The staff were nice and friendly, but the track itself is a bit dated. There were plenty of balls available, and they were still fairly round.

Older bowling alley. The computer screens on lanes 11 and 12 crashed frequently, which was annoying! Service was quick and friendly. Drink prices were also okay. But I don't need to go there again.

A very nice atmosphere! The food was excellent and very reasonably priced! A big thank you to the truly fantastic waiters! Always friendly and always available :-) The bowling alley was also very nice. What I also really appreciated was the smoking area/room. This way, even if you have smokers with you, you can keep bowling without interruption, since you can see when it's your turn from the smoking area. The waiters there were also very good!

Five stars for the atmosphere, it's still super fun here, but the savings offer leaves much to be desired. It was definitely better 15 years ago. Now we have to eat dry ribs.

The brunch was very varied, offering everything from vegan options to a hot lunch, and the transition to bowling was seamless, all thanks to the friendly staff. Thank you! I will gladly spend my birthday and other days there again and again.

We didn't go bowling, but we ate at the hotel. Chinese food. However, the quality has declined.

The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. The seats, and especially the areas under the tables, aren't cleaned when people leave the lane. Disgusting, especially considering the prices. The lane has probably never been resurfaced since the bowling alley opened. It should be level, but that's a misconception; halfway down, the ball just veers off course. Absolutely insane. And it happens constantly. The balls are just as bad. Round ones would be nice. So many of them have such bad skew that it makes your head spin just looking at them. You tell the staff, and nobody cares. I absolutely advise against going to this "bowling alley." NEVER AGAIN

We enjoyed the bowling, especially our daughter. Excellent value for money. Afterwards, we ate at the diner. (1 p.m.) Unfortunately, they deducted two stars. We had two Scoopy Burgers and one Original BBQ Spare Ribs. Both burgers had cold ribs. The portion size was good for the price. I was disappointed with the spare ribs. For an American restaurant, I expected more flavor. The ribs were soft, but lacked a bit of punch. They could have had more of a BBQ flavor. To me, they were also rather gray in color. I had the feeling they were from the day before. The coleslaw salad was maybe a forkful, nothing more. The service was very friendly.

There are special rides for children; we'd love to come back.

The service is completely overwhelmed, we are now waiting for over an hour for the food, we could not order any drinks in this time, never again

A day at a bowling alley was a truly bad experience for me, as a family member was discriminated against and treated with disrespect. A receptionist named S was extremely rude to my relative. Why? Because he/she is a foreigner? There was no friendliness at all, just very unpleasant replies accompanied by a condescending attitude. In my opinion, an environment like a restaurant or bowling alley should employ staff who always greet customers with a smile and kindness. Finally, I would like to inform Ms. S that she lives off the money we bring in as customers. Sincerely, and we will certainly never return.

The tracks and the surrounding equipment are quite old and worn...for the price, one would expect them to be in better condition...the team is friendly and accommodating...please ensure that they are brought back into better condition.

So far, it's been good. A bit too much alcohol-related games, but otherwise, it's good.

Bowling itself is great 🏋️‍♀️ clean, everyone is super nice, friendly, polite, we really had a lot of fun with our child!!! But the fact that lunch isn't served until 2 p.m. is completely incomprehensible, not even a small menu for dessert or fries, that would be great for the kismet, adults too! We were all really hungry, it was lunchtime and at least there were snacks, the lanes were all full, so even the tables next to us families all wanted to eat the famous burgers! Please think about whether you should offer a small food menu from 12 p.m.

It’s impossible to leave a positive review for a place that displays the flag of the russia — the state that launched a brutal war against Ukraine, killing civilians, destroying cities, and violating international law every day. Displaying this flag in Berlin is not just a decoration, it’s a political statement supporting the aggressor. This is unacceptable.

Bad treatment because we are foreigners, horrible music, they do this even though we pay, it's disgusting, disgusting, disgusting, I can never recommend it, especially not for foreigners.

First of all, great service. Super friendly. Even under the extreme stress yesterday, always very nice. Thanks for that. The lane, however, was completely worn out. Poorly oiled, sometimes dull, the ball had many edges, massive wear on the launch line, often making it impossible to "slide in" but getting stuck. The chef was probably alone; otherwise, I can't explain the carelessly cold cheese sauce with the nachos for €7.20... A handful of nachos (maybe 1.5 handfuls). The snack basket for €6 was plentiful. The drinks were okay. Priced reasonably well. We prefer more modern and better-maintained lanes, so we won't be coming back. Which is a shame for the staff, because they're really great. Thanks to the team.

We were very disappointed with our visit to this bowling club. It's dirty, the lanes are sticky, the balls are greasy, and the shoes are simply disgusting. The staff are rude and condescending, as if you were disturbing them with your presence. The room has an unpleasant, musty smell—it seems like it hasn't been aired in a long time. And worst of all, they openly show support for an aggressive regime, which is absolutely unacceptable in 2025. I honestly can't recommend this place to anyone. There are many better ways to spend a pleasant evening—without feeling disgusted.

Actually a really good bowling alley, especially in the evening with the lighting it's really cool. My taste in music isn't my thing - mostly pop music - but that's okay. I've been there three times in the last three years and the food was great the first two years; I was a vegetarian back then. This year I came as a vegan and I was really disappointed. There were two vegan burgers on the menu, but my burger was served with fries and non-vegan mayo and cow slaw? What's the point? Please improve! ;) The burger itself was tasty.

Lane 13 is great. We'll be back 😅 The food was good too. Only the time it took to order drinks could be improved. And please clean the bowling balls! You felt like washing your hands after every use. We went back. The balls were dirtier than before. What a shame!!

We reserved a lane for the five of us and had a blast. Registration went very quickly. Our shoes were clean and handed over to us promptly. The waitress was very friendly and took our order very quickly, and the drinks were ready shortly afterward. We got a small snack platter. Other dishes ordered at the other lanes looked very good. We had a lovely evening and would love to come back. We would recommend you to others.

I really can't recommend the American Bowl. The food arrived after 1:30 hours despite repeated requests. The food was also very greasy.

Saturday afternoon very crowded, but still enough space. Mostly kids and young people. Lots of different sized balls to choose from, technology was easy to use. Bahn forgives few mistakes and strikes are difficult to achieve. Costs for using the train are okay (per game), drinks and food are quite steep. But shakes were very tasty. We had a lovely afternoon.

We had dinner there today for Mother's Day. Everyone was very friendly – ​​my mother was even congratulated and given a glass of champagne. The food was great, especially the brownies with vanilla ice cream were really tasty.

We were only here to eat but it was really good and inexpensive... and everyone is super friendly and we'll be happy to come back 👍

I'd love to come back to drink Aperol, but the trains and the food are subpar. The tracks are far too dry, so the results were sobering. As a result, there was no real atmosphere for party bowling (which, by the way, could also be observed at the other lanes). There are much better bowling facilities there. Unfortunately, the currywurst had nothing to do with curry. The second star goes to the music selection. We're definitely not coming back.

Our visit to the American Bowl was okay overall, but had a few weaknesses. The bowling alleys are getting a bit old and could use some modernization. The technology worked, but everything seemed a bit worn out. The atmosphere was quite lively as there were many families with children there. Basically, it's great that the place is used for children's birthday parties, but our group was placed in the middle of several celebrations. This made it a bit chaotic at times as children often ran back and forth between the lanes. It seemed quieter further back in the bowling center, which made us wonder why our placement was chosen that way - especially since our reservation had already been in the system for two weeks. Reservations are definitely necessary here as it was very busy. If you want to bowl in a relaxed manner, you should think carefully about when you come, as it tends to get busy at peak times. Perhaps clearer areas for family gatherings and regular guests would be a good idea to ensure everyone has the best experience. The service was friendly and attentive, although quite demanding due to the large crowds. This meant there were longer waiting times for drinks and snacks. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, but we would try to choose a quieter time next time. For families with children, it's certainly a nice way to spend a fun afternoon bowling, but if you like something a little more relaxed, you should find out in advance when it's not quite so crowded.

Wish they had more food types, other than just American

We had a great evening at the American Bowl Berlin! The bowling hall is simply fantastic - modern, well equipped and with a great atmosphere. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection of food and drinks, and the prices are super fair. There is also cool music playing that creates the perfect atmosphere. Everything was also very clean and well-kept, which significantly increased the feel-good factor. Absolutely recommended for a relaxed and entertaining evening. We'll definitely be back!

Here you can really party with friends and work up a sweat. The service is always friendly and the cuisine is sometimes a change. We enjoy going there regularly! 👍

If you want to spend a pleasant evening bowling, this is the right place for you. Everything you need is on offer. If the balls are too heavy for you, go to the cinema.

Been there again for bowling and eating in a long time. Employees very nice and hardworking. Bowling balls need to be replaced, especially the light balls are pretty broken. Drinks such as cocktails and coffee specialties taste good. It was really crowded for dinner on Saturday, we were told that the waiting time was 45 minutes... then it became 60. The duck leg was very tasty, burgers were okay but nothing special. The grill plate was also rather mediocre. Maybe it was because the kitchen was so busy.

Bowling alley is okay, service too. But the place at the beginning smells like old grease and since you have to go through it, you forget it. Even eating something there afterwards doesn't seem pleasant to me because of the smell.

Unsatisfied! We wanted to eat a burger and it took forever until a waitress noticed us and took the order. Then it took another quarter of an hour until the drinks finally came. We were told that the meal would take at least another half hour. Not from the time the order was placed, but from now, as we were told when we asked. Since we wanted to go to the cinema afterwards, we didn't have time, as we had already been in the restaurant for three quarters of an hour, so we ordered the food. If you think that the drinks that we wanted to drink with dinner were given away as a gesture of goodwill - none of that - we were of course allowed to pay for them. So we went to the cinema, almost twenty euros poorer but hungry. My last visit here!

The worst service in the world. You can notice this just from a telephone contact. I would rather contact an official authority. They tend to be friendlier. You don't feel like a customer here.

Fun factor with sauna infusions. Great bowling center unfortunately very poor ventilation, NO air condition. Heat protection concept?! Pleasant temperatures in autumn and winter, but as soon as it gets warmer you immediately sweat We were also told every time that the free WiFi was “not working at the moment”. We've been there 4 times within a year but the last time it was just too hot (too much of a good thing) in the evening in August at 10 p.m. it felt like 30 degrees in there. This meant we had to drink a lot (anti-alcohol) which was reflected on the drinks bill. Somehow it seemed kosher to me

Bowling alley and prices are okay so far. But what constantly bothers me is the minimal service staff on site. When you play bowling you naturally want to have something to drink or eat while you're at it - we increasingly enjoyed playing there often. You are initially assigned the train and a service person is immediately there to take the orders. After that you either don't see anyone or you have to wait a maximum of 45 minutes for your next order plus 20 minutes for delivery! I know you don't really earn anything from the service and drinks because the money is bubbling up because of the trains. But hey, the service has really gone down!

I'm already a regular customer. The extra party evenings with game rounds where you are a team and can win a round of schnapps together are wonderful:)
