, we had to move to the vaulted roof due to heavy rain. Yes, it does get loud. It gets louder depending on how busy it is. But it remains cozy nonetheless. The coffee is sensational! Hot and good. What more could you want! Thank you for the enjoyable hours we've spent with you over the years.
