Wenn Sie jemals Frankfurt besuchen und Lust auf authentische indische Küche haben, ist Chef's Flavour ein absolutes Muss. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants wurden wir herzlich und mit außergewöhnlicher Gastfreundschaft empfangen. Die einladende Atmosphäre ließ uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen. Der Service während unseres gesamten Essens war aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Jedes Teammitglied gab sein Bestes, um uns ein fantastisches kulinarisches Erlebnis zu bereiten. Das Essen war einfach spektakulär. Jedes Gericht war wunderschön angerichtet, unglaublich frisch und voller authentischer indischer Aromen. Man merkt sofort, dass in jedes Rezept viel Sorgfalt und hochwertige Zutaten fließen. Mein persönlicher Favorit waren die perfekt knusprigen und geschmackvollen Samosas mit ihrer wunderbar ausgewogenen Füllung – der ideale Auftakt für ein gelungenes Essen. Der Lamm-Seekh-Kebab war zart, saftig und meisterhaft mit aromatischen Gewürzen abgeschmeckt, während das Chicken Tikka saftig, rauchig und perfekt zubereitet war. Ich konnte mich auch nicht sattsehen an dem Käse-Naan – weich, frisch gebacken, reichlich gefüllt und die perfekte Beilage zu jedem Gericht. Nachdem ich das Essen probiert hatte, leuchtete mir sofort ein, dass Chefkoch Vicky zuvor im renommierten Taj in Indien gearbeitet hatte. Seine Erfahrung und Leidenschaft für authentische indische Küche spiegeln sich in jedem Bissen wider und kreieren Aromen, die sowohl traditionell als auch unvergesslich sind. Was Chef's Flavour wirklich auszeichnet, ist die Kombination aus außergewöhnlichem Essen, tadellosem Service und einer warmen, einladenden Atmosphäre, die Lust auf mehr macht. Ob Sie nun in Frankfurt wohnen oder nur auf der Durchreise sind, ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen. Es war definitiv eines der Highlights unserer Reise, und ich werde bei meinem nächsten Frankfurt-Besuch ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Heute auf dem Rückweg von München waren wir dort. Wir hatten ein absolut köstliches Essen und ich kann die Lammkebabs und das Hähnchen-Tikka ohne Knochen besonders empfehlen! Auch die Fisch-Pakoras und das Käse-Chili-Naan waren hervorragend. Wir kehren dort regelmäßig ein, wenn wir in der Gegend sind. Tolle Speisekarte, schneller Service und ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ein wunderbarer Mittagstisch. Das Essen war extrem lecker, frisch zubereitet und der Service war sehr aufmerksam. Macht weiter so!

Eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Eine kleine Flasche Mango-Lassi kostete 5 €, was für die Größe viel zu teuer ist. Ein kleines Stück Brot kostete 2,50 € und war kaum mehr als ein Bissen. Das Biryani bestand im Grunde nur aus Reis mit etwas Gemüse – es war kein richtiges Biryani. Qualität und Portionsgröße rechtfertigen die Preise nicht. Ich kann dieses Restaurant leider nicht empfehlen.

Ich hatte Chicken Punjabi Korma bestellt, aber es war das Geld nicht wert. Es schmeckte überhaupt nicht. Ich habe auch Chicken 65 zurückgegeben, das war einfach nur frittiertes Hähnchen. Das Chutney war überhaupt nicht frisch.

Waren heute zum Mittagsbuffet. Gute Auswahl, alles sehr lecker. Hervorzuheben ist das Papadam mit leckeren Dipps.😋 Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Ich war mittlerweile 5 mal dort. Eingeladen wurde ich von einem Freund um dann festzustellen, dass es wirklich zu den besten indischen Restaurants gehört die ich generell kenne. Selbst meine Frau die eigentlich kein indisch mochte mag es dort sehr gerne. Gerade auch für Veganer und Vegetarier gibt es eine große Auswahl. Der Service ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wenn wir indisch bestellen dann hier, oft Essen wir auch dort im Restaurant. Zu Empfehlen sind Punjabi Murgh Masala mit Butter Naan und als Vorspeise Samosa chaat.

Ich habe hier gerade Biryani gegessen und zwischendurch eine Pause eingelegt, um diese Bewertung zu schreiben, weil es wirklich gut geschmeckt hat und mir die Schlichtheit des Lokals und des Essens sehr gefallen hat.

Ich habe mein Budget für das Essen komplett überschritten, weil ich einfach nicht aufhören konnte zu essen! Riesige Auswahl und tolle Empfehlungen! 😄 Ich kenne die Preise für indische Restaurants in Frankfurt nicht, es war etwas teurer als in meiner üblichen Gegend, aber es hat sich soooooo gelohnt!

Ich habe in diesem Restaurant Chicken Butter gegessen. Serviert wurde mir eine lächerlich kleine Portion Reis und nur drei, höchstens vier winzige Stücke Hähnchen. Dazu habe ich noch ein Getränk bestellt. Am Ende habe ich 23 Euro bezahlt und bin hungrig und wütend vom Tisch aufgestanden. Für diesen Preis ist diese Menge absolut inakzeptabel. Das ist eine Frechheit. Ich halte diesen Laden für ein unseriöses, auf Abzocke ausgerichtetes Geschäft und kann ihn definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Update Dez. 25: Die Qualität des Essens ist gleichbleibend sehr gut. Auch das Mittagsmenü ist super lecker. Update Juni 23: Sehr leckeres Biryani - gebratener Reis: Koriander, Röstaromen der Zwiebeln, saftiges Huhn am Knochen, dazu eine sehr frische Yoghurtsauce. Alles passte zusammen. Update 1.Mai: Von all den leckeren Sachen habe ich heute einen neuen Favoriten entdeckt: Chicken Jalfrezi - super gewürzt und angenehme Schärfe. Zudem wie immer eine Riesenportion - top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 6 Punkte geben. 1. Besuch März 23 Waren zu Dritt da - Essen war gut. Ich hatte Hariyali Chicken Tikka, dazu Papadam und es gab auch Naan Brot und sehr lockeren Reis. Das Chicken war sehr lecker, vor allem die Sauce u.a. aus Minze, Knoblauch und mehr. Die Minzsauce zu den Papadams war recht schwach gewürzt, dafür war der Mango Chutney gut. Die junge Dame, die uns bedient hat, war sehr freundlich und gab sehr fachkundige Auskunft über die Speisen und die Zutaten. Für das Gallus ein echter Gewinn. Preise sind sehr günstig auch im Vergleich zum Mitbewerber um die Ecke. Also insgesamt absolute Empfehlung. 2.Besuch Anfang April: Andere Speisen probiert, alles tipp topp, Lamm Curry auch die vegetarischen Gerichte. Auch die Saucen zum Papadam waren diesmal Spitze…

There is no doubt that food is always delicious in this restaurant. I want to share my recent experience with their catering service which we took for an event in our house. Food was delivered on time. It was warm, scrumptious and fresh. All the guests were super satisfied with the taste of food. A point to add, on our request they prepared rasmalai which is so uncommon to get in Frankfurt. Ofcourse it costed us extra but the rasmalais were super soft and tasty. Thanks to the restaurant owner and his team!

Hopeless delivery service. Ordered from Lieferando. The restaurant handles its own delivery. He couldn’t find the address. Literally 10 mins before the DHL person delivered correctly at the address. Waste of money.

Unfortunately, This places where local customers are given preferential treatment, while Indian customers are often overlooked or treated differently. FOOD IS AVERAGE

A flavor explosion, both the fish curry and the chicken tikka masala. Deliciously fresh and still-warm naan bread with fresh shaved garlic.

I know this place is good, but several days ago somebody at the kitchen didn’t put fully portion in my husband’s dinner which delivered by Uber eats. It was really pity! Hope manager will have communication with staff and will never repeat this disappointment again!

Since we love the Indian street food and curries there, we've always enjoyed ordering there. This was our first time visiting the restaurant ourselves – a perfect decision on this Sunday. Very helpful staff, always attentive and friendly. A definite plus: some dishes can only be ordered in person, as they can't be delivered. We will definitely be back 🙂

I had a very bad experience. First, I received items from the menu that I hadn't even mentioned, and I didn't get the dishes I specifically ordered, which were also much cheaper than the incorrect order. My friends and I ordered four different dishes and simply received four portions of rice – one without meat, one with chicken, one with lame, and one with shrimp. They have specific allergy instructions on the front page of the menu. If that's so important to them, why did they bring us food I never mentioned, and why wasn't it taken back? What if I was allergic? What I also noticed and must mention is that I received the entire order within five minutes, which is odd because the portions were quite large. I barely touched the food because it tasted stale. And last but not least, the dishes were very hot, but the food wasn't even warm. If that doesn't confirm my claims, I don't know what will. They charged me everything, even though they admitted their mistake and offered me a €4.50 drink as compensation, which I also declined. The staff were very cold and uncaring. I will never set foot there again. Edit: It's honestly insulting not to even respond to my own review, which was about completely different topics. If you take so much pride in the quality of your food, why was your cutlery hot but your food barely lukewarm? Please address this issue, because I need at least an apology. You are extremely rude and accusatory, especially for a family business.

I’m a tourist from the UK and visited this restaurant in Frankfurt with three of my German friends. We were all extremely disappointed with the experience. First, we were not served what we actually ordered. Despite having clearly noted down everything with the numbers and names of the food items, the staff brought us wrong dishes and even added items we never ordered to the bill and the table. When I confronted them about this (in English, and my friends in German), they completely ignored me and did not respond. Interestingly, they spoke English throughout the ordering experience, so there was no language barrier excuse. The whole family running the restaurant is apparently from London, as mentioned in other reviews, which makes their behavior even more disappointing — ignoring a customer like this is unacceptable. During the visit, one of my friends was so upset she cried in the restaurant — and the staff showed no care or concern. As “compensation,” they offered a €4.90 drink, but we did not want this. They did not offer compensation for the incorrect dish, which was priced around €18.90, even though the correct dish we originally ordered was about €6-8. This is a significant difference, and from what should have been an expected total of €60-70, our bill came to €97 — yet they offered nothing to fix this. Please note there were also other items which we did not order. We will be contacting our bank to dispute the charges and taking further action as needed. This kind of poor service feels like an attempt to take advantage of tourists who may not be familiar with local rules and practices. There are plenty of great restaurants in Frankfurt — avoid this one unless you enjoy bad service, surprise charges, food you did not order and are not allowed to decline, and an overall frustrating experience. Edit: First of all, we knew exactly what we wanted to order: lamb biryani, lentil soup, butter chicken, and chicken korma, chicken biryani, mango lassi and 3 cokes . This is the exact order and this was clearly written in the notes ( the server only noted the numbers so what you have said is false and also the menus were TIGHTLY SHUT. ). So no — this is not something to be blamed on the person who placed the order. We made it very clear that we were unhappy with the situation, and the customer service provided was both inadequate and disrespectful. When the server brought dishes we never ordered and we calmly explained this, her response was: “So what do you want me to do?” That kind of dismissive attitude strongly implied we weren’t allowed to return the incorrect food. What kind of restaurant refuses to take back a wrong order? To add to the experience, one of my friends was so upset she actually cried. This wasn’t exaggerated — it happened, and we have three witnesses who can confirm it. Just because YOU didn’t see it or acknowledge it , it doesn’t mean that it isn’t true. We were excited to enjoy a peaceful, “homey” meal, but instead felt not only disappointed, but intimidated into accepting food we didn’t order. When it came time to pay, I spoke up in English and was blatantly ignored by the server, who walked away pretending not to understand. I said, “I don’t think it’s acceptable for us to pay for something we didn’t order or even eat.” The items in question were the prawn biryani and garlic naan — both of which we never asked for. To make matters worse, it has since been implied that we lied about what happened — including the fact that my friend cried. That accusation is not only insulting, it’s completely false. Again, we had three other people with us who witnessed everything. We’re not people who usually leave negative reviews. But this experience was so upsetting that we felt a responsibility to speak up. Accusing your customers of fabricating events after a genuinely upsetting experience is completely unacceptable. Why would we lie? If we had a good time, enjoyed the food, and received good service, we wouldn’t be writing this at all.

Very delicious Indian food with authentic spices – the vegetarian dishes are perfectly seasoned and arrive fresh and hot. I particularly liked the dal tadka and the paneer curry – beautifully creamy, well-seasoned, and filling. 🫓🌱 Delivery was fast and reliable. My only criticism: the individual instructions when ordering (e.g., "no coriander" or "mildly spiced") were unfortunately ignored – a shame, there's still room for improvement. Overall, though, a solid vegetarian experience. I'll definitely order again! 🙌

This would have to be among the best Indian restaurants in Frankfurt. If you like a little bit of spice, make sure you order the Lamb Jalfrezi... just delicious. The young couple's story behind running this restaurant also added to the overall experience. Great meal!

I had a great experience. I had a mango lassi that was perfectly creamy and refreshing, the garlic naan was warm and flavorful, and the lamb skewer was tender and well-seasoned. The service was excellent—attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. I’ll definitely be back!

Extremely bad customer service! Why do you accept orders when you know you won't be able to do it? Why do you make the customer wait 2.5 hours for the order? Why do people say in phone calls that the order is on the way when it's not true? And don't even make a solution or accommodate.

Mein Mann und ich bestellen sehr oft in diesem Restaurant zum Mitnehmen. Wir haben immer Gerichte mit Reis genommen und einen Aufpreis bezahlt, um Brot mit Knoblauch zu bekommen. Heute erhalten wir unsere Bestellung ohne Reis. Es ist eine Schande, Gerichte in einem solchen Zustand zu verschicken. Und außerdem, wenn ich im Restaurant anrufe, kann niemand Deutsch sprechen. Eine unhöfliche Frau am Telefon, die kaum Englisch spricht, sagt mir, dass wenn man Brot mit Knoblauch nimmt, es statt Reis ist. Trotzdem bestelle ich immer wieder dasselbe und zahle einen Aufpreis, um Brot zu bekommen. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Und der Gipfel ist, dass sie sich nach meinem Anruf aus Google zurückgezogen haben, um eine schlechte Bewertung zu vermeiden. Ich werde in ein paar Tagen auch auf google bewerten, seien Sie mir nicht böse. SCHÄNDLICH

I ordered takeaway and the food was ready after 25 minutes, super hot and really tasty. The vegetables looked like they had been cut themselves. I also think the price is completely reasonable compared to other Indian restaurants in Frankfurt.

Very nice Indian restaurant. The selection of food is pretty big and everything we tried tasted amazing. The service was also great, only thing that could be a little bit better is the speed, sometimes it took pretty long for our things to arrive. It was not a big deal, it was worth the wait.

Lunch buffet: 4 warm dishes, rice, fried vegetables, naan, salad, yogurt sauce, additional bread. Unfortunately, the warm dishes all tasted almost the same and were not outstanding, only the spinach with paneer had a slightly different spice mix. There are better Indians. In addition, the price has recently increased.

You feel really welcome here, even with a small child who can spend the waiting time in the playground directly opposite. We can highly recommend butter chicken. The service is always very nice and courteous.

Decent Indian restaurant. The Naan seemed to be the 'frozen' type of Naan. Just taste like the frozen ones which you heat up. The curry and the other dishes were decent though. But since Naan is the basis for me for any good food, I was quite disappointed.

I recently dined at this restaurant with a group of six and was thoroughly impressed by the authenticity of the food. The flavors and spices were true to Indian cuisine, not toned down to cater to non-Indian taste buds, which I really appreciated. The food was incredibly flavorful and tasty, especially the vegetarian dishes, which were extremely mouthwatering. The starters stood out as the highlight of the meal—absolutely delicious! The paneer was fresh and perfectly tender, not chewy at all. The only dish that was just so-so was the chicken main course, but I didn’t mind too much since everything else was superb. Additionally, the feedback I provided on the chicken dish was politely acknowledged, which added points to their excellent service. The young lady coordinating the service was nice and friendly, making the dining experience even more pleasant. Overall, a fantastic experience with authentic Indian flavors. P.S. Looking forward to seeing 'Soya Chaap' added back to the menu.

Very good Indian restaurant with a large selection of delicious dishes and extremely friendly and courteous service. I enjoy eating here and am always happy to try a new dish. The portions are generous, papadam is served as a starter as standard and all at a very good price. Clear recommendation!
