The number one address for chicken in Wattenscheid! KFC and the like can't compete with the quality and taste... The fries bowls with the burger patties on top are also an absolutely fantastic creation 👌 Next time I'll finally try the Smashburger 🙌🏼

Although it may seem unassuming at first, we had a really good meal here and the value for money was excellent! Excellent meat quality, no gristle/tendons, etc., tasty & crispy, good dips... what more could you want? :) The ground meat for burgers and other dishes is freshly sourced from a Turkish butcher. Even though it was a weekday, the place was very busy in the evening! By the way, the owner is also super nice and happy to take the time to chat with guests and discuss smash burgers. 🍔

There were five of us there and we received a friendly welcome. Once it was clear we were eating in, two tables were put together. What was really positive was that the chef had the situation completely under control and wasn't above cleaning up small leftovers from the floor. The food was a 10 out of 10. All of our colleagues were thrilled, and it won't be our last time at this restaurant.

I had the pleasure of dining at Chickenhood today and was extremely impressed in every way. The food was of outstanding quality, freshly prepared, and remarkably flavorful. I particularly appreciate the extremely friendly and attentive staff, whose warm demeanor contributed to a truly pleasant stay. I felt welcome and well looked after. Overall, a culinary experience that I can wholeheartedly recommend. Props!

The staff are super friendly and always accommodating to requests. If a mistake does occur, it's corrected very generously and without complications. There's no service; you get everything yourself from the counter. For food, I ordered a Hood Bowl with chicken, fries, and salad topped with cheese. It wasn't topped with cheese, and what they called a salad was just dry iceberg lettuce, nothing more. Charging €12 for this is a rip-off. The buffalo wings, however, were great and saved my evening.

The chicken was crispy on the outside and well-seasoned, juicy and tender on the inside, not dry at all. The shop itself is modern and inviting. Clean, friendly, and pleasantly bright. The seating is comfortable, and there's a great atmosphere. The service was super friendly, attentive, and fast. I barely had to wait, and the staff were able to answer all my questions about the dishes (e.g., spiciness, ingredients, or recommendations). Chickenhood is one of my favorites, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The chicken was just as delicious as we imagined, perfectly seasoned and juicy thanks to the sauce. The meat is halal! The fries and burgers were also good; nothing new, but everything was still delicious. The restaurant has a really cool decor. Even though it was very busy that day, we didn't even wait 10 minutes. A few things were missing from our order, but overall, the staff was friendly and welcoming. There are also free parking spaces nearby, which are free for two hours with a parking disc.

I was in Bochum with my family over the weekend and tried Chickenhood, and what can I say: we're addicted! 🍗🔥 Everything is fresh, halal, and simply delicious. Please open a Chickenhood in Frankfurt immediately, otherwise we'll have to commute to Bochum every weekend 😅. A clear 5 stars!

The sauces were all ready-made, nothing homemade. The chicken pieces were bland, edible, but nothing special. The women's and men's restrooms were next to each other. Despite renovations and yesterday's reopening, the restrooms were disastrous. Buffalo wings, popcorn, wings, and filet bites were 2/5 stars. It's good that they have ethically acceptable drinks and everything is halal. I came from Mönchengladbach, but unfortunately, it's not worth the trip in my opinion.

Even this one star is too much for you, who do you think you are that makes people wait for over an hour for food and then forgets to write people on your strange “list”. Are your chicken wings prepared by Ronaldo himself or what is supposed to make them so special? Your employees apparently can't do anything other than stand outside with a cigarette in their hand & write random names in their notes & sell it as a "list". How can you treat your customers with such contempt?

Employees are very rude and occupy the toilets so they can have private conversations. And if you talk to them about it you are threatened with beatings and warned not to talk to them “sensibly”.

We recently went to Chicken Hood, the food was delicious, we had burgers and fries and wings. Burgers were good, the fries were also good, I ordered sweet potato fries, unfortunately I got normal ones. Well 🙈 The wings with sauce were OK for my taste, but unfortunately a bit too sour for my taste, I wouldn't order it again. (It would be really cool if you got gloves with it like in the social media videos). The place was cold and unfortunately the heating wasn't on (with an outside temperature of 7 degrees). And the toilet was a minus point - the soap was empty and there was no paper to dry off with. I had to go to the checkout to get paper.

The bestseller big hood was super filling and tasted incredibly delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the burger. I had one with two patties and it only tasted like meat to me, which was boring for me. Maybe it was because of the burger. I would have to try another one to judge exactly. But that would be the only thing I didn't like. I will definitely come back and eat something again because I was simply satisfied

The food tasted delicious and especially the burgers and buffalo wings were very tasty, but you wait about an hour in the waiting area downstairs and people who know the employees/owners regularly come forward and get better tables. Prices were okay and ambience was quite good :)

The food was really delicious and fully met my expectations. The dishes were freshly prepared and tasted excellent – ​​a real highlight! However, there is still room for improvement when it comes to the ambience. It could do with a little sprucing up to make the stay more pleasant. A little more decoration or a more cozy atmosphere would do the whole thing some good. The service overall was friendly and helpful. However, I would have liked table service. The queues at the checkout and the self-service ordering process spoiled the experience somewhat as it seemed less relaxed. Conclusion: Culinary top, but a few improvements in the ambience and service would make the visit even more pleasant!

You come to the entrance area, which is already overcrowded and no worker seems to be interested in adding us to the list. We stood there in the entrance for over 10 minutes, in the meantime two workers came to have a smoke, but they weren't interested in it either.

I used to be thrilled again and again... but since they no longer deliver and when you get there you have to wait at least 40 minutes, I don't eat there anymore. In addition, the prices have become really outrageous and every time I was there the quality was very poor. In 3 out of 4 cases the food came to the table clearly and everything that had mot sauce was already soggy and mushy. If the store goes back to its previous quality, I'd be happy to come by again, but as it is right now it's not acceptable... especially not given the prices

Here I personally recommend the Fernando Beef Burger in combination with the chicken wings. Both very juicy and delicious. In addition, the owner is very competent and friendly.
