What can I say!! I'm there often and never disappointed!!!

Had some ice cream. It was very tasty (Mövenpick). Service very friendly and quick. Would love to come back.

A dirty cup is served to me as marbled. The dirt could be scraped off. The waitress patted the cup all around with her fingers and asked seriously if I wanted to drink more. Disgusting.

A questionable concept I recently visited the playground next to the beer garden and was surprised at the situation there. The smell of old, rancid fat hangs in the air, especially within about 50 meters of the beer garden. You could almost think that the frying fat would be refilled rather than actually changed. What surprises me even more is the decision to place a beer consumption facility right next to a children's playground. Shouldn't one be a role model for children instead of openly indulging in one's vice? It would be desirable if more consideration was given to the well-being of children - both in terms of air quality and behavior.

Negatives: Unfortunately, half of what was listed on the menu didn't actually exist. Unfortunately, the sausage that was offered was not tasty at all. Cheap sausage from some discount store, it definitely tasted like anything other than bratwurst. Positive: I think the ambience and location are great 👍🏼 Conclusion: Should a new tenant be found with a little more knowledge. The beer garden could actually be a blast. So definitely a flop 👎

Nice, cozy beer garden right on the Rhine.

It's going ok , Attentive service is nice but intrusive is annoying. As soon as you sit down, an order is requested. Then again and again, seemingly every 15 minutes, the waiter comes by and asks for new orders. The coffee was so-so, the wine spritzer was okay Terrace and interior need renovation. The menu was kept quite slim. As an ice cream parlor, the only ice cream from Mövenpick is a no go for me

We came here a few weeks ago after a short walk along the banks of the Rhein. My mother was in a wheel chair but we didn't find it took difficult to find a place for us to sit comfortably even though the place was quite busy. We had chosen a table in the beer garden section so the young man who came to serve us was happy to bring us our beers but he informed us that we'd have to go into the cafe to order coffee. Hmm... Anyway the draft Andechs Helles and Belgian Leffe blond beers were excellent. As the beer kicked in so did the temptation to try some of the sausages that were being grilled nearby. So here, you have to separately go to the lady doing the grilling and from whom I ordered a curry wurst with pommes and a Krakauer in a bread roll. Delicious. Whilst I was away getting the food a kind neighbouring customer had taken it upon himself to go & get my mother a coffee. How kind.

Nice on the ferry on the Rhine. On nice days there is always something going on there. I can't say anything about the food as I didn't eat it.

World class fries…. Perfect, crispy and super salted and seasoned. 🍟 It's been a long time since I've had such delicious fries!! 🫠👍😋

I ordered a turkey steak with fries (€8.30). Considering that everything is TK, the waiting time was a bit long and there wasn't much going on. There was a large water (€4.20) and Pina Colada (€6.50) to drink. Waiting time here is very long. Only beer comes directly. The colada mainly tastes like cheap alcohol, but there's a lot in it. One was enough for me. Sitting on the Rhine is nice, but a clear view of the Rhine would be even nicer. For €19 I didn't really get full, but it was close.

Great view of the Rhine. Super friendly service at 35 degrees, good selection with reasonable prices. Breakfast until the end of the day! You definitely have to go!

Simple beer garden facilities, staff more loud than friendly, a sausage in a very hot roll that cannot be held in your hand without protection (e.g. 3-4 people served). Things used to be different...

We really enjoy being there. My husband loves the beef sausage there. The location is really beautifully located directly on the Rhine. We always combine a visit there with a walk. For families with children, there is a playground right next to the restaurant.

Nice café right on the Rhine with a great view. Unfortunately the staff was very slow. We waited for 15 minutes until anyone came. Exactly the same when paying. We had to go in and say we wanted to pay. The latte macchiato was very small for the price.

Very crowded. Unfortunately there are hardly any shady places. But a great view of the Rhine. Unfortunately, the ferry towards Langel is currently not in operation.

Sitting on the terrace by the Rhine is always nice. Unfortunately, it's an absolute no-go if you order a latte macchiato with Amaretto syrup (emphasis on syrup) and then have real Amaretto in it. I was there in the car and thank God I enjoyed it straight away.

I enjoyed the stay. The food is good for self-pickers and despite the limited offerings. The drinks are brought. This happens surprisingly quickly. Thanks to the nice and friendly staff.

Very nice, large beer garden at the Rhine ferry in Leverkusen Hitdorf. Great location with a classic part with beer tent sets and a beach area to chill out. Everything delicious and well-chilled drinks 😊👍🏻

Unfortunately, the best years seem to have been over for a while. The service was very friendly, but the food was more than simple.

The ice cream was delicious, you can sit comfortably on the terrace with a beautiful view of the Rhine. Service was very mixed, the first waitress was friendly, the second extremely annoyed. There was probably trouble with the previous customer, she came to our table cursing and wasn't friendly anymore either. You don't actually need anything like that as a guest.

The beer garden is nice and the view is wonderful. You can eat ice cream or other tasty little things. Our service was very nice.

Great beer garden with a huge selection of drinks and cocktails. You can pick up smaller dishes yourself, only service for drinks. Next door is a small beach with loungers. Very busy when the weather is nice and sunny.

How nice that we have such a great beer garden in Hitdorf. Young and always friendly staff who obviously enjoy and enjoy their job. Here you will be served quickly and politely. The selection of drinks is very extensive. You sit very nicely with a view of the Rhine.

The drinks take a while but the food is good. When the weather is great, you can enjoy the moment in lounge chairs on the sand.

Eig.always consistently great service.Today it's more of a gray 5.4.2024..it's rushed, I wasn't quite at the table...we close at 6 p.m....the internet says it's open until 7 p.m....it's a shame if you ordered cocoa No cream was asked...the table was left dirty...no sugar, no ashtray...happy to come back here if this service isn't on site.

Rustic ambience with a view of the Rhine, it was well attended for March but it certainly fills up quickly in the summer. We ate waffles with cherry ice cream and cream and an ice cream sundae and were very satisfied. There was also enough parking space.

A beautiful beer garden right on the Rhine. The food is good and there is a good selection for a beer garden. However, it is not the same as a restaurant. The staff was almost always very friendly, the prices are fair and dogs are even allowed. You can go for a walk or cycle nearby, although parking is a bit more difficult when the weather is good.

Nice stop for a short break. The bratwurst was okay, even if you had to pay extra for each one.

Nice view of the Rhine from the terrace.

The location right on the Rhine is great. Unfortunately, that's all that can be seen as positive. The catering industry is a disaster in every respect. The food is all off the shelf and completely overpriced. The "Falafel Balls with Yoghurt Dressing" consist of 6 small deep-fried frozen falafel balls that are burned in the deep fryer. There is also a dollop of natural yogurt (definitely not a dressing). The whole thing costs an impressive 6 EURO. My son wanted to choose an ice cream stick from the freezer with a glass lid, which is freely accessible in the dining room. We were very rudely told that there was no self-service. I replied that he just wanted to see what he wanted. We were then pointed out the ice cream menu outside. We would be in the way here. We then took this as an opportunity to leave and will definitely not be coming back.

We like to stop off on our bike tours or on a walk along the Rhine. Delicious food and good coffee let everyday life fade into the background when you look at Father Rhine. Nice staff and atmosphere.

Sehr gut gelegen und super freundliches Personal

Bedienungen sind die ganze Zeit mit anderen Dingen beschäftigt, anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Suppen (Kürbis sowie Erbsensuppe) schmecken wie aus der Dose erwärmt, Brote sind selbst aufgebacken - beides schmeckt nach nichts. Lieber nicht nochmal zum Essen hierher!

Netter Biergarten direkt am Spielplatz mit großem Essens und Getränke Angebot. Schön wäre aber, wenn man alkoholfreies Bier etc. auch vom Fass und nicht nur aus der Flasche bekommen würde.

Am wunderschönen Rhein gelegen, kann entspannt Essen und Trinken.

Tolle Umgebung! Sehr nettes Personal! Nur das Essen im Biergarten ist nicht der Knaller.

Tolle Location wenn man mit den Kids unterwegs ist. Spielplatz genau gegenüber. Sehr günstig.

Lecker Currywurst Pommes, dazu HB Bier passt perfekt. Die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und flott. 5 Sterne!

Auch für ein spontanes Stück Kuchen optimal. Nette freundliche Bedienungen.

Das Essen war kalt und Geschmacklos. Egal ob beim Flammkuchen, Pommes, Wurst oder Fleisch - überall hat Salz gefehlt. Obwohl das Essen enttäuschend war, ist die Ambiente sehr schön - direkt am Rhein und neben einem schönen Spielplatz - Kinder haben gespielt, während wir trinken und reden konnten.

Mit der ganzen Familie dort den tag genossen!Allen hat es prima gefallen! Es gibt sehr viele Biersorten. Das wird jetzt regelmäßig wiederholt!hurra!
