The restaurant is amazing, the food, the shisha, the service, everything is excellent.

Today, I was at Dean & David in Tullnaupark with my sister-in-law, and we ordered the avocado halloumi salad. After the first bite, we discovered a dead spider in my sister-in-law's salad – absolutely unappealing and completely unacceptable in a restaurant. We immediately pointed this out to the staff member, but instead of an apology or a reasonable solution, they simply refunded us the price of the salad. We still had to pay for the drinks, even though we'd understandably lost all appetite. Simply disappointing – not because of the incident itself (these things can happen), but because of the way it was handled. No apology, no accommodation, nothing. As a guest, you feel like you're not being taken seriously.

"Gyros with chicken" with bread comes in three variations. It's time to revise the menu. Maybe put numbers in front of them. Then there won't be any misunderstandings. I'm not lying, but I was already annoyed when I ordered the 7-euro meal and then got the huge dish. They're both called the same thing. Dish = food. And doner kebab or pide with doner kebab is also food/dish for 7 euros. Now, let it be, and peace be with you.
