The food was very tasty, with a wide variety of food there is something for everyone and I can only recommend it

Even this one star is too much for you, who do you think you are that makes people wait for over an hour for food and then forgets to write people on your strange “list”. Are your chicken wings prepared by Ronaldo himself or what is supposed to make them so special? Your employees apparently can't do anything other than stand outside with a cigarette in their hand & write random names in their notes & sell it as a "list". How can you treat your customers with such contempt?

A very great shop. The food is really good and the conditions are great. I can only recommend this shop.

Employees are very rude and occupy the toilets so they can have private conversations. And if you talk to them about it you are threatened with beatings and warned not to talk to them “sensibly”.

We recently went to Chicken Hood, the food was delicious, we had burgers and fries and wings. Burgers were good, the fries were also good, I ordered sweet potato fries, unfortunately I got normal ones. Well 🙈 The wings with sauce were OK for my taste, but unfortunately a bit too sour for my taste, I wouldn't order it again. (It would be really cool if you got gloves with it like in the social media videos). The restaurant was cold and unfortunately the heating wasn't on (with an outside temperature of 7 degrees). And the toilet was a minus point - the soap was empty and there was no paper to dry with. I had to go to the checkout to get paper.

I ate here for the first time with a few colleagues on Saturday evening and we were more than satisfied when we got back outside. At first my colleagues were put off by waiting 30 to 40 minutes to get a table, but we went for it. The employee who welcomed us immediately noticed that it was a chill place and that the people had a sense of humor. Then when we were allowed to go in I noticed how cool it looked, you felt comfortable and it was pleasant inside. The employee at the checkout was also really cool and had a sense of humor and I felt comfortable there too. The food was also great and my colleagues didn't regret waiting so long. The bestseller big hood was super filling and tasted incredibly delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the burger. I had one with two patties and it only tasted like meat to me, which was boring for me. Maybe it was because of the burger. I would have to try another one to judge exactly. But that would be the only thing I didn't like. I will definitely come back and eat something again because I was simply satisfied

The food tasted delicious and especially the burgers and buffalo wings were very tasty, but you wait about an hour in the waiting area downstairs and people who know the employees/owners regularly come forward and get better tables. Prices were okay and ambience was quite good :)

The food was really delicious and fully met my expectations. The dishes were freshly prepared and tasted excellent – ​​a real highlight! However, there is still room for improvement when it comes to the ambience. It could do with a little sprucing up to make the stay more pleasant. A little more decoration or a more cozy atmosphere would do the whole thing some good. The service overall was friendly and helpful. However, I would have liked table service. The queues at the checkout and the self-service ordering process spoiled the experience somewhat as it seemed less relaxed. Conclusion: Culinary top, but a few improvements in the ambience and service would make the visit even more pleasant!

You come to the entrance area, which is already overcrowded and no worker seems to be interested in adding us to the list. We stood there in the entrance for over 10 minutes, in the meantime two workers came to have a smoke, but they weren't interested in it either.

I used to be thrilled again and again... but since they no longer deliver and when you get there you have to wait at least 40 minutes, I don't eat there anymore. In addition, the prices have become really outrageous and every time I was there the quality was very poor. In 3 out of 4 cases the food came to the table clearly and everything that had mot sauce was already soggy and mushy. If the store goes back to its previous quality, I'd be happy to come by again, but as it is right now it's not acceptable... especially not given the prices

While other stores have skimped on quality in recent years, this is not the case here. In contrast, the dishes have become even better than they already were. Here I personally recommend the Fernando Beef Burger in combination with the chicken wings. Both very juicy and delicious. In addition, the owner is very competent and friendly. The waiting time is extremely long, unfortunately you have to wait standing downstairs and then after ordering you can wait another 30-40 minutes. The Buffalo Wings. They definitely have unnecessary hype, unfortunately it doesn't taste good at all. However, the burgers are delicious. We've been there a few times now and either our fries were so seasoned that you could hardly eat them or they weren't seasoned at all and tasted greasy.

Best chicken in North Rhine-Westphalia!

During my stay in Witten, I stopped by Chicken Hood shortly before closing time and was not disappointed. The team was incredibly friendly and the cashier gave me excellent advice and service - that's what first-class service looks like! The menu is varied so there is something for everyone. A visit to Chicken Hood is definitely worth it, even if you come from Düsseldorf.

Thanks to numerous videos on social media, we were very excited about our visit to Chickenhood. Unfortunately our expectations were not met. The order took an unusually long time and when we finally received our meals we were disappointed. The smash burgers had no taste, neither roasted aromas nor spices. The Big Hood was the biggest disappointment; the fries were soggy, the cheese was already hard, and the chicken pieces were neither warm nor crispy.
