A very nice, large all-you-can-eat restaurant with lunch specials and an evening grill. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the price increase has hit here too, so visits to the restaurant are limited to two hours. As a result, we don't come as often anymore. The place is clean and comfortably furnished. There's always something for the kids, from fries to ice cream. I recommend making a reservation for the evening grill. The tram and S-Bahn station are right outside the door and easy to reach with a stroller or wheelchair. There are plenty of parking spaces at the back. Best regards.

The price/performance ratio isn't right! MSG says hello! There's nothing wrong with the food and the wide selection, but the food was heavily loaded with MSG, so I was stuffed and incredibly thirsty after just a few bites. For the price of €31.00 per person, I would have expected better quality and fairness.

A very large Asian buffet in Marzahn. There's a huge selection here. If you come in the evening, in addition to the ready-made dishes, there's also a buffet with raw ingredients from which you can put together something individually and then have it prepared. There's a large selection of fish, meat, vegetables, and sauces. Sounds cool, but the preparation is a bit uninspired. Basically, everything is fried on a griddle and then sauce is poured over it. I just felt it lacked a bit of flair. There wasn't really a selection of herbs or chilies to give the dish a kick. The rest of the buffet has everything you can imagine – from sushi to Chinese dishes, to chicken nuggets to a chocolate fountain. The food is quite good, but really nothing special. The focus here is on "all you can eat" – and that's clearly the attraction. The service is designed for mass processing (it's hard to find a waiter, and even if there is one, they don't take much time), and you shouldn't come here just for the ambiance. If you're in the mood for an Asian buffet and you're really hungry, then go for it.

We went to the grill in the evening, the raw seafood and meat are delicious but they don't have lemons, the chef who cooks the grill has lemon sauce which they add very little of. Basically everything is good and tasty.

We've been visiting this restaurant for many years and have always been very satisfied – the food is excellent, the ambiance pleasant, albeit sometimes a bit crowded. We've always appreciated this Asian restaurant for its good value: a wide selection, fair prices, and reasonable drink prices. But on our last visit with a group, we were disappointed. When paying by card, I noticed that the amount was unusually high and noticeably round. Upon inquiry, we received the bill and discovered that, without our knowledge, a tip had been added directly to the total, even though we had already tipped in cash. Upon inquiry, the server confirmed that the tip was "rounded down" and added automatically – supposedly this is standard practice. This was new and not transparent to us. We also noticed that the prices have risen significantly: a glass of white wine now costs €7, and a 0.4l beer €5 – this no longer corresponds to the price level you'd expect from an Asian restaurant. This is a significant increase. In Germany, tips are a voluntary contribution from the guest (Section 107, Paragraph 3 of the German Trade Regulation Act) and may not be added automatically or without consent. In such a case, one could even have demanded the money back or, in an emergency, called the police – legally, we would certainly have been in the right. But with a group of people and children, you don't want to spoil the atmosphere or spoil the evening. After this procedure, we will carefully consider whether we even want to eat there again in the future.

The Kin Wok is really nice and the food is really delicious

I was at this restaurant this evening 25.07.2025. The treatment I got from the waiters was very bad. Firstly, I was asked to pay 35€ alone while the normal amount per person is 23.90€ Then when I was about to leave I told the waiter to give me a receipt and the amount written on the receipt was 23.90€ while I paid 35€😡 This is the second time I have been to this restaurant and the bad experience is unbelievable. The food quality itself is a mess.

Good transport links and free parking for several hours. The 3-hour lunch/afternoon buffet for €14 per person is truly excellent. Fast service, a soft-serve ice cream machine, and the standard 5-star rating. However, if you often go to another Player near Ostkreuz, you're probably overindulged. It's gotten quite worse. I used to go there once a week, and I actually really liked it. Now the quality has declined considerably, and the friendliness has diminished considerably. It's no longer my local.

The three of us were seated by one waiter. Two minutes later, other guests were standing next to our table, thinking it was theirs. It can happen. Food poisoning I was there with my family, and one of us vomited right there on the spot. I got severe food poisoning the next day, and my two other family members were sick for over a week. The quality was, above all, a joke; they obviously used rice pudding instead of sushi rice for the sushi. The meat was rubbery; eating rice tastes much better. We only put the grilled food on the stove for a short time, and usually there are sauces and other things from other guests on the grill. I'm relatively sure it was the mussels that poisoned us; the refrigeration there wasn't enough by miles. Nothing they offered had any quality or taste. Please save yourself the trouble of eating there. I'm going out on a limb and also claiming that reviews here are certainly bought.

The quality of the food was not good, it said fish but there was nothing inside. There wasn't even a single shrimp or fish bone.The service was very bad. One of the waiters spoke very rudely.We spoke in our language but he turned it into a nasty argument. Very bad experience.

I can't agree with the negative reviews. We were there for lunch today as a large group, but had reserved a table for 20 people. The buffet had a very good selection; there was something for everyone. Sushi, delicious soup, and many meat dishes. Plus a variety of vegetables and fruit, as well as sweet desserts. All in all, a very good selection for a very reasonable price of €13.90. So, for anyone complaining, I can't say enough good things about it. Very friendly and attentive staff, a good selection of drinks, and plenty of seating. You'll have to look carefully for parking, but you'll always find somewhere. The food is relatively normal but I suspect that not everything was fresh And I really didn't like that the waiter didn't give me my change back (the bill was 80€ and I paid 100€) and when I said that they didn't give me my money back the waiter responded quite violently that it was my problem that I was counting incorrectly

Great food and a wide variety. We were all able to find something on the menu and, after a short wait, were able to enjoy our ordered drinks. The various dishes were served almost simultaneously (with six people, it was logistically impossible to deliver all the food at once), and we were all full and enjoyed our meals. We would be happy to come back.

Not recommended; the food was beautifully presented but tasteless. The baked meat was very, very fatty. The spicy and sour soup was the best. The fruit was old and spoiled. €14 for the buffet was too expensive. You can get better food at any cheap Chinese takeaway on the street. Never again KingWok.

Awesome buffet – sushi 🍱, baked goods, freshly grilled food, fruit, vegetables – super fresh! Two huge chocolate fountains – for those who love chocolate – and delicious ice cream! A real event! Definitely worth it! A little tip: make sure you bring an empty stomach, as there's an incredibly great and diverse selection! Have fun 😉!

When we asked if that was standard, they said it was on the menu. Upon closer inspection, they said it was written in very small letters: "All you can eat for two hours." As for the food, we all had stomach aches afterward and personally didn't like it. For over €23, we expected more... We won't recommend it and won't be coming back. Well, the service: we were there at 5:25 p.m. and were immediately asked what we wanted to drink. The next time, the question about drinks came at 7:10 p.m. and they told us to pay at 7:25 p.m.

After many visits (over 2 years) Let's start with the bad, since this is only one thing: There are often longer waiting times at the buffet because it feels like all the guests want to fill their plates from the buffet at the same time at the same counter. But now to all the positive things, which is what my rating is based on! Despite the size of the restaurant, the service staff is quick and very polite. It doesn't take long until the drinks are on the table. The buffet is very extensive and offers something for everyone. No matter whether spicy or mild food, from pork and beef to fish and tofu. Everything is available and therefore also suitable for vegetarians! What particularly appealed to me was the live buffet. You take a plate, put raw meat on it, take it to the kitchen and choose a sauce to go with it and, if you're funny, it will be prepared right in front of you. But as already mentioned, you have to expect waiting times and that's why the selected plate is then delivered to the table. Overall, I'm really impressed with King Wok and will love eating there again and again😸

The buffet is rich. Of course Asian in European. Most of it tastes tasteless. It's a shame about all the specialties! Drinks are also a special focus here. They probably make most of the sales. There is sufficient staff available. They are also very friendly and quick! A lot of effort goes into grilling/fried food etc. in the kitchen. The plates seemed smaller than the last time we visited, which was a long time ago. From that point of view, there is no ambience. Many people like to celebrate their birthday or something else there. The location is very clean! The evening was good despite the bad food. I won't go there anymore. I had already been to all the buffet restaurants in Berlin, but unfortunately nowhere except King Wok had I had such a taste experience as I did here. We were there on Saturday at 2 p.m. for the all you can eat buffet. The food was surprisingly good. But the atmosphere was like a large cafeteria. Very loud and restless. Luckily, after 3 p.m. things became even quieter.

Die Arbeiter kamen um 18:40 Uhr zu uns und sagten uns, dass wir um 18:50 Uhr gehen müssten. wir waren schockiert! weil wir getäuscht wurden! Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle in 10 Minuten gehen. Unser Baby ist gerade aufgewacht und hat angefangen zu essen. Das hungrige und weinende Kind musste weggebracht werden. Meinem kleinen Kind wurde gesagt, es solle gehen! Ist es angenehm, Frauen und Kinder zu täuschen, die zum ersten Mal hier sind? Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir einfach getäuscht und um unser Geld betrogen wurden. Ich war enttäuscht! Wir hatten eine Informationsbroschüre und sie lag da. Information, dass der Grill am Wochenende von 17:00 to 22:00 Uhr geöffnet ist. Es gab keine Informationen über zweistündiges Gehen ohne Sitzen. The Mongolian buffet is honestly recommended. Nothing to complain about. The only drawback are the women's toilets. Men's toilets are probably ok.
