Geburtstagsessen mit Hindernissen ! 3 falsche Bestellungen bekommen! Kein Brot zu den heißen Gambas! Tisch wurde nicht abgeräumt für die nächsten Gänge, das überließ man uns!!! Qualität der Speisen sehr nachgelassen! War jetzt zum4.× hier, einfach zuwenig Personal! Haben 1Std. auf 1. Runde gewartet! War allerdings auch sehr gut besucht! Werden in nächster Zeit nochmal probieren, dann vielleicht wieder wie früher! MFG Ute

We got a table spontaneously. The food came a little slowly. Very tasty in taste. Staff was very friendly. There are enough parking spaces available. Price performance ratio is not quite right. It is quite expensive for the tapas portions.

I had a lot of fun at Casa Portuguesa. I was there with a friend for a happy hour, we had some bier & tapas, which were delicious by the way. And I would like to highlight the service: all the team members were very friendly and carefull with us. I will be back for sure :)

We have been there around 10 times in the last 5 years and have ALWAYS been satisfied without exception. Outstanding food and the staff overall was super nice and accommodating. It's not a criticism for us, but you have to expect long, long waiting times and easily plan around 1.5 to 2 hours for the meal.

Very good Portuguese restaurant with delicious tapas. The prices are absolutely fine. The atmosphere is very nice. I would particularly like to highlight the staff. It was great service, the staff was extremely friendly and we were even addressed by name, in a very smart way. We really liked it and we will definitely come back again. I recommend making a reservation in advance as it was quite busy there on the weekend. There is free street parking.

The Casa Portuguesa is very individually designed. Portuguese elements everywhere. The food is good. But it is always full. This makes it quite loud and cramped. Reservations are essential.

We won't be coming back. It was supposed to be a cozy birthday dinner with friends, unfortunately the evening ended short and uncomfortable because after almost two hours we were rudely asked to vacate the table because 56 more people were expected. This would supposedly be communicated when the reservation was confirmed, which is demonstrably not true. Addition to the owner's answer: I could prove the opposite with screenshots of the booking (no time slot specified) and my companions could confirm the unfriendly service, but why... there are many good restaurants without a time slot where the customer is king, go there we would like to go there. Who wants to eat with a timeslot, it only benefits the host and not the guest 🤣.

Wir kommen nicht wieder. Es sollte ein gemütliches Geburtstagsessen mit Freunden werden, leider endete der Abend kurz und ungemütlich, da wir nach knapp zwei Stunden unfreundlich aufgefordert wurden den Tisch frei zu machen, da noch 56 weitere Leute erwartet würden. Dies würde angeblich bei der Reservierungsbestätigung mitgeteilt, was nachweislich nicht stimmt.

We already loved it in BN and especially here. Always nice and funny staff. Great food. The acoustics inside are very loud when full but still wonderful.

Best tapas restaurant I know, all the tapas are so delicious, the house wine St. Jorge is good, the cocktails are also delicious! Service very friendly and quick. Be sure to reserve, always full. 3 to 4 tapas per person are enough. The price is a bit higher, we pay 45 euros per person for 3-4 tapas, a glass of wine, water and a small dessert.

Very tasty tapas. We have been here several times and have never been disappointed! A visit with several people is recommended, as it is easier to try out the very diverse variety. There is something for absolutely everyone, even vegetarians will get their money's worth here.

We ended up at Casa Portuguesa by chance because we actually wanted to eat a waffle in the ice cream parlor in front of it, but they were out of waffles. So we decided to go on to Casa Portuguesa because the delicious smell of food wafted over from there. We took a seat on the outdoor terrace and immediately felt like we were on vacation. Great ambience, quiet music in the background, it smelled wonderfully of freshly prepared Mediterranean food and we received a very friendly welcome and were served aioli and some bread with the drinks we ordered. We then decided on some tapas from the extensive menu and after a short time they were freshly prepared and served beautifully in small clay bowls and pans. Everything was really delicious and we were absolutely full! Since the menu is so extensive and we haven't tried everything for a long time, we will of course come back and let ourselves be surprised by the other tapas in this great holiday atmosphere. Unfortunately our second visit to Casa Portuguesa wasn't so nice. After we came to the restaurant for the first time about six months ago and were totally thrilled, we are now even more disappointed. It started when, despite having a reservation, we had to wait almost half an hour until we were shown to our table. The drinks we ordered came quite quickly, but the sangria we ordered consisted mainly of ice cubes. We ordered some tappas - including squid rings (calamares), Portuguese potato chips, albondingas and fried cheese balls. The calamari was pure frozen food of poor quality, as were the advertised Portuguese potato chips. The Albondingas seemed to come from a can, but the cheese balls were a complete disaster! They were cold and the cheese wasn't soft at all, or runny inside. When we complained about this to the really nice waitress, she took the cheese balls back and brought us a new portion after a few minutes. Now the cheese balls were not only cold, but still frozen inside!! So that doesn't work at all! If you have the opportunity to improve the kitchen, it can't get any worse! To the restaurant's credit, we got a drink on the house and didn't have to pay for the uneaten cheese balls. After the first, really good impression, we were very disappointed with the quality of the food after our second visit! Offering frozen food at such high prices is simply not possible! I go to a restaurant to treat myself to culinary delights! I can also put frozen food in the oven at home if I don't feel like cooking! The only positive thing was the very nice and attentive service.

I enjoyed Christmas dinner there with colleagues. Small and tasty portions that fill you up. But there should be at least 4-5 tapas. Very suitable for vegans! The service is quick and really good. Thanks!

This restaurant is really nice place. Comfy atmosphere. Staff or really professional and helpful. But some small plates prices are very high. For example gambas öl (13,90€). There is just 3 pieces shrimps. But fully recommended place.

Das Essen war super, auch das Super bock ist wirklich lecker. Der Service immer freundlich und alles ist sehr familiär. Hat mir wirklich gut gefallen, auch vegetarisch wird man satt. Der Kekskuchen am Ende war der Knaller.

Leider war das Dessert nicht wie erwartet.

Wir haben dort unsere Weihnachtsfeier abgehalten. Ich muss gestehen, ich habe zum ersten mal in meinem Leben portugiesische Tapas gegessen, und war angenehm überrascht. Die Rippchen waren zart und saftig, und die Kartoffelecken hatten eine angenehme Schärfe. Der Dessert am Ende war ein krönender Abschluss. Das Ambiente und die Präsentation der Gerichte war toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke für den schönen Abend🧡

Tolles Ambiente und das Essen war sehr lecker.

Leider wurden wir bei unserem Restaurantbesuch enttäuscht. Sehr wenig Auswahl an Gemüsetapas, die angebotenen tapas sind schon sehr hochpreisig (im Vergleich zu Köln), einige tapas wurden kalt serviert und eine von 2 Bedienungen war ziemlich schlecht gelaunt und unfreundlich. Geschmacklich keine highlights. Salat und Kartoffelchips sehr lieblos serviert. Schade eigentlich.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, manche Tapas extrem (5 Sterne), manche ganz gut bis sehr gut (3-4 Sterne). Preislich sehr selbstbewusst, noch gerade akzeptabel für das Dargebotene.

Auf Empfehlung zum ersten Mal da gewesen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Tolles Ambiente, Service hervorragend, sehr persönlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen sehr lecker und von guter Qualität. Auf jeden Fall wieder!

Viele der Gerichte/Tapas sind geschmacklos und wenig einfallsreich. Die Qualität der Speisen schwankt von Besuch zu Besuch. Ich würde sie eher mit durchschnittlicher Hausmannskost und Kneipenniveau vergleichen. Leider kann dieser Ort nicht mit den großartigen Tapas-Lokalen in Barcelona oder Portugal mithalten. Was den Service betrifft, muss ich bedauerlicherweise auch den letzten Stern abziehen. Die Bedienung ist langsam und dazu noch sehr unhöflich. Auf Nachfragen erhält man schnippische Antworten. Der Gast wird hier nicht besonders gut behandelt. Außerdem wirkt das Lokal veraltet und ungepflegt. In Leverkusen gibt es definitiv bessere Alternativen.

Ein Stern ist schon zu viel. Kunden werden unhöflich behandelt. Haben dort oftmals schon gegessen und wollten diesmal nur auf einen Kaffee und ein Nachtisch hin. Der gesamte Laden war leer, wir wurden weggeschickt mit der Begründung ^wir sind komplett ausgebucht^. Offensichtlich war dem Laden (der Besitzerin) der Umsatz zu gering und es lohnt sich dafür nicht kundenfreundlich zu reagieren. War auch nicht das erste mal, dass unfreundlich regiert wurde aber nun das letzte Mal für uns. Ohnehin lässt die Qualität des Essens (Curry Hähnchen Spieße schlechte TK Ware) zu wünschen übrig. Wir sind dann gegenüber zu Gallodini gegangen und wurden hier herzlich empfangen und gehen künftig dort hin.

Restaurante Casa Portuguesa Para nós Portugueses, depois de termos visto o menu ( no Google) ficámos entusiasmados. Ao chegar ao local no dia 30 de Setembro 2023, ficámos desiludidos , porque a carta do menu só apresentava Tapas e Petiscos !! Perguntei à empregada de mesa se havia outra carta de menu, ao qual me respondeu que não!! Anteriormente havia , mas que houve alteração! É que se calhar nós tínhamos visto na página do Google..... Sim, foi o que respondi! Lamentável não terem alterado!! Poupava- nos a ida de 48Km!! Mas já que lá estávamos quisemos saborear a nossa comida portuguesa, ou seja tapas ( que de portuguesa não tinha nada) Pedimos,Leitão, bochechas de porco, frango, e espetada da madeira (carne Argentina) Pequenas porções, ( preço elevado) O Leitão estava desfiado, com um molho que ... ( não é para todos os gostos) o frango, igualmente com um molho... ( desconhecido) mas não português. Ainda bem que as bochechas estavam saborosas, e a carne da espetada era boa ! A empregada de mesa esqueceu de nos trazer a bebida que tínhamos pedido, ( por 2 vezes) Resumindo .....pagamos 84€ e nem o estômago ficou satisfeito, nem nós!! Um conselho à Gerência , Actualizem a vossa página no Google, para que não haja decepções, nem críticas negativas!

Tut mir leid..... aber ich muss einfach fünf Sterne geben! Es war alles super! Der Preis ein bisschen zu hoch aber irgendwie auch angemessen! War ein sehr schöner Abend! Gerne wieder!

Nur 2 Punkte für den Service weil die nette Bedienung einfach mit dem Andrang alleine überfordert war. Wenn nicht so voll ist, bestimmt top!

Was für ein schöner Abend! Wir waren das erste Mal zusammen hier und konnten einen entspannten und genussvollen Spätsommer-Abend verbringen! Leckeres portugiesisches Bier, abwechslungsreiche und schmackhafte Tapas ... ein Hauch von Urlaub - herrlich! Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell! Auch zu einem netten "Schwätzchen" mit der Chefin war genügend Zeit, wofür die extra Portion "Gehirn" doch gut ist!! :-) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke für den schönen Abend!

Das Essen schmeckt nicht mehr wie früher. Der Koch ist entweder kein Koch oder hat keine Lust und weiß nicht, wie portugiesisches Essen schmeckt. Für das was aufgetischt wird, die Preise zu hoch für immerhin sind die Bedienung sehr nett. die positive Bewertungen sind bestimmt von früher !
