Very tasty food there, and friendly staff.

You can do that. The rolls are unfortunately just standard rolls. Given the name, I would have expected something more than just your average rolls. The burgers and fries are OK, and reasonable for the price. And as the reviews have already mentioned: if you eat in, you have to air your clothes thoroughly afterward. Also, very importantly, card payments are not accepted.

Ordered in and took away. Preparation was quick, burgers were tasty, not too greasy, and big enough.

Ordered through Lieferrando; great food and very fast delivery right to the field in Süpplingen. Excellent service, too!

When I read that card payments are not possible, I already know how the business works!

We were there yesterday and it was great, there were three of us and we ate burgers and fries and 2 chicken menus and everything was great, it tasted so good and we paid 37.50€ with food and drinks and that is a great price, it was just great, we would go back

We ordered from Lieferando, the food arrived quicker than Lieferando stated, the food tasted great, it was the first time we ordered there and we were thrilled. Then I ordered something again by phone and it worked great. Can only recommend it...👍🏻 The chilli nasty nuggets are also great, after that you definitely have a clear nose 🤷🏻‍♂️😅

Always hot super quickly and super tasty

Cole slow is no no Cole slow. I would google it if I can't cook. Crispy burger tasteless. Maya and fries are good. After 1/3 I threw it away and ordered a pizza. By the way, there isn't even a liter-sized Coke. Total failure is still praise.

The food was delicious with fair prices, sweet potatoes were nicely fried and very tasty. The crispy chilly cheese burger was also nice and juicy with a very tasty breading. The base, on the other hand, was very disgusting and greasy!!! The toilet was very crowded and quite small. The sink was also very tiny and my hands couldn't fit between it. The staff were very friendly and served us well, but unfortunately the music was very loud and it was difficult to have a conversation. Would only recommend the store for take away as the store is not that clean.

I was very disappointed with the food and the service. The staff was unfriendly and rude. I arrived 10 minutes after the pickup time and still had to wait for my food. And then the quality wasn't even good.

Service was very bad. Was accused of paying with counterfeit money. Then I went to the bank with a note. Was real. Because I'm honest, I gave them the money back in smaller denominations even though I could have kept it. No more appetite. At 12 euros it was the most expensive small can of Cola ever. Thank you and never again.

The last time I ordered I had a crispy chicken burger, unfortunately it wasn't that crispy but it was still delicious. This time the crispy chicken burger was crispy (as it should be) but there was a piece of plastic in the meat. This is life-threatening! I don't think I'll eat here again...

The staff is always friendly. The burgers taste good. The fries and nuggets are also delicious. Unfortunately, the chilli cheese nuggets are not spicy. Until now we have always ordered, so I cannot rate the restaurant.

The ambience is not great because it is often cold 😞 the floor is greasy because the extraction system is probably out of order... Otherwise the service is very nice and very friendly... the food is very good 😊 they are exactly to the point Burger....💯👍I eat there often with my girlfriend. Recommended 💯

Das war leider nicht die erhoffte Erfahrung, sorry! Vorab: Alle freundlich, man wird prompt, ordentlich und korrekt bedient. Für den recht günstigen Preis der Burger habe ich natürlich auch keine Wunder erwartet. Die Burger sind geschmacklich gut, ich konnte den Chili Cheese Beef, den Chili Cheese Crispy Chicken und den "normalen" Crispy Chicken probieren, und keiner enttäuschte geschmacklich. Die Panade vom Chicken war herrlich knusprig und das Fleisch in beiden Fällen schön saftig. Brötchen waren nicht selbst hergestellt. Normale Pommes waren schön dick und knusprig, die Süßkartoffelpommes waren etwas zu durch und teilweise verbrannt, was man auch schmecken konnte. Die Dips überzeugten gar nicht. Knoblauch Dip schmeckte nur nach einem Gemisch aus Mayo und Tomatenketchup, kein Hauch Knoblauch zu schmecken. Die Sour Creme und die Mayo waren okay. Das große "aber" war ein nicht zu kleines Stück Plastik auf einem der Burger. Immerhin nicht scharfkantig, trotzdem mehr als ein No Go. Es konnte sich vor Ort niemand erklären wo das hergekommen sein könnte. Trotzdem noch zwei Sterne, für den Geschmack der Burger und die vom Prinzip her gute Preis/Leistung.

Hatte 1 chickenburger mit Pommes hat komplett ausgereicht noch nie so ein fetten Burger gegessen die Pommes muss man nicht zwingend mit Sauce/Dip essen sind so auch geil genug

Schnell geliefert. Super lecker und warm! Süßkartoffelpommes sind genial und das Fleisch super lecker gewürzt. Endlich mal kein 0815 Burger. Ich bestelle dort ziemlich oft und bin sehr zufrieden! Empfehlenswert!

Wir haben schon mehrmals Essen zum liefern oder abholen bestellt. Das Essen war immer super pünktlich fertig bzw geliefert. Es war immer alles warm, die Burger mit frischen Zutaten, die Pommes knusprig und alles sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich.

Ich habe 6 Chickenwings, 6 Hotwings bestellt und dazu noch eine Portion Pommes. Das Essen war schnell und ordentlich zubereitet. Und hat sehr gut geschmeckt, ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Burger sind groß und schmecken Pommes sind perfekt aber unter ein Chili cheese erwarte ich cheese und nicht nur jalapenos sonst war alles gut

Die Burger sind lecker. Das war es dann leider auch schon. Isst man im Restaurant, sollte man hinterher schon mal die Waschmaschine zu Hause vorbereiten. Die Luft des Dunstes ist drinnen zum Schneiden. Ich Frage mich wie man es als Angestellter dort aushalten kann. Das Interior ist gut und man erkennt die Idee dahinter. Da ist mehr drin. Die Pommes waren nicht so meins - eher labberig und nur durch die Sauce gut, die aber fertig im kleinen Plastikbecher kommt. Die Musik ist eher für 16 jährige Gangster extra laut und abartig vom Genre. Serviette gibt es eine pro Gast zugeteilt und die Spender am Platz waren bei meinem Besuch ALLE leer. Ich komme Mal im Sommer wieder für die Burger. Den Rest spare ich mir.

Der Hamburger war frisch und lecker zubereitet

Wir haben hier Essen bestellt. Es kam relativ schnell an. Ich denke um die halbe Stunde haben wir gewartet. Das Essen war warm, nicht latschig und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Besser Bugerladen hier in Helmstedt!! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, ebenfalls der Lieferant.

Gut, lecker, preiswert, schnell, freundlich und sauber. So wie es sein soll. Daumen hoch.

Über Lieferando bestellt, Essen wurde ruckzuck geliefert. Es ist Fastfood, preislich und geschmacklich echt ok. Ein Stern Abzug für die ganzen Tackernadeln in den Papiertüten, das war etwas fummelig 😉👍
