Hello everyone, I can highly recommend the shop, the buffet is very rich and of a high quality. The ambience and the waiters are also above average. Just go by and see for yourself.

I was disappointed with the food. Unfortunately. I paid 24 euros because I wanted to enjoy a sushi buffet, but there were only the simplest rolls to choose from. With this money I could get really good sushi in a good restaurant. I can recommend King Wok for families with children.

We come here often and always find the food to be very good and there is nothing negative to say about the service. I had already been to all the buffet restaurants in Berlin, but unfortunately nowhere except King Wok had I had such a taste experience as I did here. I am very grateful to the staff, they have an eye for everything, dishes are cleared away very quickly, the food is refilled quickly and very freshly and the taste is incomparable. TOP. We were there on Saturday at 2 p.m. for the all you can eat buffet. The food was surprisingly good. But the atmosphere was like a large cafeteria. Very loud and restless. Luckily, after 3 p.m. things became even quieter.

Friendly, experienced and calm service staff enabled us to have a lovely time on a Sunday lunchtime. The variety and quality (!) of the dishes were very good, and the price-performance ratio was excellent! I can't understand the bad reviews! It wasn't overly crowded, the staff weren't rude, and there wasn't any crowding/noise. If you then read the reviews about the food, you would actually have to conclude that only star chefs live in Marzahn and the surrounding area🤔😁…

Das erste und letzte Mal war ich mit meiner Familie an diesem Ort, wo Täuschung herrscht. Am Eingang fragte ich den Mann, 23.90 Euro pro Person? von 17:00 to 22:00 Uhr? Die Antwort war ja. Als wir bereits Platz genommen hatten, fragte ich den Kellner noch einmal zum gleichen Thema und die Antwort war “Ja”. Wir kamen um 17:20 Uhr an diesem Ort an. Die Arbeiter kamen um 18:40 Uhr zu uns und sagten uns, dass wir um 18:50 Uhr gehen müssten. wir waren schockiert! weil wir getäuscht wurden! Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle in 10 Minuten gehen. Unser Baby ist gerade aufgewacht und hat angefangen zu essen. Das hungrige und weinende Kind musste weggebracht werden. Meinem kleinen Kind wurde gesagt, es solle gehen! Ist es angenehm, Frauen und Kinder zu täuschen, die zum ersten Mal hier sind? Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir einfach getäuscht und um unser Geld betrogen wurden. Ich war enttäuscht! Wir hatten eine Informationsbroschüre und sie lag da. Information, dass der Grill am Wochenende von 17:00 to 22:00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Es gab keine Informationen über zweistündiges Gehen ohne Sitzen. Warum verbergen sie die Wahrheit? Das ist nicht fair! Könnten Sie bitte die Frage zu Beginn ehrlich beantworten? I was told on the phone that I should come by without an appointment, but neither of us were allowed in on site because "appointment customers only". wtf.

So at the disadvantage of all the positive reviews, I unfortunately have to say that the food didn't blow me away at all. It was this typical Asian snack food, it almost tasted like a bag had been opened and warmed up. Unfortunately there wasn't that much choice either. I've been coming there for a good 8 years, everyone is always very friendly, you can even have a quick chat with people, the food has always been great. I was here for lunch with a friend for the lunch buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. great selection of several soups/main courses and desserts such as cakes or various types of ice cream, even an ice cream machine with soft ice cream available and really highly recommended for the price. Restaurant was well attended and is located directly in Le Prom There are enough parking spaces inside with a parking meter. I'm happy to come back. A small negative point, the toilet, unfortunately there was no toilet paper and unfortunately soap wasn't refilled either. I then pointed it out to the waiter.

If you want to eat something quickly, it's ok. But if you want to be together comfortably with family or friends, I can't recommend it. It's loud, uncomfortable, hectic, and waiters almost get offended when you talk to them. Children run around. Like in a large company canteen.

People watch out.I had been there twice with my family. One time the waiter added 20 euros extra to the bill and another time 4 euros, after which he also asked us for a tip. An impudence. I don't recommend this buffet.

Service is awful. Waiters make all to make you feel unwanted. Almost rude. Very stuffily inside. Very expensive drinks (6,80€ for glass of white wine) for such ordinary place. If you don’t finish your meal (buffet) you pay fee 10€. Not recommend.

The food was spoiled and the waiter cheated us out of money.

We have been going there for many years because the food is very good. Back then it was somehow different, it seemed special. Now it's overcrowded, the waiters race past you. You are not served properly, let alone asked for drinks. We had to flag down the waiter today, sat for 25 minutes - and even ate. But no one asked if we wanted to order anything. And when we spoke to the waiter, he was totally rude! It's ALWAYS the same. Due to the mass processing, the waiters are so stressed that you no longer feel comfortable/welcome! It's a shame ;( Please change this, otherwise we'll look for another Asian. Thank you!

We were there spontaneously today after bowling at 3 p.m. We were greeted very unfriendly with the words "7 people: always call in advance. It's actually not worth it anymore (4 p.m. lunch break)". No hello, no warm welcome. The shop was almost empty and it's up to us whether we pay for the buffet for just 1 hour. The entire service in the restaurant was so unfriendly that I even have to write a review. The toilets weren't dirty, but they smelled very bad and there was no paper left to dry your hands. All in all the food was really good. But the entire experience was so unpleasant that we don't want to come back.

We always went out to eat there, it was always great and very friendly on Tuesday December 10th. We were there at 3 p.m. and went in, the colleague didn't say hello and said we would close soon and I then at 4 p.m. well 1 hour. We didn't need it and besides the buffet we just wanted to eat quickly like always and leave again, he did He gave us a place but he was very rude and probably swore in his language. That's how I felt. He didn't want to give us any drinks. We got up again and went. Eating out has become so expensive. Then you don't want to be treated like that. We can't do anything for making it so difficult!!!

First of all, the food: The food is always fresh and there is a sufficient selection. Today, however, the waiters were really very ignorant and absolutely not friendly. I would like to tell you about our second visit to this restaurant. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by the friendly waiters, who also paid particular attention to the youngest guests. I liked this very much. The atmosphere is modern. However, I have to note that the food on the first visit was a bit "fresher" than on the second. Therefore, I unfortunately have to deduct a few points here. However, overall it is a good restaurant.

Got a table on Saturday without a reservation, which was good. Very popular and busy so not the place to go for a relaxing, quiet dinner. Excellent buffet selection and being able to get meat and seafood prepared fresh to order with your choice of sides and sauce is a nice touch. Staff were friendly and provided good service.

I've been here several times for the Mongolian buffet... And again not disappointed. Here you can sometimes get things that you can't get anywhere else... shark, a very large selection of seafood and the finest meat... The concept of choosing raw things yourself and then having them prepared just for you with sauces of your choice is something special... I'll be back...

As in any restaurant, it can happen that not every dish is well prepared. Unfortunately we had a bit of bad luck yesterday. Having been there several times in the past, I can say that the food is freshly prepared and the buffet is regularly replenished. Even at the end of opening hours, there is still plenty to choose from. Those with a sweet tooth will find something just as tasty as those who prefer spicy foods. There is a variety of dishes from soup to sushi and configurable main courses to ice cream, pudding and tarts. The waiters try very hard to take care of the guests.

Very loud, with a grill and only a few drinks, we had a bill of over €130 for 4 people, 2 of whom were children. Grill is not worth it at all, it's better to eat out during the week at a cheaper price. Drinks very expensive.

As always, it was super delicious. The meat and vegetables were fresh, the selection was very varied and the service was always there as soon as you needed it. The food from live cooking was always prepared quickly and delivered to the table and the quality was consistently very good. We always enjoy coming here

All you can eat... food was okay. For the price you can't fault it. Unfortunately it has more of a canteen style due to its size. It didn't want to be my first choice for a leisurely meal. But completely suitable for lunch.

The last time I was shocked. And after that I will never come here again. I have often visited this place with my friends and family. If you have new two-hour rules, let customers know before they order. What hurt me the most was that the people sitting at the table opposite were already there when we arrived at the restaurant and when we asked to leave from the waiters they still stayed in their seats. How do you explain that?

We had a good meal here. However, a smile from the waitress would be better, because friendliness gets you further in life. Otherwise we would be happy to come back. Were here again to eat and it would be ok too. However, we wanted to have a free table that seemed more comfortable to us but we were refused on the grounds that it was reserved. After an hour, the waiters sat down at the table to pack chopsticks 🥢 for the meal. We didn't think that was so good, normally the guest is the king.

There is no changing facility! We then had to change our baby in the stroller in the narrow hallway to the toilet. I find this impossible and very unfriendly to children. It should be available in EVERY restaurant and the staff wasn't helpful either. A waiter just said to us that we could ask the neighboring restaurant if there was an option there.

Food is okay, nothing special when it comes to the choice of food, except for the live cooking. Constantly crowded and loud. You feel like you're at a train station. The service staff talk across tables, which can be very disturbing. No music is played and would not be understandable in the noisy environment. The price is also relatively expensive - especially the non-alcoholic drinks.

Be careful, you should have the invoice clearly shown to you and check it! Went there with a friend the evening before yesterday for the all-you-can-eat buffet. The drinks are noticeably expensive, but oh well... The food was ok but nothing special. It just suggests a large selection that isn't really there when you take a closer look. What struck us when we were looking for clear information was that the price for the buffet was nowhere stated. But there are signs everywhere saying that King Wok would give you a “€10 fine” if you “waste food”. Sounded reasonable to us at first, because we were thinking of people who pile their plates full and then hardly eat any of it. My friend left 2 pieces in the dough coating on the plate, which turned out to be pure fat (!). The invoice was electronic and only the total was visible, so we didn't notice it immediately: we had been charged an extra €10. This was the first and last visit for us to King Wok. Better a serious restaurant.

We were supposed to pay €24 per person, we gave him €25 and didn't get any change, he just walked away in silence. You feel like you're constantly being watched and the staff is very unfriendly. I can't recommend it.

Very nice Sushi 🍣 Buffet. There is a huge range of sushi's , veggies, fritters, fruits, to have. The quality of sushi's is good for an all-you can eat- Buffet.I tried the afternoon menu which includes at least 6-7 different types of Sushi's, like maki maki (Lachs/Paprika), inside - out rolls, but NOT Nigiri Sushi. PS: Nigiri Sushi is not available for afternoon menu. There are grapes, Kiwi, and other fruits to choose from as well. Fried fritters such as Chicken breast fried, fish, potatoes, pommes are available too. For Sushi's the rice - fish ratio is odd. There is very less fish and more rice in sushi. Overall , its definitely worth 13,90€. ALSO : CARD PAYMENT ONLY ABOVE 20€ ORDERS so keep cash handy when you go there.

That was the last time...24 euros per plate now...as a family with 3 big children it stops now.

We had an employee named Wu who was in his thirties and we gave him 25 euros even though the bill was 23 euros. He asked if he could tip 2 euros. It's a shame I don't want people like that in the restaurant.

Beware! Warnung! Be careful and check your invoice before making the payment! Food was okay, but we had a very weird experience. After we finished eating, we informed the waiter that we'd like to pay by card. The waiter showed us the amount of 42.80 euros on the card payment machine without saying anything. Thinking that this is the food + drink amount, we added some tip on top of it, and paid it with card and asked for the invoice. We were surprised when we saw the invoice! The invoice had only 40.80 euros on it. We asked the waiter why were we shown 42.80 on the card payment machine and he said "It's the tip for staff"! He did not ask us or inform us but silently added it on the card payment machine. This is unethical! To summarise: The waiter added the tip amount of 2 euros in the final bill without asking or informing us. This is unethical practice. We did not escalate the issue since it was just 2 euros. But I wonder if they do this to how many other customers everyday.

Were there for lunch and can only strongly discourage anyone from going there - the food was impossible, dried gristly meat that wasn't edible and sushi that wasn't. So you could rather spend your money on fast food than here. Warning to everyone.

The buffet is varied and it tastes good. Although there is a terrace outside, there is no service there, and that in midsummer. It's a shame.
