We had made a reservation by phone and were told that we should leave a message via WhatsApp telling us how many people would be there. When we arrived at the time of reservation we suddenly said "we don't have a table, we can't help it now" it's Saturday evening and due to the incompetence of this restaurant there is now a group of 8 women there. Wow

Food was great! Price ratio was good for the quality. One thing that I didn't like at all is that we were “kicked out”. After 2 hours the employee came and said we have to get up now because we have been sitting there for 2 hours and the next people who have reserved are already there. My husband then asked if we only had 2 hours to eat. The employee answered yes. We ordered shisha and only smoked the shisha for half an hour. Please only allow 2 hours for your visit, but they won't tell you that! I don't think it's nice at all, you have to inform the customers about it.

We had to wait 1 hour for 1 dish, 1 soup, 1 starter and a salad. The wrong drinks were delivered, cans without glasses or straws, well that's still forgivable. The dirty plates, however, are not. The soup was clearly just reheated in the microwave without even stirring it and was served with the skin floating on top, half cold in a hot bowl. In addition, it was very over-seasoned. As a starter we had potatoes with coriander and garlic, which were really great in terms of spices, but they were only warmed up in the microwave, you could just tell that the potatoes were by no means fresh and they weren't particularly warm either. The coleslaw salad was about 100g on an equally dirty plate, for which we cheekily paid €7! My husband ordered a grill plate for 25€, we thought the price was okay, but when it came we were really shocked, even in high-priced and high-quality restaurants you get twice as much for it. We were really disappointed. My husband is rather angry. The waitresses are young, heavily made-up women who only paid attention to my husband when talking. Of course, everyone can present themselves however they want, but the operators should attach more importance to it, after all, the staff presents the business. The ambience is actually nicely done but unfortunately absolutely unclean. We ended up paying over €56 even though I didn't even have a main course, thank God. The restaurant offers a very pleasant atmosphere and the service is excellent. The glass rooms are an original and beautiful idea that creates a special ambience. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating - ❗️❗️especially the employee with the red sweater and the lady with the headscarf deserve high praise❗️❗️. Both made our visit an unforgettable experience. Absolutely recommended for anyone visiting Nuremberg!

Saved something at ToGoodToGo today. Unfortunately we expected more than what we got. The kebab box smelled funny and you were asked to write a review on Google in exchange for a free drink. I really wonder if a restaurant needs something like this?! When we arrived the food wasn't refrigerated and was just sitting on the counter. The owner doesn't speak German. It's a shame about the money, but we won't save anything, let alone even visit the store again.

The most important thing about this restaurant is the very kind stuff and the hospitality, also the food is really very delicious and the way how they serve it is also very nice and tidy . I highly recommend it for the people who like to try the Syrian food as it should be ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
