The restaurant is amazing, the food, the shisha, the service, everything is excellent.

We tried the Mutton Mandi, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, which made the experience even better. The seating arrangement and overall ambiance were comfortable and pleasant. We truly felt lucky to dine here and would happily visit again

I can't recommend it for people who live far away. I ordered for 5 people a week ago and when I was there there was no table available, even though I made a reservation a week ago! A reservation didn't even work by phone, I was supposed to write via WhatsApp! I think it's a disgrace that you can't even do it over the phone! I drove 120km and there wasn't a table that I reserved, I think that's such a disgrace! The menu is also online and it is confusing, some dishes even don't exist! Drove 120km for free.

Very nice atmosphere. Everyone has their own private space, so you feel very comfortable. The drinks are really tasty. It's better to call ahead and reserve a spot so you don't have to wait long. It's a little expensive but you can do it and definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was anything but satisfactory. We had reserved well in advance and despite contacting us several times - both by phone and via WhatsApp - did not receive a clear confirmation. Each time we were told to write via WhatsApp, but we didn't get a response to our messages for days. After weeks we were finally able to make a reservation. On the day of our visit, due to a traffic jam, we called to say we would be about 10 minutes late. We were told again to write via WhatsApp. When we arrived about 30 minutes later, our place had already been given to someone else, on the grounds that we had only announced a 10-minute delay. The reception was extremely rude, we were not greeted and felt unwelcome from the start. We also had to wait 30 minutes to even order anything - despite asking several times, we were repeatedly told that it would be possible "immediately". What also surprised us: an additional fee of €25 is charged for a birthday - we've never experienced anything like that before. When we finally wanted to distribute our own cake, we were questioned about who the plates were for and why we wanted to distribute cake. We felt this was inappropriate as it is ultimately our decision. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and we definitely won't visit the restaurant again.

We entered the room and asked for tea and a hookah as an initial request, and a woman entered who was annoyed with us because we only ordered tea and told us that you only have an hour in the room. If tea and a hookah, we told her that we would still order, but we are deciding what we want to order because it does not make sense to order tea and at the same time juice, salad and fruits. After half an hour, we ordered fruit salads (they were 28 minutes late on the pretext that the guy preparing the fruit salads was working alone, and we told her there was no problem). When the girls came in and asked us if we wanted to order something, she wasn't asking us for our convenience, but rather if we didn't ask for something, she wanted to tell us. Finish your time in the room. Go out, and every time she entered a unit, she moved us. We ordered a fruit salad, and she still didn't come and tell us, "Come on, see." Criticism, my brother, do not attack, that's why you accept criticism and say we were stressed and next time we will provide better service, but you don't respond and tell me that you dare any restaurant to drop off an order in ten minutes, and then you say that people like you can't appreciate our work and our service. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and attentive. I was particularly impressed by the outer capsules - it was the first time I had seen something like that in Germany! They were cozy and perfect for colder days thanks to the heating. The reservation is free and you can sit comfortably for two and a half hours, so I recommend booking in advance.
