Der pakistanische Mitarbeiter hat uns unnötig 30-40 Minuten warten lassen meinte dass wir ein Tisch bekommen werden am ende hat der einfach 2 Pärchen vor uns genommen was absolut nicht geht und am ende hat er mich auch noch ignoriert. Was Essen angeht war echt lecker nur dass essen von meinem Kollege war falsch.

Ich war das erste Mal bei Chickenhood. Wir waren relativ zum Ende des Tages da und mussten etwas warten, weil viel los war. War in Ordnung und hat uns nicht so gestört und hatten damit gerechnet. Das Essen kam frisch an, die Pommes waren knusprig und die Hähnchenfilets crispy und saftig zugleich. Alle Saucen waren eine 10/10, sehr lecker und man hatte viel Auswahl. Neben den positiven Punkten sind mir auch ein paar negative aufgefallen. Die Sitzplätze waren meiner Meinung nach etwas ungünstig angeordnet. Wir saßen mitten im Raum und fühlten uns nicht so wohl. Wir haben den Service darauf angesprochen und haben direkt einen anderen Platz bekommen. Im großen und ganzen eine klare Empfehlung. Das Essen war super, der Service sehr nett. An der Einrichtung kann noch etwas gearbeitet werden. 🙏🏼

Falls ihr nur den KFC Chicken kennt... Vergesst alles und geht dort hin um eure Geschmacksknospen neu zu Programmieren.

War jetzt schon ein paar Mal bei Chickenhood und jedes Mal echt top. Das Chicken ist super saftig, knusprig und richtig gut gewürzt. Auch die Beilagen und Saucen sind mega lecker. Der Service ist freundlich, das Essen kommt schnell und die Portionen sind absolut fair.Man merkt einfach, dass hier auf Qualität geachtet wird. Für mich auf jeden Fall einer der besten Spots, wenn man Bock auf richtig gutes Chicken hat. Komme definitiv wieder!

Ich war vor kurzem mit meiner Familie im „Chicken Hut“ in Bochum, nachdem meine Kinder ein Video auf TikTok gesehen hatten und unbedingt dorthin wollten. Leider war unser Besuch eine große Enttäuschung. Das Essen war absolut nichts Besonderes. Die Chicken Wings wirkten wie einfache Tiefkühlware – geschmacklich vergleichbar mit dem, was man sich selbst schnell aus dem Supermarkt holen kann. Dazu kam ein künstlicher Nachgeschmack, der das Ganze eher unangenehm gemacht hat. Noch enttäuschender war jedoch das Ambiente. Das Restaurant machte insgesamt keinen sauberen Eindruck. Die Tische waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt, und die Toiletten waren in einem schlechten Zustand. Es gab kein Papier zum Händetrocknen, und insgesamt wirkte alles ungepflegt und improvisiert. Besonders unverständlich ist für mich, warum dieses Restaurant online so gute Bewertungen hat. Unsere Erfahrung entspricht dem überhaupt nicht. Insgesamt war der Besuch leider enttäuschend, und ich würde nicht wiederkommen.

Ich komme wirklich immer wieder gerne zu Chicken Hood in Bochum für mich gehört der Laden mittlerweile fest dazu, wenn ich mit meiner Familie oder meiner Freundin essen gehe. Das Hähnchen ist jedes Mal aufs Neue unglaublich lecker: perfekt gewürzt, super saftig und einfach genau auf den Punkt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Auch die Art, wie alles angerichtet und serviert wird, ist richtig ansprechend – nichts wirkt lieblos, sondern alles durchdacht und mit Gefühl gemacht. Was das Ganze aber wirklich besonders macht, ist der Service. Vor allem Winni (Mitarbeiter des Jahres, ganz klar!) ist ein absoluter Gewinn für dieses Restaurant. Immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht, extrem freundlich und mit einer Herzlichkeit, die man heutzutage leider nicht mehr überall findet. Genau so jemand macht den Unterschied und sorgt dafür, dass man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. Man merkt einfach: Hier passt das Gesamtpaket ❤️Essen, Atmosphäre und Menschen.

Wat jetzt 2 mal hier, beide male war es süper. Das Essen schmeckt, die Arbeiter sind nett, die Bilder ander Wand sind auch cool. Alles in allem ein Baba Laden.

Chickenhood hat mich positiv überrascht. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist überragend für wenig Geld bekommt man richtig gutes und sättigendes Essen. Besonders überzeugt hat mich die Qualität: alles schmeckt frisch, saftig und einfach richtig lecker. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf gutes Essen gelegt wird. Für mich definitiv einer der besten Läden in der Gegend und absolut empfehlenswert!

We had hoped for something better; there are definitely better options out there." The restaurant needs a better structure, and they need to do a lot more in the service area. The food arrived late despite our reservation and was mixed up.

Totally overrated, unfortunately. We went there because some YouTubers claimed it was good, but I won't be trusting YouTubers in the future. The sauces come from tubes, and most of the food seems to be frozen. The fries were soggy, and the cheese sauce was awful; everything was just incredibly greasy. The hygiene situation also leaves much to be desired: gloves seem to be unnecessary. People smoked and ate with the same gloves they then used for work without changing them. And this was the same woman who appears in the videos. In short: Totally overrated and the worst burgers I've ever eaten.

I was forced to give 5 stars; I feel bullied.

I made a reservation for Iftar. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. In the messages, I was initially told to place my order up to two hours before Iftar. Later, I was suddenly told it had to be three hours beforehand. Because of this conflicting information, our reservation was simply canceled. Furthermore, the customer service in the chat was quite disrespectful and rude, instead of trying to find a reasonable solution.

Das Chickenhood Team war sehr freundlich und bat uns trotz hoher Kundschaft einen Tisch für die gesamte Familie an. Das Essen war super lecker und ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis wir sind total zufrieden kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

I'm always very satisfied with my visit. The chicken is especially delicious, and the entire concept of the restaurant is modern, youthful, and designed with great attention to detail. The pictures of celebrities on the walls evoke fond memories of my youth and create a special atmosphere. The food is always freshly prepared, and you can tell that quality is prioritized over quantity. The owner is also an exceptionally friendly and welcoming person, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I always love coming back here and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

Amazing, the most tender chicken in the world!

Unfortunately, our visit to Chicken Hut in Wattenscheid (Bochum) was a complete disappointment. The burgers were practically drowning in sauce – far too much, sloppily slapped on, completely unbalanced. The actual flavor of the burger was almost entirely lost. The fries were completely unsalted, as was the meat. Overall, everything seemed rushed, uninspired, and prepared without any care. The restaurant itself was very dirty, which only made the already poor impression worse. Hygiene clearly isn't a priority here. The service was also disappointing: The staff seemed unfriendly, disinterested, and unhygienic in their handling of the food. All in all, absolutely not recommended. For the price, you expect significantly better quality, cleanliness, and at least a minimum level of friendliness!
