We had a good meal here. However, a smile from the waitress would be better, because friendliness gets you further in life. Otherwise we would be happy to come back. Were here again to eat and it would be ok too. However, we wanted to have a free table that seemed more comfortable to us but we were refused on the grounds that it was reserved. After an hour, the waiters sat down at the table to pack chopsticks 🥢 for the meal. We didn't think that was so good, normally the guest is the king.

There is no changing facility! We then had to change our baby in the stroller in the narrow hallway to the toilet. I find this impossible and very unfriendly to children. It should be available in EVERY restaurant and the staff wasn't helpful either. A waiter just said to us that we could ask the neighboring restaurant if there was an option there.

Food is okay, nothing special when it comes to the choice of food, except for the live cooking. Constantly crowded and loud. You feel like you're at a train station. The service staff talk across tables, which can be very disturbing. No music is played and would not be understandable in the noisy environment. The price is also relatively expensive - especially the non-alcoholic drinks.

Nice place, delicious food but the work isn't nice at all and some of the spoons don't even wash properly. Last time we tipped €5 and they asked why not €10. I'll never go there again

The food is just average and not worth the money , and the service is so bad. The empty plates of four people just left on the table not collected and when I asked the waiter to collect them he was so rude.

Be careful, you should have the invoice clearly shown to you and check it! Went there with a friend the evening before yesterday for the all-you-can-eat buffet. The drinks are noticeably expensive, but oh well... The food was ok but nothing special. It just suggests a large selection that isn't really there when you take a closer look. What struck us when we were looking for clear information was that the price for the buffet was nowhere stated. But there are signs everywhere saying that King Wok would give you a “€10 fine” if you “waste food”. Sounded reasonable to us at first, because we were thinking of people who pile their plates full and then hardly eat any of it. My friend left 2 pieces in the dough coating on the plate, which turned out to be pure fat (!). The invoice was electronic and only the total was visible, so we didn't notice it immediately: we had been charged an extra €10. This was the first and last visit for us to King Wok. Better a serious restaurant.

We were supposed to pay €24 per person, we gave him €25 and didn't get any change, he just walked away in silence. You feel like you're constantly being watched and the staff is very unfriendly. I can't recommend it.

Very nice Sushi 🍣 Buffet. There is a huge range of sushi's , veggies, fritters, fruits, to have. The quality of sushi's is good for an all-you can eat- Buffet.I tried the afternoon menu which includes at least 6-7 different types of Sushi's, like maki maki (Lachs/Paprika), inside - out rolls, but NOT Nigiri Sushi. PS: Nigiri Sushi is not available for afternoon menu. There are grapes, Kiwi, and other fruits to choose from as well. Fried fritters such as Chicken breast fried, fish, potatoes, pommes are available too. For Sushi's the rice - fish ratio is odd. There is very less fish and more rice in sushi. Overall , its definitely worth 13,90€. ALSO : CARD PAYMENT ONLY ABOVE 20€ ORDERS so keep cash handy when you go there.

That was the last time...24 euros per plate now...as a family with 3 big children it stops now.

I was invited there for a birthday dinner. The sour/spicy soup was very tasty. There is a very large selection.

Beware! Warnung! Be careful and check your invoice before making the payment! Food was okay, but we had a very weird experience. After we finished eating, we informed the waiter that we'd like to pay by card. The waiter showed us the amount of 42.80 euros on the card payment machine without saying anything. Thinking that this is the food + drink amount, we added some tip on top of it, and paid it with card and asked for the invoice. We were surprised when we saw the invoice! The invoice had only 40.80 euros on it. We asked the waiter why were we shown 42.80 on the card payment machine and he said "It's the tip for staff"! He did not ask us or inform us but silently added it on the card payment machine. This is unethical! To summarise: The waiter added the tip amount of 2 euros in the final bill without asking or informing us. This is unethical practice. We did not escalate the issue since it was just 2 euros. But I wonder if they do this to how many other customers everyday.

We had an employee named Wu who was in his thirties and we gave him 25 euros even though the bill was 23 euros. He asked if he could tip 2 euros. It's a shame I don't want people like that in the restaurant.

Were there for lunch and can only strongly discourage anyone from going there - the food was impossible, dried gristly meat that wasn't edible and sushi that wasn't. So you could rather spend your money on fast food than here. Warning to everyone.

The buffet is varied and it tastes good. Although there is a terrace outside, there is no service there, and that in midsummer. It's a shame.

I've been coming there for a good 8 years, everyone is always very friendly, you can even have a quick chat with people, the food has always been great. Super clean all you can eat restaurant. Top value for money and extremely delicious food. I think it's completely okay that you have to pay fines for overly full plates that you don't finish. The food is absolutely fresh. Small drawback, some of the shrimp were not peeled properly, so even though I had already bitten off half of them, I still had bowl in my mouth. The service is very friendly and quick, sometimes so quick that you could describe it as hectic. Otherwise, all in all a great restaurant where you can eat as much as you want for 2 hours. Always my pleasure.

My friend got a dishwashing net in her food, when they were shown this they simply changed the dishes without an apology. They always ask for tips as if they are begging on the street. Beware of fraud, waiters simply calculate hidden twists! Please check your invoices beforehand. We went to the lunch buffet on September 7th, 2024 with 3 adults and 2 children. As always, the food was fresh and tasty, but the conditions were rather unfriendly and annoying. But until then everything was fine. When it came to paying, I said please pay by card and a real invoice. The waiter, totally frustrated, went and got the card payment machine. When he came back he asked very rudely how much could it be? And I mean please settle the invoice amount. I paid the bill of around €120 and gave him a tip of €10.00 on his hand. He gave me the payment receipt and asked if that was enough. When I asked for a real bill, he went back annoyed and brought me the bill. When I checked this, I found that the waiter had simply booked and billed a third child for €4.50. When I confronted him, he denied any guilt and said that it was all right. I had no chance of getting the money back. I didn't feel like going to the police because the whole family was there. Apparently it's a scam because I'm not an isolated case. The waiter was very rude at the entrance when we said we had reserved and he replied with "no reservations". He took the drink order and for the rest of the evening it was very difficult to reach him to order new drinks. At some point we were fortunate to be able to ask another employee for new drinks. At the end when we were paying he asked how we wanted to pay and asked if we wanted to pay the amount as is. We didn't tip, were then asked in a rude tone if there was anything (after payment?) and when we got up he said something in his native language before walking away with a wave of his arm. Very unprofessional and he should be happy that we didn't understand him. (Still, you don't do that. You think about your part and it's fine.) All in all, the buffet, the ambience and the rest of the staff were very good.

We've been there for a long time, and the buffet now costs €6 more than it did back then. But I remember the taste better from back then, it must have deteriorated massively and everything tasted a bit tasteless. Even the meat from the grill was absolutely not nice. Here only checkout is done. It's loud and stuffy too.

The food has gotten worse and the staff is ripping off the guests. They charged 45 euros for 2 water, 1 colla, 1 apple juice and 1 sprite. People check your bills.

What did I expect. It was my fault. Again germanized “Chinese”(I’m not sure even they were Chinese) food. The overeating problem of mine, when it is all you can eat + disappointingly not good. (Want fill value of money with quantity, when quality sucks)

Have very tasty European Asian dishes. Quite a large selection of Asian food. Unfortunately, the service here is relatively flat since it is a self-service Asian snack bar. But you put a lot of effort into your dishes. Highly recommended. Unfortunately only, once again, in the former East Berlin. Unfortunately, Neukölln falls very flat. Since it is firmly in Turkish Arab hands. 😁😉😔😏👍💯 OK, 13 euros 75 or so, but an all you can eat buffet. True to the motto, eat your fill, but with quality. Will probably think of it again soon. 😁😁

Just been there yesterday. Aug 9, 2024 Food has always tasted old and stale for months. Table wasn't clean. Service leaves a lot to be desired, used plates are ignored and left standing as best as possible. Clearance was only done upon request!! We wanted to pay separately by card, which we mentioned immediately!! My colleague had to pay €22 and paid the waiter €25 with a card! So she paid the tip for OUR TABLE, which for me was completely out of place here because of the lack of “service”. I had to pay €18.20 and only wanted to pay that, when I wanted to put my card on the waiter pulled the device away and said that I was only allowed to pay from €20 onwards! So I was NEEDED to give a tip (unfortunately I didn't have any cash with me)!!! Nowhere in the restaurant does it say that you can only pay with a card for a certain amount, nowhere!! And getting a €5 tip like that is just absolutely outrageous and I will definitely never support it again. It's absolutely not worth a visit anymore and I'll pass that on to everyone around me!!!!!

That's a glowing review for an Asian restaurant that appears to offer a distinct dining experience. I particularly liked the mention of fresh raw fish and calamari, which are prepared right in front of the guests, as well as the large selection at the buffet. My full score and the positive recommendation shows that I find the restaurant to be something special and that I like it would like to recommend to others. The price of €24 for the buffet is fully justified.

The food is great and very diverse. There is something for every taste. Delicious to prepare.

Unfortunately no air conditioning and toilets unclean... But food is good. There could be improvements. For example, eat no glutamate, no sugar and no sodium chloride and sodium salt containing fluoride. There is no need for flavor enhancers, if you can cook it tastes good without chemicals. Sea salt, ancient salt and crystalline salt are not necessarily much more expensive but are 1000 percent healthier. Unfortunately, the ice cream is not always properly cooled and there is no yoghurt ice cream or sugar-free ice cream. There are healthier alternatives that are sweet: coconut blossom sugar, Zilith, stevia leaves, sugar-free honey. Bon appetit 😘

A joke. As soon as you get there, around 2:30 p.m., you are told in a anything but friendly manner to shift your conversation and go to the buffet because the food program is changing at 4 p.m. Are you still ticking correctly? The sound makes the music. To eat... weak, quite tasteless and the duck is older and drier than coal, sour spicy soup stretched ad absurdum with water. The soft ice cream and fruit were ok. It was an extraordinary experience! We celebrated a birthday in this restaurant, which surprised us with its hospitality. What was special about it was that we were allowed to bring our home-baked cake - a personal touch that is not welcome everywhere. The highlight of the evening was when the restaurant staff played "Happy Birthday" for us, which created a wonderful atmosphere. To top it all off, the restaurant even surprised the birthday child with a gift. These special gestures went far beyond the usual service and made the evening an unforgettable experience. It was really impressive how the restaurant made the celebration so special.

Today we spontaneously went to the lunch buffet. Without a reservation we were probably lucky to get a spot. There were a lot of customers there. The selection and quality of the food was great and varied! We were thrilled! The only small negative: it was very warm inside. But when the window was opened, it became more pleasant. Price/performance completely ok. Toilets and everything else was clean! The employees always cleaned up quickly, wiped down and kept things tidy. Unfortunately we live far away. But the next time we visit Berlin, we'll come back!

I was there with a few friends for Men's Day. We took a buffet with a grill. To be honest, it was delicious and easy to choose from, although you can't eat everything, just really well made and tasty. Will definitely come back....for the price with grilling, i.e. the food is grilled for you with the sauce of your choice...simply the classic.... Try it yourself and enjoy...

An interesting place with good Asian cuisine, the most important thing is the buffet. This is my first establishment of this type. 15 euros on weekdays, 20 on weekends, and you can eat as much as you want. On weekends the menu is much wider and richer. My brother and I finish 2 full plates of various foods and 2 plates of desserts. The food is very tasty, I recommend it to anyone who hasn't been yet.

I go there very often with friends or family, very good selection, very nice, considerate staff. I will eat there again and again. I don't understand what some people are complaining about here, there are obviously also very rude, arrogant guests.

Asian snack food in restaurant attire... canteen atmosphere with massively unfriendly, inattentive waiters. They prefer to talk loudly on the phone directly behind the guest or stare at their cell phone in the middle of the hallway so that you can't pass by. The choice of food is very sad.

We went to King Wok for lunch on Sunday. Without a reservation we got a nice table for 3 people. The drinks order was taken very quickly. The cocktails were delicious and also beautiful to look at. There really is something for every taste at the buffet. From fries and nuggets for the children who don't like Asian, to sushi and various meat dishes. We had a bit of almost everything and it tasted very good. Only the sushi wasn't quite to our taste. It was dry and bland. But soy sauce saves everything. Every child's heart beats faster at the dessert buffet. There was a chocolate fountain with marshmallows, fresh fruit, a variety of cakes, ice cream and Jell-O.

As always, a wide selection, from starters to dessert, freshly prepared and delicious.

Unfortunately it's very loud and you're forced to pay for the live grill buffet even though you don't want to use it.

Very clean, we got 3 seats even without an order. The dishes were cleared from the table very quickly, so that you always found a clean place when you got something new to try. Unfortunately nothing special anymore. Years ago they were pretty good and a real alternative to all those huge Far East temples in and around Berlin, especially if you came there as a group. Nowadays, however, everything tastes the same and the grill buffet has clearly lost some of its charm. It's great that you can also try rare types of meat such as shark or ostrich, but the meat is grilled so dead that everything tastes the same here. The sushi is supposed to be edible (never tried it personally), but every small Chinese or even Japanese restaurant is supposed to do it worlds better. Conclusion for me: after probably a total of 30 visits, I will now look for other alternatives...

I had a lunch buffet with my girlfriend... at first glance everything was ok. However, the sushi is simply fake. It tastes like paper and wasabi sauce is mustard powder with green color and water. The rice from the sushi was completely tasteless, no vinegar, sugar as it should be present in the rice. What's more, it's rice pudding instead of sushi rice. I've seen people fill a whole plate of it lol. My friend grabbed 4 pieces and we had to force it in because of a fine >_< Some things were just plain bad. Baked banana was simply green and tasteless. The highlight came later on the toilet at night. Diarrhea and cramps for the next 3 days. Thanks again, now I know why I haven't been there for the last 4 years and I'm now wondering why I went to eat in an Asian canteen. never again

This was our second visit to the restaurant today and there was an excellent selection on the buffet. There was constant readjustment and cleaning. The staff was quick and friendly.
