American Bowl Berlin in Berlin

For those who come to bowling or for lovers of American cuisine, the place is normal. I came here to eat and was not happy. But that's my taste. This is too fatty food for me. And the place is good.

We had a lovely, fun evening. Great music...one star less because it took quite a long time at the beginning for the drinks to arrive. But it got better as the evening went on.

Great bowling alleys, great restaurants. Burger day. Service perfect. Always a great experience. Also very suitable for children's birthday parties. Family friendly.

Unsatisfied! We wanted to eat a burger and it took forever until a waitress noticed us and took the order. Then it took another quarter of an hour until the drinks finally came. We were told that the meal would take at least another half hour. Not from the time the order was placed, but from now, as we were told when we asked. Since we wanted to go to the cinema afterwards, we didn't have time, as we had already been in the restaurant for three quarters of an hour, so we ordered the food. If you think that the drinks that we wanted to drink with dinner were given away as a gesture of goodwill - none of that - we were of course allowed to pay for them. So we went to the cinema, almost twenty euros poorer but hungry. My last visit here!

The food we ordered was very good and the game that followed was very entertaining

The worst service in the world. You can notice this just from a telephone contact. I would rather contact an official authority. They tend to be friendlier. You don't feel like a customer here.

The spare ribs there are very tasty

Nice atmosphere there are drinks and you can bowl. There are actually no problems 🙂

Fun factor with sauna infusions. Great bowling center unfortunately very poor ventilation, NO air condition. Heat protection concept?! Pleasant temperatures in autumn and winter, but as soon as it gets warmer you immediately sweat We were also told every time that the free WiFi was “not working at the moment”. We've been there 4 times within a year but the last time it was just too hot (too much of a good thing) in the evening in August at 10 p.m. it felt like 30 degrees in there. This meant we had to drink a lot (anti-alcohol) which was reflected on the drinks bill. Somehow it seemed kosher to me

Due to a lack of staff, the entire menu could not be offered. But the service employee was very nice. We then left.

Invitingly laid out and equipped. The staff is very friendly and competent. I can recommend a visit here.

Bowling alley and prices are okay so far. But what constantly bothers me is the minimal service staff on site. When you play bowling you naturally want to have something to drink or eat while you're at it - we increasingly enjoyed playing there often. You are initially assigned the train and a service person is immediately there to take the orders. After that you either don't see anyone or you have to wait a maximum of 45 minutes for your next order plus 20 minutes for delivery! I know you don't really earn anything from the service and drinks because the money is bubbling up because of the trains. But hey, the service has really gone down!

I'm already a regular customer. The extra party evenings with game rounds where you are a team and can win a round of schnapps together are wonderful:)

Friendly staff, fast service. The lanes and bowling balls weren't brand new, but OK. Repairs were carried out promptly. Food was good. Currently adjusted “normal” prices.

We spent our children's birthday party here and were completely satisfied. It was quite crowded, but you could only tell because of the volume. We had a smooth process ourselves, without long waiting times. Gladly again.

At the entrance to this institution, various flags hang next to it, including Russian and Ukrainian. This is unacceptable to say the least.

It's fun to bowl there and there are nice attractions for birthday children

We were able to celebrate our birthdays here twice. The children had fun and everything went great. Everyone was super nice and tried very hard. Thanks to the entire team

Nice bowling alley and good food.

The first time I ordered beer and ribs, the ribs were not tasty. The second time I came in just to drink coffee. 40 minutes before the establishment closed, they didn’t let us in for coffee, kicked us out of the table, and didn’t allow us to stay at the bar, although other people were sitting quietly and chatting at the tables. With this attitude towards customers, I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment

The food wasn't warm. The service was arrogant. When you pay, just keep the remaining money. I didn't want to tip 3 euros

The worst spare ribs I've ever had. Lovely and dry, meat quality is poor. Was told to the kitchen but wasn't really interested. The cook probably doesn't feel like it anymore! Service was very nice.. But that was it. Not recommended if you want to eat..

So first of all, bowling is fun there, music was great, buffet was simple but good. The only thing that spoiled the evening was the heat in the bowling room. It was so hot and the air was so stuffy, even with ceiling fans. That's just not fun. The buffet we ordered included potato wedges, spare ribs, chicken, wraps, pancakes, cheese noodles, fried green beans, coleslaw and dips. Everything tasted good and what was really great was that containers and bags were provided at the end so that you could take the leftover food home with you. Really well thought out. The waiters didn't have an easy time with our group (25 people), but they handled it brilliantly. Thanks.

Great location with lots of lanes, when all lanes are full there are a bit few balls available. But it's good and everyone is nice.

Very friendly staff. The man at the bar is always in a good mood. The chicken wings are always delicious too. ;-)

We stayed here for 2 hours on Friday with a voucher. The staff here is super nice and we felt very comfortable. My husband was still hungry and ordered a Hawaiian burger and it was really good. The bread is not flabby but crispy and the fries are really good. After a while the lights went out and the music came on, the tracks and balls were illuminated with neon, disco music was played. We had a great 2 hours and would love to come back again and again.

Bowling alley and bar area are definitely worth a visit.

Food was horrible we had the buffet and choices were limited. The salad was dirty, tasted sand and after taking a closer look we saw an insect aswell. Furthermore the dessert was discusting and i could not finish my meal.

Very full, there was a great atmosphere at the hit event, the service was very quick and friendly, the price was ok. There is a toilet, but you have to be careful because it is in the bowling room and it was quite dark. Shoes are available for rent, there is the option of private to include .Drinks, snacks and food are served at the train. Only food was available at the front of the restaurant.

Finally something is going on again, stop by, but for the game it is always highly recommended to register and reserve one or more lanes if of course you are more than six people.

A bowling center as you imagine it. The prices are ok, you can bowl five people for two hours without getting poor. The trains are great, the service is always friendly. We'd love to come back.

Zero star service no time playing with cell phone you wait for service and are ignored unfortunately I can't give a star otherwise it's actually a good location smoking room is not served pick up yourself sounds like in Eastern time would have liked to have had a better fiedbeck actually always found it quite good here but Service leaves something to be desired, well okay. Holidays would probably be better with family but that's not customer service. Zero stars

Nice staff, great atmosphere... We've been going bowling here several times a year for 20 years and of course we treat ourselves to a snack or two! However, the last two times we were very disappointed with our nacho plates (baked with cheese). The portion size was really too small and the cheese was also skimped on. So paying around €9.20 for a handful of nachos is annoying. Back then we had a lavishly filled nacho plate with cheese on it. We were very disappointed. That really makes you miss playing bowling.

The tracks and hall are in good condition. However, this is really a mass operation with 18 lanes, all of which were in use on Saturday afternoon. You sit relatively close to the other players and there are only five seats per lane. The staff was very friendly but definitely understaffed so you had to wait a long time for orders. It was also very loud due to the rain. No music playing because the DJ wasn't there (for whatever reason) The bowling center is attached to a play-off restaurant so there is surprisingly good food. (Especially when compared to other bowling alleys. A day/night difference) Extra points are awarded for the play aids for small children: a small slide from which the little ones can “push” the ball down. Personally, I prefer smaller venues - but otherwise we had a lovely afternoon. UPDATE: Dear Play:Off team! Wow! I added a star for this great, comprehensive and friendly response to my review! And yes - we had a lovely afternoon!

We were there with children on a Saturday morning. It wasn't full, but unfortunately each order still took a very long time. We waited over 60 minutes for the food. The bowling alley itself is great and the children had a lot of fun. We'd love to come bowling again, but we'll probably eat somewhere else.

Good food, bowling alleys and live football coverage.

When I was there on March 9th, 2024, I was looking forward to the evening because it had always been a nice experience up until then. But that evening there was a lot going on, as always, but there were also friends there with a little baby. The boss approached them in a very unfriendly manner and told them to leave, which I find really unfair. They also had noise protection on the baby. You don't hear anything with it. In addition, there are the parents and they know what they are doing. There was also a lack of staff and we had to wait forever for drinks. The food wasn't available until 7:30 or 8:00 p.m., which I thought was really late. So the food came late and sometimes was cold or was given and then sometimes half of it was missing. We actually left at 9:00 p.m.

Brought the kids on a Sunday for Family Bowling. 2 hrs, 1 lane, shoe rental, drinks, and a basket of snacks = 40 €. We had a great time. My little one especially enjoys the ramps for kids. They had a great first time bowling!! Looking forward to returning.

Unfortunately dissatisfied this time. Despite ordering, unfortunately we waited over an hour for the food. The burgers were too hard and no longer juicy. The mix plate was fried too much, almost black. Don't come back for a while.

One star is already so much here! We went bowling for a birthday for 4 hours with about 22 people, including children! Sorry, but children's kindness looks different! Presumably the manager just complained the whole time, yes, the children shouldn't run around like that, and an infant wouldn't have lost here either. And that even though we had called beforehand and gotten an okay? We even had infant earmuffs with us, where you really can't hear. Yes, there is something like that for babies. So we were all prepared. Nevertheless, there was discussion. And that, in a key, something like that doesn't work! Furthermore, when it comes to ordering food, you can't hit the guest in the head, no, not by ordering food. That's not possible at all! And when something happened, it took forever. On the grounds that there was a shortage of staff, yes, sorry! But somewhere else where there is a shortage of staff, they can do it! Furthermore, you can't treat the guests like that. And the guests can't be blamed for the lack of staff. Sorry, but if you're overwhelmed? Then just close it! In any case, it was the first and last time we were here! By the way, you had ordered food, where you were charged twice as much, and instead you received something completely different. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I would also like to emphasize that everyone has the right to write their opinions and experiences here. Please be friendlier to your guests, and especially more child-friendliness is desired here! Thanks!

I went there with my family for brunch on a Monday evening. It was very busy but still beautiful.

I celebrated my birthday here with a small buffet. Everything went smoothly from booking to implementation. We all had a very nice evening, great atmosphere with a DJ and small competitions. The food was delicious, the service staff was attentive. All in all a successful evening. Many thanks from me and my birthday guests to the whole team.

Bowling was all good, but unfortunately the food wasn't recommended, the meat tasted burnt, the food wasn't as ordered, the mac'n cheese pasta didn't taste edible.

A great location to eat and play bowling with friends 🎳 With a DJ and good party music it's really fun 🎉🎈✨️🎊 A few games for the busy bowling alleys will loosen up the time. Ideal for birthday parties 🎂 There is a sports bar in the front area and delicious food is served. The burgers were very tasty 😋 🍔🥓🍟

The music was great, but I was unlucky because the BBQ burger didn't come for ages and then it didn't have any BBQ sauce, it was very dry, but since I was hungry I ate it, we were a big group hanging out on a train always up, then you would have to ask 4 times about the drinks we ordered, tell you 4 times that we had a birthday child with us, but overall the evening was still nice.

We were able to start later because one team was still playing and the track was switched off without notice 7 minutes before the end. Original sound, we shouldn't have each other like that. The meal in the restaurant took over an hour.

Typische Bowlingbahnen mit Restaurant und Bar. Es hat Spaß gemacht. Das Essen war schmackhaft. Die Technik ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen, funktionierte aber tadellos.

Wir haben das Geburtstags Paket gebucht . 2 Stunden spielen zum pauschalpreis. Nett ist das es zum Geburtstag einen Cocktail gratis gibt . Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und schnell . Die Bahnen Wirken aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Tolle Anlage wo man auch gut Betriebsfeiern veranstalten kann. Service sehr freundlich.

Perfektes Ambiente, modern und stylisch gehalten, freundlich und kompetent. Ein Besuch den man gerne wiederholt. Es gibt zig Bowlingbahnen im Ostteil Berlins, sie ist die Attraktivste.

War zwar rappelvoll, doch ging dann echt zügig mit den Getränken. Gute Bahnen und ein nettes Team ,da kann man öfter mal reinschauen!!

Also, um es kurz zu machen Leute mit eigenen Bowlingbällen sollten hier nicht spielen innerhalb von 2 Stunden sind auf 2 Unterschiedlichen bahnen, teile von 3 Bällen abgeplatz da die bahnen öfter mal einen Ballstau hatten. Weder entgegenkommen noch sonst was. Die einzige antwort war, passiert halt bei nem Ballstau und zuckte die Schulter. Der Mann war kurz davor meinen Bowlingball ins Gesicht zu bekommen und zu sagen passiert halt wenn man nicht fangen kann.

Guter Service und eigenes Diner. Personal sehr freundlich

Tolle Anlage mit sehr angenehmen Mitarbeitern danach noch einen leckeren Hamburger verputzt war ein schöner Tag.

Der Ort ist einfach nur wow Bedienung sehr nett.

Bowlingbahn besucht und essen gewesen. Leider war die Erfahrung nicht so toll. Bei der Bowlingbahn war der Kontakt am Empfang sehr unfreundlich und irgendwie schräg. Zum Glück war die Bedienung für die Getränke sehr freundlich. Die Bowlingbahn war OK, hatte aber auch technische Probleme am Anfang. Konnte aber gelöst werden. Zum.schluss beim Bezahlen war es OK, einen Ausdruck erhielt wir auch auf Nachfrage. Im Restaurant: Es war gutes Essen vom Geschmack, solides Fastfood. Nach dem Hinsetzen hat es leider wirklich sehr lange gedauert, bis die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde und nochmal eine dreiviertel Stunde, um essen zu servieren. Für Fastfood ein NoGo. Kein Ketchup und Majo dazu, extra bestellt und nicht bekommen gehabt, sondern erst nach nachfragen und viel warten. Die Bedienungen wirkten großteils genervt, man war geneigt sich zu entschuldigen dort Gast zu sein und zu stören. Fairerweise muss man sagen, war eine Bedienung allerdings freundlich.

Mitarbeiter machen ihre Arbeit nicht ordentlich. Nehmen telefonische Termin nicht ernst. Sagen am Ort erst, dass es kein Termin gibt. Entschuldigen sich nicht für ihre Arbeit und geben ein selbst die Schuld , obwohl man sogar Beweise hat. Wir hatten unsere Betriebs-Weihnachtsfeier im "Bowl". Alles war perfekt!!! das Essen, die Atmosphäre, die Stimmung dank des freundlichen geduldigen und professionellen Personals und des DJ´s. Die Ausstattung ist super und die Mitarbeiter legen größten Wert darauf, dass alle zufrieden sind. herzlichen Dank nochmal für den gelungenen Abend!

Tolle Bowlingbahn zu fairen Preisen. Die Burger- und Rippchentage sind super. Auch das Weihnachtsessen war wieder richtig lecker 😋

Stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre! Toller Service! Sehr geeignet für Weihnachtsfeiern, Geburtstage etc... es macht einfach Spaß hier!!!

Nettes Personal und gute Stimmung, leider ist die Technik veraltet. Auf den Bildschirmen tauchte immer wieder Jahreszahlen auch den 1990ern auf. Auch könnte die Bahnen sowie die Bälle mal erneuert werden und der DJ war wohl auch nicht gerade up to Date.

Unsere Weihnachtsfeier fand in einer anderen Lokation ein unschönes Ende und wir suchten nach eine Rettung des Abends. Die haben wir hier im American Bowl gefunden. Ein super freundlicher Kellner hat uns obwohl es brechend voll war dennoch 2 Tische zusammengestellt und uns doch noch eine tollen Abend ermöglicht. Danke für die gerettete Weihnachtsfeier.

Ein Cheeseburger kostet 12,90 mit Pommes frites: ich musste noch für 1,50€ Ketchup dazu bestellen; Cole Salat wurde auf’n verwelkten Blatt serviert, nicht mehr als ein Esslöffel! Insgesamt war der Burger nicht mehr als 2€ wert; ich habe freundlich den Barkeeper darauf hingewiesen; es würde - ich zitiere- „niemals für diesen Fraß 14,40€ zahlen. War auch alles leer man sah den Gästen ähnliche Meinungen an. Nie wieder

Kinder Bowling ist dort zu empfehlen. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service und sehr faire Preise!

Toller Ort zum Bowling und zum Burger essen. Pancakes gibt es auch! Und man bezahlt pro Spiel. Echte Empfehlung!
