Unfortunately we didn't like the food at all, especially the meat. There were ten of us there, and several of us had severe stomach problems afterwards. We can't say for sure whether this was food-related, but it was noticeable. The service was also unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately, when we spoke to the boss about it and described our experiences to him, he didn't take our criticism seriously.

Our visit to this restaurant was a complete disappointment. The staff was extremely unfriendly, asked us out in the middle of the meal and shouted at us. That's not how you treat guests!

So I read from the Stuttgart Cavos operator that he wants to ban other restaurants that also call themselves Cavos from using the name. Although, as in the case of Cavos in Waiblingen, they have had the name Cavos for even longer. One reason is that bad reviews for the Waiblingen Cavos, among others, end up in the Stuttgart Cavos and would be negative for him. Now I've been a guest in both restaurants and I can only laugh about it. In particular, the food at Cavos in Waiblingen is significantly (!) better! Waiblingen Cavos should be more worried 😅

The atmosphere was okay at the beginning, but at some point instead of Greek music, house music was played very loudly. We weren't comfortable being inside. The food didn't taste good at all, not even the fries were tasty and they had to be homemade. The pita bread was the cheapest frozen stuff. The meat in the main course tasted strange and was a rather small portion. The “best” thing was that the main course doesn’t come with a side dish, you have to order them separately. Very disappointing and not worth the money...

Unfortunately not what I thought, I was expecting large portions with side dishes like in all Greek restaurants and so I was disappointed to order everything separately. But the worst thing was the loud “house” music, you couldn't hear what the others were saying and you should have screamed. There was no response to the request to be quieter... I wouldn't repeat!

Moin Folks, oh jaaaaa, nach wie vor geilogalaktisch ✅ Was da so geschrieben steht, ups bin nicht der gleichen Meinung. Bin heute knappe 840 km gefahren und ohne Anmeldung direkt hin und ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt, ja klar, mit Karte direkt zum Tisch und wir waren insgesamt 4 Gäste, später 14 und wie ich das Restaurant verlassen habe, schon über 25 Gäste, auch heimische, nur als Randbemerkung 🌟🌟🌟✅✅✅ Weiter, Getränke bestellt und ja es klappte flott, auch meine Speisen, ganz ehrlich, diese Preise sind 👍👍👍👍👍👍in Hamburg und im Speckgürtel etwas günstiger, jedoch hier in Stuttgart gibt es Zaziki auch für 7.50 Euro, von daher für mich sehr passend und die Portionen sehr passend. Im August 2022 war ich zuletzt hier und da saßen wir draußen, da ist viel Platz, jetzt sehr kalt und nur drinnen, alles sehr gut, für mich in Sachen Griechisch nur hier🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Beifolgend ein paar Momenteindrücke 👍 Guten Appetit ✅

Don't understand the good reviews. Delicious appetizer. Unfortunately none of us enjoyed the main course. Three of us had baby octopus, which was absolutely uncut, and none of the other three people who ate it liked the souvlaki and the bifteki. The prices are high, especially for what you get. Very good address for fine Greek. The menu offers plenty of choice, the staff is friendly, courteous and quick. I would recommend making a reservation! The food was fresh, tasted at a high level and the price was fair for what was on offer! Gladly again.

Certainly the most overrated address in Stuttgart. The starters were carelessly draped, hot dishes were served almost cold. The waiters are overwhelmed across the board - you could almost say: the poor! But on top of that, the boys have no motivation whatsoever. The owner should consider whether he should invest the money for the napkins thrown around in a completely meaningless manner (for which Cavos is well known) in customer-oriented employees.

Wir hatten von der Firma aus eine Weihnachtsfeier dort. Wir kamen an und die Sitzplätze waren der blanke Witz! Die meisten mussten sich zuerst an den Tisch drücken um dann seitwärts auf den Stuhl zu rutschen. Da zwischen den Tischen viel zu wenig Platz war. Ich war schon in Besenwirtschaften (staussenwortschaften…) die voll waren, aber so wie es dort war, unerträglich! Das essen wurde von der einen Seite der „Tafel“ vom Personal den Gästen gegeben, die dann einfach weitergeben mussten oder die Bedienung lehnte sich über den Tisch/die Gäste und gab es den Gästen. Naja, dann das essen… Es wurde als 5 Gänge Menu mit Aperitif (Prosecco, Aperitif spritz oder Hugo) angepriesen. Der Aperol Spritz war ok… Der Rest war rein vom Geschmack ok, aber nicht wirklich toll, ist bei den Griechen die ich so kenne und auch ad-hoc mal random hingehe, viel besser. Also hier weniger als medioker und von der Menge war es auch lächerlich. Das für 54€ (was ich normal gerne ausgebe, wenn das Essen gut ist.) Echt ein Witz. Danach wurde dann alles als Tanzlokal, mit auf den Tischen tanzen usw. umfunktioniert, nette Idee. Sonstige Veranstaltung ganz nett, essen und Machart echt nicht zu empfehlen.

Unfortunately, we had an extremely disappointing experience at Cavos yesterday, November 16, 2024. We were there with a group of women to spend a nice evening - first with a cozy meal and then partying. During our stay we were asked by one of your employees to dance on the tables. When we refused, we were told that the only reason we had been given the table was to dance on the tables - otherwise we would never have been given the table. This statement shocked us deeply. We can understand that as a restaurant you value encouraging your guests to celebrate. But such an approach is disrespectful and inappropriate. Guests should feel welcome and not be pressured into doing things that make them uncomfortable. I hope that this does not correspond to your company's philosophy, but was inappropriate behavior by an individual employee.

Disappointing experience and actually 0 stars. The bouncers weren't exactly friendly. It said you are only allowed in with an evening wardrobe, strange that it doesn't seem to apply to men!! The DJ wanted to let my brother and I in for a moment to chat, but in the end only he was allowed in, even though he wasn't wearing any evening clothes either, strange right? It's sad that problems like this still exist today...

It was our first time eating here and unfortunately we were deceived by the many good reviews. The ambience is nice, but unfortunately the food was pretty bad. Especially for the high price. The fries were cold and the souvlaki skewer tasted as if it had been defrosted and only warmed up briefly.

We were there 3 weeks ago for our 40th birthday. At the door we were treated like second class citizens... When we got to the table it wasn't any better. We paid between 48 euros and 58 euros per person for the menu. The meat was no longer good, we were promised roast beef in the menu and we got grilled Debreziner. The rice had no taste and was very mushy. Old fries were fried and then served to us after multiple requests! After pointing out the problems several times, the manager just laughed at us and left. There is more appearance than reality!!! PURE RIP-OFF!!!

We celebrated my birthday at Cavos. And made reservations six months in advance and asked for a specific table. We traveled from Augsburg and know Cavos from previous years. This evening was a complete rip off. The menus we ordered were not the ones we wanted. Instead of beef steak we got Debreziner. We couldn't believe our eyes. The answer from the boss was: “Unfortunately sold out.” I emphasize that we made reservations and chose menus months in advance. The shame is that we had to pay the full price of 58 euros for Debreziner. He didn't come to meet us either. When we arrived I asked if it was the table we preferred when we reserved. The very unsympathetic boss then said: “I’ll say which table I’ll give you.” And really thought he was something better. Had we known there was a new owner we would have thought twice about going there. I'm very disappointed.

We are shocked at how potential customers are treated. Last week we wanted to reserve a table by phone for 9 people for 9:30 p.m. Here we were kindly asked to do this in writing with such a "large" group, which of course wasn't a problem. No sooner said than done, we did so; we were asked to choose one of the three menus that were offered in the evening. We also reported this immediately. For us that's the end of the matter. But last night we only asked for a short confirmation. Today we were suddenly supposed to come at 8 p.m. because this is not possible then 9 p.m. But we asked because we can only then (if this is a problem, you can say this directly when making the reservation request, then the matter will be taken care of straight away). We then answered, then some more work and we came from Lake Constance District. Then came the statement, "95% of the time you'll be late anyway." So I don't know where these experiences are stored so that you can say this off the cuff. An unpunctual person who doesn't respect the service will also be late if he lives in Stuttgart, but there are actually punctual people too. But the gentleman wasn't interested in this because you can't plan this. You can't actually plan anything in life, but that has nothing to do with the distance of your customers. We would only have gotten the table if we paid a deposit for the meal. If this were generally a reservation requirement for EVERY of your customers, it wouldn't be a problem. But you also know with the other customers, they don't reserve where they come from and whether they actually come. Then you should think about a fee if reservations simply don't show up (if you have a rate of 95% of guests with a long journey). I always kept my tone of voice calm, I just wanted to understand what the problem was, but the gentleman kept getting louder. When I asked him not to raise his tone, he said he didn't care, I didn't understand it and he could talk to me like that because they didn't need to. Yes, you are fully booked and perhaps for a good reason. But if I look at the reviews on Google or TripAdvisor, you should probably work on communication and focus on four and five star reviews again and don't rest on your laurels. And mine is just one review from nine disappointed people. You probably won't care about this criticism like the others, since you only focus on the positive ones, as the gentleman already said, that I don't need that anyway. Thank you for just hanging up - yes, the customer doesn't have to be a king with you, but please don't be the trash either :-)! I can't rate the food/ambience because I've never been there. It's just a matter of dealing with it beforehand/reservation!

Wir sind schockiert wie mit potentiellen Kunden umgegangen wird. Wir wollten letzte Woche telefonisch einen Tisch reservieren für 9 Personen für 21.30Uhr. Hier wurden wir noch freundlich gebeten dies schriftlich zu machen bei so einer "großen" Gruppe, was natürlich kein Problem war. Gesagt, getan, haben wir dies auch gemacht, hierzu wurden wir aufgefordert, einer der drei Menüs das Abends angeboten wird auszuwählen. Auch dies haben wir sofort mitgeteilt. Für uns was die Sache dann auch so weit erledigt. Wir haben dann aber noch gestern Abend nur um kurze Bestätigung gebeten. Heute sollten wir dann plötzlich schon um 20 Uhr kommen, weil dies nicht möglich ist dann 21 Uhr. Wir hatten aber so angefragt, weil wir eben dann erst können (wenn dies ein Problem ist, kann man dies ja bei der Reservierungsanfrage direkt sagen, dann hat sich die Sache ja auch gleich erledigt). Wir haben dann geantwortet, dann ein paar noch Arbeiten und wir vom Bodenseekreis kommen. Darauf kam schon die Aussage, "95% kommt ihr dann eh zu spät". Also ich weiß nicht, wo diese Erfahrungswerte abgelegt werden, dass man dies aus dem Stehgreif sagen kann. Ein unpünktlicher Mensch, der die Dienstleitung nicht respektiert wird, auch zu spät kommen, wenn er direkt in Stuttgart lebt, aber es gibt tatsächlich auch pünktliche Menschen. Aber dies hat den Herren auch nicht interessiert, da man dies nicht Planen kann. Planen im Leben kann man tatsächlich nichts, aber das hat nichts mit der Entfernung eurer Kunden zu tun. Wir hätten den Tisch nur bekommen, wenn wir das Essen anzahlen. Wäre das generell eine Reservierungsvoraussetzung für JEDEN eurer Kunden wäre das kein Problem. Aber ihr wisst auch bei den anderen Kunden, die reservieren nicht woher sie kommen und ob sie tatsächlich kommen. Dann solltet ihr lieber über eine Gebühr nachdenken, wenn Reservierungen einfach nicht erscheinen ( wenn ihr doch eine Quote von 95% habt von Gästen mit langer Anreise). Ich bin mit meiner Stimmlage immer ruhig geblieben, ich wollte es lediglich verstehen das das Problem ist, aber der Herr wurde immer lauter. Auf meine Bitte die Tonlage nicht zu erheben, hat er gesagt es ist ihm egal, ich verstehe es ja nicht und er kann so mit mir reden, weil sie es ja nicht nötig haben. Ja, ihr seid ausgebucht und das vielleicht auch aus einem guten Grund. Aber wenn ich mir die Bewertungen auf Google oder TripAdvisor solltet ihr evtl. an der Kommunikation arbeiten und euch wieder auf vier und fünf Sterne Bewertungen zu konzentrierten und auch nicht darauf ausruhen. Und meine ist nur eine Bewertung von neun enttäuschten Personen. Euch wird auch diese Kritik wahrscheinlich egal sein wie die anderen, da ihr euch ja nur auf die positiven richtet, wie der Herr bereits meinte, dass ich das ja eh nicht nötig habt. Danke noch das einfach aufgelegt wurde - Ja Kunde muss bei euch kein König sein, aber auch bitte nicht der Dreck :-)! Essen /Ambiente kann ich nicjt bewerten, da ich nie dort war. Es geht ledlich um den Umgang zuvor /Reservierung!

Cavos is a real gem among restaurants! From the stylish decor to the delicious food, everything was perfect. A highlight of my visit was definitely the excellent service at the bar. Bartender Dani knows his craft and made the evening unforgettable with his friendly manner and his exceptional cocktails. He listened to our requests and surprised us with creative drinks that were absolutely delicious. A visit to Cavos is definitely recommended - not least thanks to Dani, who gives the evening that certain something extra!

Éramos um grupo de 3 amigos, eu residente aqui na região e 2 amigos que estavam de visita á cidade vindos de um país de língua francesa, tivemos a entrada rejeitada por parte do pessoal do estabelecimento de forma bastante arrogante por aparentemente estarmos mal vestidos (roupa do Oktoberfest) desculpo sem fundamento visto que no interior do estabelecimento era visível pessoas com roupas do mesmo gênero. A meu entender, o segurança não gostou do facto de estarmos a falar uma língua não entendida por ele. E por isso não nos ter deixado entrar. Por nós estava tudo bem o assunto acabava ali e viemos embora sem levantar tom de voz. Decidimos os 3 escrevermos uma avaliação aqui no website, no final da minha avaliação tirei uma foto há entrada do estabelecimento, quando segundos depois aparece um dos dois porteiros, um homem grande de cabelo rapado e barba longa, me retira o meu telemóvel da minha mão e o lança uns 20/30 metros para longe, no mesmo momento pergunto “porque?” quando recebo como resposta um morro na cara por parte desse porteiro. Em seguida vira-se para o meu amigo que estava a tentar filmar a cena e lhe dá também um morro de forma totalmente gratuita. Nunca houve qualquer tentativa de resposta da nossa parte em contra partida chamamos a polícia que prontamente se apresentaram no local. Quando fomos fazer o reconhecimento do indivíduo em questão junto com a polícia, o mesmo simplesmente se evaporou do local. Como local noturno e com conduta a violência gratuita desta por mim seria avaliação Zero…

After having spent a good evening at Cavos many times, today was unfortunately an absolute low point. 3 people in neat clothes, in a good mood and ready for a nice evening, couldn't get past the sitting and arrogant bouncer. Unfortunately, he had more dedication and interest in talking to his own community than in greeting wealthy customers. It's a shame ☹️. The impression over many visits was very good. In the end a lot was wasted because pieces were cleared away piece by piece to make room for dancing. Leftovers were simply taken and thrown away. Too bad. Ambience was relatively good, but it was so crowded that it was almost impossible to find our waiter to pay. I had to wade through the crowd for more than 30 minutes. Really awesome. I'm also sorry about the staff. Manager also caused a lot of stress with our group at the beginning because there was a misunderstanding about the number of guests and the menus. In the end it worked, but there was endless discussion. I almost left, but we were there to celebrate a birthday. If you're looking for a wild party, you've come to the right place. It's better to have a romantic meal somewhere else.

Hm, we've only now read the reviews and have to completely agree with the bad ones. The head waiter was very unfriendly and rude. The food came to the table half raw. Never eaten gyros that were so limp, greasy and cut way too thick. My chicken kebab was raw in the middle. Fries totally dried out. It's crazy how such a simple kitchen can be made so bad. There was a problem when paying because we were there with a voucher. (photos are deceiving) Well, never again. Quote: “After all, we’ve been here for over 10 years.” Let's see how much longer. Ate the worst bifteki for 25 euros (+5 euros for a side dish). Meat tough and gristly and no feast to be found. When asked, it was explained that the menu still needed to be changed, there would be no feta, only normal cheese. Fries tw. Very slippery. We were a group of 8 people. Like others, we had to choose our menus in advance, which I personally don't find tragic as it means the host can adapt better to his guests. We had the menu 7 times with cold starters, meat, fish and side dishes, all for €58 per person. 1x vegetarian menu. There was also dessert. First and foremost, the menu sounded very promising. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The amount of meze was ok, the meat and fish platter was insufficient. From my point of view, it wasn't a quality meal either. Unfortunately, no 7 sea bream fillets came to the table but only 4. For the vegetarian dish there was a large eggplant filled with sheep's cheese and tomato sauce, cold starters and side dishes. The whole thing for €38. The side dishes that came with the main course were rather questionable. Carelessly prepared rice, half a potato quartered with vegetables. A side salad from the bag with a dollop of dressing that has probably been in the kitchen for a long time. The dessert was delicious. Drinks we had several bottles of water, 1 bottle of ouzo and 3 long drinks. We divided the bill by 8, each paying €80. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio doesn't fit here at all. Our main server was really attentive and did his job well. Unfortunately, another waiter had forgotten additional requests regarding bread and other items. If you want a tasty and high-quality meal for the price, you should choose another restaurant.

Our experience at the Summer Party at Cavos Taverna 🇬🇷🏛️🏺 was simply amazing! In these chaotic times, it feels wonderful to be welcomed so warmly by the catering industry. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽😍 We were greeted with a welcome drink on the house – an Aperol Spritz-like drink – and oysters. We also received a great amenity kit with a key ring, a toiletry bag and a fan that was perfect for the Summer Party and the start of summer. The mixed appetizer platter was delicious and was accompanied by great drinks. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right here. The entertainment was first class, with great music and a spectacle at the end with everyone dancing on the tables. For a brief moment it felt as if we were in Little Greece in the middle of Stuttgart. 😀😂🇬🇷 Five out of five stars – from the quality of the cuisine to the hospitality and hospitality, we recommend it without hesitation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time and never again! We were really taken for a ride. Ordered the menus in advance but only received some of them on site and some of them were incorrect. 150€ for a vodka bottle all Red Bull cans were all charged extra. Ordered 9 menus, what actually arrived was a joke, dessert wasn't served at all even though it was communicated. Paid almost 1000€ thank you 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

Unfortunately, since the change of ownership, everything has been anything but good. There were four of us who wanted to celebrate my birthday. One of us had shorts. The bouncer made it clear to us that this was no longer desirable, even in summer. We were still able to understand and went to another club until two of us went home early. We returned (2 women) and were rudely rejected! The new concept with the new owner is now catastrophic. Ciao Cavos... The party evenings are over. In the future I will spend my €500 somewhere else.

Chic Greek tavern with a lovely outdoor terrace. I was at a mega summer party there 🎉 There was a welcome drink and oysters to feast on and also a small gift. I found that very nice. Overall, the food was very tasty 😋 The service was top and commendable. The evening was rounded off with cool music and live drummers. The atmosphere was really good, so much so that it felt like all the guests were dancing and the sparks were literally flying. Great event and restaurant - highly recommended!

Ich habe einen ganzen Tag versucht, Cavos telefonisch zu erreichen, um einen Tisch zu reservieren. Nachdem ich in einem anderen Restaurant den Tisch reserviert hatte, hat sich jemand von Cavos bei mir gemeldet. Ich wollte es zuerst mit meinen Freunden besprechen, ob wir vielleicht die Reservierung im ersten Restaurant absagen sollten, um bei Cavos zu buchen. Ich habe den Tisch bei Cavos vorübergehend reserviert. Nach einer Stunde habe ich die Reservierung bei Cavos storniert und gefragt, ob wir zum Tanzen kommen können. Der Ansprechpartner hat gesagt "Ja, und Sie brauchen keine Reservierung für den Abend. Einige Freunde von mir sind extra aus anderen Städten eingereist, um das Tanzen mit "Servietten-schmeissen" zu erleben. Am Eingang standen zwei Türsteher, die uns von oben herab angeschaut haben. Sie haben nach Reservierung gefragt. Ich habe ihnen erklärt, was mir der Cavos Mitarbeiter gesagt hat. Er hat mich nicht mal zu Ende reden lassen und grob unterbrochen "Ohne Reservierung kein Eingang!!!" Ich wollte mit dem Manager reden, darauf hat der Türsteher arrogant gemeint "Versuch doch mal durch!". Wir sind nicht gewöhnt, so behandelt zu werden. Sowas hab ich noch nie, in keinem Restaurant oder Club erlebt! Mein erster Gedanke war Anzeige zu erstatten. Ich möchte der Geschäftsführung von Cavos Folgendes sagen "Ich habe euren Laden geliebt, war in der Vergangenheit sehr oft da. Aber jetzt habe ich das Gefühl, dass euch aktuell die Arroganz zu Kopf steigt und ihr glaubt, ihr könnt euch diesen Umgang mit Kundschaft leisten, nur weil ihr aktuell viel Besuch habt! Ich kenne viele Restaurants, die so gedacht haben. Aber das war meistens der Anfang vom Ende!" Ich hätte Cavos 0 Sterne gegeben, aber das war nicht möglich. Schämt euch!!!

Discrimination in the Cavos Restaurant and police intervention were necessary: My experience at Cavos Restaurant last weekend was one of frustration and disappointment. Despite registering as a group and confirming a reservation, 2 of my invited guests were rudely and unfoundedly turned away after their arduous journey from France, even though their names were on the group's list. We spent over €1000 on food and drinks at our table and it wasn't the first time we'd been there. It is sad to see how an established establishment like Cavos allows such dubious practices. The fact that guests are discriminated against based on their language and turned away for no apparent reason is unacceptable and shameful. The highlight was when the boss behaved extremely disrespectfully and humiliatingly towards us because we pointed out to him that we wouldn't let ourselves be treated like that and he reacted extremely badly to this criticism. To make matters worse, the two guests who had previously been turned away for no reason were also asked to pay for an experience they never had. It was only an hour later and when the police were on site that the boss gave in and, very annoyed, agreed that the two rejected guests did not have to pay for the unfair treatment.

We reserved a table months in advance for a very large group from France. As a group, we were not allowed to reserve from the menu but rather a menu between €46-56 in advance. We were also informed by email that guests must be appropriately dressed. We all came dressed elegantly in shirts and dresses. So far so good. Two of our guests were unable to arrive from France on time due to heavy traffic on the highway. The food for them was still brought. We informed the staff about the late arrival of the two guests from France. At 11 p.m. they finally arrived and showed security their table reservation. They weren't allowed in. One of the guests who was already inside came out to talk to security. Nevertheless, security didn't let the two guests in. Despite the group reservation and the food that was already on the table. The “boss” was called. Nevertheless, the guests were not allowed in. The reason we were told was that the security didn't like the faces of the guests and the “boss” trusted his security's decision. Two decent, successful entrepreneurs from France! More of our group from the local joined us. The “boss” and his security spoke to us in a very arrogant, ignorant and rude manner. He said that it has already been decided and they are not coming in. It's his shop and he chooses the guests. I'm sorry, what? Then the “boss” kicked out the other guest. We all wanted to go there. The “boss” demanded that the guest he kicked out and the two rejected guests still pay for dinner. We asked the “boss” not to calculate the menu for the two rejected guests. But he didn't want to hear any more and demanded payment for all guests who had reserved and threatened us with the police. And we were even happy that the police came. The police quickly convinced the owner that we didn't have to pay for the two guests who had been turned away. We paid the bill and we're never coming back!

Never again! 24 people group reservation, 2 had problem and could only arrive late. They were not allowed to enter. We all came from France to spend a nice weekend in Stuttgart. Very aggressive and stubborn door keeper, no understanding at all on their commercial benefit, very bad customer treatment. Surprisingly the owner was the same. Normally one star is too many! Ordered online and then waited 60 minutes to receive completely cold, partly frozen food. To order: - The pizzas consisted of 90% ready-made cheese, the rest was burnt dough and ready-made sauce that tasted like water. -About the Rigatoni Carbonara: What creature comes up with the idea of mixing mushrooms, corn and disgusting, grainy broth into this normally tasty dish? This wasn't food, it was an insult. Plus, scented like a polecat ready to mate. - The dessert: tiramisu that would make an Italian cry (not with joy) and muffins. All frozen goods, not homemade. How do I want to know that? Because a: Everything was delivered frozen (including ice crystals) and b: When I asked the restaurant by phone, they said that it was frozen and not made in-house. Speaking of telephone conversation: Very unfriendly and they hung up in the middle of the conversation, but I wasn't even unfriendly. Conclusion: Food that tastes like you've eaten it before, regurgitated it and then packaged it, an outrageous, snooty and cheeky telephone service and a price for which you can eat very well in good restaurants, but far too expensive for TK Fras. An absolute disgrace, never again!
