Delicious dishes, excellent service, super quality ingredients, extra satisfying portions and warm Greek hospitality in München

The service is rude as it gets. Especially the older guy. When trying to add order, he does not remember if beer is served in a beer glass previosly served, asking if you want mango juice. Attitude, as if he wants to start a fight. A total no go for hospitality. Must be the owner on a bad day or something.

Somewhat upscale sports bar. Not necessarily suitable for staying a little longer. Unfortunately the prices are slightly higher. But you can not only eat Greek, but also Italian. Not really to feel good. The service is usually very unfriendly

Very good Greek, the way Germans like it. Typical dishes are very well prepared and the service: perfect and warm! Why not 5 points? We were a bit disappointed - but that was more our fault than the restaurant. As an old Crete fan, I always think of Cretan cuisine first and it is no more Greek than Bavarian cuisine is German. Main dishes like Gyros Metaxa were very tasty. Definitely eat! Metaxa is the only one on the mainland. The Cretan loves his Raki - whenever and however. We found the appetizer plate a bit bland and definitely not enough garlic - but that's a personal question. Kali Orixi - definitely eat out. As a sports restaurant, there is of course everything for the “athlete's heart”, various types of beer, etc. THANK YOU!

Today, Easter Sunday 2024, March 31st, we were there again. Not far from us. We could actually have sat outside since the weather was so good, but we ended up sitting inside. Normally, reservations are not necessary for normal meals (i.e. not large family celebrations) for three or four people, as there are actually enough seats. The special ambience with a wide variety of furnishings (different ceiling lamps at every table, every chair different) makes the restaurant something special. The food itself is great, the people are nice and friendly. I can therefore recommend the restaurant absolutely without reservation. Picture of the meal: Gyros with fries (according to the menu, normal with rice and potatoes).

It's a shame, the food was unfortunately hardly seasoned, the pidabread was much too greasy and carelessly prepared overall. It's a shame, gastronomy has become more expensive and customers are served worse than before.

Definitely the worst moussaka I have ever eaten. No trace of minced meat or tomatoes. Potato (singular) and eggplant just present. Classically, moussaka is made up of layers of meat and vegetables... and recognizable. Add the Beschamel sauce, then braise in the oven for a long time and let the flavors develop. This is how it SHOULD have been. Here in the restaurant they seem to do it differently... put minimal ingredients in the oven until everything is hot and cover with lots of tasteless melted cheese so that the whole thing is swimming in fat, then serve. Dear Cavo Paradiso... for me today had nothing in common with good food or a Greek national dish... And you also want good money for that!? I won't eat with you again...

Meat dry and not seasoned, fish platter without comment, pizza frutta de mare, you had to look for it with a magnifying glass. I still don't want to make any comments But the service was nice and friendly.

Staff is friendly and nothing else. Food is like in every better fast food. Atmosphere is old, nothing special. But the worst is the big mouse in kitchen.

The restaurant is very old and the guests feel at home here (local pub).

Eine gehobene Vereinsgaststätte. Griechisches, wie man es erwartet. Essen lecker, wobei etwas mehr Tsatsiki passender wäre und im Tsatsiki etwas mehr Knoblauch. Musste extra bestellt werden. Netter Service.

Leider wirklich nichts besonderes. Das essen war ok aber mehr nicht. Dafür muss man nicht ausser Haus gehen. Nachspeise haben wir dann beim McDonald geholt. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Da ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Sorry

Solide Leistung zum Mittagstisch

Ein Besuch im Cavo ist wie ein Tag Urlaub in Griechenland - nur ohne Meer …. Essen super lecker, sehr gute Weine und alle anderen Getränke auch. Alle extra Wünsche werden immer und gerne erfüllt. Die Bewirtung ist 1A und dazu auch noch lustig und unterhaltsam. Die Familie hat eine Wohlfühloase aus dem Lokal und dem Aussenbereich gemacht. Wir fühlen uns rundum wohl bei unserem Stamm-Griechen und das schon seit über 5 Jahren. Macht einfach weiter so …. Petra + Michi

Ich hatte von Freunden gehört, die den Ort besucht hatten, was für ein netter, freundlicher und angenehmer Ort es ist. Ich war erfreut festzustellen, dass das, was mir gesagt wurde, wahr war. Ausgezeichnete Qualität des Essens, große Auswahl an guten Weinen und Bieren, schneller Service und sehr freundliches Personal. Auch für diejenigen von uns, die kein Deutsch sprechen, sprechen sie Griechisch, was sehr hilfreich ist ... Είχα ακούσει από φίλους που είχαν επισκεφτεί το χώρο πόσο ωραίος φιλικός και ευχάριστος χωρος είναι. Με μεγάλη μου χαρά διαπίστωσα ότι όσα μου είπαν ήταν έτσι. Εξαιρετική ποιότητα φαγητού μεγάλη ποικιλία από ωραία κρασιά και μπύρες γρήγορο σέρβις και πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Επίσης για εμάς που δεν το έχουμε με τα γερμανικά μιλούν ελληνικά πολύ βοηθητικό....

Das Essen ist durchschnittlich gut aber doch im Preis etwas gehoben obwohl das Ambiente nicht so toll ist.

Teuer geworden in Relation zur Speisequalität und Service nur noch durchschnittlich obwohl nicht mehr so viel los.

Sehr leckeres griechisches Restaurant. Das Essen ist sehr gut und von hoher Qualität. Das Staff ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Sehr liebenswerter Umgang mit kleinen Kids. Das Ambiente ist ok.

Wirklich Top Küche und super Service

Leider hat hier die Qualität und Portionsgröße abgenommen, der Preis ist aber deutlich gestiegen. "Unsere" Vereinsgaststätte versucht mehr zu sein als es ist. Schade.
