Service was very slow and not very friendly. Unfortunately you could only place 1 drink order and the pizza was too black on the bottom...unfortunately for everyone. The limoncello on the house was the only positive thing.

I'm sorry to say, but this restaurant is not doing well at all; the value for money is not at all, the service is quite shabby, the food arrives cold and tastes greasy, the pizza is small, it looks like wet cardboard and the prices are incredibly high with very long waiting times, on February 14th we waited more than an hour for a pizza and a (cold) pasta, the previous management was much better.

They don't have qualified staff, the waiter doesn't really understand what the customer wants, the owner who runs back and forth, the plates on which the food is served are cold, the food is tasteless and full of cream, the pizzas are smaller than 30 cm and not very crisp, there is no communication with the customer whereas with the previous management everything was more professional. Es war wieder ein toller Abend bei unserem Lieblingsitaliener. Mein Mann hat heute mittag spontan reserviert, weil unsere Tochter heute Geburtstag hat....es war alles perfekt hergerichtet. Die Pizza kam in herzform und der Nachtisch kam mit Wunderkerzen. Es war alles absolut perfekt. Danke, wir kommen immer wieder... Jeder der hier noch nicht gegessen hat, hat etwas verpasst...Essen ist lecker und der Preis mehr als fair. Liegt zentral an der Straßenbahn und am Bahnhof Klotzsche.

I have tried many Italian restaurants in Germany, especially in Dresden, and based on these experiences I will never see a 100% Italian restaurant like this. Food, drink, dessert and authentic Italian wine. These are all features of this wonderful restaurant. I have to try it again.

Went there for lunch as a larger group (10-15 people) and sat behind the house in the outdoor area, which is still very pleasantly quiet and relaxing on a late summer day. The staff was very friendly and the food and drinks were delivered relatively quickly. Only the menu needs to be updated, as the references to allergy sufferers, for example, are only partially or illogically noted. Price/performance ratio was good.

The food (simple things - pizzas and salads) came staggered over a period of one hour. The last person at our table had his meal after 2 hours and 15 minutes! The majority of the guests who came after us had already left the restaurant before our food was even on the table. Despite the long waiting time, there was no request from the waiter to reorder drinks. The food itself was ok. The price for it too. However, the drinks have a fairly reasonable price. The food was very tasty, we celebrated a family member's birthday, the atmosphere was very attractive and cozy. Ich bin zu Besuch in Dresden wegen einer Schulung der BG ETEM. Im Casa Mia war ich das erste Mal. Ich fand das Lokal sehr angenehm weil es so gemütlich ist und das Lokal bestimmt auch eine Geschichte erzählen könnte. Das Essen war sehr gut. Was ich gut und interessant fand waren ein Schälchen mit schwarzen und grünen Oliven ( ohne Steine) als Vorspeise. Das Restaurant war überall sehr schön eingedeckt und machte auch so eine gemütliche Atmosphäre im Lokal. Die beiden Bedienungen waren sehr nett und freundlich aber vor allem aufmerksam und nicht aufdringlich. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Vor vier Monaten haben sie uns viele Änderungen und Verschönerungen versprochen auch für Kinder aber, GARNICHTS geändert wieder teurer geworden für nicht . Leider aber geht nicht so. Die positive Sache ;das essen ist noch in Ordnung. Trotzdem kommen wir nie wieder gibt besser in der Nähe.

Wir sind in unserem Urlaub mehrfach im Casa Mia abends Essen gewesen. Im Sommergarten war es sehr gemütlich. Mit den Getränken wurde ein Schälchen Oliven aufs Haus serviert. Heute haben uns die Pizza Capricciosa und die Antipasto Misto Formaggio sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Besitzer und die Bedienung sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir schauen bei unserem nächsten Dresden-Urlaub wieder vorbei.

Es war einfach super. Wir musste ja reservieren und dachten schon in 2h ein schönes Abendessen wird sportlich. Aber nicht so hier beim leckeren Italiener. Danke für den schönen Abend, dafür 5 Sterne. ein sehr gutes Restaurant(2022)....wir haben bis jetzt öfter die Pasta und Vorspeisen probiert....sehr lecker und gute Portionen....die panna cotta zum Abschluss ist genial..... waren zum vierten Mal im neugestalteten Casa Mia Restaurant.... durch die Tischdecken wirkt es viel freundlicher.... Pizza,Pasta Schweinefilet und Carpaccio wurden schon getestet und alles war super lecker.... kleiner Hinweis- unbedingt einen Limoncello trinken....

Wir waren nach sehr lange Zeit zum ersten Mal wieder in der Pizzeria. Der neue Name tut keinen Abbruch. Es schmeckt einfach fantastisch und wir werden jetzt wieder öfters vorbeikommen.

Essen war Mittelmaß, als das Essen und Trinken fertig war hat man vergeblich nach der Bedienung Ausschau gehalten, nach zehn Minuten kam sie um die Ecke, dann war einem nur noch zum Bezahlen und Gehen zumute. Preise sind für das Essen und Service erhöht.

Der Empfang war gut, man fühlte sich willkommen. Das Essen war leider enttäuschend, und das nicht nur optisch, sondern es schmeckte absomut nicht und wir mussten beide unser Essen zurückgeben. Man hat eine gewisse Erwartungshaltung bei Tagliatelle, die hier leider nicht erfüllt wurden. Dass uns das Essen dennoch voll berechnet und uns stattdessen als Entschädigung ein Tiramisu angeboten wurde, fanden wir ebenso nicht in Ordnung. Denn nach dem Menü hatten wir kein Interesse mehr an weiteren Speisen. Dieses Lokal werden wir nicht wieder ansteuern und können es leider nicht empfehlen.

Я пришла в ресторан ,где работает моя подруга ,покушать вкусную пиццу , а приняли вы меня за персонал ошибочно ,так как я просто помогла ей ,принеся вам за столик меню . И ВСЕ ! Я гость в вашем городе и впервые в вашей стране сегодня , но не разобравшись писать такую чушь это не красиво с вашей стороны .

Essen geschmacklich in Ordnung aber kein Highlight. Die eine Pizza war fast aufgegessen bevor die andere kam. 5.60 für ein 0.4er Bier / Radler ist schon deftig, selten, das ich nur ein kleines bestelle. Die Mitarbeiter(!) sollten nicht am Nachbartisch qualmen und ihr Smartphone laut spielen lassen. Fazit: Muß nicht nochmal sein... 😔 PS. Foto der lieblosen und vertrockneten Deko

Ich weiß garnicht wo ich anfangen soll, der Service ist völlig überfordert. Nach dem ankommen haben wir eine halbe Stunde gewartet bis unsere Getränke und Speisen aufgenommen worden. Bei den aktuellen Temperaturen draußen einfach inakzeptabel. Kommen wir nun zum Ambiente, ein schlicht eingerichtet Gaststätte mehr würde ich nicht dazu sagen. Ein Italienischer Flair fehlt da bei weitem. Wir hatten 2 Pizza und einmal Nudeln. Ich persönlich fande meine Pizza sehr fade die Tomatensauce hat man so gut wie garnicht geschmeckt, die Pizza war zwar schön groß, aber nützt eine große Pizza wenn der Geschmack fehlt. Als wir um die Rechnung gebeten haben scheint uns der Kellern nicht verstanden zu haben. Wieder saßen wir 20 min um der Kellerin nochmal mitzuteilen das wir doch gerne zahlen würden. Was dann auch mal endlich geklappt. Es ist einiges verbesserungswürdig in diesem Laden. Daher würde keinen 2.Besuch dorthin wagen.

Ich war total begeistert und das nicht nur vom Essen sondern auch von der sehr charmanten Dame im Service. Sie hat es einfach im Blut. Ich komme gern wieder und danke dem Team für einen sehr schönen Abend.

Wir haben im Casa Mia zu Abend gegessen und es war eine tolle Erfahrung. Das Personal und der Küchenchef waren besonders vorsichtig und unterstützten uns in der Bestellphase. Das Essen war erstklassig und der Preis günstig. eine so familiäre und freundliche Atmosphäre, dass man spüren konnte, dass es mit Leidenschaft und Liebe geführt wurde. Wir waren heute das erste Mal im Casa Mia und sind absolut begeistert. Die Getränke kamen super schnell wie auch die Vorspeise. Die Bruschetta war der absolute Wahnsinn und ich hätte liebend gern noch eine Portion gehabt. Wir alle hatten als Hauptgang eine Pizza, welche einfach perfekt waren. Knuspriger Boden und ein lockerer Rand. Hier werden wir definitiv wieder einmal hinkommen. Einfach herrlich. Update zweiter Besuch Heute waren wir ein zweites Mal vor Ort und waren wieder begeistert. Auch die Nudelgerichte sind sehr zu empfehlen und haben uns genau wie die Pizzen absolut überzeugt.
